Fun place to play old school games. Bartenders were very friendly and explained everything clearly.

Fun little place in the basement of a bar. They have a decent selection of games?but it might not be something your younger children would enjoy. They have a good pinball selection and some classic arcade games. They have 1 guitar hero and two buck hunters. All in all, not a bad value. Three of us played for 90 minutes on $40 of tokens. I don't know if the unlimited play is a good deal unless you're really passionate about classic arcade games or pinball. There are worse places to kill a few hours, but the

We had a blast! Two adults and six boys ages from 7 to 16. Older ones loved axe throwing. Younger ones loved Mario Kart. My favorite is Area 51 and they had one upstairs and another one downstairs. The best thing about this place IS NOT just the awesome decor or fun things to do...IMHO, it is the employees that stood out the most. Everyone who helped us had an awesome attitude and really made our night! Shout out to Hannah and Jade! Can't wait to come back and see you all again.

Danielle is just the best bartender ever. We also had a ton of fun with the games, and being parents of adult aged children, we appreciated that it's 21 or over after 10pm ! A great place!

Fun, fun, fun. Perfect place for family celebration. Gives you a chance for little physical activity and healthy competition while throwing axes. Variety of targets(games) makes games challenging and interesting. Nice selection of beers and other drinks.

Tried to save a little money by splitting a 1 hour arcade card between 3 people and we immediately get yelled at and get told we are not welcome in their establishment. Not everyone can afford 60$ for three 1 hour arcade cards? And plus, this was at 12 o'clock in the morning so we were quite literally the only people in the establishment, so they were just staring at the cameras watching us just because they had nothing better to do?. they lost 3 customers today. Quite frankly a sour experience, all for jus

$20 for unlimited game play is aces. Drinks are good but they're like malt liquor, not actually booze. Food was kinda meh but we ordered late so idk if the kitchen was wrapping up. Had a lot of fun. Please get Mario kart worked on :(

Awesome service, unlimited play wristband is the way to go. So much fun and great beers, drinks and food. Love the pinball machines.

Saw an ad on the wall of a place we had dinner for this place that said 'kids throw free' Thought that might be fun to check out after. Went in and it was not too busy, less than half of the lanes are in use. Went to the bar to ask how it works and was told 'sorry, kids are free except on Saturday.' I said ok that's a bummer, the ad we saw didn't mention that. The employee pointed to the wall and said well it says it here...except that when we all looked at it, it didn't say it there. He then says, 'well, i

Our trainer for AX throwing was very nice. Loved the various options to try. Unlimited game pass was the best way for us to go.

It was a blast, the staff was helpful, knowledgeable. The setup was amazing enjoyed the whole thing. The pizza was so good 5 stars extra for that.

This place was awesome. We did not partake in the axe throwing upstairs, but was brought there by the ?Underground Arcade.? (3) rooms of both old and new arcade games, maybe + 50 different machines. Played on an ALL-DAY pass for $20 per person. Stayed about 3 hours and my kids and wife LOVED it. Found this place online for things to do. Did not eat there so couldn't comment but seeing others food, looked good. Our bartender (Tom) was GREAT. He knew about the beers that I asked about and walked me th

Step into Asgard for a gaming paradise! This arcade bar boasts an impressive array of machines, making it a haven for gaming enthusiasts. Whether you're into classics or modern games, Asgard delivers a memorable experience in a vibrant atmosphere.

Woah! This place is amazing. Cool vibe, awesome artwork, and the food was delicious. Mike was the bartender downstairs and the service was great! Will definitely be back.

What a great experience! Axe throwing upstairs, and an arcade in the basement. We took full advantage of the $20 all day arcade pass. Tons of fun games to play. We didn't throw axes this time around, but we'll definitely be back!

Awesome arcade for retro gaming! Friendly staff and customers. I played a good amount of Swedish Death Metal on their Jukebox and no one cared... lol! love this place!

We had an amazing experience throwing axes drinking ciders and bloody Marys! Jade was a great coach and helped my wife improve with her knowledge and trying different axes. We will be back!

Axe throwing? Good! Unlimited play on amazing arcade games? Amazing! Great staff and owner, best value in the Dells!

Great a little pricey but we spent hours here so I guess the price wasn't bad. It's a Friday night we paid 25 for unlimited

Place was cool we did the unlimited gaming for $25 ita $20 for an hour $25 whole day. My 9 year old son would have stayed all day but we stayed like right over 2 hours. Ax throwing looked cool but we didn't partake. I'd say the hour is plenty of time for the average person to play the games unless you are really into games. I didn't try the food but had a pretty good beer the bartender recommended and a drink while the kids played. As far as the Dells go it's an affordable place right downtown you can have

We loved this place! Axe throwing was, of course, so much fun, but the games and drinks were great too. The bartenders and lane coaches were so nice and friendly and made it such an awesome spot to hang out. We liked it so much we went back after dinner. Highly recommend!!!!

This place is so fun! I've never done axe throwing before and discovered it is a potential new hobby for my family and me. I was happy to hear there are membership options for the axe throwing. The arcade/bar downstairs is so satisfying and well done. Their merch is also cool and great quality. Every member of the staff was friendly, even excited to show us how to throw. Can't wait to go back!

Connor was our axe throwing coach and he was awesome!! Helpful coaching cues but didn't hover unnecessarily. Jason served us drinks later in the night and he was also great- provided lots of great insight into the history of the Dells. Would definitely recommend visiting here.

Amazing this is the best ever. We spent more time here than at the waterpark. Great games amazing food and great beverages.

Took my travel baseball team here while in town for a tournament. They had an amazing night. I was worried that they wouldn't enjoy the retro arcade games, but a $20 unlimited bracelet was worth a shot. Spent 2.5 hours playing games and eating. The parents and the kids enjoyed every second. The staff was helpful and accommodating. We brought in a party of 30 people and they were very happy to see us. This will be a permanent stop for us every baseball season.

Noticed they had a $20 AYCP card, cold beer and a full menu. The arcade was great, and all the games worked perfectly. That was a huge bonus. Finally, the food is a hit. Thin crust pizza was perfect and the wings were fantastic. Would definitely recommend. And next time I'll hit up the ax throwing upstairs... Very solid!!

Went to the bar first. Great bears, and great food. The kitchen was also open later than any other bar I've been too. At least past 11 pm, as we ordered food at about 11:30. Hannah was a great bartender, she went home shortly after we got there but still took the time to say goodbye to us and wish us a good night. Will definitely come here any time we go to the dells.

$20 unlimited play all day is a steal!! The staff were super helpful and friendly too! Drinks were at a great price, the food was great, and the games were all well maintained. Plus the music selection in their music kiosk was awesome!! Nothing beats some good food, great times, fun games, and awesome tunes! I had the kabobs, wings, pretzel, nachos, and they were all a hit! Definitely coming back next time I'm in Wisconsin Dells!

Went there yesterday and got the package deal of all-day arcade and an hour of axe throwing. Really good price for the variety of arcade and video games available! And for the axe throwing, there is someone there to walk you through different ways to throw your axe, how to score you game, and comfortable safety measures. The food and drink(both soda and alcohol) menus were also well priced and generously proportioned. I highly recommend checking this place out if you're in the area!

This place is really unique! The arcade games here range from heavily retro to a few newer games. It's a ton of fun. And at $20 for an all day pass, it's really worth the money! The bartender was alone and inexperienced. But, my party and I all saw him doing his best. That reflected in his tip. He did as good a job as he could. He went above and beyond more than was expected for someone so wet behind the ears. Try this place out. I didn't get to try their hosue drinks, but I imagine they're slick.

My girlfriend and I came here at the end of June. The people here were really cool and helpful. The food wasn't too bad, and we were there for about 4 hours by buying an all-day pass (highly recommend it if you plan on being there a while). They had a wide variety of arcade machines there. Machines such as NBA Jam, NFL Blitz, Street Fighter 2, The Simpsons, Mario Kart, and so much more. There were also pinball machines there as well. This place is fun for all ages, and I would highly recommend it if you're

Great atmosphere, very nice employees. Very helpful in helping throwing the axes and the basement has a good amount og arcade games i haven't played in years. Well priced and could spend hours there. Also some good craft beers on tap. Didn't eat there though so im not sure how the food is

Ax throwing was super fun! Both me and my son had a blast. Marissa was a great instructor, and had us throwing like pros in no time. Plus the games and ax throwing was a good deal. This is now one of our must Dells stops.

Dark and loud but a lot of games to play without much of a wait. It was a fun way to spend the evening! Many of the games could be played with 2-4 people which made it even better! You can buy an all day pass and enjoy the day. If you are hungry, they also have food and drinks. We will definitely be back!

Shout out to Tom & Nick. Such nice guys and wonderful teaching skills for Axe throwing and overall service. Food was great. $20 for unlimited arcade play is well worth it. Family had a blast!!!! A must do!!!!

Really liked the atmosphere and that it was kind of tucked away in the basement! We bought an unlimited 1 hour card but only used 45 min because there wasn't a huge variety in the arcade games. We definitely still had a blast! Would be cool if they had foosball and other table games

Fun! Loved watching the coaches show how to throw the axes. Of course they hit the bullseye every time. We had the Odin thin crust pizza and it was one of the best I've had. The arcade is amazing. Nostalgic games from the 80's. Pacman, Space Invaders, Mario.... And a good price to boot!

This place is absolutely awesome! The have a whole arcade from your childhood downstairs and food, drinks, and AXE THROWING upstairs. The staff was fantastic. It was an absolute blast. We come to the della often and i am upset we didn't visit sooner. We will absolutely be back!

Awesome retro games and unlimited play available. Todd was friendly and very helpful. Good beer and specialty drinks.

My husband and I had a lot of fun hanging out in the arcade for a few hours. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We ordered a really delicious pizza, drank beer and played games. Good times.

Their mead is very good. I was there for axe throwing and the arcade. They have some good pinball machines. All staff that we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Great place for a bachelor party excursion

Great place, games, and drinks! We did the hour pass but will probably do the full day pass next visit. They had the oldies, like Pac-Man, Donkey Kong and the original Mario Bros, some newer games like Buck Hunter and Mario Kart, very good variety and some great pinball machines. PS4 and Ninetendo were hooked up to the main TV so was able to get some gory finishes on Mortal Kombat too! Highly recommended.

Most of the arcade games are cheap replicas. If you're going to play on a replica you might as well just play at home. There are a few authentic ones though. Also, amazing decision to put Guitar Hero right next to one of the loud speakers.

I was looking for an arcade during a visit to the Dells to pass some time and came across a great, old school, updated video arcade. Nice spot with a bar so you can drink while playing. Great after a fun day at the parks, especially in the late evening. A nice variety of old school favorites like MKII and TMNT and newer games like Mario Kart. Treat the gamer in you! Highly recommended!!

$20 unlimited play for 1 hour, both of our kids loved it! We ordered food and they brought it downstairs for us, still delicious food as always. We'll be back!

There's mead! There's axes! The bartender we had was so good at throwing and was a great instructor. Wish I could drop her name for a compliment.

Super fun, great staff, very good food. Justin coached us on throwing axes, and he helped get us a hoodie. Would definitely go back!

A fun family outing! Great staff (big thanks to our coach Hannah for her teaching us and her patience!) and a great beer selection to enjoy.

This is actually for the New PNP arcade, but I couldn't find it on Google:) Tammy was excellent and was great at explaining the new arcade. Plus, helping with beer selection. Can't wait to come back again. Thank you!

Spencer was awesome today! Great throwing instructor for our 16yr ood birthday boy. Will definitely be back for many more throws.

What a great experience!! Mike was awesome and our boys had a great time throwing axes under his guidance! Highly recommend Mike!!

Had an amazing time throwing axes with my husband we brought the kids back the next day for the arcade. We had a blast and I would recommend and for sure I will be back.

Arcade selection is quality of cooperative up to 4 players and fun shooting up games and axe throwing. Drink selection and food on tap lol big pretzel.

Axe Throwing date night? Yes, please. Mike Olson was great! Gave us the tips and tricks we needed to stick that axe! (Most of the time...)

Great beer and arcade game selection. Only (minor) complaint is it would be nice if they had drink stands at every arcade game.

To be honest it was really fun and me and my friend just kept playing Mario cart.the one down side is that it's a small area and a lot of people, but it was really fun

Staff is very friendly. Basement arcade machine variety is pretty neat. Having a couple of cider choices was a real plus.

Super fun and worth the all-day pass. Plenty of games but card malfunctioned a little bit. Drinks were pretty weak but tasty.

This place is fantastic ,great fun .the staff is among the best iv encountered on my travels .I highly recommend stopping by if your in the area .you won't regret it. ITS FANTASTIC.

Good food, good service, good atmosphere, and good arcade. You can't ask for more

Awesome and wonderful place. Made us feel very welcome and special. Would come back here again everytime.

This place is so much fun. Special thanks to Spencer for being a great axe throwing coach.

Great Place for me and my boys! Retro and modern games! Artwork is like a fanboy's dream!

The best Arcade in the dells hands down! Has all the old school arcade games you had growing up all at a reasonable price!

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are pinball tables still good in this modern age?

Yes, pinball tables in arcades remain a blast. Their hands-on, skill-driven gameplay delivers a thrill digital games can’t match, blending nostalgia with modern flair. Newer tables from Stern and Jersey Jack feature LCD screens and themes like Avengers or Stranger Things, keeping things exciting. Arcades are seeing a pinball resurgence with vibrant scenes and tournaments like IFPA events drawing crowds. Though less common than video games, pinball’s tactile charm and community vibe make it a standout arcade experience in 2025.

Are retro games in arcades still good in this modern age?

Absolutely, retro games in arcades remain a thrilling draw in 2025! Classics like Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and Street Fighter II offer simple yet addictive gameplay, blending nostalgia with timeless challenge. Modern arcade cabinets often feature crisp displays and restored controls, enhancing the experience. These games thrive on quick reflexes and strategy, with vibrant pixel art and iconic soundtracks that spark joy. Arcades host tournaments and leaderboards, fostering a lively community. While modern games dominate, retro titles provide a unique, accessible thrill that keeps arcades buzzing.
