B Social Bowling

B Social Bowling

Reviews Summary

B Social offers a mix of experiences with strong praise for its fun atmosphere, diverse activities (bowling, arcade, axe throwing), and some standout staff members. Many enjoy the food and drinks, particularly during well-managed visits. However, inconsistent service is a major issue, with frequent complaints about slow orders, forgotten reservations, unresponsive staff, and technical problems like lane malfunctions. While some guests have excellent experiences, others leave frustrated due to poor organization and unmet expectations. The venue has potential but needs to address service and operational consistency.

Fun place to hang out and lots of activities! I did not do the bowling ( I'll have to come back for that) but I ate at the restaurant and did the ax throwing. IT WAS VERY FUN! I've never gone axe throwing, but it was very entertaining and I think their price was not bad. 10 bucks per person, for 30 min. Really enjoyed the bang bang shrimp. No complaints on food, it was as expected. I was not thrilled about the service at the restaurant. It was not busy, we were the only people in the restaurant. It took her

Amazing! We choose B Social for my daughter's 50th Birthday Party. I cannot say enough about what a great time we had and how all my guests raved about the venue! The service, the food, activities, and the awesome space made for the best party ever! Special thanks to Chris & Dee and their friendly staff for making our event everything we hoped for!

Super fun experience there is so much to do at this location , from axe throwing to bowling a seating area for dining and pool and ping pong tables . Wait staff was friendly and food came out in a timely manner and beautifully plated . I will definitely come back to try the upstairs 21+ lounge that is open on weekends. A great place for family fun day.

So came yesterday for an adult birthday this place has pros and cons so let's start with the bad. Came in around 4:30pm to the restaurant area there was no one there except one other table. No servers were present at the time so we had to wait for someone to acknowledge us. Nice lady with red hair told us we could sit anywhere and that someone would serve us shortly. After 10 mins someone finally came over he said he just came on shift didn't even know that no one served us yet. Mind you there was a table i

I really enjoyed my time at B Social. I attened a birthday party here and it was amazing. We bought our own decorations, cake, party hats, etc. We had a little bit of a problem with the reservation but they were able to accommodate our group in a very short notice. Afterwards we went to the arcade area and played our hearts out. On top of that they have a bowling alley!!!! The second floor their is a bar lounge area for the people who dont really like a big crowd. What really makes B Social really stand out

Food wasn't bad, typical bar food, beer selection wasn't too good. We had a very nice server, and enjoyed the arcade. It's a good place for family fun. We will definitely return to check out more of it, and partake in their axe throwing and bowling. We didn't get the chance to check out the upstairs 21+. That will be for next time!

Place was okay, came for the first time last night with the bestie to bowl. Place is alot smaller than I thought it'd be. They recommend you get there 15 mins early which we did, but we still had to wait to check-in at our scheduled time. They have 19 lanes which all were not in use. Play was fun, you have different option games to play and can style the board format to your liking. You can play all you want for the hour until the lane closes down so the next set of people can play. They have an arcade sect

The attendant getting us checked in was very unpleasant. She acted as if we were bothering her when we approached her. She was very short and acted as if she was allergic to smiling. We also did not get any service while bowling like we did the last time we were here but I'm not sure if it's a weekend vs weekday thing but again, attendant should have explained this. You click the service button and no one shows up. Knowing the games are timed. We ended up leaving early because our balls kept getting stuck.

I recently visited B Social on our visit from the UK, and it was a fantastic experience! The bowling lanes were well-maintained and provided a great atmosphere for a fun night out. The arcade section was equally impressive, with a wide variety of classic and modern games that kept everyone entertained. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. Whether you're looking to bowl a few strikes or challenge your friends to a game, this place has it all. Highly recommended fo

I love this spot! Super worth it and amazing service from the friendly crew! Looking forward to the next time I get to throw axes, play arcade, hangout, and eat here!

We were having a 5 star experience at first, then things changed. Don't come on a weekday I guess because although they close at 11:00 PM they can have ?an early night? whenever they decide. Me and my group of 7 friends decided to go bowling, drink and have fun in the arcade. After bowling from 9-10 we had a great time and the food and drinks were good aswell. After we bowled all of us decided to get a game card to play the arcade. As I'm closing out our tab at around 10:10 my friends come up saying we're

Came here recently for my boyfriend's birthday and had a great experience. Nice lanes, large place with a lot of different things to do. The food was also amazing, I highly recommend the nachos! Will definitely be coming here again.

From the moment we walked in, the staff at the front desk were rude and unhelpful. We waited 20 minutes just to check in for our reserved bowling lane and axe-throwing session because the two employees were chatting with each other. The worst part was the food. We ordered simple items?a pizza expecting a quick bite between games. After 45 minutes, nothing had arrived, and our server was nowhere to be found.

Booked a lane for my kids and family to enjoy some Easter bowling. 15 minutes before we arrive get a call telling us that something is wrong with the lanes and they have to close. I had reserved the lane online and in order to get a refund I had to go into the building to get refund to my card. As I was walking into the building, I noticed the doors had a sign showing we're closing at 3 now for Easter. This was our Easter plans! And then you lied right before we arrive saying it was something with the l

The place with the new owners has lots of cool stuff. They have huge TVs like the one at Xfinity Live for games and shows. They have Boweling lanes, nightclub upstairs, ax throwing, arcade area, bars, and restaurant. Definitely, it's a cool place to hang out Saturday night with family or loved ones

Visited today for the advertised egg hunt. Arrived 10 minutes early with my 4 year old only to find that kids had ventured back into the arcade where they were setting up the eggs while the rest of the lobby waited. By the time the majority of the crowd got back to the egg hunt area, everything was gone. Myself with loads of other parents and children left disappointed without receiving a single egg. I understand this was a few event and would have been appreciated if it were fair to everyone involved. I ha

Was hoping for a fun night out with my girl but this place was an absolute letdown. The service was beyond horrible, and the overall experience made us want to never return. We waited more than 40min for our food and they completely forgot about our order. Would not recommend at all

Celebrate my mom's 61th birthday! The workers were great! The GM Jen was great and made sure our large party was taken care! It's nice to see a manger involved with their workers especially in the later hours! My family and myself will be there again!

The vibes here are great. The food was good but my bar/ wait staff Yadi was stellar. Her attention to detail was top notch and without even asking her she kept filling up the soda pitchers and kept my cup of Modelo filled. We had a great time, So much that we would definitely drive out all the way from the Burg to have a great time out here.

This place has UNLIMITED potential to be the coolest place ever but it's so poorly managed. Not sure if the blame should go on actual management or the employees, but the people on shift really don't seem to care about their employer or the customers they're "serving" aside from the bartender. Family friendly atmosphere and tons of entertainment for adults and kids alike. A separate section for something a little more casual or slower paced by the brick oven area. Just some lazy employees mostly, watching t

This place has the potential to be great but the service is SERIOUSLY lacking and I'm disappointed to say the least?particular because we were looking for a place to host our sons birthday party later this year. I had to ask, no joke, 5 times (3 different staff members) for them to put bumpers up for my kids and we waited so long he ended up crying. We had food and drinks that never came and the attitude from front desk and wait staff was alarmingly unprofessional. If you're going to bowl and not eat or d

Visited yesterday. Had issues with the group next to us bowling including spilled drinks and poor behavior. Staff didn't take it seriously and someone could have seriously been injured. One entree was brought super late after everyone else?s, soggy and slimy like it was sitting out for ages. Disappointed with staffs response as we typically come a few times a month. Waited over ten minutes to check out for prizes as staff is not cross trained and it was dead inside, which did not equate for any of the issue

Our family came to play bowling, and we were told it was an hour wait. We put in a reservation and took our kids to the arcade. We came back 45 minutes later to check on our wait time, and the front girl could not find our reservation. I gave her our name and I gave her our number. She could not find either. She told us it would be another hour wait. When my wife came over to ask a question about our reservation, the front girl avoided her, and when I got her attention, she told us that it had not been 45 m

Took our 4 year old to Easter egg hunt here and he didn't get a single egg because workers didn't stop a few older kids and their parents prior to the 2pm start. By the time every other kid made it back there , there was no eggs left and ended with a bunch of crying and disappointed kids. When confronting the workers about being disorganized and not stopping the other kids, they said it wasn't their problem and there's nothing they could've done. No one we interacted with was friendly and seemed to just not

overall the place seems like a great idea. however, it's completely disorganized. my husband and i went today for our first date night out since having our baby, and we ended up leaving. we planned to eat lunch then do some axe throwing or play the arcade games. when we walked in it's set up super weird, and there's nowhere to ask to be seated to eat. we waited at the ?check in? counter for a few minutes while a family in front of us was being helped with bowling, i assume, and the employee helping them had

We came here for guys night and though we enjoyed the hatchet tossing and bowling was a lot of fun. The problem was the service. We saw our waitress literally 3 times for a party of 8 in 2 plus hours.

I never leave negative reviews because nothing is bad enough to write it out. This place however was bad enough. Our ?server? never acknowledged us even when trying to pay. The place was almost empty yet they wouldn't let us reserve another hr of bowling because ?people are coming in behind you?. YET we stood around in our lane for 30 minutes waiting to pay and no one showed up to bowl. Will NOT be back. The food was brought without any utensils or napkins and we had to go find our own. A lite beer was 6$ o

Highly impressed with BSocial!!! We decided to throw my son's 9th birthday party here and had so much fun!! We got there 15 mins prior to set up his cupcakes and gifts and they had everything set up nicely for us in our own area. We decided to do their gold package which included food, drinks, bowling, ice cream, and arcade time. Everything turned out perfect and our hostess was very nice and accommodating. The kids started to get antsy with bowling and wanted to do arcade sooner and a nice manager was able

Writing after my second visit. First visit was quite unpleasant, the bartending staff were very unpleasant, uninviting, and seemingly disinterested in us (group of 6). But the arcade and bowling and excellent food made up for it. Second trip was even better, as we sat at a table. The only complaint was the Jameson pickleball shot, $7 for mostly pickle juice, didn't taste good at all.. But other than that, pretty solid service, once again excellent food and presentation, and friendly quick service. Has becom

Place has great potential! However, service was extremely slow when we placed an order for drinks while bowling. First order placed took approximately 30 mins (3 mixed drinks) to arrived. Second order never arrived and when we went to pay our tab, we explained that the second order never arrived, however the bartender rang up both orders, for multiple drinks we did not receive, even after explaining the situation prior to paying the tab. We had to ask for the manager three times before he came out and told

This place is a good idea, but it's poorly executed. Too expensive. Bowling at a regular bowling place is much cheaper, and they don't rush you out! So once you get your bowling lane, no matter how many people are in your party, you only get a tiny loveseat. You don't get enough seats for everyone in your party. Everyone in your party can't even sit down to eat! Then it takes too long to get your food. By the time we got our food, our bowling time was up, and they tried to rush us out of there! So our wh

We were so excited to try this place but unfortunately it did not meet any of our expectations. We had a reservation and it seemed as if no one could find it. The same thing happened to the people ahead of us. And then once we got sat it took forever for a waitress to arrive and even longer for her to take our order. A majority of the things we attempted to order were not in stock and she informed us they'd be changing their menu. It then took almost 20 minutes to get our drink and once we saw the size of t

Came a little after 7pm. Was told I'd have to wait until 9:30pm because I wanted to use a clipp coupon I had already purchased. Just to be clear the clipp coupon says nothing about needing to use it at a certain time. Came back around 9:30pm to be told axe throwing was sold out for the night and we should?ve made reservations. That would?ve been nice to know when I was there hours earlier. This place needs some serious help. The waitlist for bowling was 3 hours. With some good management I'm sure th

I wanted to give a higher rating but the service was extremely poor. This place has so much potential if they would get their staff and service together. I'll start with the positives, nice visually appealing entertainment complex with bowling, axe throwing, arcade, and bar with plenty of tv?s and space. Now for the bad part, unfriendly staff. Bowling checking lady didn't greet us, was busy scrolling Instagram and gave incorrect shoe sizes. When my son told her the balls were stuck she told him she will g

Fantastic time with the family this afternoon. We bowled for an hour. For family of 5 with shoe rental it was 58.30. Then we ate lunch, 5 meals, 3 beer, one cocktail, total tax & tip $115. Then we spent $60 on arcade games. We started our afternoon at 1 and left at 430. The staff was kind.

I had a staff party here last week. We ordered a lot of food and did the 90 minute bowling. It was over a thousand dollars with drinks, food and bowling so I'm pretty aggravated that everything wasn't way better. There are so many things that B Social need to get right. 1. I couldn't find a bowling ball that fit my fingers and neither could most of my staff 2. The food was all meh. The deserts were burnt so I had them take them off my bill. 3. The service. You get your own wait staff for a party. When the f

If I could leave 0 stars I would. It's a Monday night and all the friend group wanted to do for a birthday was play and have fun. To my surprise, when we walked in ?due to inclement? weather, from 9am, <.5 in, they were closing early. Not posted on their website, or phone call. This was highly unprofessional to get an uber here to play and drink and be told we were not allowed to stay. The doors were locked and the staff was incredibly rude. The manager and the staff had given us 4 different reviews as peop

Walked in and had to wait 30 minutes for a reservation we booked a week prior. Once at our lane there was only one single server for all the lanes near us. Food took longer than our entire hour long game, they forgot half of our order and claimed it was already sent out, waiter forgot our drinks. The entire ambience of the place was lame, which is disappointing. Spent $150+ for a really disappointing and underwhelming experience. Will not return due to TERRIBLE service all around.

Great atmosphere, delicious food and drinks, and friendly staff whey amazing customer service. We will be requesting Will when we go again!

The slowest bowling alley I've ever been to! We were visiting the area and decided to go bowling. All we wanted was a quick game and some pizza for our son. But our lane got stuck, and they took forever to fix it. And guess what? It didn't even work! After a 30-plus minute wait, they asked us to go to another lane. We asked for a refund, but they blamed us for the lane getting stuck. That was clearly not the case, as it happened right in front of our server. To make matters worse, they didn't even give us

The server got two of our drinks. Incorrect. Two out of the four meals incorrect and was slow. The bowling was fun and the servers on the polling side were great, but I would highly recommend not dining in

What a fun time this was! Rarer than a unicorn to find a place where me, my toddler, my 5 yr old AND my moody 17 yr old (and permanent tag along significant other) can ALL ENJOY OURSELVES! Granted, my son may have to take a gap year since I spent his college tuition on bowling, food and the arcade, BUT STILL! The food was actually AMAZINGLY GOOD and I am glad it was since it helped soften the blow when the check came. Mandatory tip was added on (not sure why unless they counted the 1 yr old to get to 6 dine

This place is terribly disorganized and everyone working here seems incompetent. Watched as the people in the pizza kitchen used terrible hygiene practices as I waited over an hour and a half at my table only to never get my food or even my drink. Went up to the front bar and stood there for for over 5 minutes while bartenders stared at the taps trying to figure out which beer their customers asked for. Had bartenders within inches of me and never took my order. I left hungry and thirsty. Glad I wasn't abl

I was disappointed in our service. We went bowling on a Wednesday night and it was not crowded. It took us 10 mins to grab a bartenders attention. While we were bowling, food took an hour and there were multiple workers just standing around. Only one person was working for multiple bowling lanes. Overall, we had a fun time bowling, but the organization of servers and works was a mess.

The staff is not helpful and unknowledgeable. We arrived at 5 for axe throwing, they put us on a waitlist till 7, we went back and we were told they wouldn't have anything till 9. There were so many open lanes we complained and got one. The targets are hard to see and no instructions for the games. No table service and no staff around to help with games.

Ordered French fries and took 30minutes for them to serve it wasn't busy or anything probs they forgot about them. Music could also be better.

Amazing place great adults and children

Last night was unfortunately not the experience my friends and I had anticipated. We were excited to try B Social for the first time but were left quite disappointed. Upon arrival, we approached the first bar, where the bartender informed us that it was closed. During this conversation, another waitress mentioned that ?Sam told her she has to make a specific drink.? The bartender then indicated that Sam would need to address the situation as she would be leaving for the night, resulting in a rather unprofes

I would be willing to give this place another try, overall it was a good experience, but there were a few things we wish were improved. Service: service was slow, from getting a lane, to ordering food. The hosts at the desk told us to wait at the bar while they got a lane ready for us. They said it would take 5-10 minutes but then forgot about us after waiting 30 minutes. Our server also forgot a few items we ordered and we ended up having to cancel. Food: food was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it was me

Before visiting, we attempted to call for labe reservation. We called multiple times before someone answered. We were told we had a reservation. My family and I visited the day after Christmas and B social clearly weren't staffed properly. Short staffing and technical lane issues caused numerous families, many of which were visiting from out of town over the holidays, to have an awful time. Waited over 30 minutes, twice, for a drink at the bar because only one was open. Had minimal waitresses and servers wa

Fun place, REALLY good food. Fun drinks (21+)!! You can tell they are still starting up- bit slow of service but nice employees. We bowled but our cool glow light was out :( we also ordered drinks on the screen that never came, nor did a server come over to us within the hour reservation. (45$ for 2 people, 1 hour, w/ shoes for reference) Can use improvements but again, new establishment that I can be seeing really great soon.

I only serviced this place through my job and it looked to be a very fun night out. Once I make my way there, could bump it to 5 stars.

All I can say is "unbelievable", but not in a good way! Last night I went with my son, and booked a day in advance online. Instructions at check out said to check in I believe 10 minutes prior to scheduled time. which I attempted to do and was met by some extremely rude girl at the check in counter! She stated that it's not 6:00 yet I need to go and get out of line and come back at 6:00! Mind you it was exactly 5:50 at the time this occurred! I tried to tell her that the website suggests you check in 10 mi

Got here at 6:55, got to our lane at 7. Food was ordered almost immediately. We got our food with 16 minutes remaining in our session. Our pitcher of soda took 15 minutes to get. My glass had old food in the bottom. We got the Pretzel Grazing Board. Pretzel was okay, Cheese was warm from being out. While bowling, there were 15-16 people filming some music video or something the ENTIRE time 3 lanes down from us. They were screaming and being absolutely obnoxious. They had cameras filming, people walking up

The bowling was fun and so were the old school music videos. They also have some fun arcade games. The only down side is that you get the bowling lane for only 2 hours so even if you are on the 9th frame of the game the system will shut off if the 2 hours is over. The cheeseburger sliders were so good but the cheese qusadila was very thin.

I had the most amazing bar tender I just had to write a review!!! Jen was the most knowledgeable professional bar tender I've ever encountered. Our party was large and not everyone was a drinker so we had a lot of questions. Not only did she recommend drinks that we all ended up loving but we now have a new hang out!! Thank you for hiring Jen and giving us an amazing night!!!!! We will be back.

Our server forgot to ring in (I assume) some of our orders. An hour after ordering, we still had people at our table without food/drinks while others were finished eating. I ordered a canned drink and it took 45 minutes for our waitress to bring it. However, the manager quickly and efficiently resolved our issues and made sure everyone was satisfied to the best of his ability. After we ate, we went bowling. Our ball got stuck in the back end of the alley(behind the bar) in the gutter a couple of times. We c

Great place for a birthday party! Plenty of private enough space for 15+ kids and very friendly staff. Price is great and includes food, drinks, and ice cream.

I had a blast at the soft opening! I went Friday night. The energy was amazing! I came out with my family for the family & friends event & my server was amazing! I even had a chance to go to the bar in the front & they were all awesome. I especially remember Carla! Also the bowling attendant was so sweet.. & the chicken tacos were elite. The managers were so attentive. Kudos to that kitchen staff cause boy were they busy!!

I went to B Social this past weekend and hing out at the bar. The vibe is great and the drinks are DELICIOUS! I was helped by two bartenders during my visit and they were friendly and knew their stuff. Queena, and Jen were very helpful and they made some great food suggestions. They will be my bartenders from now! I'll be back! ??

Attended a private event hosted by Thrivent Financial tonight, and was blown away by the fantastic service and delicious food. Chef Mike personally came out and made sure everyone?s food and dessert were up to par. HIGHLY recommend his strawberry shortcake. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, We will definitely return and bring friends!

Overall, what a cool place! The space is huge with bowling, axe throwing, massive TVs, games and bars. However, our first time here today was for a friends sons birthday party. The minute we arrived, which was 5 minutes early, we were told we're unable to come in, along with the hosts of the party who were told to be there 15 minutes early. Once entering, everything seemed like an inconvenience to the staff and you have all these kids wanting to bowl yet opening the lanes was so hard to get done. Trying to

I'm here now. I hate to leave a bad review for a place I want to succeed...but...I was sitting at a table for 30 minutes+ with empty drinks and plates waiting for a check. Wife went to the bar to get some help...that was 20 minutes ago, still waiting. Wildly disorganized and staff seems inexperienced and overwhelmed.

They are disrespectful. They unlawful firing people. Their store is nasty. It's dirty in the kitchen. I saw mouse?s in there and cock roachs. There was hair in the food. I got sick from the food. They don't have manners

This place is awesome and fun but for me Yadi was amazing. She was attentive, friendly and helpful with our needs while our kids enjoyed bowling and video games.

Grate food and service Yady was a great waitress and knew her menu from drinks to food . The girl really deserves a raise.

I recently went to B Social for the first time and I really enjoyed my experience. The atmosphere was great and the service I experienced from Queena was great! She made sure me and my partner were great the entire time we were there. She was absolutely amazing and I plan to return in the future. Thank you to the B social staff.

We show up to locked doors and people inside. No one will let us in. Once we finally get in, the staff were rude and told us the place was closed although closing wasn't for over an hour. When asked why they were closed we got four different responses. We tried speaking to a manager and she was also rude and refused to give us a reason for why they were closed although other people were in the place and being served. Don't go here.

I recently dined at B Social, and it was a truly delightful experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, creating the perfect backdrop for a memorable meal. However, what really stood out was the exceptional service provided by our bartender, Queena. Her attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine friendliness made our evening special. She was knowledgeable about the menu, offered excellent recommendations, and ensured that all our needs were met with a smile. Thanks to Queena, our dining experience at

I truly had an amazing experience the other night! I love that the owners stop by our table and actively listened to our suggestions and/or comments. The food was amazing and the drinks???? Top notch thanks to the bartender named Queena! We will be back! Thank you for an amazing family night!

First time visit b social great experience food was amazing the owner came over to our table and introduced herself which was very nice loved over all the ax throwing

I had a great experience at B Social recently. The highlight of the evening was definitely Queena, the bartender. Her expertise and warm demeanor made the drinks truly stand out. Coupled with the excellent food, which was both delicious and well-presented, B Social offers a fantastic dining experience.

We were excited to try this place last night, planning to start with dinner and then go bowling. Unfortunately, we never made it through our dinner. We experienced long waits, items that were never sent to the kitchen, and incorrect orders delivered three separate times. Only two of the four of us got the food we wanted, and one of those dishes was missing parts. In the end, I didn't even get to eat dinner. To top it off, the manager never came over to talk to us or introduce themselves. This place has grea

Don't let the good reviews fool you. This place is extremely unorganized. Seriously it's really bad. Amanda claims to be a manager but I've never seen an actual trained leader act the way she did. Very argumentative and zero professionalism. Please send her back to customer service 101 training. This is out of her skill set. Ok, Here is the reality of the atmosphere . This was 10 o'clock at night and the place is filled with young kids running around unsupervised and teenagers hanging out. This is not a pl

Love b social because it's a friendly and fun time each time we go ! Thank you to all staff and mgnt. U GUYS ROCK !

Had such a great time here! Drinks were phenomenal. Nice atmosphere! Everything you need to have fun in one spot. Can't beat that!

Love this place! Food, beers, arcade , bowling and more! Plus a 21 and over section for just adults no kids!

Over priced beverages. Over priced bowling. There's 13 pool sticks and only 2 have tips, the rest are broken. If brain rot music and wasting money is your thing then this is the place for you.

I was so excited to try this spot now that it has re-opened under new management. I sat at the Bar and got the best service ever from their bartender, Jen. Not only did she provide me with great drink recommendations but she was just generally kind and helpful. I will definitely be back!

Queena, delivered exceptional service during my visit on Saturday. Her cocktails were expertly crafted, balancing flavors with precision. She recommended a refreshing signature drink that perfectly matched my preferences.

B social is a dope experience for the kids as well as adults. The food is amazing and Queena makes the most amazing drinks and gives you outstanding service with such a down to earth spirit. Outside of the games she makes the adult vibe perfect ! This will def be my new chill spot ??

I went to b social and I'm not much of a drinker, I sat at the bar and a bubbly bartender by the name of yadi came up to me and was very kind and sweet and informative. She helped me pick out menus items and drinks, it came out super quick. The service is a 10/10.

The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, with neon lights and lively music setting the perfect backdrop for a fun-filled day. The staff is friendly and attentive especially the bartender Queena it's a super clean and organized environment, ensuring a pleasant experience for everyone. Def my new go to spot

Never been to B Social before but Queena made me feel like I've been there a million times before. She was very knowledgeable, excellent attitude and she makes the best drinks ever. Definitely something to come enjoy and ask for Queena, she will definitely take care of you.

Decided to stop at B Social in Bethlehem while out and about with some friends. What a joke. Waited at the bar for 20 minutes and got no service. The bartender came over twice and fed us some line about dealing with a credit card issue while we see her mixing drinks for other people. Saw at least 10 employees standing around doing nothing, and the host at the door was rude and had a poor attitude. Won't be shocked when that place is closed in less than a year. What a joke.

I went to B Social with some friends a couple times and every time we go our bartender Yadi is always the sweetest, most attentive server. She made the whole experience that much better. Good food & great service!!

Tried B Social on Labor Day. I wish it the best of luck. Didn't really know what to do when entering. There was a hostess greeting stand, but nobody was there. We just stood there for minutes. Nobody came to us so finally walked further back to a counter but that seemed mostly for bowling reservations. From there we did get directed to a different area for dining. The TVs are huge but I did not think they are high def if looking to watch a game. Server was pleasant. Confusing prices on bowling, games etc.

Nice place and like the variety of arcade machines, though i expected more of them. Axe throwing with projected games on the target raised the bar on this. Biggest complaint is the elevator which has a sign restricting it to handicapped people and employees. I am not officially handicapped but have bad knees so stairs are tough and found the sign insulting.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
