B1 Strike Bowling and Games

B1 Strike Bowling and Games

Reviews Summary

Most reviews praise the venue as a fun, family-friendly spot with great food, arcade games, and activities like go-karting and VR. Many highlight the cleanliness and Covid precautions. However, several complaints cite poor lane conditions, lack of oil, uncomfortable house balls, and inconsistent customer service. Food service delays and overpricing are also mentioned. While some love the atmosphere and variety, serious bowlers and those expecting polished service are often disappointed. Overall, it’s a hit for casual outings but falls short for bowling purists or those valuing attentive management.

Customer Reviews

The worst bowling alley I've ever had the displeasure of stepping foot in. Lanes feel like they haven't been oiled in years. Floors and shoes are sticky. House balls were uncomfortable for those that used them. If you enjoy bowling, go to one of the many other alleys in the area and avoid here. $40/hr per lane is also insulting for the quality.

ZERO oil on lane. House balls had very very small finger holes too. Would not reccomend for real bowlers, but fine otherwise.

Me and my family had such a great time there. We loved the food and loved the experience. I definitely recommend this place. It also has go cart racing, an arcade, and a VR station.

Since new ownership prices have doubled on the arcade and all across-the-board. Cannot wait to see them shut down and lose all their investors money.

Worst possible people working here. The attendant working the bowling desk will not even look up while I'm asking a question. It's a great facility. Unfortunately, they don't stress the importance of good customer service from their employees.

The wings weren't sauced. Had to wait 60 minutes for a pizza. Had to wait 65 minutes for 6 onion rings. Both after hunting down a manager and waitress. The service is awful. You have to hunt down your own: Napkins, Plates, and cups. Ya know, the luxuries. What a joke.

I was planning a big 10th birthday party for my son and I was calling around to inquire about a bowling party. I started calling and emailing Grand Prix in Mount Kisco in March. Nobody ever called me back after many many messages no one ever answered my emails. Finally only by luck did I happen to get an event coordinator on the phone one day. I went over all the details with him and he was supposed to get back to me that week with packages and any possible discounts, well needless to say I never heard from

We just had my daughters birthday at Spins. It was awesome!!! The facility was amazing! The entire time we were there, they had someone walking around wiping down the arcade games and touch points!! It was so great to see my daughter and her friends bowling and laughing, while feeling Covid precautions were being taking so seriously! I would highly recommend Spins!

Would be alright if you were bowling for fun but if you are taking the game even a little bit seriously it's awful, the lanes are definitely not 60 feet, there is no oil, the lane itself is not wood it's vinyl, it cracked my ball pretty bad so yea, don't recommend

It was smashing time great English fun in the US of A love it I had a absolute ball not a bowling ball of you will pardon the pun

First and definitely last time there. We were extremely disappointed with the bowling alley. I don't mind paying a little extra money if it is worth it and this was not. The lanes had a sticky substance on them from spilled drinks or food. Both mine and my boyfriends personal bowling shoes got ruined. There were empty food baskets and soda cups on all the tables. Perhaps instead of buying more tv projector screens or speakers for the sounds system, management should seriously consider buying some cleaning s

I go with my son, who bowls with a group while I hang out in the lounge. The food is awesome, especially considering you are in an arcade/bowling alley. I was shocked. I had the the Korean Chicken Tacos last week and had to send a photo of it home so all would be jealous of my bowling alley food. It was washed down with a nice beer. We go to other bowling alleys, and you might be able to get a hot dog or pizza. For really good food (I would come here just for the food!), go to SPINS!

This is fun place to take the kids BUT their so called mask policy is a joke. It should be called optional mask policy. I saw numerous people not wearing a mask or if they they did have a mask it was on their chin. One lady had on no mask at all and then saw her later holding it loosely over her mouth with straps hanging. Spoke to manager who blamed it on holiday week. And that should make a difference because why? They claimed they spoke to people about it but I saw zero enforcement from time I walked in t

Such a gem in the Westchester area. Both this location and the one in Peekskill are top notch fun. Great outing for people of all ages. they really need to advertise better out front on the road tho! People may not even know where it is with it's location tucked away.

I wouldnt waste the money. Had a problem with the lanes 3 times. We had to move 3 times to a different lane because of issues they couldnt fix. Honestly worst bowling experience. Thankfully they were kind enough to give us a little extra time

Lots a fun! Nice vibe

I love it! So much to do! Great for the whole family!!

The bowling alley is terrible. The floors are linoleum....not wood, and it makes a surprising difference. Also, Good luck finding a ball with holes big enough to fit an adult?s fingers.

Fun experience, however many of the staff smelled like cigarettes and were vaping inside the building.

The food is terrible. Overpriced, was delivered cold and tasted horrible. The atmosphere is not bad overall. Gets busy but not terribly so.

Can't wait to go bowling it's a very happy place to enjoy with your family

Great fun for kids and adults. Arcade and go carts for when the kids get tired of bowling.

Lots of fun. Cool electronic bowling scoreboard

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
