Hard to access the shop when there's always a huge SUV blocking everything.

Phenomenal customer service, the owner went above and beyond to help me. Not only did he provide a FREE service call after hours on a Saturday, but even after it became immediately apparent that the problem was not with his equipment he spent 20 minutes troubleshooting and even gave me an auxiliary cord to help circumvent the problem until I could get it properly fixed by the correct vendor. Not the type of service you expect to see in 2019 and I couldn't recommend his services more.
