Best birthday party ever for my 8 and 12 year old. From the owner Mark to the helpers they were absolutely fantastic. This was by far the best experience for my kids. This place itself was cool but The reason why I'm giving the place 2 stars is because we are a family of 6 and we were just going out for my daughter?s birthday to play and then go out to eat. He said we can celebrate there for $120 & we get the private party room & my 3 kids and husband can play games. (I had to stay with my 10 month old baby) when we arrived he charged us $160. That was already a little weird. But if he said we get a private area why not right?Well?we got the private area. NOTHING WAS INC

My family arrived just about over an hour before closing. I was warmly greeted by Mark, and he shared our love for arcades. With the remaining time in mind, I asked if there was any chance he could consider granting us a deal for the family with a shorter block of time remaining, and ended up allowing us to enter the arcade for $10 a person. I went here yesterday with my oldest son so we could escape and have some fun. The owner is the nicest person I ever met, he took time out to get to know us and our story. This place is incredible! We had my son's birthday party at the PALMER PARK MALL LOCATION! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Our party attendant checked on us many many times. Great time, great memories from back in the day. If you played arcades in the mall and just hung out at the mall, you will relive your childhood. Best Arcade yet! This is now top of our list of places to play pinball. My favorite game was Nightmare on Elm Street. There are only a handful of games that are not on free play or marked not working. Every game we played was great, nothing malfunctioning by tilting or balls getting stuck. We just had a 12th birthday party at Back to the Arcade and it was easily the best party we have hosted. It was simple, no fuss. The kids had a blast! My son and I spent about 2 hours and had a great time. Mark, the owner, showed us his collection of signed merch which was really cool. We had a great time! There's a $20 fee for adults to play all the machines. The games are kept in very good condition and they have some of the good old school games like Galaga, Pacman, Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat and more. They also offer a $10 discount for veterans.

I just went back in time for a few hours, and experienced a joy I haven't had since being a teenager and going to the arcade. This arcade is such a steal, you can pay a single time and play as much and as long as you'd like to. All games are preset up so all you have to do is hit start! This is a neat experience. I liked the "Retro" Games they had available, but more than that the idea of just paying a flat 20 dollars for unlimited play is something I found really neat. Most arcades I go into charge per play, where Back to the Arcade was unlimited. I think we spent around 2 hours playing the different games, certainly brought back that 80's / 90's arcade vibe from when I was a kid.

We had our son?s 1st birthday party today at the arcade. The perfect venue for our 1-UP theme! Mark and his team were incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating from the very beginning. With access to both party rooms and unlimited game play for our many guests, everyone was comfortable and entertained throughout the whole day. His staff was there with us from set up to last present packed in the car to ensure the best experience possible. We can't recommend them enough.
