Atomic Bowl

Never coming back, owner?s daughter tried to humiliate me with the fact that I have a disability and was just trying to use the bowling helper slid thing. And there was know sign anywhere for adults. Leaving hurt and disappointed, I do not recommend this place. Not family friendly and yelp wont help me. Now they are trying to call me because I am leaving a review. Run.

We love this place! I am a travel nurse and we have had nothing but good experiences here. Joe, Alex, Cindy?all amazing. And Jackie (Jessica) at the bar makes the BEST Bloody Mary I've had in a long time! Atmosphere is amazing, and everyone is so friendly! We bowl 50-60 games a week and this is our go to place here in the TriCities! Food is delicious, it's one of the best places we've been to in all our travels!

We are here almost every day during the week with our grandkids. Kids Bowl Free program is awesome. Thanks, Atomic Bowl, for hosting this program. Snack bar has good food at reasonable prices, too.

I visited this bowling alley after shoulder surgery, hoping to enjoy myself despite having to bowl with my non-dominant hand. I asked?reasonably?to use the bumpers to make the game accessible. Best house in the Tri-Cities. Could stand to use some improvements with ripped upholstery on chairs, pin setter issues, and oiling machine inconsistencies. Food is decent for standard bowling fare. Can you tell I'm a league bowler? Join a league, open-bowl, or let the kids play in the arcade. Also, see the pro-shop for gear or equipment.

My experience was during a large party event. Staff was nice, it was very crowded at the time as the walk way above the bowling area is fairly narrow. They do have food and drinks there which is nice. Definitely recommend on a less busy day/time.

Great experience here. We had myself and the wife with 3 kids. It was only 47 for one game. That was with all of us having to rent shoes. We only waited about 20 minutes to get an open lane. The only issues we had was finding a decent ball with all the people there. It was Saturday though. Will definitely be back.

There new rules on using the thre restroom after 9 pm is out of line i made sure that i had my id checked when i went in so this would not be an issue. I have never been 86 for anything like this. From now on they dont need me to go bowling, archade, birthday parties, gamble or play in poker tournaments. Its time for new management.

It was very busy on a Saturday night. We did a group party bowl. Price was not bad for the time and the fun. Food was a little pricey but good. Even as busy as it was, the service was good. People were friendly.

Clean and in good condition for an older alley. Has a large arcade but it's pretty expensive to play there. The price of bowling is decent. Could use more ball options. Prices on food and drinks are ok.

I am from out of town. Was treated with great kindness. Was ask if I was league bowler said yes but from different city. Asked if I had USBC card was able to find it. Bowling was fun people were great. Felt bad only had my card and no way to tip. Seems like very family oriented place lot kids. Thank you staff for making this fun.

Some grumpy old fart at the front counter told my friends girl who just had shoulder surgery that she couldn't have bumpers for her nondominant hand. This place has gone down hill the last few years.

Had a really good time bowling, bowling staff played fun upbeat music. However the girl working up front with the purple-whiteish hair made me and my friends very uncomfortable she just kept glaring at us and giving us nasty looks.

Come here with my friends quite a few times over the past months and the experience is a coinflip very commonly lining the tone of "bad". My friends i come with are significantly shorter and weaker to the point they must use the 8 pound and 9 pound balls. Horrible customer service from the lady in red hair at night. Had the worst attitude when it came to helping and rolled her eyes multiple times, overall she made it not worth wanting to wait or even purchase another game.

I always enjoy a visit to the Tri-cities and experiencing a small casino. Odds don't change but the family atmosphere reminds me of the series Cheers. Everyone knows each other and everyone is friendly. Pretty much everything I dislike about Vegas casinos is the exact opposite. Actually don't mind losing. Lol, we'll maybe a little. If you want a quiet, subdued (dark), and friendly ?dive? casino (and that is the highest compliment I can pay a place). This is a great choice

Staff was friendly. The music is pretty loud so if you want to carry on a conversation and bowl you may want to pick a different place. However, the music selection was really good if you like 80s music.

This one star is for the bowling section. The arcade was great. Me and my friends went to go bowl due to the rain canceling our plans. Great place, nice lanes and arcade

It was a nice place to spend some quality time. The staff didn't seem to coordinated. They made us wait a bit before we actually got a lane. Luckily they have an arcade area to spend some more money. Probably a part of the plan to make the ppl spend more money. Regardless we had fun. Also as a last note, they do have food which is pretty mid. We had the macho nachos with chicken. I've had better but it's fine. They have drinks for adults as well.

The person (i think it was a female, didn't care to catch a name as she was terrible) in the game room was very rude trying to clean up my friends kids party as people were still enjoying. Didn't seem to care that kids needed help with stuff just over all didn't seem to want to be at work. My friend said she overheard her making rude comments about the party. We had our child's birthday party at the arcade at Atomic Bowl. The kids had fun but be prepared to spend money. They get a $5 card which doesn't last more then 5 minutes. When it is a 2-hour party and they only get a $5 card yeah you're going to be spending the money refilling those cards. So be prepared.

Love the casino staff, love the arcade staff, love the bar staff, love the main bowling front counter staff, although I don't appreciate coming in on a Thursday night multiple weeks in a row and having the blonde at the front desk start yelling at me for simply and casually asking a question. The lady with the lip ring is so rude and disrespectful. She needs an attitude adjustment, every time I come in, she is rude, slow, ignores customers, messes up number of games so it stops in the middle of a game, and looks completely uninterested in being there. I get it they get minimum wage, but that doesn't mean you get to stand around and not work, or be unpleasant. You have to at least fulfill the duties of the simple job you have. Great place to have fun at with everything that they have. But, if you need anybody to do a little bit extra than their basic job discription it's like pulling teeth and extremely frustrating and disappointing. I called to ask 1 question and I was talked down and laughed at?? I ve only had a few great customer service experiences here.

We had a great time with our family. We ordered fries twice and they were piping hot and crispy. We ordered a few pitchers of beer and a cocktail. I wish I had gotten her name, but the server handling all the "behind the bar" orders was great!! I appreciate excellent customer service and she gets an A+ from me! Clean, well-lit facility. The gentleman handling the check-in and shoe rentals was super nice and the lady who had to help us a couple of times to reset our lanes was cheery and supportive. No grumpy

Took a while to get a lane, but the staff was nice about it. Bowling was a blast, service to the lanes was a little slow, so we just ended up going to the food counter and bar to order snacks and refreshments. For and drinks were great.

Fun and we enjoyed the arcade, but beware it can be tough to get a lane. The least advised is to call ahead. The place is clean, the service is good, the food smelled great (I didn't order) and the kiddo had a BLAST. Would highly reccomend coming if you're looking for something to do.

It's not the cheapest bowling but it's worth the price. It's an older place but it holds up very well. Plenty of lanes but expect a wait on busy weekends. Went to a friend?s Birthday party today and omg I definitely won't use this place for my child?s party .. Waited for our food for about 30 mins, finding out they were BARELY making it. Waited another 20 mins for the food, they realized that they tossed out the order number thus making us wait another 30 minutes. Unbelievable, didn't bother to apologize about it either.

This is the second year we have had our corporate party at Atomic Bowl. Brian was AWESOME to work with and was able to accommodate our 30+ party. It's a great place to just go and have some fun with friends. The staff is funny and cool as long as you aren't complete jerks and making everything difficult for them. (I read other reviews) and just because they are busy sometimes doesn't make it a bad place. It is busy for a reason, it is a great place.

Had a company Christmas party here. I had a memorable time! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was full of great energy. They had plenty of lanes for bowling, a video arcade with modern games, a bar and a casino! A lot of fun packed into one location!

As far as a place to have a kids party this seemed to work pretty well: they all got to be crazy, play and intake sugar. The thing that surprised me was how many parties and kids that they can have going at once. The workers are used to this level of craziness and just keep things moving. When the party was winding down and several adults were willing to just sit for a moment one of the staff girls came by and politely mentioned that the next party was waiting... And a pleasant craziness to all.

We've always had a fun time at Atomic Bowl in Richland. Today we had a family bowling day. The staff was helpful and the pricing is reasonable. Family of 6 was under $50. We've had birthday parties for the kids in the arcade area, too. A nice way to spend time together!

Extremely rude waitress making comments to other employees about my group and other customers because she didn't like the younger groups or when people went to smoke she didn't like the smell. An very fun night out! A little pricey for us, but I do like paying by the hour instead of by the game. (I think it's about $30 per hour) It's nice to be able to mess around and practice a little after your game is over. The atmosphere is great. Can't wait to check out the one upstairs.

Decent place.went to pass some time at their game room. Had a Chucky cheese type feel with a lot cheaper prices. I got my boys two 30 dollar cards they played the games and used the simulator s and we spent a good 2 hrs there.. they had fun without hurting my wallet. Would recommend if you are just trying to kill time without costing a fortune
