Never coming back, owner?s daughter tried to humiliate me with the fact that I have a disability and was just trying to use the bowling helper slid thing. And there was know sign anywhere for adults. Leaving hurt and disappointed, I do not recommend this place. Not family friendly and yelp wont help me. Now they are trying to call me because I am leaving a review. Run.
We love this place! I am a travel nurse and we have had nothing but good experiences here. Joe, Alex, Cindy?all amazing. And Jackie (Jessica) at the bar makes the BEST Bloody Mary I've had in a long time! Atmosphere is amazing, and everyone is so friendly! We bowl 50-60 games a week and this is our go to place here in the TriCities! Food is delicious, it's one of the best places we've been to in all our travels!
We are here almost every day during the week with our grandkids. Kids Bowl Free program is awesome. Thanks, Atomic Bowl, for hosting this program. Snack bar has good food at reasonable prices, too.
I visited this bowling alley after shoulder surgery, hoping to enjoy myself despite having to bowl with my non-dominant hand. I asked?reasonably?to use the bumpers to make the game accessible. Not only was I flat-out denied, but the staff member I spoke to was incredibly rude and dismissive about it. There was zero effort to accommodate or even listen?just a hard no and an attitude. This place clearly doesn't care about accessibility, empathy, or basic human decency. If you're dealing with any kind of inju
Best house in the Tri-Cities. Could stand to use some improvements with ripped upholstery on chairs, pin setter issues, and oiling machine inconsistencies. Food is decent for standard bowling fare. Can you tell I'm a league bowler? Join a league, open-bowl, or let the kids play in the arcade. Also, see the pro-shop for gear or equipment.
My experience was during a large party event. Staff was nice, it was very crowded at the time as the walk way above the bowling area is fairly narrow. They do have food and drinks there which is nice. Definitely recommend on a less busy day/time.
Great experience here. We had myself and the wife with 3 kids. It was only 47 for one game. That was with all of us having to rent shoes. We only waited about 20 minutes to get an open lane. The only issues we had was finding a decent ball with all the people there. It was Saturday though. Will definitely be back.
There new rules on using the thre restroom after 9 pm is out of line i made sure that i had my id checked when i went in so this would not be an issue. I have never been 86 for anything like this. From now on they dont need me to go bowling, archade, birthday parties, gamble or play in poker tournaments. Its time for new management.
It was very busy on a Saturday night. We did a group party bowl. Price was not bad for the time and the fun. Food was a little pricey but good. Even as busy as it was, the service was good. People were friendly.
Clean and in good condition for an older alley. Has a large arcade but it's pretty expensive to play there. The price of bowling is decent. Could use more ball options. Prices on food and drinks are ok.
So sick and tired of this place I've been here twice and they wanna tell me something about using the balls and the weight limit Yeah, my kids are bowling and keep in mind. I have a disability that I can't use a heavy ball, but they want to come up and keep hassling us sick and tired of this place. I would not recommend it
I am from out of town. Was treated with great kindness. Was ask if I was league bowler said yes but from different city. Asked if I had USBC card was able to find it. Bowling was fun people were great. Felt bad only had my card and no way to tip. Seems like very family oriented place lot kids. Thank you staff for making this fun.
Some grumpy old fart at the front counter told my friends girl who just had shoulder surgery that she couldn't have bumpers for her nondominant hand. This place has gone down hill the last few years.
Great place to take your family and friends to have a fantastic time. Excellent place for the Girls from the Richland High School Bombers to get to practice on which helps the team to go to State Bowling finals tournament
Had a really good time bowling, bowling staff played fun upbeat music. However the girl working up front with the purple-whiteish hair made me and my friends very uncomfortable she just kept glaring at us and giving us nasty looks.
Come here with my friends quite a few times over the past months and the experience is a coinflip very commonly lining the tone of "bad". My friends i come with are significantly shorter and weaker to the point they must use the 8 pound and 9 pound balls. This visit of tonight, no balls but 11+ were available which left my friend struggling to use my ball. She could barely put any force into the thing and was hitting mostly gutters. We turned the bumpers on because she cannot throw with enough force to dama
My granddaughter and son bowl here, so I came to watch. The staff is friendly and they have pretty good bar style food at reasonable prices.
Horrible customer service from the lady in red hair at night. Had the worst attitude when it came to helping and rolled her eyes multiple times, overall she made it not worth wanting to wait or even purchase another game.
First time going. Bowled two games with my friends and had a blast. Was able to chill in the casino next door after they closed. This place is awesome.
Atomic Bowl is always a fun place to go to. Prices are affordable, the staff helpful with an over all friendly vibe. So the place is usually pretty busy with people having fun. Is that being said, the floor area where you sit, (depends on the time/day) is more often than not pretty sticky with food and drink debris. I myself would be willing to wait an extra 5 minutes just to have the floors cleaned in between parties. When Mary is working, she Is always cleaning the tables and the benches, which is gr
Fun atmosphere, good service, and plenty of parking on a busy Saturday night. Would definitely return!
Played in the arcade with my son. reasonably priced and had so much fun! Ate dinner in the bowling alley food was good.
Good bowling but the customer service is one of the worst ive ever experienced, shutting down our lane for accidentally bowling and being insanely rude would not take my kids here.
Oh, you're looking to strike out on the town tonight? ?? If you're in Richland, Atomic Bowl is a pretty cool spot. Great lanes and a fun vibe! Just don't gutter-ball your chance at a good time! ??
Wish I could give 5 stars because Cam, Karen and Mary in the bowling alley were absolutely fabulous. Super accommodating and personable. However, in the arcade section, Izzy, was extremely rude to me. She was not explaining clearly what card she was talking about regarding the money and tickets and so when I asked a question she raised her voice and said "I didn't take your money." I explained to her that that's not what I'm saying at all that she's just mixing the cards up and I'm not understanding whic
I always enjoy a visit to the Tri-cities and experiencing a small casino. Odds don't change but the family atmosphere reminds me of the series Cheers. Everyone knows each other and everyone is friendly. Pretty much everything I dislike about Vegas casinos is the exact opposite. Actually don't mind losing. Lol, we'll maybe a little. If you want a quiet, subdued (dark), and friendly ?dive? casino (and that is the highest compliment I can pay a place). This is a great choice
Staff was friendly. The music is pretty loud so if you want to carry on a conversation and bowl you may want to pick a different place. However, the music selection was really good if you like 80s music.
my most favorite place ever... good bowling and good food and drinks..
We went to the Saturday night prime rib dinner and comedy show, Patrick Garrity. Both were excellent. Staff was very helpful and nice, especially our waitress Krystal.
This one star is for the bowling section. The arcade was great. Me and my friends went to go bowl due to the rain canceling our plans. We got lane 16 and the dude next to us who also works there brought in his own bowling balls. I must have used his bowling ball on ACCIDENT. I hardly ever bowl, but me and my friends wanted to do something fun. Right off the bat the thin girl with dark hair was very rude and seemed very, very passionate about her job and came to me and took the 7 lb ball because she said it
A fun place for adults and children alike!
Great customer service by the waitress. Had a great time w/ my family. Thank you!
Great place, nice lanes and arcade
It was a nice place to spend some quality time. The staff didn't seem to coordinated. They made us wait a bit before we actually got a lane. Luckily they have an arcade area to spend some more money. Probably a part of the plan to make the ppl spend more money. Regardless we had fun. Also as a last note, they do have food which is pretty mid. We had the macho nachos with chicken. I've had better but it's fine. They have drinks for adults as well.
Put $30 on a card and then they proceeded to turn off all the arcade machines 20min early. I asked for a refund as I live across the state and they basically told me to pound sand
The person (i think it was a female, didn't care to catch a name as she was terrible) in the game room was very rude trying to clean up my friends kids party as people were still enjoying. Didn't seem to care that kids needed help with stuff just over all didn't seem to want to be at work. My friend said she overheard her making rude comments about the party. Overall just not a very welcoming atmosphere in your game room. The lady up front at the desk though was lovely i believe her name was Cindy very poli
Terrible service from Crystal, our "server," who never showed up at our table till halfway through the headline comedian. After trying to order with other servers and getting nowhere, the manager finally came out to attempt to "make things right". Unfortunately, it was too little too late. Never been one to be out for free/comp stuff. Totally appreciate the managers' attempts to smooth things over. However, when out for drinks, apps, & comedy and only comedy is delivered, the rest is a tad tainted. Will con
We had our child's birthday party at the arcade at Atomic Bowl. The kids had fun but be prepared to spend money. They get a $5 card which doesn't last more then 5 minutes. When it is a 2-hour party and they only get a $5 card yeah you're going to be spending the money refilling those cards. So be prepared.
Love the casino staff, love the arcade staff, love the bar staff, love the main bowling front counter staff, although I don't appreciate coming in on a Thursday night multiple weeks in a row and having the blonde at the front desk start yelling at me for simply and casually asking a question. For a DJ definitely deters me from inviting my friends to come to black light bowling
So 6 games are broken and still counting , I wish I would have known that before I loaded $30.00 on the arcade card. Lame!!
The lady with the lip ring is so rude and disrespectful. She needs an attitude adjustment, every time I come in, she is rude, slow, ignores customers, messes up number of games so it stops in the middle of a game, and looks completely uninterested in being there. I get it they get minimum wage, but that doesn't mean you get to stand around and not work, or be unpleasant. You have to at least fulfill the duties of the simple job you have. And that simply isn't being done. Please find more pleasant staff that
Love to bowl at Atomic Bowl! I have joined a league here and it is so much fun. I am glad that they updated their equipment. The staff is always helpful .
Great place to have fun at with everything that they have. But, if you need anybody to do a little bit extra than their basic job discription it's like pulling teeth and extremely frustrating and disappointing. I called to ask 1 question and I was talked down and laughed at?? I ve only had a few great customer service experiences here.
I come here all the time with my son . We bowl and play arcade games it's grate but the food is a hit or a miss depending on the cook
Love this bowling alley. Best in tri cities!
Great place to take kids and have a drink
Cool place! Hadn't been bowling in years!
We had a great time with our family. We ordered fries twice and they were piping hot and crispy. We ordered a few pitchers of beer and a cocktail. I wish I had gotten her name, but the server handling all the "behind the bar" orders was great!! I appreciate excellent customer service and she gets an A+ from me! Clean, well-lit facility. The gentleman handling the check-in and shoe rentals was super nice and the lady who had to help us a couple of times to reset our lanes was cheery and supportive. No grumpy
Took a while to get a lane, but the staff was nice about it. Bowling was a blast, service to the lanes was a little slow, so we just ended up going to the food counter and bar to order snacks and refreshments. For and drinks were great.
Old chipped up balls. Not the cleanest. The alley kept on breaking. Staff was nice. The arcade was good. Bathrooms atrocious
Fun and we enjoyed the arcade, but beware it can be tough to get a lane. The least advised is to call ahead. The place is clean, the service is good, the food smelled great (I didn't order) and the kiddo had a BLAST. Would highly reccomend coming if you're looking for something to do.
I mean it's Atomic Bowl this place is awesome! If you don't like bowling then you're clearly a communist. Mysteriously this place is always a great time good food good beer great place to meet friends!
I just had the best french toast and eggs ever.! Lonnie and his crew is amazing and always go out of there way for there customers. The food was hot and tasty. The service was great. Very friendly with smiles on there face. Way to make Atomic bowl shine!
Nothing beats packing up the kids and heading to the alley for some good family fun only to be told 9 times outta 10 there's no lanes available (yes I understand rn they're doing lane mx, but this review is consistent with visits over the last 3 years). Thank the lord they have the arcade...
I can't complain. The ladies that work at the bar are super helpful and nice. Just wish those teenagers working at the games section, actually had a desire to work. UPDATE: Went there on father's day only to be treated very rudely by a staff member that works in the kitchen. Ok I should have not have had my step son pull the tabs for me. I did it not knowing any better but I was approached by a staff member telling me he would kick me out for doing so even though he was eating a burger from that place and d
It's not the cheapest bowling but it's worth the price. It's an older place but it holds up very well. Plenty of lanes but expect a wait on busy weekends. The only notable complaint is they should have a larger ball selection, but there's enough to go around. They serve food drinks and alcohol, which I've never been disappointed with, and the bowling alley is right next to the arcade, which they've just recently added new games to, all of which give virtual tickets onto a preloaded card. I always carry my c
Honestly Im really disappointed. We spent around $80 including food. When we first got there we noticed that almost six different games were broken. We brushed it off and continued to have fun with the arcade games. Then we ordered food. Which included tater tots, fries, and Mountain Dew. The prices were ridiculous. $11 for two small baskets of potatoes. Then $5 for some Mountain Dew. The kitchen staff told us to have a seat at the far right table, which had only a cloth on it. No sign. After sitting down
Went to a friend?s Birthday party today and omg I definitely won't use this place for my child?s party .. My child loves bowling but to pay for a party and 1/2 hour the 2 hours is up and the worker was in there getting a jump on cleaning and was ready to throw away the B-day cake then with 5 mins left came in and started to clean again not giving anyone a real chance to grab keys toys food etc I ended up having to open back up the table cloth to grab my wife?s phone which was now covered with food and pop .
Waited for our food for about 30 mins, finding out they were BARELY making it. Waited another 20 mins for the food, they realized that they tossed out the order number thus making us wait another 30 minutes. Unbelievable, didn't bother to apologize about it either.
Had a good time. It was a darker inside during our time there for some event, but all of us seemed to thoroughly enjoy ourselves. They have a decently-sized arcade as well. We didn't have any issues when we arrived, while we were there, or checking out. Ball selection was ok.
Oh Mama this sick joint is the only fun thing to do in the tri cities! Always a fun time.
Where to start... front desk was rude to start. Then 5 frames in they needed to move us lanes... then in the middle of us bowling in our new lane they moved us again without saying anything. Mind you we came at 1pm on a Monday because we brought a 2 and 4 year old and didn't want to be trapped in a bay with someone else. We weren't originally then then both moves put us with other people. Definitely not ideal to keep packing up and moving all of our belongings and kids multiple times. But it didn't end ther
Awesome place to take the family! I love how they have a few little bowling lanes for the little kids with smaller balls, and they loved it too. Lots of arcade games, bowling, a kitchen, and an adult side to get a drink in the casino if you choose, as well. Overall it was a lot of fun and they didn't charge extra to use a table to have a birthday party! Shocking, I know in this climate!
We had a good time bowling with the family. We were with a large group of co-workers and their families. We shared a bunch of random food like fries, nachos, mini corn dogs, and mini tacos. Food was good and the service was excellent. Happy hour all day Sunday so the beer and wine prices were very reasonable. The only issue I had was trying to enter our names on the screen. Wow, that thing was having issues and needed serious calibration. I finally realized that to get the letter I wanted, I had to p
Im just gonna get to the point. The two older couple that work with paying and shoes were very rude and tried saying 4 out of 16 didnt pay when we all did. When we ask who didnt pay all they had to say was idk. Instead of trying to work with us they turned off our games. And so we decided to start leaving and my mom tells the older man "you're a ripoff" and slams her shoes on the table. The older man called Security on us and they started to yell at us and even pushing the women in my family and threatened
4 stars for the whole place. Great customer service at the kids arcade but 1 star for the server Brenden J. He was rude and very disrespectful. We hope he can have the chance to take his job seriously and provide a great customer service experience to the families that visit the restaurant. Or maybe he just need another type of job where humans interactions are minimum or limited?.
This is the second year we have had our corporate party at Atomic Bowl. Brian was AWESOME to work with and was able to accommodate our 30+ party. He announced things over the loud speaker so that our entire group was aware of what was coming next- That was a HUGE help to me. Alycea was our server and kicked some serious butt. We never had to go with empty drinks, she was always coming right back to check and get our next order in. I would highly recommend Atomic Bowl for large parties. Oh, and Jokers was ou
This review is for the arcade only:). My daughters and I had a really fun time! It's definitely somewhere to spend a few hours if you're looking for a fun indoor family activity.
What an amazing fun place! It's so fun that many of us in recovery get together here to play!
Lots of fun for father's day!
Had a good time. The hostess was a little snarky but it all ended well with both of us having a good time
I was a member here for a month, played 5 days a week tipped really well never had a problem getting in always used my passport. I figured after coming almost every day everyone knew I was old enough. I went in today didn't have my passport only had my United States Issued Permanent Resident Identification but the security guard told me he didn't except that form of ID even though a couple days ago I used that same ID with him and he was fine with it. I'll be going to Crazy Moose from now on their service i
We showed up and they told us 45min-1hr wait. We decided to stay and hit the arcade. We bought food and some drinks for the family. I went up to the front counter to check where we were at in line as I saw others who showed up after us on the lanes. The front counter guy, a younger guy with glasses, told me he that he screwed up and thought he could get some people out before us. Then proceeded to rudely give the option to keep waiting another 30 min. The customer service was terrible and considering I had
Good ambiance. New lanes and equipment. Price for service 10/10 arcade really lacks, but everything else was great!
Fun place with friendly staff. They keep it clean.
It's a great place to just go and have some fun with friends. The staff is funny and cool as long as you aren't complete jerks and making everything difficult for them. (I read other reviews) and just because they are busy sometimes doesn't make it a bad place. It is busy for a reason, it is a great place.
Had a company Christmas party here. I had a memorable time! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was full of great energy. They had plenty of lanes for bowling, a video arcade with modern games, a bar and a casino! A lot of fun packed into one location!
Rude on the phone, horrid customer service
My son went there for a friends birthday party. They all looked like they were having a ball. :)
As far as a place to have a kids party this seemed to work pretty well: they all got to be crazy, play and intake sugar. The thing that surprised me was how many parties and kids that they can have going at once. The workers are used to this level of craziness and just keep things moving. When the party was winding down and several adults were willing to just sit for a moment one of the staff girls came by and politely mentioned that the next party was waiting... And a pleasant craziness to all.
We've always had a fun time at Atomic Bowl in Richland. Today we had a family bowling day. The staff was helpful and the pricing is reasonable. Family of 6 was under $50. We've had birthday parties for the kids in the arcade area, too. A nice way to spend time together!
This place is Awesome! We had the best birthday party for my 13 year old son here. A Gentleman named Ron took excellent care of us. They had everything ready for his birthday party, pizza, drinks, the table decorations, I didn't have to do anything just show up. They gave the kids cards to play at the arcade, after that, they had two lanes for them to go bowling. Their staff is super nice and were always helpful to make sure we had what we needed for the party to be fun and stress free. My son had a blast a
Extremely rude waitress making comments to other employees about my group and other customers because she didn't like the younger groups or when people went to smoke she didn't like the smell. She is in customer service and should not say thing or make those comments. I will never allow her to serve me if she ever come to I would rather walk down the road than be helped by this server.......after a few minutes the manager came out and was great she talked to the server and us and made it a very enjoyable ni
An very fun night out! A little pricey for us, but I do like paying by the hour instead of by the game. (I think it's about $30 per hour) It's nice to be able to mess around and practice a little after your game is over. The atmosphere is great. Can't wait to check out the one upstairs.
Always good for family fun bowling arcade games hours of fun
The arcade is awesome. Thanks to the staff (Liz?) That was incredibly patient with our girls while they decided how to spend their 1800 tickets. A great place for the family.
Decent place.went to pass some time at their game room. Had a Chucky cheese type feel with a lot cheaper prices. I got my boys two 30 dollar cards they played the games and used the simulator s and we spent a good 2 hrs there.. they had fun without hurting my wallet. Would recommend if you are just trying to kill time without costing a fortune
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
