Well worth a visit. We stopped by while out shopping, so glad we did. Nice place for parents to take a a/c break while the kidos had some fun.

Such an amazing arcade! So many great games, everything is in mint condition, and sooo many great prizes of all kinds. Perfect for all ages, we had a blast having a few beers and revisiting our favorite games as a kid. An absolute perfect way to enjoy the boardwalk after a great day at the beach!!

This was a really cool arcade. I came here on vacation and I decided to check it out. It's decently affordable and you get bonus credits if you spend 30$ or more. Which is nice because most games are reasonable at 1,2 credits for ticket games, 3-4.5 credits for skill games and 6 credits for the VR, air hockey and DDR/DJ games which give you 2 tries usually, or more if you do well. This place is a hidden GEM! We took the kids here when visiting the boardwalk. We figured hey why not. We had to buy a card for $1 and then added $100 to play. We split it between 2 girls and we were there for at least 2 hours trying to burn through it. I wish I had taken more pictures.

Really happy we found an arcade while on vacation here. They still use tickets and tokens, and games aren't over priced! They have skee ball, Galaga, crane machines, and shooting games! I see a few reviews complaining about how you have to buy tokens and commit to playing after walking in. This is very common practice for arcades. If you aren't playing the games, you're standing around doing nothing and that's called LOITERING. Employees were very friendly and patient with me when I picked out my prizes.

It's a medium sized arcade. A mix of games are available but some were out of order. My nephew really wanted a claw machine but most of them were out of order. If you're looking to beat the heat and play some games, it's worth going. They also offer adult beverages which is nice!

Visited several times over a few weeks. Son loved the gaming and we enjoyed playing with him. Fun atmosphere. There aren't tons of gaming options, but certainly plenty to do. While beer (and sodas) is sold, there are not any raging alcoholics here.

Had a fun little time here. Games were a good mix of newer and older and all of them seemed to be working well! Only complaint is the tickets for prize amount. Felt it was a bit too many tickets for the prizes they offered. This is typical in a more touristy area though so it's to be expected. Staff were very friendly though. As we walked in the cashier working on 03/09/21 was not pleasant and welcoming. Told my 4 year old and i that we have to buy tokens before he could even browse and want to play. Literally came left his post to make sure no one touch one game unless we decided to purchase. So much for the free will or browsing. It's definitely not kid friendly I would recommend heading down the street to the other arcade that I would give a 5 stars to then the other ?dump?.

Better arcades around. Some newer machines but many old ones. Cost of playing is too much for what it is. Take the time to dry to Main event or Chuckee Cheese and it will be more fun for the kids. Staff was friendly. Parking sucks.

My boyfriend and I love this place! The staff are all lovely. They have a very well rounded set of arcade machines, including new and old machines and various types of gameplay. The arcade upstairs in John's Pass was one of the best arcades I've ever been to. It was fun for adults and kids! They had a lot of new games as well as some classics. I never leave 1 star reviews but this place is absurd. My one year old was being carried and not wearing a mask. The rest of us were wearing them appropriately. The rude old man told me that she either needed to wear a mask or ride in the stroller, despite the fact that there is absolutely no mandate and the CDC says that babies SHOULD NOT be wearing masks. This is the nicest, cleanest arcade we have been to, ever. The staff are attentive and kind. The space is clean and attractive and you can have a beer while you play with your kids! Well kept arcade at Johns Pass. My husband saw the "skee ball" sign and wanted to show the kids. 45 minutes later we were still playing dance dance revolution and having a great time. Before we spend $100 on games we check out what's available, to ensure they are in good working order and something we feel our young kids are capable of playing. The reviews must be from the owners and their friends. Because this arcade is very low end, with only around 53 games. I have a 11 and a 8 year old and they both was very disappointed. And it is very hard to disappoint my two kids with any kind of arcade games.

Similar story others have shared regarding our child who is under 2. As we walked in (all wearing masks minus our 22 month old), the cashier/clerk told us she needed to wear a mask or be locked in a stroller. Worker here was very unprofessional. Very rude over a simple question. Never ever will I go here again. I only asked why alcohol was served here if we could not consume them here. And only outside. Before you all think why am I drinking at a family/ kids place. I have an older child watching the younger child while the adults have a little drink. The man working there said our infant child had to wear a mask even though children under two are not allowed to wear masks. She is not even allowed to wear a mask at her doctors office because children under two can suffocate. Would leave 0 stars if I could. We came in as a group of 5 with ALL of us wearing a mask except my ONE year old. The man behind the counter told us she couldn't come in unless we put a mask on her. I had a very disturbing experience walking into the arcade with my young children. This very ignorant and unpleasant young man had the audacity to say to me that we couldn't enter the arcade unless we were buying tokens. The fact that I was a woman of color made it even more disturbing. Why? Because nowhere in the world is it ever a policy that you can't check out an environment unless you're buying something. Horrible experience. The person at the counter who stated he was the owner said a member of our group that is unable to wear a mask due to being disabled still had to wear one. When asked again if this was correct and if he understood he was discriminating towards disabled his response was to get out and refused to provide his name. We chanced on this place for the first time in 2015. It's almost hidden on the second floor of John's Pass, but I tell you, this place is akin to buried treasure. It has been the highlight of our Treasure Island trip for two years now, and we will be making sure to return annually for every vacation. This is one of our favorite places to stop while in Madeira for our kids. Good for all ages. Even games for my five year old. The staff were very patient at the counter when my kids were deciding what to get with their tickets. Will be back next year.

Was asked to leave despite properly wearing my face covering. The owner also wants to literally suffocate children under the age of 2 by forcing them to wear a mask. Love this arcade, extremely happy over the new addition of Sound Voltex Heavenly Haven. I already loved this place for having Beatmania and DDR, and this really put the icing on the cake. Only other place I could play SV was in New York. Only complaint is a staff member being very rude on multiple visits in the past, which I don't appreciate being someone who has come to this arcade multiple times and spent plenty of money and hours in the establishment.

Gotta redo our review. My 4yr old desperately needed to use the bathroom and we've used it before. We were told due to covid we couldn't. We've used it during covid before. Please take into account the nearest bathroom is downstairs and across a busy street. We spend decent money here twice a month for the last year and a half. That's over.

This place is great. They have plenty of games. Some of the games dispense tickest for you to be able to go to the prize counter and pick your prize. Its a Great time for the kids and the kids at heart. It is clean and well maintained. Thanks for the fun. Ill be back.

I walked in to see what games they had cuz my grandson wanted to play a shooting game and I went in to look for it and the guy running the place gave me the third degree (like I was a thief) about what I was doing and I told him I wanted to look around and he said I give u a little bit to look so I said never mind I'll just leave. This place is awesome. One of the only places in Florida you'll find Beatmania IIDX 24: Sinobuz and it's networked for e-amuse. DDR Supernova 2 is here also with some of the best pads I've played on.
