However, frequent complaints mention broken or outdated machines, inconsistent service, and some games being overpriced. Customer Reviews

We had a great time! Super affordable, and very easy to play, and the staff was very kind :)

Wonderful way to blow $20 now that they're actually open regularly. And they have ddr again! Now all we need is Tekken and Initial D again and we'll be good again ?????? maybe kill the lights too. . .

Kind of small, and some of the machines are somewhat dated. Air hockey was very iffy. Still got 5 stars because my kid loves it, the employees are fast and friendly, and 4 player ninja turtles with all characters working! I'd go back

A lot of cabinets are down at any given time, staff is at best inattentive. But staff is Johnny on the stop the second you tell them of an issue and are quick to resolve anything. And they do NOT give quarters.

Has some decent arcade games but mostly games for prizes that rip you off and the cost is a little high for such a small arcade.

I'm glad the mall has a place that reminds me of The Santa Monica Pier in California but without the stink and homeless people. I will definitely come back!

No Street Fighter, no Mortal Kombat, no Neo Neo. Just a bunch of ticket redemption games for the 'still pee my pants sometimes' crowd. Air hockey is fun, at least, but who has friends to play it with?

I cant believe they have a Sega Strike Fighter! The missle button was loose but was still fun to have all 3 flat screens instead of a Buub Tube Thanks for trying to fix the spring!

Really cool and nice attendant, Cody? Very clean! A big table for parties. Fun inexpensive prizes. A variety of games for everyone.

Kind of expensive games (some $1 a play) for the little ones that adds up fast when they don't understand the games and just want to have fun, and half the ticket things on the games don't work but the friendly staff is always there to help you out!

Cyberstation never fails to entertain. Always a good time to be had by all. The games are fun, and the prizes are great.

More than half of all machines and games were out if order. Not worth stopping by there. You will lose money or constantly chase down an employee to get a reimbursement for the money the machine just took from you

Staff was excellent! He made sure my kids had the best time there and was very polite!

Every time we go there is only 1 employee and he never around...he was sitting outside of arcade when we got there and then disappeared as soon as my kids wanted to check out 20 minute wait for a stupid little prize

My 5 year old likes to come here when we go to the mall. Its small but enough stuff to entertain him and its affordable

Amazing staff but half the machines were broken and they took out my favorite game

The staff are super friendly and super patient... Dealing with as many people as they do on a daily is a challenge.

I love taking my niece to the arcade, becuase she always has a blast and so do I.

Kids had so much fun! And they won prizes.

Was really fun and they have a lot of games.

Been renovated with more games, staff is friendly and helpful.

Love to go play her good prices and lots of fun.

A little expensive for the kiddos to play all day but fun for s few bucks

Cool arcade right next to the food court. Clean, with a small variety of games.

Always closed when I take my son to come play. When on line it states otherwise

My daughter loves this place and wins big most of the time.

Amazingly cheap and it is fun and easy to win tickets

Didn't get shot so it's a good day

Alot of the machines were down that i wanted to try

Loved it. Had a blast

Great break from shopping for the kids

Good claw machine and arcade games

Arcades are always a good time.

Family had tons of fun

Nearly no working games and no tickets

Great blast from the past.

Half the games are broken...

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are retro games in arcades still good in this modern age?

Absolutely, retro games in arcades remain a thrilling draw in 2025! Classics like Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and Street Fighter II offer simple yet addictive gameplay, blending nostalgia with timeless challenge. Modern arcade cabinets often feature crisp displays and restored controls, enhancing the experience. These games thrive on quick reflexes and strategy, with vibrant pixel art and iconic soundtracks that spark joy. Arcades host tournaments and leaderboards, fostering a lively community. While modern games dominate, retro titles provide a unique, accessible thrill that keeps arcades buzzing.

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
