I love this place! Probably around a hundred pinball machines, many new and some old. They also have several arcade games. Games are set to free play for a more than reasonable entry fee. Many of the new Stern machines are using Stern Insider Connected and you can see the highest scores on those machines on a monitor near the entrance. Staff is very friendly. I always enjoy my time there!
Nice place to spend time with your friends and our family. Some games were down like the baseball and a couple of others that you would like to play but overall plenty of machines. We stayed 4 hours and did not play probably half of the machines. Clean bathrooms friendly employees.
Great experience! Was getting multi-ball, high points, and high aggression. This guy knows how to ball. But Seriously, the place is clean as a whistle, allows you to bring your own snacks and drinks, and has a fantastic array of pinball machines. There are a few other games as well, for those not so-pinball inclined. We paid $20 for 4 hours on a Saturday night. Seems hard to beat. Staff (owner?) was super nice and helpful. I really don't think I have a negative thing to say about this place. Well, Zeppeli
1st time there today to meet a friend. I was overwhelmed with the number of games old and brand new. Super clean inside. 2 Mens and Women's bathrooms. Kitchen area had a new large fridge and microwave. It's bring your on food and drinks. You can store in fridge. There is also a drink and snack vending machines. Prices are reasonable. $10/hr or $20 all day (best value). Great activity for everyone and family friendly. 5/5
Atomic Pinball is a blast from the past?think 70s and 80s classics blinking and bleeping like it's Saturday morning all over again. Just $10 for an hour of pure flipper-flinging joy. Warning: you may leave with a mullet and an intense love for synthesizers.
I think this is hands down the best pinball location in the STL. Hourly fees to play whatever you want. Great mix of machines and they are well maintained.
Great place for pinball. Regardless if you are just starting to play or a seasoned veteran. Over 100 machines spanning last 50 years of pinball. Friendly staff who are pros at servicing the machines. Just about every machine is in top condition. You will not find a better place in the Midwest. Also home to one of the Sterns Pro Circuit tournaments. Reasonable hourly rates. All machines on free play.
I absolutely love this place! Over 100 pins and multiple other arcade games....anybody can find something here to play. The price is perfect, and I get to bring in my own drink. HIGHLY recommend!
Threw my partner's birthday party here and it was SO MUCH FUN! So much space and so many games! Pinball in the main room, more in the back with old school arcade games like Street Fighter, racing games and skeeball and more gaming downstairs. We had ages 1-60 and everyone had a great time. There's a kitchen area and fridge, a bar like counter around one wall in the main room, and tables everywhere with papertowels and hand wipes to keep the games clean. We could've played way longer than the 3 hour party! O
Awesome place to spend a day. Definitely plan to spend a day there as I've been to this place on 2 different occasions and still haven't played everything they have to offer. Time goes by way too fast here. Also, seems to add a lot of the new games as they come out. If you're looking to try a game before you buy it, this place probably has it. Only issue I have is I wish it were closer to where I live.
Largest pinball arcade I've ever seen or played in. They currently have 105-110 of pinball & arcade machines. And they are all in excellent working order. I only saw 1 pinball machine that wasn't working. I tried playing all the pinball machines and couldn't finish after 2.5 hours of playing. I don't think I even got half done. I'll have to go back. No coins or tokens needed. Walk up to any machine and press start. Pay when you walk in. Can also BYOB or other drinks. Food too.
I teach a group of DD adults in the local area. The Atomic Pinball folks open their doors for us a couple times a year during their off hours. Amazing place and amazing staff. Get over there as soon as you can!!!!
I've been a huge fan of CP Pinball for years. Would visit his older location in South Roxana. This new location is named "Atomic Arcade". This new location is so spacious and there are so many pinball machines. You can bring your own snacks/food and your own beverages - they even have refrigerators and coolers to put your drinks in to keep them cool. They have old school pinball machines all the way up to newer state of the art machines. If you have questions about maybe owning a machine Chuck the owner m
My friends and I had a great time here! There's multiple rooms filled with pinball and arcade machines, even some skee-ball machines. Downstairs there's also a shuffle board, and an Xbox set up with retro games. They have vending machines with snacks and drinks, but you're also allowed to bring your own drinks, even beer. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the place was kept clean. I highly recommend you check this place out, especially since it's locally owned!
Seriously a fun place! 3 big rooms with games, all free to play set on them so no quarters needed! We had a party here and the pricing was very reasonable and we easily fit everyone and had plenty of room to spare. We will be going back soon and I highly recommend you check it out!
What an awesome place. I got a chance to visit this awesome establishment a couple days ago, while visiting family. It's about 30 min drive from my mom's place. If one is into pinball machines this is a must stop if in the area. And they do have some vintage videos games which where very nice. But there is probably dang near 100 pinball machines. And the prices are very fair. Everything's setup on freeplay and one pays by the time spent.
This place was so much fun. Handfuls of all sorts of pinball machines and even some classic arcade games. Talked to the owner when I got there to pay and he was really nice and a pleasure to talk to. They allow food and drink there and even gave areas to store it while you play. Already planning to go again in the coming weeks. If you're looking for a fun time for a very reasonable price, this is the place to go!
Amazing collection of pinball machines, all on free play (pay per hour). Great place to take the family, and really nice people running the place. BYO drinks and food.
Amazing assortment of games from all eras!! I love having an arcade to go to again!!
I recently visited an incredible pinball haven that left me buzzing with joy! The entire arcade operates on free play, allowing you to immerse yourself in an extensive collection of pinball machines from the last several decades. The variety is mind-blowing, offering a nostalgic journey through the evolution of pinball. What sets this place apart is the hourly payment system, providing unlimited access and freeing you from the hassle of quarters. Whether you're a seasoned player or a casual enthusiast, this
Chuck and the rest of CP pinball have a fantastic place to hang out. Fun for all ages. Earl the doorman is incredible treat him well. Fun for the whole family no age limit but there will be adults drinking. Everybody I've ever met here has been friendly and it has been a great time.
What an amazing place! I couldn't find it but the owner kindly directed me. Right now it's only open on Saturday so I was very lucky. They have all of my favorites and I found some new favorites as well as classic arcade games. 2 rooms full of machines beautifully maintained and playable. I'll definitely be back. $7.50 for one fun packed hour.
More pinball machines than anywhere else. Great variety and very few were down with maintenance issues. Great place to play pinball.
This place is absolutely awesome. It doesn't get the love it deserves. Hours are wonky but if you are able check it out.
So much fun and such a good deal, can't wait to go back.
Great value to play a wide variety of arcade games and the pinball selection is out of this world! Bonus you can bring in your own food and drink to enjoy in their break room. We drive almost 2 hours to enjoy our date nights here.
Awesome place! Lots of pinball machines. Some great old school games. Lots of fun. Great date night!!!!!
Great place. The kids really enjoyed it. It's insane how many pinball machines they have. You're going to need to spend a couple of hours here to play all of them.
Very fun place to take your family. There are so many different pinball machines to try, and a lot of different kinds of arcade machines to play Honestly, my only complaint about the place was how crowded it was
This place is awesome. It is very clean and bright inside. The staff is friendly and very professional. There is a large amount of pinball machines and video games. It is very bright in the main area. I wish it was a little darker. I love that you pay for a time and play as much as you want.
Wow! It is an absolute blast! My husband and I have been there twice. No quarters needed! Machines work great! Building is bright and nicely decorated. A 180 from the dark dingy arcades of the 80's. The women's restroom was bright, clean, and decorated. The paper wrist band is great because you can leave and come back. We got food from the Burger Bar a block and a half away and brought it back in. Our 22 year old daughter was with us and had a great time. She even said it would be a great date night. It's a
Great fun place! Very Clean! Play by the hour, or all night for one low price! Bring your own food, drink, or beer!
This place is amazing and so much fun for all ages. My parents are in their 60?s and whenever they come to visit they request to go to atomic pinball. We just celebrated my nephew?s 8th Birthday here and it was perfect?Bring your own food/drinks made it so easy and all the kids and their parents had a blast. The staff is also really friendly. Definitely a local gem!
BYOB check their website for dates and times they are open. Normally a tourney or open house on the weekends. Chuck and friends are the best.
I brought my 2 adult children, my husband , one adult grandchild and my 10 year old Grandson. We all had a blast. This place is organized and clean friendly staff. I will be back.
Awesome spot! A real gem of a place. So many fun and iconic pinball machines. As well as classic arcade games.
Had such a great time here. Absolutely incredible selection of pinball games to play. The gentleman up front was super friendly and let us know how the situation worked. My kids also had a total blast. We'll be back very soon for more.
A great family friendly place to hangout. Clean restrooms. Places to sit for snacks. Fun for all ages. BYOB with ample refrigerator space
What an awesome place! Pinball fun for hours on end. Awesome!
I wish I took photos! I played at the former CP Pinball and I am so very happy they acquired this larger space. We used up every bit of our 4 hours and $20 playing on both floors in 4(?) rooms. I will be going back. They post on Facebook the hours and if they are hosting tournaments. Take your kids! There are more than just pinball games. Pack all your own snacks and drinks, use the kitchen fridge to keep your items cold. It was very clean and we went on a Saturday.
What a great establishment! I'm visiting from the Philadelphia area. My cousin shot me some pics a few months back & said we have to come to this place when I fly in. Being a bit of a pinhead myself & owning 5 high-end, heavily modded tables myself, I was anxiously awaiting our arrival. This place is super clean, the games are well taken care of, the atmosphere is modern but of course has that nostalgic feel & the employees are well informed. Definitely give this place a go!! It's worth a heafty drive if yo
Great time playing all you can handle/play pinball for a set price. BYOB.
This is one of my favorite spots! The machines are all in great shape the staff is awesome and the price is right! Everyone is super friendly and respectful of the games. This is a must visit!
Great little arcade. Is BYOB and can bring in food as well. They do have a vending machine and soda machine. 10$ an hour or $20 for four. Pretty sweet deal.
Wow! This place is absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend for all. Super clean, machines play phenomenally, overall chill and fun atmosphere!
Amazing experience. It's positively packed with pinball and arcade machines of all types. It feels like it's got something for everyone, from antique restored pinball machines to flashy new ones. All in all, it's a super unique experience, I highly recommend giving it a try.
Over 110 pinball machines as well as shuffleboard, tabletop Galaga, Pac-Man, dual Jurassic Park shooting game, classic Nintendo, Atari - We can't say enough about this place! So much fun! Machines are well-maintained and cleanliness is apparent. Bathrooms and the whole facility have always been clean the few times we've been there. They have a kitchen-like lounge with an island style table to eat. Snack and soda machines are on premises, but you'll be pleasantly surprised to know that... wait for it - you
An absolute gem of an arcade and the absolute best pinball arcade I've ever been to! Almost any pinball machine you could ever want and all of them, including the older ones, are so well maintained that it's like playing them when they were brand new! Great selection of new machines also, especially Godzilla and Iron Maiden. An incredible value as well! I've been twice in the past two weeks and I'll be a regular going forward!
Several hundred pinball games and other various games. Owner was super nice
Amazing place, all machines played great from a variety of eras, this is one of the best pinball halls in the world.
Only a couple minutes from the Pump House, great location! Plenty of parking. Plenty of games. Bring a pizza, you can cook it in the kitchen! BYOB. Only problem is you will want to play more than an hour even when you don't think you will! We wound up there for 4 hours and didn't want to leave! Can't wait to go again!
Can't say enough good things about this place! Excellent pricing, nice people working and a very clean establishment. They have sanitizing wipes everywhere which was unexpected but nice. It's byo drinks (even the 21+kind) and snacks with sooooo many games to play. It did get busy after they opened on Saturday however the place is so large it's not a problem. Definitely check it out!!
So many. The most I've ever seen lots of fun.
Awesome place in a small town. They have an excellent collection of games most from williams system 11 and newer up to the most recent releases from stern and JJP. Very friendly staff and a welcoming environment for even the most novious of players. The pay per hour model is great and i can wait to go back whenever i am in the area again.
I had a fantastic time here. It's unbelievably fun and affordable, family friendly, the best selection of pinball and arcade games I've seen in quite a while. Everything you think you've seen it all you turn a corner and there's another room filled with games.
Been coming here since I seen the ad listed on Craigslist many a year ago... Haven't been to the new location, but am super excited to go check it out! The owner is a cool cat & so glad he has kept things running all of these years. Thanks so much & keep it up!!
Took my wife, daughters, son, and a couple of friends and had a great time! Lots of great pinball machines from old to new. All were in good working order with great game play. Great arcade machines too with some original and some multi-arcade machines. Price is very reasonable. Pay by the hour or you can play the whole day if you want. Bring your own drinks and snacks. There are some drinks and snacks available for a modest price too.
Best place ever! Had so much fun playing old school video games, such as Galaga, qBert, and Mrs. Pacman along with playing the best pinball! They had all the pinball machines I could ever imagine! Game of Thrones and Rush multiball play! I highly recommend this place!
I have been a fan since 2021. I have played pinball all over the east coast and Atomic beats them all. Great selection of games that is constantly changing. Atomic has enough games to fill your cup and leave you wanting more.
This place is a pinball players dream. I love it and tell everyone to check it out. They keep up their machines like pros. Super friendly staff and clean nice environment. I can't say anything bad. Keep up the awesome work guys!
Loads of fun and a great price point.
very nice pinball place spread out over three small buildings. really stellar collection and machines are all in great shape. my only problem is the very very limited hours. if you live somewhat close this is not much of a problem, but as a road trip destination, not so much. only open one day so if you're the type of person that one day of pinball is more than enough..... have at.
I have always liked pinball but in the last few years I have really gotten into it more. I live about an hour and a half away and the experience is well worth the drive. They have so many machines there it is The quality of the machines is always fantastic. Considering that most of the machines are about 20 years old, that is a big deal that they work properly. The vibe in there is pretty relaxed even when they get incredibly busy on Saturday nights. This place is fun and well worth a visit and there just a
Had a "long time coming" first date here! Great time!!! Fun atmosphere and an awesome walk down memory lane for an affordable price! Definitely recommend!
Easily the best place for pinball and arcade games in STL!!!!! 100% worth the drive to Illinois. Extremely clean, friendly staff, amazing and expansive selection of games. I can't recommend this place enough!
This is an amazing place and truly worth the trip! With about 70 games (mostly pinball, a few console games and some computers available as well) this place is a dream. It costs $5/hour or $20 for a day pass. You can bring your own drinks and play your heart out on very well maintained tables. There are three buildings full of mostly pinball tables that you can move between. I spend less money here with more options and better quality of play than I do at any barcade I've ever been to. Overall, this is an a
Amazing! Games are in fantastic condition, great atmosphere and incredibly priced. This is easily in the top ten of the 100+ pinball venues in the country
This was a great time. We did the four hour pass, and the time just flew by. If you enjoy pinball, you have to check this place out.
This place is such a hidden gem. You absolutely can't beat it for the value. $20 for unlimited pinball or $5 per hour. They have some awesome old arcade games too. Everyone there was super friendly. For a fun place to hang out that you can bring your own drinks and food, you won't find a better spot. I'm kind of high maintenance and was worried this place would be gross, but it definitely was not. You can really tell the guy who owns this place takes pride in his collection
Wow. What a fun place. The pinball machines look new. Obviously well taken care of. Fair pricing and just a good clean fun time. Will definitely be back.
Large selection, lots of fun, kids loved it.
Clean, well-maintained machines, friendly staff, great value for your entry fee, easy parking. BYOB. Will love to come again.
I knew what I expected. I expected 75% of the machines to be working. Each with 95% of the lights and most of the flippers working. I expected the place to be dirty. What I got: 100% of the machines worked, every single light not only worked but was the correct brightness (not dim or overbright). Every flipper worked - worked like it was brand new! All the rubber parts were fresh. Even the bumpers worked evenly. You've probably seen where the letters/numbers on the bumpers gets faded and yellowed f
Lots of fun. Everything was clean. Plenty of games to play, even when it got busy. Most machines had a drink holder. The ones that didn't had a table nearby.
This is one of the coolest places in the St Louis area. Even if you don't like pinball you'll have fun. Playing pinball makes you feel like a kid again. About 100 machines arcades and more. You can't go wrong visiting this place for sure.
Amazing arcade with more than 150 games. The pinball selection is outstanding, largest I've ever seen. Beer and Food is BYOB.
Big place, good price, clean space and well maintained games, great selection too. I got to cross another few uncommon Pat Lawlor games off my list
Been playing pinball at Chucks for several years now and it is hard to beat. You pay a flat fee and all the machines are on free play. Chuck keeps his machines in good condition and if there's an issue with something it gets taken care of. He hosts leagues and tournaments throughout the year also. Check out his Facebook page and website for info on them. I don't think people realize how much work goes into keeping pinball machines up and running. I have played pinball at some other locations out of them C
Great place to go. If you love pinball, music, and video games, then this is a great place to go have fun for the money. If you go for an entire 6 hrs on a Friday or Saturday you are getting a great value for the money. Check their webiste as they are only open select weekends
120 pinball games plus some arcade games. The place is really nice, but be prepared for a lot of noise.
Absolutely a fantastic time! Huge selection of machines to try, from vintage to new. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.
Tons of amazing pinball machines, the guys who run it are super nice! $5 an hour or $20 for a day pass, byob, and all free play. Really the best way to spend a Saturday night!
Love playing pinball here. It's very clean and friendly, Chuck always has the latest games, and they are well maintained. Thanks for being here.
A hidden gem. This place is great with the wide variety of pinball machines. The leagues they host are a great way to meet new people and make friends.
If you love pinball, this is heaven. Three buildings crammed with pinball machines from many different eras. Open Saturday from noon to 11. You pay be the hour and play as much as you want.
Now called Atomic Pinball, this place is amazing! My family and I have so much fun every time we go.
Great place to hang out. Lot's of pinball machines and some old arcade machines. Good times!
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pinball tables in arcades remain a blast. Their hands-on, skill-driven gameplay delivers a thrill digital games can’t match, blending nostalgia with modern flair. Newer tables from Stern and Jersey Jack feature LCD screens and themes like Avengers or Stranger Things, keeping things exciting. Arcades are seeing a pinball resurgence with vibrant scenes and tournaments like IFPA events drawing crowds. Though less common than video games, pinball’s tactile charm and community vibe make it a standout arcade experience in 2025.
