Reviews Summary

The theater receives mixed reviews, with many praising its comfortable seats, friendly staff, and fun amenities like arcades and game nights. Food quality and service are inconsistent—some find it delicious and reasonably priced, while others complain about overpriced, mediocre options. Cleanliness is hit-or-miss, with some noting filth and disorganization, while others highlight a spotless environment. Issues like cold popcorn, poor lighting, and confusing seating or ordering systems frustrate some guests, but others appreciate the inclusive features (e.g., sensory kits) and overall experience. Really clean area: The movie seen was "Sinners" Pre-ordered my ticket and checked in at the kiosk, which was easy and convenient. They do have some issues online registering with their membership program. However, I did sign is as a guest and received my ticket that way. The pricing is affordable, and the seats are comfortable recliners with a center table attached for food, which can be delivered directly to your seat so you don't have to miss any part of your movie. All around experience, I would rate

First time visit and was not disappointed! Ordered some popcorn and fries. The popcorn was so large I couldn't finish it between me and my husband- definitely bang for your buck! I will say it was hard to do your own butter, the popcorn bag barely fit underneath the butter spout. Now ordering food at a movie theater is always a risk, but their fries were spot on. Crispy, perfectly cooked, salted well, delicious! Delivered right to our seat. Their was some sort of mix up with their seating system and it pu

Place offers food and drinks but must be ordered at the box office. They will deliver the food to you. Matinee prices are fair and sound and picture quality is good. The seats are fully reclining but not as comfortable compared to others

This was my first time at this theater. I bought my ticket through Fandango. The concessions line was long, but moved pretty quickly. I only bought candy, but the food on the menu looked good. I heard the cashier saying that food is brought to your seats. The cashier scanned my ticket and I think that was the purpose. There was no ticket taker. They announced several times that if you already had your ticket you could just go ahead. I found my seat and waited. And waited. Then one of the other guests wen

Comfiest seats with a nice deep recline and sturdy tables. The prices for food and tickets are really reasonable with a cool Coca cola Freestyle for your refills. Temp was cool but not freezing and our food was great. The onion rings, fries, and tator tots were all crisp and great (we like sides!) And they had plenty of condiments available and you can butter your own popcorn still! My new favorite theater!

My husband and I went yesterday and saw a movie on the Grand Screen. It was great and the theater was clean and they brought food to your seat. They even had sensory kits to rent for free for those who have sensory overload. It included headphones, sensory pop its and a heart shaped ice pack with little beads it in. Definitely going to go again.

The place is a very nice. They have outdoor patio area which is very nice. As far as customer service, it was terrible. For the amount of money we paid for the movies, you would think their customer service would be amazing. That was very disappointing. We entered to watch a 4D movie which we needed our 3D glasses. I thought upon entering, the lady whom we showed our tickets to would have automatically given them to us. Clearly that didn't happen. We had to back track and ask for the glasses? Serval p

I reached out to B&B Theatres on 3/21 and followed up on 4/3 to let them know about issues at this location. They have chosen not to respond at all so I feel obligated to share my experience here to warn others (sorry it's a bit long, but spoiler: spend your money at Cinemark instead). I visited this location twice the week of March 16th and the bathrooms and theatres were not clean at all. I was the second showing in one of the theaters which meant it either wasn't cleaned between showings or at the end o

Dude. What a nice theater!! Seats are super reclining and super comfortable. The food was decent. Pricey, aa expected. You know, considering every time I go to the theater to see a movie, we're some of the only ones in the entire place..... How about maybe not making the food so dang expensive????? I mean, that's the biggest reason people stream instead of head out. I have to beg my husband to go to the theater. No matter how much I explain how much better it is to sit in that dark room, I cannot make an a

This place is great, i love the relaxing atmosphere. The food is amazing and exceptional customer service! Also amazing drinks, stop by the bar and grab a drink from megan! Definitely my go to movie theater and would recommend to anyone!

Customer service is a lost art these days. Am I right? Today I experienced something unusual. I bought tickets for a 4pm show and showed up. Went to my seats and someone was in them?. Went back to the front to see if there were seats unavailable that I could get into as I figured I was double booked?. Come to find out, I bought tickets for the wrong day. My son was bummed and I was baffled, I explained how I made the mistake and be back the following day. Not only did they refund my concessions I purchased,

The theater was great, like a roller coaster ride with surround sound. The only issue is had was with the teenagers working there not answering my question because it was the first time visiting the theater. I'd still go back for the experience.

You can't miss this theatre. It has an outdoor area where you can sit and play with the board games they have. Inside it's really nice, whatever you are craving from candy, sodas, chips they have it. I loved the bar bc they have plenty of options on beer and the price was awesome, also the bartender was really nice. The seats OMG are so comfy, I forgot my blanket so I can nap lol. You exit through the arcade. Overall I really liked this place, the drinks were on point, it was comfortable, the workers are ni

First time probably last time. It's a nice theater but very expensive for a lack luster experience. Cold and stale popcorn at 12:00 in the afternoon. Flat soda machines and dirty you can see all the back splash on the machine. Sticky counters and stagnant hotel carpet smell as you make your way to the theaters.

Seem several movies here. Enjoy the friendly staff. GM Megan was so nice and friendly. Brittany knows how to rock the bingo or trivia on Wednesdays. Have had a great time here . Definitely recommend to everyone

Ok..first of all the food was decent. Loved the movie I saw. The bad news..the arcade. This place is newly reopened and renovated so I was surprised how bad the arcade was. Ticket machine is not working, no attendant, toys and prizes are fine you can go ahead and help yourself to those because they are not behind any kind of barrier. Tickets too all out there for the grabbing.

pretty nice theatre great selection of tap beers and the food for it being a movie theatre was actually pretty good we had pizza and chicken and other snacks. there wasn't any arcade room though i think there's photos on this locations google page that aren't accurate. chairs were comfortable but the table at the chairs were stationary which forces you to sit at the edge of your seat to eat comfortably but not big issue i?ve just been to other theaters where the table moved towards you in your seat. overall

Ordered our food before the movie and 40 minutes into the movie we had to ask them where our food was. $13 wings and $11 mozzarella sticks with no fork or napkins?. In tiny paper boxes.. Mozzarella sticks tasted like they just went to sonic tbh I could have just gotten them cheaper

Far cry from Alamo Draft House. I'll sum it up. 1- half of the building isn't even being used. 2- staff? Barely even talked to us upon entering. Didn't explain anything to us such as where to go. 3- the place was filthy. The floors were so sticky I could barely walk. In the restrooms and in the theater room. 4- the light at our table was not working. 5- the screen we watched our movie on (room 8) appeared to be wrinkled? I'm not sure what was going on but it was very distracting and very noticeable on

Great customer service. Love how the movie theater is inclusive. Love how I can bring my nephew who's autistic and they have a sensory bag for him if he needs it. Also LOVE GAME NIGHTS!!!! They are always so fun. Thanks to the nrh B&B staff for making Wednesdays nights fun!!!

I had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding customer service at B&B Theaters, and I felt compelled to share my positive experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with such warmth and professionalism. Sage and Esther went above and beyond to ensure all of my concerns were addressed, making my visit not only seamless but truly enjoyable. What stood out most to me was their patience and attentiveness. They took the time to listen to my questions and offered thoughtful, clear solutions without any

Great theater to enjoy a show. Food has awesome pizza, burgers and popcorn. The only things better the food are managers Megan and Britney and the bestest game night anywhere. Great and rowdy time!!!.

Arrived at 830 for an 845 movie and the kitchen is closed. There is another movie scheduled at 840 as well. So no food, just popcorn. Ordered a large butter popcorn and it does fit under the self serve butter machine. Kinda a bummer, first and last time at this theater.

We just happened to stumble onto this place and really enjoyed it. The staff was very helpful and kind. The grand screen was awesome, especially watching Godzilla and Kong in reclining seats.

While i enjoyed the movie, the theater was about 65 degrees. It was very uncomfortable for almost a 2 hr movie. The popcorn I purchased when I arrived was cold, and so was the butter added to the top. Finally, the lighting in the women's restroom was terrible. There are no lights over the toliet area at all, only in the hallway in front of the stall. I had a phone for light, but why would any woman want to be in a large room where you can't see anything. I have had great experiences at this theater be

This cinema offers a truly pleasant moviegoing experience. The cleanliness of the facilities creates a welcoming atmosphere. Friendly staff members enhance the overall enjoyment. Ample parking adds convenience to the visit. The delicious popcorn elevates the classic cinema snack. I caught a late-night movie but felt safe in that location.

We had some time off so I took my daughter to see a movie this week. I've been here a couple of times since they reopened. When you arrive, they make you stand in the concession line in a back entrance at the bar area just to get your tickets scanned. If you don't want snacks and you're barely making it to your movie, be prepared to be late. There is a whole (kinda creepy) roped off entrance area that I suppose we're to just look past, from when the previous theater company ran the building that is just sit

B&B Theatre in NRH is the absolute best! We have twice taken our school to see movies there (after we have read the books, of course!) and they treated our scholars and families like royalty!! Their dedication to the community goes above and beyond! Go and give them your business the next time you want to see a movie. Worth every penny to support this theater! We are so thankful!

B&B Theatres (NRH) has the best staff in the business. The manager is very accommodating to large parties and is able to seamlessly execute a well-organized event. The NRH location cares about the community and is a big part of what makes NRH great! Definitely check them out for their trivia nights and other family friendly events. The drinks and food are high quality as well as the seats and screens. We will definitely be back!

This is a great theatre. Staff is awesome. Bar is nice with an outdoor seating area that is not in the evening sun. Go support this place theatres are struggling

We visited for the first time and we had a great time the kids loved it! This theater is a bit different than most because it has a nice arcade game room that you can play games before your movie starts. There is also free games outside in the patio. They have a restaurant with a full bar. No servers to deliver your food (which is sorta good since I feel like they usually get on the way of the movie). The seats are comfy and recline with a nice big table between the seats ??

We did some work for this theater company and was never paid. They were very nice until after the event was over. Once the event ended they never returned our calls, or responded to any messages trying to collect payment for services rendered. We were very dissapointed.

I like this theater, but they are a bit pricey, and they could use an upgrade to the quality of their food. The B&B intro to before the movies is quite annoying also. I don't want it to close down because it is close, but there are way better chains out there.

Great recliner seats! Very very comfortable that my parents fell asleep. There is a long concession and ticket line, almost like an old school movie theater for check-in. Food is great, yes it is expensive but the portion size is huge. I paid $17 for a massive burger, which ends up being $9 per person if you half it, so I ended up having no problem. Gladiator 2 was awesome and I'll be taking my grandmother to this theater next week for Bonhoeffer.

The actual theater & seats were nice, but the food was terrible. It was my 1st time at this theatre & no one explained the ordering/delivery concept.

When I went to watch creed 3 and other various movies I was treated with respect the food was hot and ready!! My cashier was very accommodating and kind if I remember correctly his name was Henry. I love this establishment and everything they stand for.

Please for the love of god TURN DOWN THE TRAILERS. When I have a military vet with me with half blow out ears and he's complaining the trailers are too loud. It's too damn loud. Then we bring it up to the staff and they say its a known thing and that's just the way it is I was confused.

This theater was awesome! The food was actually good (I got popcorn and a soda), the seats were super comfy and reclined far back. The place was really clean. And the staff and manager were super friendly. 10/10 recommend this theater

The Grand Screen is nice & the chairs are comfy. The entire theater & the bathrooms are very clean & in tip top shape. The tickets are a bit pricey. The sound was oddly way too loud, piercing & obnoxious. With the tech they have in this place, it's too easy to get the sound dialed in correctly to have this problem. And the food? we were HUGELY disappointed. I suppose if you only want popcorn & a drink you're in good shape. There is a very limited ?order at the box office? menu of pizza & burgers, even thoug

Took the whole family for an afternoon movie and dined in. We had a great experience and my kids enjoyed all of the amenities they had to offer. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Their menu had a good selection and everything was made to order and brought to our seats. They had Coke Freestyle, popcorn butter dispensers, popcorn seasoning shakers, as well as a huge selection of sauces/condiments for your food. Also available were sensory kits for kids with a variety of needs.

I use to love this theater when it was Alamo. It wasn't the best Alamo location, but it was still awesome to have an Alamo Drafthouse in the 'burbs. B&B managed to take away all the charming parts of Alamo and make this place a subpar movie viewing experience. First, as other reviewers have mentioned, you have to stand through the concession line in the bar area if you want to buy tickets or have your tickets scanned. Such a waste of time when you could open the lobby up or even just have someone greet you

Okay this was the weirdest movie theater experience of my life. Had to wait in a super long concession line just to get into the theater (making us late). Then we get in and the movie had already started, which means there weren't trailers? Also, I'm fairly certain the movie started earlier than it was supposed to? It was a 2:00 movie, that was 1 hour and 40 minutes and got out at 3:30 on the dot. So not sure what happened but was a massive waste of money. Definitely won't be back to this theater.

The theatre itself was okay. Tickets and snacks were super expensive and the long waiting line sucked. On the flip side, the theater and seats were very nice. It was also very quiet in the theater which was a plus for me since I don't deal well with crowds.

Me, my boyfriend and friend went to trivia night there and it was fun.i like the group of people there.the place has a nice vibe to it!I will try to go and see a movie there with the family

This looks like a place you can just hang out. It has this great outdoor area. Lots of drinks and we just went for a normal movie. You can definitely make a night out here

I recently visited B&B Theaters and had a fantastic experience! They have incredibly comfortable seats that make watching movies a pleasure. The employees were polite and provided excellent customer service throughout my visit. One of the highlights for me was the reasonably priced food, which is a rarity these days. The self-serve drink machines were a nice touch, allowing me to customize my beverages easily. Overall, B&B Theaters offers a great movie-going experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone l

4D movie theater was awesome and amazing! Felt like I was on an amusement park ride! So fun! The popcorn and soda was fresh and on point!

Terrible service, overpriced, and chairs in theater were busted. Overall awful experience and understaffed for large establishment workers were over worked and workers were crowded in one spot slowing the place down.

It's a great theater and the food is really delicious. My complaint is the way that they have things arranged and the cleanliness of my seats. Luckily it wasn't busy at all and I could just move seats because my original seats were covered in popcorn and trash. You have to order your tickets and food before you go into the theater but once you are seated that is the end of the customer service. I was under the impression that this was a theater that allowed call service from your seat. I had to run and refil

It's rare I have to leave a bad review but last night was just over the top. We walked in and the floors from the door to the register were covered in popcorn, unidentified food and sticky substance, and 4 employees talked to each other while one was working a cash register with a line of 10 people. The bathroom trash cans were overflowing all over the floor and there was noticeable dirt and sticky substance all over the floors- I could see and hear my own footprints on the floor. When we exited our movie t

Very nice theater with very comfortable seats. There's a bar and you can order food. The seats recline and you have a small table in front to set your food on. The picture and sound quality were great! We ordered a pizza to share. It was a bit smaller than we thought it would be but tasted amazing! We'll be back!

Great staff and cool place. I went to watch a 4:30 Beetlejuice movie by myself right after work and just decided to still in. So someone who has worked in theaters recently for 6.5 years it was a comfortable environment. It was slow when I did go in so talking to the staff was fun. Only reason for 4 starts was because I had the meats pizza sub Alfredo and I found it to be bland and wished for more in it. Building and staff is great, the food the company provides could use some more love.

Love the customer service. Brittney was able to answer all my questions. Last week they even gave the kids headphones because the lightning was bugging their ears.

I was very disappointed in this theater! Per the website with pictures and advertisements about games, bowling and all different attractions. So we got there early to have fun before hand and to our disappointment this theater doesn't have any of these attractions. So we ordered dinner and ate and the previews didn't even start until 10:50 with NO communication of the delay. So disappointed!!!

This was our first time here and it was fabulous! The theater is clean and seats are so comfortable. The food is amazing! I had the Cesar chicken wrap and I highly recommend it. The staff were very attentive and friendly and the manager walked around to check on everyone. We also went to the arcade part and the games were affordable and fun! I will be telling all my friends to come here!!

Showtime was 4pm, we entered theatre at 4:03 and the movie was already playing. The people working front desk were more interested in talking within themselves, then helping new person trying to help us! The place is a disaster

Honestly the establishment was terrible. The food was disgusting and the price was high. Would not recommend I had nachos and the cheese tasted old. How fully they fix this in the future.

When to B&B for bday party.Have a great time was understaff only one bartender but Riley Mendez was there to save the day.Step in and gave us good service..Kudos to you.

This theatre is really nice. As we were walking down the corridor to the theatre we selected, I could still get a whiff of the "new carpet smell" . The Wall decor is classy and the trays attached to the chair are large enough for both your meal and your drink. We ordered popcorn and two drinks at the concession stand and the drink options are plentiful. Come on out North Richland Hills and give B&B a try. You won't be disappointed.

Got there early so we could eat and get a drink before the movie. The place was closed and doors locked. Waited for it to open and when we went in you had to order in the lobby for your food, bar was closed and then they only brought in the food. No drinks. The full menu wasn't posted. We couldn't order alcoholic beverages as the bar was still closed. Couldn't order drinks from the movie theater and would have to wait till the bar was open, which was after the movie started. We didn't want to miss any part

Absolutely love the workers at this theater! Always friendly and welcoming! Love going on Wednesday nights for game night!!!

If you're thinking about giving this theatre a shot- DON?T. The photos online make this place look really awesome. Reality?! It's NOT. As soon as you walk in- it's instant confusion. You're walking into a restaurant?. What?! The ticket booth/concession stand is at the back. The food is extremely overpriced, especially since this place is mostly ?self-service? you get your own drink and butter your own popcorn. Candy is $7/pack (for mostly candy you can pick up at the dollar tree for $1.25) Theatre and scre

Great theater, good popcorn, and the prices are really good. Definitely a good place to visit.

First time at this theatre. Movie time was 2:20pm. We were watching ads on the screen until 3pm, and trailers for another 20 minutes. The movie literally didn't start until 3:20pm. The theatre lobby looks nice and the showroom looks ok (some popcorn on floor and some seats ripped). But, an hour of ads and trailers is crazy ridiculous. Left the theatre at 5pm. So disappointed having to spend an extra hour in the theatre.

Imagen watching a movie in a gym suana terrible odors extremely hot had to leave half way into movie cheap audio quality all seats are worn down terrible customer service childish ego from manager and spoiled staff wouldn't spend a dime here again don't let these fake reviews get to you!!

Movie: Despicable Me 4 Date of Visit: July 6, 2024 I recently visited the B&B Theatres North Richland Hills 8 to watch Despicable Me 4 with my daughter. Here's a rundown of our experience: Ambiance and Cleanliness: The overall ambiance was okay, but I was disappointed with the cleanliness. The concessions area was dirty, and the theater where we watched the movie hadn't been cleaned after the previous screening. This was a letdown and impacted the initial impression. Seating and Comfort: Despite the cle

Saw a movie tonight? bought our tickets the day before and still had to wait almost 20 minutes to even get to our seats because it's one line? one line to order food? one line to check in? it's one line?. And it's next to the bar and people that didn't feel like waiting in line just walked through the bar and didn't even check in?. Very confusing set up?. The seats. Yes they are extremely comfortable but 1/3 of the screen is blocked with the safety rail in front of you. Much more I could complain about but

Nice and clean location. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is well priced and good. Finding parking is very easy. Def enjoy this theater. Would recommend to anyone

This place is absolutely amazing! The employees are fabulous! I am excited to learn this place is inclusive for families, even those with sensory concerns! My new favorite place for movies!!

It's advertised as "love seat loungers" when I was basically sitting in a strangers armpit. The entire place is incredibly confusing beginning at the entrance, I had no idea where to enter. The popcorn was stale and $9 for a small. The men's restroom was absolutely disgusting (husbands words- I didn't go in there) I'm just saying, for the price I honestly don't want to sit 3 inches away from a complete stranger listening to them eat their food. We left 10 minutes in to the movie. I wouldn't recommend this p

BB Theaters still has the new car smell inside the theatre but outside doesn't meet expectations. They've moved the entrance to the bar and it feels awkward. Like you're crashing the party. As others have said, the food service is order at entry and pick up yourself, so that was a bit disorienting compared to other local options. Our movie started on time, the chairs were clean, the sound was great, and the customer service around an issue with our food was stellar. Unfortunately we ordered 4 entrees (

Enjoyed a movie at B&B NRH today, and it is great! The staff are upbeat and courteous. A very important aspect that is a real pleasure to encounter nowadays. The food was a delight. If you get the chance to take in a movie, I would recommend this theatre above all others. I have no photo to share, but the entire thatre is fresh, clean, and feels like a mini vacation just walking up to the building.

We have had a 50/50 experience at this theater over the last 10 times we've been here. The bad: non-transparent pricing. You don't know how much the tickets will cost (costs more online for no reason) and there is a reserved ticket fee even if the theater is empty. Also the bar is a complete scam. Some drinks cost $5, others cost $20 - entirely up to the person working at the time. Recommendation to the theater: transparent pricing; don't be arbitrary and subjective with your pricing. The good: comfortable

First time back to this theater since it was owned by Alamo Drafthouse Cinemas and was closed by COVID. I was happy to see it finally reopen, even under new ownership, as it is a nice theatre and close to home. Unfortunately, the new ownership doesn't appear to understand the basics of how to run a theater. I arrived just a few minutes before the start time of the movie. The (old) main entrance had arrows pointing to the concessions entrance which serves as the new main entrance. Upon entry, I saw a sm

Very nice theater, with super-comfortable seats. We didn't have food, so I can't comment on that, but the menu looks great. Everything is clean and looks/feels new.

The experience at this movie theater was disappointing due to the lack of basic hygiene amenities in the restroom. It's concerning that there was neither soap nor hand sanitizer available, especially considering the current health concerns. Hygiene should be a top priority in public spaces, and this oversight significantly detracted from an otherwise enjoyable outing."I talked to Collin and Aaron, and neither of them appeared to be concerned. Collin mentioned that there was no soap anywhere in the building.

My family has been here several times now and we have enjoyed it so much! The staff are so friendly and helpful and the theatres are clean and comfortable. We love the butter bar area where you can season your popcorn or add extra butter and drinks are all refillable!!! The food selection is great we had the BBQ burger, pizza, and egg rolls and enjoyed all of them. Can't wait to go back!!

Got to the theatre for a mid day showing me and the wife. Paid 20 bucks for tickets 40 for food, the food was not good at all, the theatre was dirty and had trash inside our cup holders. Honestly was a waste of 60 bucks you could go to a nice aquarium for that much. Really disappointed in the quality the burger was dry and tater tots almost overcooked bland no seasoning. The pizza was small and tasteless almost

Came for trivia amd bingo . Love the staff including megan and brittany Can't wait to come back again.

Great experience! The entrance and exit (seems silly to have an issue with this or complain about it) was poorly designed. With more people it would be an odd traffic jam. The lobby was quite small without much room to walk around people. Other than that the quality of the theater itself was great

The member awards are great. The pretzel bites were disgusting. I even had to go to counter after 40 minutes of waiting for them. They are frozen pretzels cut into pieces. Popcorn not good. Please get a regular soda machine.

Love this place! We went yesterday for the second time, and it's not freezing like other theaters, but restrooms had no soap, and popcorn didn't taste good. Other than that, i recommend it

There are many better options that have better service and food. This theatre is dirty, the food is not good, and it's over priced. Our first and last time here. Go elsewhere. Also, I just wanted to add some pickles to my burger. She said they would get those for me in the food pick up area. The food pick up area, also dirty, no one there, a few packets of ketchup and mustard. 35$ for tickets and $40 for food.

We went to see the Little Mermaid opening weekend and the theatre was amazing, seats were comfortable and the theatre was clean and I really like that you can refill your drink for free. But for someone who had never been to a theatre like this before, the staff at the counter was not helpful. When I asked them who took our tickets they said they did then tore them in half. Didn't tell us what theatre and none of the theatres had signs outside saying what movie was showing in which theatre. I know it's prin

First time here and the staff was super nice. The theater is very clean and has many fun games to do while you hang out and wait either before or after the movie. Seats are super comfy and you even have a small table to use for your snacks. Also had a small arcade. Definitely will be back.

Not bad. Wasn't exactly what we expected, but that's ok. The theater was pretty empty. Only a few other seats had been sold. The theater itself was a bit on the warm side. It would have been much more comfortable a tad cooler. The seats are pretty comfy. The tables would be perfect if they were adjustable, ex with the ability to move them closer to you. If you don't sit on the edge of the seat, it can be hard to reach your food or drink. The food was decent, not bad for a movie theater.

Had a great time on opening weekend and will be happy to go back soon! There were a few first-day difficulties, equipment malfunctions, etc. but there was a lot of staff around to help. The food was solid and fairly priced for a theater. If you plan to eat more than popcorn go early though. It took about ten minutes to get my food, which was fine, but there was hardly anyone there. During a weekend movie premiere, I could see it getting hectic trying to make your movie on time, as you have to wait in a pi

The seats here are very comfortable and the bartender was very nice. The only thing I didn't like was when I went to order onion rings, they gave me a pager. When the pager went off I had to go out into the hallway to get them from under some heat lamps that weren't even turned on and there was no one there to even make sure I was supposed to be getting those onion rings, or that they weren't tampered with.

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
