Walking in here is like walking into a heaven of video games, movies, and shows, all old and new! There's so much of everything, it can be a lot to take in the first trip, so you gotta come back and keep exploring. The workers are super friendly and helpful, the prices are great, found some real gems here.

Ben's GZ is a great brick and mortar game shop. Atari to modern-day systems and games can be found. They always have new stock coming in, so it's always a joy to see what they have. Atari, NES to PS5 and everything in-between. Family owned and military friendly, this is my go to shop. DVDs ??, vhs ??, toys, game books ?? this place has something for everyone.

Super awesome spot. Had a bunch of recommendations for this place on a hunt for an Xbox 360 and was not disappointed in the slightest. $90 for the console, cords, and a controller! This is the best vintage electronic store I've been to in Nebraska. Tons of classic movies, video games, and memorabilia. From atari to ps5; vhs to blu-ray, this place is a vintage enthusiasts dream. It's unfortunate that I have to give this review. Last year probably in September, I came to buy two used PS4 controllers. They were fine at first but after the 30 day mark, they had major issues. One controller I can't run, jump, shoot, aim etc. The only one I'm able to moderately use, I can't run at all. Now I know not to buy anything used from this place again.

Best video game store ever! Ben, Jen, Zach, and Brooklyn are always welcoming every time I enter the door. They have an amazing selection of retro and new video games. Movies are always a favorite there, too. New inventory drops are always on Wednesday and Saturday mornings! It's always a good time chatting with the regulars when visiting.

Not good business practices at all. My friend and I were excited to go in for the 3DS sale and look at pokemon games. When we got to the counter, a random dude grabbed EVERY single pokemon game copy and went to check out. He was a clear scalper that was only there to resell the games. The horrible part is that Ben?s game zone allowed and ENCOURAGED that scalper to do that. Listen? I'm all for making money by doing business but this is supposed to be a family/community store that doesn't cater to the capital

When my wife and I walked in, we were blown away by the sheer amount of items to purchase. They have video games, movies on VHS, DVD, and Blu-Ray. They also have vinyl, CDs, and many other items. Prices are fair. The staff is very friendly. Zach helped us out and gave us a slight discount as it was our first time in the store. Highly recommend.

Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Their selection seems to be pretty heavy on the movies, which I guess is understandable as used video games are becoming more and more of a rarity anymore. All in all though, they probably have the best selection of used retro games in town. Definitely a place to stop in if you're looking for some older games.

I've known Ben C. for years and years, I love this place, bought dvds games and systems, sold stuff to him too. He loves my family and he always loves seeing people come in. He knows his stuff, if he isn't there, no problem his staff continues to be just as helpful and caring as he would. He just expanded too so even more movies (any format) games, systems and even toys. Ben's Game Zone has filled a niche here in Omaha left vacated and underappreciated for quite some time. The atmosphere inside also gives the nostalgic, feel retro feel that niche deserves... huge selection as well considering how rare it is to see a lot of the retro gaming stuff in person. Way more fun than just perusing it on eBay!

Staff was super friendly, one of the girls even held the door open for me! Great prices, lots of games and accessories, even vintage games, I traded some 360 games for a old 8 bit Nintendo cartridge and a movie. Just really nice employees fun to converse with. This is the only game place to go. I've had far worse luck with the other game store. Just go to Ben?s Game zone and don't even think about the other guys. Lol

This is one of the best game/media stores I've ever been to. They provide the attention to detail that you rarely, if ever, get from Big Boxes. I got nothing but nice things to say about this place. This is not only THE best retro game/movie store I've been to. But one of the best content stores in town in my opinion. Pop Culture and the Imaginariums are great in their own way but this little gem is guaranteed to fulfill your retro needs. They have just about everything you could possibly want new or old. I have been going here for 5 years plus. they used to offer great money for used items now I feel like they are barely scratching rock bottom prices. No way you can only offer$13 for 20 blue rays mostly marvel movies, Limited collectors editions. Best of luck to you guys on your new path! Love, love, love Ben's. The shop always has high quality stuff and they are good at finding the rarer items from game systems to upgrade skins. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about everything they offer and work with you easily if there are issues with your purchase. I have not yet sold with them, but they seem fair in their pricing. Definitely hope they are around for awhile.

Ben's always has great movies at great prices. I usually go there with a list of movies I'm looking for. Between $2 used DVDs and the many rare gems that end up there, I always leave with something I value. It is hard to find these kinds of stores anymore. They also have a ton Funko pops, collectibles, records, CDs and games for all consoles, comics and graphic novels. I forgot to mention the large VHS collection. Yes, people still buy them!

There is a reason why the rating for this place is so high. Their prices are fair and the customer service is top notch. Not to mention the amount of games here is plentiful and varied. If you are into retro games and live in the Omaha metro area, this is the place to go.

This place was great and had very kind people. They also had really reasonable pricing. I would definitely go there again! Edit: I just got another reason to go across Omaha to get here. Went to gamers and bought red dead 2 tried to use the play disc 12 times (cleaned it did all the things you would usually do to fix it also was not my PS4 because Gta5 ran fine) nothing happened. Best store in town. Congratulations person reading this, you no longer need to keep searching, you found it! Nowhere else can you get the best deals on games/Pop vinyls/Blu-ray,4k,DVD,VHS and much more. Most importantly though, the staff is beyond nice & respectful. They'll take the time to get to know you and strike up a conversation any time you come in. By my second visit I was on a first name basis with them, that's how much they enjoy getting to know their customers.

This store has everything you would want, from video games from the 90's to present. They also sell movies for DVD'S, VHS and other filing products I've never heard of. I go there all the time and they always have my back. I highly recommend you check this place out you won't be disappointed.

I did not plan on buying anything at this store. I ended up leaving with 15 games, some of which I had long forgotten existed. This shop has an incredible selection of Xbox 360 and Gameboy advance games. The Xbox 360 games all have maps and manuals. The prices are very competitive, even with eBay. I can't wait to visit again.
