Bellevue Bowl

Went and bowled with a group of six on Friday night. We arrived at 10:30pm and the kitchen was already closed. ( I've been before and can recommend the pizza and wings) No worries! The bar service was quick and the drinks reasonably priced and very nice. We bowled for two hours on a lane for 39 dollars an hour. Lanes were in good condition as was the approach. Cosmic bowling lighting and the music was great!! It was busy but we were able to get a lane without a wait! 9/10

They were a little understaffed that day, but they got the job done. We had a great time. The pizza was surprisingly good, especially the bacon pineapple pizza.????????

Last night some guy started arguing, getting in my face, pointing his finger at me repeatedly, berating me that I am a mother and I allowed my kids to take his girl's ball. When I stood up and faced him face to face and said I don't know anything about that and my daughter has a 6lbs ball and it's just a ball, he continued to yell and point at me and my party of just females. He accused me that I told his girl I couldn't look at the balls that we had. They're just balls, i didn't care if she looked at them

Great place. Good customer service 5/5. Food was 4/5. The AC was 1/5. It was really hot in there. When asked if they can adjust the temperature the staff said no unfortunately they can't. Other than that we had great time.

I haven't been to this place in over 10+ years. The chances they've made here were needed and well executed. The guy who checked us in was very helpful and knowledgeable. You can tell he enjoyed his job very much. Made our experience so wonderful. Atmosphere was nice the new seating the lights. We paid for an hour of play, and we had fun till the last tick. This place rocks. I hope the younger generation learns that bowling is fun. Went with First Baptist and had a blast. Prices are reasonable. The food is good. The spicy pepperoni pizza is great. The Italian sodas were great, too. Friendly and helpful staff.

Inexpensive fun. But I'd wait to enter next time so I don't have to pay for everyone to hold the game. The kids were more interested in the arcade and food than bowling. The jukebox has a great selection of music.

Good stuff. It is a bowling alley.. They have the assist rails if you need them and the guiding ramps for young kids. An arcade in the back for those not the best at bowling and they are always playing sports on the tv

went to a 5 yr old kids bday party and had fun bowling. Party packages seem real good. Thinking having my girls bday here. They had lots of fun. Pizza was good. They give party bags and lemonade too. Gave it a 4 because quite a few of the games didn't work and it takes quite a few credits for the games. Go through them quickly.

We had my sons 18 th birthday party here today. It was fantastic. I bought nachos and tacos and they were exceptionally great. The crew were all so kind. I would recommend this place to everyone. They welcomed my service dog like he was the mascot. Thank you for such a great experience. 10 out of 10

Had a bday party for our sons 8th, it was so much fun, the party table is right there by your lane, laser tag was a blast, and the staff was so sweet and accommodating. Def going there again for parties and family fun!

Just had my daughter?s 11th birthday here. The staff were friendly, the pizza and drinks were good. They even provided little party favors for the kids. I would definitely go here again. They also had an arcade side so when the bowling was finished they also had fun playing on those. Would recommend for parties!

The food was fantastic and the service was tremendous. We always have company functions here and I always eat my weight in pizza. Try the BBQ chicken and the spicy pizza.

Had a first great time experience! The gentleman at the front was helpful, and patient with us when we didn't know which lane our group had been. It was crazy busy. People had tried to cut in when it was our turn but he took care of us first. The food was delicious. I used to be a regular customer, but yesterday was my final visit. The lane they assigned us had glitches, and after waiting for them to fix it, the issues persisted. Eventually, they switched us to another lane, but by then, we had lost a significant amount of game time. They didn't offer any additional time or even an apology. The experience was disappointing and has solidified my decision not to return.

Never, ever go to this place on a league night. All these open lanes and we still have to wait. Evidently, it takes 45 minutes after league people leave to open the lanes.

The food was actually really good! Had a cheeseburger and fries. The ladies were really nice too. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is that their equipment has a tendency to mess up...pretty often. Everything else is great! Edit-changed to five stars new employees are fixing things up over there. :)

Bowling lanes were great, the pro shop was closed down, and it was very hot inside to the point I was sweating. Nevertheless, I still got my practice in, but I won't be going back until there's better AC or the weather cools down.

The food is great. The environment is way better than before. BUT, every time we go there is always something wrong with the the machines that pick up the pins. Something is always malfunctioning. We had to talk to the front counter several times within the 3 hour games that we bought. 30-45 minutes of our games was used for fixing the machines. Not acceptable, I'm sure it's the same equipment used from the previous owners. Simply Disappointing.

The new owners gave this place an overhaul. It's fresh looking and smelling. The arcade is fun and drinks are great. We have enjoyed our food and service too. I dont care for the French fries, but all of the other food I've tried has been good! My kids want to try out laser tag soon!

Honestly, this place should have the bowling alley equivalent of a Michelin star. Amazing staff. Spot on customer service. Properly maintained bowling lanes. Charging by the hour instead of by the game is ridiculous. There was a group of about 5 children in the lane next to us who were obviously never taught the etiquette of taking turns. They were constantly going up to bowl (even when the pins were not set yet) which slowed our game down. I was bowling one of my best games when the lane was shut off in the middle of the 5th frame because time expired. Horrible business practice. Not going back to this place.

I can't remember if I had once gave this place a rating, but today, I would like to share how great this place is! I, along with my family, had a great time! The establishment looked as if it hot a little "face lift" because I saw that it was clean and tidy compared to last time,which was over a year ago. Fun and easy to use. Everything is computerized. There are areas available to rent for parties. They also have a bar and delicious food. They made throwing a party easy as could be, kids had fun bowling and the pizza was a hit! Definitely going to try the happy hour and other fun night options.

Great place to bring the family. They have lots to do for the kids, although the "arcade" section could use some work, the bowling, and food is exceptional. Waited close to 2 hours, when I went to ask how much longer, the guy kept saying ?it's gonna be a minute. He said this the two times I went to ask. Reason why I asked is because they're was 4 lanes open. We ended up leaving.

Great atmosphere with an awesome new bar. There is also laser tag & a small arcade now. Employees here are very genuine and do their best to create a great experience for their customers! LEAGUE NIGHTS- Monday & Wednesday so there aren't really any open lanes after 5:30pm until 9pm on those nights.

Bowling was a great time. Staff is very friendly. But prices are too high. Its too bad. This place used to be a great place to havena good time without breaking the bank. But since the owners put money into the place they are doing everything they can to make what they spent back. I guess thats why we didnt see the place packed on a saturday night. Was having an amazing time when one of the elderly staff members approached us to let us know that one of the bowling balls must be handled gently since it was created for kids. Had a fun day with my family but don't think I'd go back. Rented 2 lanes & they both jammed a few times. Also went to the bar to get fries & one of the girls was making a drink. She grabbed a cherry from a tub then wiped her fingers on her shirt & proceeded to handle money, gross.

Great activity in the area

My boyfriend and I have been bowling for a while and we were excited to come back to bowl. Really excited to use the arcade and laser tag room. Bowling Monday-Thursday it's $5 a game and Friday-Sunday is $32 by the hour I believe. Place looks great!

Great bowling ally, but recently the long lines and rude employees make my experience un tasteful. It was once fun, before you had to wait 2+ hours for an open lane (when there's plenty already open) and handle their ride customer service. Serve yourself a favor and drive the 30 extra minutes to Turlock Ten Pin.

Great place with fun atmosphere. Watched football at the bar and had screaming good nachos and beers served by happy and efficient bartenders. Almost drove by this place, but I'm glad we stopped.

2 dollar Tuesday is great , fun times for anyone, or a least try it , but if you don't have bowling shoes you'll have to rent them, then it 4$for shoes and 2 $ for a games,

First time coming here and it was a blast I didnt think I'd enjoy the bowling atmosphere but they had a kid area to bowl where they gutter guards and my kids had a blast. They also had ball ramp to help assist the little ones with both throwing and aiming the lighter bowling balls had fun

Alright, so me and my brother and a few friends plus my young sibling went to bowl at this place, we've been here during the weekends and had much fun. Everything was fine until some older gal approached some teens inside there and told them in a rude way about not using a certain size bowling ball. After she told them that in a rude way she pretty much snatched the ball from them and this lady was rude too the other staff were great and helpful but the older gal she was something else!

I went on a Monday afternoon, it wasn't too busy but it was an absolute blast! So glad they're back open again and have more things to offer for example the laser tag which is fun for all ages!

Old, grumpy, worn-out staff had a horrible attitude the whole time. Watched over my friends and I like we were up to no good the entire time. Felt like I was in elementary school again. Bowling was ok but some minor accidents with the pins resetting randomly and ball getting stuck. We got fries as well but they were disgusting super soggy, very bad taste. I don't recommend the food but the bowling is ok.

I really like Bellevue Bowl. I went here with my kids, and really had fun. My kids had never bowled before, so it was a little awkward, but we had pizza, clam chowder, the rented shoes fit great, the bowling balls were not too heavy. My husband told me that he wanted to come back every week. I recommend this one and only bowling experience in Atwater to everyone.

Went on the night special and cashier kept harassing me and my friends because we were all going to use card to pay separately. Kept complaining how it was going to take 30 minutes to run all our cards and was basically saying we were cheap because we wouldn't pay together. Ruined our night. Terrible service. Rather do the 40 minute drive to Modesto to the Mchenry Bowling.

Great family place! Older building and interior but it is to be expected. The ladies who helped us tonight, both at the desk and the snack bar were SUPER friendly and helpful!

The only bowling spot in town, or the next, but it's a very fun bowling alley. The grill serves great food and has daily specials. The bar is great and very quite if you go inside instead of going to the window. The offer party packages for kids and they're relatively cheap.

This is my first visit to this bowling alley and I really enjoyed it. The only thing I could find fault with, were that there were no tables in the bowling area for drinks, snacks and personal belongings. The seating area quickly filled up with bags and jackets.

Cool little bowling alley. Friendly staff and plenty of lanes to play at. There's a little bar tucked in the back and if you're hungry you can order food. Wasn't too expensive and I had a blast.

beware of certain lanes,5 &6, they will chip your ball if you use your own bowled 3 games with my family and my brothers and mine both got chipped and scratched up bad. both balls were brand new. notified management and they said they will look into those lanes. hal third of the lanes don't properly reset or balls get stuck, which eats up bowling time if you're going by the hour. most definitely going to take the trip to turlock or modesto for future bowling

The staff member Jerry was extremely rude. Their lanes were defective and his approach was to scold us rather than inform. At the end of the game they told us it was only the two lanes we were bowling in that act up. The situation could have been avoided with a simple sign. Disappointed...

It's a little dated inside. The prices are high if you don't belong to a league. For a family of four to bowl 2 games was almost $50. A pitcher of beer was $16. Overall, it's okay. It's the only place to bowl in Atwater.

I remember going to this bowling alley from the ages of 5 to 9. I'm 47 now. Just goes to show it must still be a great place because they're still open! I remember the bowling alley sponsoring our jr. travelling league. Great times, if I ever make it back to CA, I'm definitely gonna bowl there again.

Love the Lazer tag and the bowling area it is really fun and the service is really good. However the arcade was bad most of the games wouldn't work and it was a waste of money because we could only play a few games.

The staff was extremely rude. One of the employees, told us that we looked like people that he has seen break into the place. We spent nearly 100$. It was rather dirtyb looking and old.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful the place looked as if it had been renovated recently they also have a bar arcade and lasertag so it's not just bowling and if your going with a large group of people they offer discounts

The place is a little dated, and some of the employees could definitely use some customer service training, but overall it's a pretty fun place to spend a few hours with friends. If I want to "seriously" bowl, I'll drive north to Modesto and visit Yosemite Lanes or McHenry Bowling.
