I love there shop I've been doing business with them four many years selling games and game systems Etc real nice people I look forward to do business with them every time I go there
I have spent countless hours and money at this shop, jake and his wife are both great people, and the store is one of the coolest places in town for kids. They have always been fair with me on purchases and sales.
Barely Reality is by far me and the boys? favorite video game/Pok?mon trading/VR store we've ever been to. Being in the military for 21 years we moved around many times. The first thing we would look for in a new town, or city were places with used,/new video games and/or cards. The selection is phenomenal, the Pok?mon cabinets are always stocked, and the employees are not only knowledgeable on the products but also extremely customer oriented. Oh, and the prices are very reasonable as well. Why pay shippin
Was pleasantly surprised to come across this place. The kids had an absolute blast! Nice to be able to grab some PS3 games to bring back to the cabin as well.
Place is not open like they advertise.i have tried to do business with them. False advertising of stor hours. I wasted time twice waiting around for the store to open.
This place rocks I bought a n64 and it worked perfectly not a scratch on it also n64 games came flawless. Best place to get into retro gaming or any type of gaming highly recommend I met Tom super friendly and helpful with purchases.
So much in one store! Need some extra cash? Come in with your retro stuff! They buy, sell, trade video games, gaming systems and Pok?mon cards in the front (and more) and have virtual reality booths in the back. You can book the VR booths individually or rent as a group and play against each other. With over 80 VR games to choose from you can find something for any age group, oh and you can book the VR area for birthday parties or other events. They also have retro toys and great customer service. Jake and
Glad these guys are in town awesome fast knowledge on point 10 stars guys!
Solid N64 console purchase and games. Returned for a GameBoy Advance SP and Pokemon Crystal game. Paid extra for the Gengar SP and was told "we do it right". It's filled with spots and the Pokemon Crystal cartridge ended up being a busted repro that won't update the time or the Pokedex. Won't be returning but they do have some good products.
Good friendly service -kept in touch when I wasn't able to get there in the time frame I had hoped-the owners know what they are doing and cleaned my game system very well - the games and consoles are also much more affordable here than anywhere else I can think of. Would greatly recommend.
Love the place my #1 go to for buy preowned games There is one down side but it's not a serious one it's just about buying the preowned game is that they are scratch but they always provide it where that If the game can't be read then they clean it or refund it But otherwise I love this place and it's my favorite
Awesome staff was super helpful and a great selection of games! Can't wait until next payday to come back.
Always such a wonderful experience! Definitely has become one of our favorite places to shop!
They were nice and kind. The guy helped me with my games and gave me a good price.
Fun experience for all ages. They took care of everything for the birthday party.
Very helpful and affordable
Great selection of nostalgic games.
Great place great people very helpful and friendly
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
