My son had a blast birthday party here!! Some played laser tags and games and others rode roller coasters and played computer games while they waited their turns. Staffs were nice and place was so clean and neat! Thank you!
Such a great experience for our daughter's birthday party. We had a group of kids from 8 to 12 years old, and everyone had found activities they were most interested in. There are many different VR games to choose from, roller coasters, gaming PCs, and consoles, Everybody was quite busy for the whole time. The place itself is pretty clean and nicely divided into different zones based on the activity type, while kids are playing, adults can relax in the couch zone :) The bottom line is that both kids and adu
Really great experience. It has a full movement arena, virtual escape rooms, and these little obelisks that are ACTUALLY IN THE GAME!!! So immersive. My wife and I have this saved for future. Most def.
Great fun?.. for all ages! Returned with my 7 y/o grandson (after initially going with my 9 y/o grandson). We had a blast!! ?Dimitri?, the manager, was exceptionally helpful and patiently explained how to play the games which we selected. Excellent experience! Looking forward to returning with our lads!!!!
My sons loved it here & my daughter I went during the week & like you see empty was great.

They have a great staff and if you need to wait for your reservation you could either A play other VR games or B play Xbox games, and once you're done waiting all of the games are a blast to play! 10/10 would recommend!
We are planning our second birthday here in 2 years. Equipment is kept operational and clean. The staff is always going above and beyond to make the whole time there fun and memorable.
We had a great time .. they were so helpful ..so professional Micheal was amazing very helpful with assisting. The smaller children .Asia was extremely helpful thank you again
This was a once in a lifetime experience! Jeff & John took wonderful care of my party. This is something that you can't spend enough time doing. You will want to come back for more.
Celebrated my son's birthday tonight. First time ever coming here. A great experience for sure. Staff were great, and helpful. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Kids to adults, a birthday party to remember thanks to Max and his team.
The young man who helped me with the accent was awesome. He was very patient and helpful, considering I haven't played a video game since I was 10, I'm far from computer savvy and I had no ideal what I was doing their or even went their for, it just look like something fun to do. I know It's tough to find good employees and I think it's important to recognize jewelers when we see one.
Amazing Crew very Friendly. Great experience overall. Lots of value for your money! 100% recommended!!
Super awesome time with my friends. It was a great first-time experience for them in regards to being at a vr gaming place. Definitely would go back . The vr coaster is definitely not for those who have issues in regard to motion sickness, especially if you pick the hard-core vr coaster. The zombie game was fun and not difficult at all to follow in regards to the rules. Definitely would recommend getting the full hour to make the most of your trip there
My son had his birthday here and it was a blast. We felt like the staff was attentive and it is fin for kids and adults alike.
We had our son's 9th birthday party here and we were impressed with the venue and quality of customer service that came with it. All of our guests had an amazing time and we received several compliments. They have so many different types of games and the VR is VERY realistic. Especially, the roller coaster (according to our guests). Also, I HIGHLY recommend the game Versus. Many of our guests didn't know the place existed and couldn't stop talking about how fun it was. We rented out the whole venue and we w
WOW!!! We were TOTALLY AMAZED at how awesome this place is!! After not going to the mall at all due to covid, we were sooooo wonderfully surprised and delighted to find this fun place for our kids! My son has now gone 2 days in a row and loves the boxing game! All of the staff is so helpful - thank you Ernesto, David, Cassandra, Nick, John, Jasmine, Jeffrey, Hayden etc etc! So nice and welcoming. We will definitely be back! I love that you can host private parties as well as kids bday parties etc. Exactly
Reviews are for people to say how they feel about something that they experiencing how they feel about the experience I have never once said that the games were not nice or a fun place for a child to go I said the pricing was not right for the timing that's what I said but to come back and tell me about the prices of how much you pay for your games and how much I will have to pay for everything it's like telling me I can afford to pay for something that I want for my child and that is not acceptable for me.
Took my grandkids: boy 14, girl 11 to this wonderful VR experience for their pandemic missed birthdays. John had to convenes me that I wasn't going to fall into the fire to get the game going - I was frozen in fear!! The graphics are THAT good!!! Jasmine helped us get the booking straight-the website wasn't clear that paying to reserve a single player game is verified on arrival, as to which specific game you want to play. We had a wonderfully adventurous and active time! (The 24 yr old grandson is taking h
Do not purchase the $60 hr pass. It's a total rip off ! This place does not have many of the games that are listed on the website. The manager is nice, but clueless. She gives you lip service and that's about it! When you call Battleground VR telephone number someone answers "Hello" and then there's a pause. I had to ask them if I was calling Battleground VR. Just Clueless ! Then I called later during the day and the answering machine was on with a weird message. Let me also mention the mus
This was my first time trying VR and I really enjoyed the experience and would definitely try it again. The location was clean and easy to find in the mall. It's pretty noticeable. Nikolette was very helpful with the process and on which game I should play. I was happy with her choice, she knows which games the costumers would like best. I recommend everyone go here, it's an experience worth paying for
I love it it's worth the price I prefer people 2 try this place out u should come n try this place out its alot of games vr Rollercoaster simulation and pc gamings they also have ps5 i love it
STAY AWAY - HALF THE EXPERIENCES ARE BROKEN. Worst experience I've had unfortunately. Brought a big group with, and rented out the space as it gave us access to Polygon, their free roam VR experience. Apparently Polygon is broken though, yet they didn't think to email to tell us. So we were all very disappointed when we turned up as we weren't able to do it. On top of that, they say that they have VR driving and VR escape rooms. Neither of those existed. To make it worse, these are all still prominently mar
Amazing customer experience. Awesome VR. Took four kids ages 9-12 and they loved it. Well worth the money.
My 2 buddies and I enjoyed ourselves. It would've been cool if we could've tried the 'free roam' experience, but the server(s) was not functioning properly at the time.
My kid had a blast playing here! Clean, lots of different games & the employees are very helpful. Definitely recommend!!
Awesome place has a great atmosphere perfect for gaming.
Great place staff is kind and accepting. If your looking to try out some virtual reality or just t trying to play some games they got what you need.
It was very fun and they were nice, highly recommended

This place does private events! Great for the whole family!

Fun VR experience for my 6 and 8 year old
Love playing the VR sets with my kids
Best day ever and enjoy every minute
My daughter loves it.

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.
