Baxter’s R•Cade

Took the family here with some friends and their kids (all between 9-5). The spot is laid out great. Tons of old fashioned board games, regular games like bocce ball, skeeball, pool, arcade with classic games, power punch game, and more. They had 2 golf simulator bays, an area for playing Nintendo Wii, and much more I probably can't remember (maybe within all the pictures). They only disappointed because of the lack of menu options for the price. It was pretty expensive for basic drinks and a dozen wing

The whole family went by on a whim, and I'm glad we did. The kids loved the games. Me and the Mrs. capitalized on the free time by enjoying the Bowser cocktail. The owner Don actually came over to the table, pretty cool guy. I believe that he used to model for GQ. Will try again.

I recently stopped at Baxters R-Cade had an absolutely fantastic experience. The Wings were cooked to perfection, and the flavors were incredible. The chef, Matt was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable about his menu. The staff/Management is amazing here! 10/10 Definitely recommend!

I ordered a Surfside seltzer on Saturday night from the bartender with pink hair. She gave me one, but it was literally warm. When I let her know, her response was to just put it over ice. I would not recommend this place.

This was my first time here and I was very pleased with the service and vibes. I wasn't even planning on eating food but the wing menu looked so good especially because they were full size! Three of us went here on two separate occasions, about a month after the place opened. The first was for dinner in the restaurant and the second was for drinks at the bar. Whole family went out after a long drive into town. Kids loved the arcade I liked the fact that it was smaller so I didn't have to worry about how far they were. Menu was pretty good for choices. Interesting concept but a little odd operationally. We weren't really sure what activities were available (free) and what required extra payment (didn't really see any obvious signage or pricing in the restaurant). After digging around on the website, we did find that bocce was around $10/person/hour, so it would have been $50 for our family of 5 to play a game. I've been quite a few times. I live in the area (local) and Baxters is a great option for all ages and activities. Zach the manager is amazingly accommodating, Matt the chef makes great food and adjusts his crayons based on personal needs (allergies, requests as needed) the activities are numerous for all ages the atmosphere is the same. Came in to try the wings. They actually have whole wings the hot garlic and garlic parm were great. My son enjoyed the arcade games I shot some pool excellent place to hangout.

Came in for a few rounds on the golf simulator, which was a blast! The wings were especially great with the garlic parm, and I loved that they were whole wings! Also can't forget to mention the arcade games! Mortal Kombat II was my favorite growing up. Will definitely be back with friends!

Decided to try out Baxter's R-Cade tonight with my girlfriend and her daughter. The service was not good, but they may have been short staffed. There were long waits, and only one of the three of us got actual silverware and an actual napkin. Food came out separately (5-10 minutes apart). We were rather disappointed with our experience. The menu seems to center around and highlight their various grilled cheese sandwiches. Took the kids yesterday (Sunday) and had a nice time. We wanted to avoid the big crowds so we could migrate around and soak it in. The staff was very friendly and helpful the entire time we were there. Good variety of gaming for kids and adults. We also booked a birthday party for December. Great job!

verrry MID. You walk in and nine times out of ten you're awkwardly standing there to wait for a table then have your server leave you for a good 20 minutes before taking your order. The food isn't worth the price and the arcade is fun for about 2 visits. The best part is the console games.

We gave it a shot. Many games did not work after taking our credits. Restaurant management cannot fix that because they hire a third party to maintain the games. The food was not good.
