Customer Reviews

I had fun killing some time here. You buy a card, starting at $10, to buy credits. The game tells you how many credits it cost. Do not keep your card in your front hoodie pocket...it will steal your credits. There was a bar and kitchen .

I love this place. I spent about an hour playing pinball. I had so much fun. Friendly customer service. Everything was clean and very well taken care of. I will be back to get the high score. Check out the pictures.

Best Pinball arcade in the state of Indiana. so many new and fun pinball machines. Plan to spend over an hour playing. They moved the store to the front of the mall entrance and now have a restaurant, so you can eat and play never need to leave :)

I love the concept. We have been here 3 times. They seem to be doing repairs every time we are here. They now have pinball machines right outside the entrance. I want thrilled about standing in the mall playing pinball. Some of the machines don't work and won't take your credits. There want anyone at the front when we walked in and it took us a few to find someone. We will probably give it another try, just because you really can't find a place like this. They still have some work to do getting things fixed

Bank of Pinball hosted a welcome addition to Gencon this year by providing nearly 30 pins at a prime location called Pinball Alley. The staff were all helpful, knowledgeable and fun to talk with. The entire lineup of Jersey Jacks including a brand new Godfather were all present, along with a huge selection of Sterns. I hope that Gencon expands this relationship and offers a ticketed event tournament next year.

The location it's in used to be a bank... now loaded with pinball machines... Bank of Pinball. Awesome place with tons of pinball machines. A great place to tell yourself you'll only spend a few mins in and 2 hours later you're so close to the high score on the Indiana Jones pinball machine you can taste it. Did I say this place is awesome? Well, it totally is.

My family likes to get together for an activity during the holidays. We had a really nice evening playing pinball and the food was really good. Thanks for a lovely memory.

My first time here. Lots of fun playing the machines. Young girl at the counter was friendly.

That was fun. Forty pinball machines to choose from! Be sure and log in before you play to get credit for your high scoring games.

Really enjoyed playing pinball here before the expansion! But we went back today and all I can say is wow, the food from the new restaurant was outstanding! We will be visiting Bank of Pinball anytime we're in the area. The owners really deserve kudos for keeping pinball alive while serving up great food and a fun time!

They have a wide variety of pinball machines that are all different and can even get slightly addictive when playing! And with a restaurant right next door it makes for a great spot to hang out and get food with friends or while your on a date! The only downside is that it cost a dollar a game but it's still a extremely fun experience if you have ten dollars to spare!

If i could give 10 stars, i would!!!! Dakota, the manager, is amazing!!! Makes sure customers are happy, backs the bar, helps the servers, and always checks on you! Simon over at weather top knows all the games and is always happy to give advice on games. Well worth the stop. This place is a new staple in terre haute!

Came here for a date and had a good time! Some of the games can be set for 2 players, which is fun. The gentleman at the counter was friendly and helpful. Friday and Saturday?s they stay open late, starting at 8 you get unlimited games for $10! Fun for all ages. Will definitely be back. Edited to add: it's not in the bank anymore, now it's across the Ulta at the main entrance.

Great place for playing some nice pinball machines including many offerings from Jersey Jack.

Just stopped in here today to check out the machines. I was greeted at the door and was helped on how to play the games. Everything is clean and works great. I will stop in again more frequently!

Tried this place out. It was wonderful. This place has so much potential. If they put in a bar, I go all the time. Games were fun. I felt like they were a good value. 3 balls for a $1

Great line up. Most went to Gencon for the weekend but will return soon. Twilight Zone still on site for 50 cents a play!

Really nice selection, cool atmosphere. Must go for pinball fans. Glad to see your Google page is finally up

The first time we went there we had a pretty good time until a family came in and unleashed their 4 kids to run wild thru the place screaming and beating on the machines. The second time we we went, they had moved to the new location so the setup is different. The first machine we played malfunctioned and had to be shut down, the second machine we tried was so out of level the ball kept getting stuck... In my opinion I can't see how this place can last very long when children are allowed to abuse the mach

If you like pinball and good food this place is definitely for you! Great selection of pinball games, axe throwing and darts. Fun for the whole family

I would leave negative stars if it were possible. Bank of pinball was hosting an event at gencon. Not only were games 2 dollars a play, but many games also had broken components i.e. guardians of the Galaxy was unable to get multiball as groot was broken. Additionally, the leader on the event board that could also be tracked from your phone was to receive a trophy. They neglected to say that if a machine was offline they would accept the score via a picture. But out no mention of that from an employee. I t

My husband and I stopped in to play a game as the mall was very empty. The employee was both pleasant and helpful, he made sure to let us know about events and even the re-loadable card, witch I bought and loaded ! We will definitely return!

The food was amazing awesome and delicious

Pretty good selection of pinball machines, I was hoping more of the 2000s but I don't mind the jersey jack and stern stuff from the 2010s

BoP is an awesome addition to Terre Haute that features tons of the best pinball machines ever made! I grew up with the old Galaxy arcade and I believe the community has sorely missed having something like this the whole family can enjoy.

Super cool little venue, nice games. Options to pay, cash or prepaid RF interface membership card. Fellow working the desk was very helpful. Ready to watch this place grow.

Very nice and clean. The food was scrumptious. Staff was wonderful and there were lots of pinball games near their bar.

If you love pinball then this is the place to go! My dad, brother, and I come here at least twice a week. What's even better is they now serve food!

Took my son there recently. It was the first time for both of us. His first time playing pinball. He ABSOLUTELY loved it. Brought back a lot of memories for me with the machines. Thanks.

Went here for the first time and it was really nice. Nice to be able to sit and enjoy some of these great games. The staff was very friendly and the variety available was nice.

Awesome place. I was always a fan of pinball when I was younger. Nice clean place and staff has always been very helpful. A nice place to spend father and son time. Thank you.

We saw the billboard while going down the Interstate. We had fun, a great selection of Pinball games. We will go back when in the area.

We went to the mall for shoes and found this we enjoyed it, introduced my 11 yr old boy to some games he loved it as we both did. Will definitely come back again, a lot of fun!!!!

Amazing food and fun games, staff is top notch

We went on the unlimited play night. There was a few pinballs down but still plenty to play. For the price and the amount of games to play I highly recommend.

Fun place...the only issue I had was that the ceiling lights reflected on the top glass on some of the machines making it hard to see the game action.

Great selection of machines. One of the funnest places to go in Terre Haute!

Lots of new Stern pinball machines. Great location and lots of table space.

We love it. My wife and son and I played about an hour.

A great place for food and family friendly entertainment.

Really fun place, great food!

50+ Pinballs, Bar & Food!

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are pinball tables still good in this modern age?

Yes, pinball tables in arcades remain a blast. Their hands-on, skill-driven gameplay delivers a thrill digital games can’t match, blending nostalgia with modern flair. Newer tables from Stern and Jersey Jack feature LCD screens and themes like Avengers or Stranger Things, keeping things exciting. Arcades are seeing a pinball resurgence with vibrant scenes and tournaments like IFPA events drawing crowds. Though less common than video games, pinball’s tactile charm and community vibe make it a standout arcade experience in 2025.
