Customer Reviews

Great local arcade with good prices! Loved the variety of games, systems, activities. There was something for any age. The couches and sitting areas were cozy. Snacks and drinks were for sale. It would be extra bonus if they also sold beer or seltzers. Loved the variety of pinball machines!

Absolutely fire spot! They have such a wide variety of fun stuff to do, and they're pretty reasonably priced too , only $10 per hr with unlimited usage of all the games. I would recommend this over Dave & busters. Perfect spot to hang out with friends or go on a date

It's a great place with great people. Good time. Some of the games are the ones we grew up on. Pac-Man, Asteroid, Pinball machines, and others. Come check them out.

Just had a blast with my family and friends for my son's birthday! Fun for all ages. Friendly professional staff! Will be back soon. Big thank you to the owner and staff that made this a no stress, only fun party.

Had my 7 year olds birthday here and it was awesome!!! The owner is so nice and she went above and beyond to help make my sons birthday special! She provided balloons, banners, and party supplies and drinks and ice!! There's so many awesome games! Pinball, air hockey, racing games, board games, Pac-Man, pool and she even had legos for the smaller kids! I was so impressed and plan to have more parties here!! The party assistant Anna was so nice as well and she was so helpful!!

My granddaughters and I had the best time ever! Skeeball chess, Jenga and playing pool together and no tokens to keep up with! Game playing like it should be. Jett was great and so helpful...we were able to play, take a break for dinner and come back...I loved the retro vibe! We will be back! Greatest value in Winter Haven!

Perfect place for kids parties, teen parties, and office parties? everyone has something to fun to do and it's a great mix of old and new gaming. Fun for the whole family? relaxed and fun vibe. Lots of comfy sofas for tired parents, and endless activities and games to exhaust your kids by the end of the day. Jett did a great job with my son?s party and we've had office parties for our team and their families here. It's a gem in Winter Haven and our guests are always wow?d if they haven't been here before

A lot of games for a little space I was impressed, if they sold coffee or tea I would probably stay all day. Some of the best classic cabinets. Anyone who came up during the Arcade era of the 80?s and 90?s will enjoy this place.

Family fun and friendly personable staff. We had such a good time playing classic arcade games, air hockey, pool, and pinball. Great daytrup for the family.

AN UNEXPECTED HIGHLIGHT of our LEGOLAND TRIP -- we made an unplanned visit after a lightning strike to a transformer had knocked out the power across the street and across downtown, delaying our dinner plans. I had expected a very brief stay -- thinking the power would be restored any minute -- but my nine-year-old son was quickly befriended by a young lady there, and I found some vintage pinball machines that I remembered from the 70's and 80's. There was a cool Spotify station playing The Clash, Ramones,

Super relaxed atmosphere, excepting to all! Something for all ages including games, crosswords and puzzles even coloring books! I color while the kids play. Great music, cool snacks. Support women in business while not having to spend a fortune

Stopped in here to celebrate my best friends birthday and we had a blast! It's a very chill environment and a local hidden gem. Lots of classic arcade games, pinball machines, skee ball, billiards, and air hockey as well as board and card games. There's also an N64 and Super Nintendo set up, and I think Guitar Hero. It was very affordable and despite being a small building, there was a lot to do. The hours flew by and we had lots of fun! Personally tried one of the Capcom machines to play Rage of the Dragon

This is a dope Lil spot run by a awesome lady it's always a good time there

Awesome place, cool people. You just can't find this anywhere anymore. The best pinball machines around. Great time for the retro gamer. Jet the owner is awesome. And great pricing for a good time with the family! Highly recommended entertainment.

This place was amazing for a first date, kind of a very low key place. Jett was very friendly and so cool to us. I had seen some of the other reviews and maybe she was having a bad day, it happens to the best of us. She let us stay over our time a bit since we mostly hung out on the couches talking and it wasn't super busy. Her dogs just kept to themselves for the most part, they are way better behaved than most kids lol. It's mostly Pinball machines but there's some other neat stuff like a working air hock

We walked in to check it out because my husband loves arcades and we just moved here so we've been exploring. An older dog greeted us which was honestly fine, I like dogs. But then the owner showed up. The vibe of the place completely changed. She seemed upset because we came in at 8 and she closed at 9. We were just checking it out so I didn't think much of it, but of course she didn't know that. The worst part of our interaction came after. She didn't tell us anything about the place and just walked past

10/10 would NOT recommend going to Artcade in Winter Haven. First time there and upon walking in, the place was disgusting and smelly. Half of the machines did not work and when asking the owner about how to work them, she was extremely rude. I asked for my money back since the kids didn't get to play anything and her response was, ?Absolutely! I'd love for you to leave.? Not sure why she was so intimidated by me from the moment I walked in the door, but her attitude is gross. I will NEVER bring my children

Lots of pinball. Some arcade games, some consoles, pool, darts, popcorn, drinks, snacks, art supplies, puzzles, board games. Big projector screen for movie night. Clean. Great place for kids to hang out. ~$20 for all night fun!

I enjoyed my hour at the arcade, which was worth it. If you like pinball machines, retro is a cool spot.

We stopped into Artcade for the first time tonight, and immediately knew it wouldn't be the last. Every pinball machine was beautiful, perfectly maintained, and not a single one wasn't working. Clearly the owner is passionate about them. The walls are filled with fun art and we had a great time playing skiball, air hockey, and racing games along with the pinball. The owner was a gas, and we immediately felt comfortable and free to have a good time.

Had a really good time at Artcade. We used a Get Out Pass to get in for free and paid for our son. We went on a weekday which meant we could always find something to do. I had fun doing the ski-ball, pin-ball, retro games, air hockey, pool, and foosball. I recommend coming with a friend but you could have fun going solo. Day pass was reasonably priced. There were some games that you had to figure out the trick to make it work so if it is something you want to play don't be afraid to ask. The music was fun a

We love this place! We hosted my sons 8th birthday party here. Jett took such great care of us. She decorated to match the video game theme. The games are all so fun and unlimited. The price of the party was super reasonable. The whole place is just so fun and comfortable. Everyone had a great time!

What a fantastically fun place to spend some time. Like a retro trip back to the 80?s. If you're looking to have some good clean family fun stop in and see Jett the owner and do yourself a favor get the unlimited play. Thought we'd only be here for an hour but glad we spent the extra $5 and what a deal. Love this place and will definitely be back. If I still lived in WH you probably wouldn't have a hard time finding me. lol.

Came here for my brothers birthday and had the best time! Many retro games, pin ball machines, and board games. And staff was very sweet. I can't wait to go again with friends

Very fun! Great experience. They have a lot of vintage arcade and pinball machines. Plus skeeball and air hockey. Probably more! We had so much fun. Staff was super friendly too!

GREAT pinball arcade, with many other options ranging from a pool table to board games. A fun place for teens and young to hang out.

Great place especially on a budget...GO HERE AND YOU'LL HAVE A GREAT TIME GUARANTEED!!!

This county has never had anything quite like it & Thank the stars that such a cool, fun, retro, comfortable place like this exists for us to enjoy. I met the owner thru an ex boyfriend back in the day actually by visiting her at her THEN home... It's was stock full of pinball machines & amazing retro art & furniture... It was beautiful & unique.. it's awesome to see people with that kinda style. I've taken my nephew here because he was born in 2001 & kinda just missed out on many of the games that this pl

We had my Granddaughter's 7th birthday party here yesterday. What a great day. The age range of guests was 2 to 71, and a great time was had by all!! Great nostalgic range of games from ski ball to Nintendo, to a huge amount of pinball games. They had an event room which was perfect and the owner Jett was lovely. I would recommend this hidden gem to anyone that to have a party or just a really cool way to have a fun day!!

Tons of arcade and pinball. We did the unlimited play for 15$ thing and it was fantastic. I wish this was in my town. Good luck beating my high score of 41 million on alien invasion.

Absolutely awsome. An amazing trip to the past. Dude in the front was awsome the whole time.

Amazing. Went for my sons school friends Birthday. Staff was very attentive and polite, she made sure everything went smooth. All the retro games where amazing. Pinball, boardgames, driver games, fuseball, pool, chess/checkers, N64, legos. A little bit for every age group. Definitely recommend for some retro fun.

A nice, humble retro arcade. I always thought about opening an arcade and seeing someone else get it done makes me happy. Catered to both older and younger crowds. Owner was extremely nice and friendly and the dog was cute. Only thing I wish they had is more arcade games! Something like the classic rampage or even some Japanese rhythm games and DDR. Overall a great experience I'd love to come back.

My favorite place to hang out!! I could spend all day there (and have several times) and it's only $15 to play ALL DAY! No place like it! And the owner (Jett) couldn't be cooler! Very friendly and clean environment. I've recommended the Artcade to all of my friends and family. It's perfect for bonding with your kids, hanging out with friends, date nights, birthday parties, etc. I even have fun going and playing by myself. I'm grateful a place like this exists!!

This is a hidden gem in Winter Haven. I had the pleasure of attending birthday party here and was blown away by the variety and quality of the retro games and pinball machines available. Definitely worth checking out!

Family Friendly and customer service oriented, great price, and great for all ages. They even had baby and toddler toys! Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. If you are a nostalgic gamer of any kind, including arcade, video games, and board games, this will be your new hang out!

It was our first time here with our sons last night and they had a great time reason I'm not giving a full 5 stars is because the owner was annoyed and gave my husband attitude for not knowing we paid by the hour. My 7 year old son was playing skeeball for the first time and jumped the ball a few times and owner yelled ROLL THE BALL! She doesn't seem to be a people person.

Went here for the first time with my boyfriend and I and we will definitely be coming back. The prices were cheap, there was alot to do, and the staff were super sweet and nice. I also absolutely love how they decorated the place, I'd recommend this arcade to anyone, we had a real blast!

So I went here with my grandson about a week ago, although it brought back a lot of memories, when we walked in the music was blaring. The lady who was the only one there was not the best in customer service, seemed a little more worried about every thing else except the customers. After our hour was over, we left, funny thing happened which I found out later that day, my wife and two younger children also went there the same day. My wife said that she was greeted by the same female, and again she was v

Came inside with friends to check the place out. This is a really cool establishment - neat store merchandise, games, and probably a neat place to hang out. However, the owner was pretty rude towards everyone in my group and banged on the bathroom door while I was in there asking me if I was done yet. Apparently she had such an issue with me using the bathroom she made snide remarks to my friends. We were going to pay to play for an hour or so but that put a really bad taste in our mouths, so we left instea

Absolutely love this place. Pinball mixed with old school video games, consoles, billiards, board games and all things fun. Great prices and great atmosphere with friendly staff. The Led Zeppelin pinball is worth the price of admission alone. Plan on going at least once a week.

This place is amazingly fun! So much to do. Pinball, arcade games, pool table, ski ball, board games ect. So much to do in a great atmosphere. You got to go and spend the day! Had an amazing time with my two kids??

I went there today because my kids wanted to go to Dave and busters but I didn't want to drive so far. I guess I should have. As soon as I got there there was an attitude/ rudeness from the owner who was checking us in. I asked a question about when it starts getting crowded. And she was short? I don't know? It's Saturday? I ignored it and she charged us and we went in. The kids were playing with the pool balls at the table and she rushes over and grab the balls telling us that you cannot play with that be

Super awesome place, great vibes, great selection of games and pinball machines. Jett created an amazing chill space that I could be in for several hours. And dont forget to check out their Midnight Markets once a month! Go check out Artcade, you'll love it ?

Absolutely amazing local spot! Jett is Awesome! Great family atmosphere! Dont forget to ask for the loyalty punch card

Amazing to have such a fun hang place like this in Winter Haven. Main feature are the pinball machines but also some old school arcades and their newly added console corner. Fun, chill vibe. Awesome that everything is set to free play for only $15 for the whole day. So worth the $$, play until you drop. Excited for their upcoming art and movie nights as well.

This place is a total hidden gem in WH ! They have awesome pinball machines and a bunch of old school games and consoles! Recently did a surprise party for my boyfriend there and it was awesome!! Jett and her staff were super welcoming and accommodating and the day of, the party was a hit!! Everyone had such a great time!

Super nice play to enjoy retro games and pinball. They have retro consoles and loads of different games for you to play. The only complaint I have is that the two fighting game cabinets both seem to be a little faulty. The street fighter II cabinet seems to have issues registering inputs, and the cabinet with a variety of game screens is faulty. Regardless of those two small issues, it's an absolutely lovely place to spend some time.

This place is magical. When you step inside its dark with the lights of all the machines tempting you. Its a cool place to relax and play as much as you want. You pay $15 for a whole day or $8 an hour. Either way a win because you don't have to keep up with quarters. None needed as the games are in free play mode. I don't know how long its been here but if I lived here, I'd be a steady customer.

Artcade is a fun place to take the kids and a flashback to the 80?s for the Dads. The prices are very reasonable by the hour and They have a wide variety of games including, pinball machines, Pac-Man, pool tables, foosball, it's a great time for the kids. Kurtis helped us and was very friendly and knowledgeable. We are locals and this is our go to place on the weekends ??

Very nice ARTcade. Pinball, console and other options. Cool light switch in the clean, dry and serviceable restroom. Space for large format checkers, connect four and a pool table. Chalkboard tables for art, you may need to request a clean slate to play with or just add to the art already on the table. Stop in, have fun it's worth a drive!

Very enjoyable time. It was $8 for an hour of unlimited okay, and there is much to do here. The pinball games are inviting with their lights and sounds. I wasn't able to do everything, so I will be back most definitely.

This is our 2nd and LAST time to try to visit Artcade. Both times they were NOT open according to their posted times. After reading the reviews of others about rude owners and customer service, I guess it's a good thing we don't visit. They don't seem to want any business.

Atmosphere is so chill. Nice diverse selection of games, though could use some more music/rhythm games. A really nice time to be had here and plus THEY LEAVE GOOD CANDY ON HALLOWEEN :)

Where have you been all my life?!! Just discovered this place and loved it. If your a pinball fan or just gaming in general then this is your place. Pay 15 bucks and have unlimited play on any of the machines. Everything from a pool table, board games old and new consoles. Beer and snacks available per donations. Friendly service and casual atmosphere. Plan on getting into their membership.

Great atmosphere, creative pricing and good selection. If I lived in town I could see spending my evening hours here. Super comfy couches and I loved to see the console collections!

Great little arcade! We stopped by while visiting family. Pleasantly surprised by the layout and unlimited play. We've been to a few retro arcades for adults and it was nice to see one that accommodated younger kids.

Had a great time at Artcade with my son and grandson.. Thanks for having an old pinball machine for an old man. Far Out.

Really fun place to bring the family. Small place, but tons of stuff to do. Pinballs Fun, Skiball and Air Hockey are great with friends, tons of board games to pass the time, and just a great place in general.

OMG!!!!!!! This place is amazing and dont think it is only for kids because i am an adult myself and i had blast. They have from old to new games including pool table. The most important part the employee Tanner was amazing especially with the kids helping them with games. Great prices! My husband and i will definetly comeback again with our kids. Thank you Tanner for such amazing costumer service.

Really cool place. My fiance takes our son here and they have a blast here.very nice people here. 8 dollars an hour per person to play pinball and arcade games, and 15 dollars per person to play unlimited. ??????

Extremely family friendly atmosphere, plenty of things to do pinball, skiball, retro games, and board games, chess, darts, and more stuff for smaller kids as well... Here to celebrate one of our son's graduation from highschool

Went last night with a few friends. Small place and hard to find, but that makes it a hidden gem for a good, safe, and clean night. There is no smoking and cans of soda are available for purchase. Tons of Pinball machines if that's your thing, and if not, they have Pool, Board Games, Darts, Arcade games like the classic Cruisin' USA, Mortal Kombat, NBA Jam. I would recommend taking children interested in retro gaming, or going with a small group of adult friends that aren't into the "bar" scene, but likes t

Every time I come to town I'm sure to hit up Artcade. They have pinball, video games, and tons of board games. The environment feels very fun and relaxed and the owner/operator Jett is sure to make you feel at ease and answer any of your questions. If you like having fun and haven't been here yet, fix that and go to Artcade!

Came here for the first time today and will definitely be back! There is a huge selection of games and the owner Jett is super cool!

Great hidden gem of Winter Haven. My family had the best time with all the options they had there. From Pinball, Arcade, Darts, Console and even board games. We spent a couple of hours there and still had more we didn't even get a chance to play.

Super awesome hidden gem! Great pricing 8 dollars for an hour ,15 for all day play, and totally worth the 85 dollars if you live in winter haven for the monthly pass! Jett the owner is super laid back and welcoming.

Great atmosphere and wonderful associates! Had lots of fun with so many different games in just 1 hour, I'll be sure to become a regular in no time and will recommend this to everyone and anyone I can!

This place is amazing! Had a day out on the town from shopping in unknown stores in downtown Winter Haven, to eating at Tempo 1930. This was a last stop on a date day with my wife. It couldnt habe ended any better! This place has everything you could want. It throws it way back with retro pinball machines, board games, Simon, and many others. Also has a billiards table. Its got game consoles that you can also play. Chalk board table to play tic tac toe or hangman, an oversized connect 4 table, and a little

I've been playing pinball since ?96, video games since the first Atari. ARTCADE is THE spot to keep both hobbies alive for the next generation. Plus, it's a great chill spot with comfortable seating and board games? Dope. Oh, Ms. Jet and staff are very cool, too. GO HERE!

Scammers! Took tickets and credits from 2 of our cards. Never going back

The owner Jet is the coolest ever. This place is super sweet with multiple consoles, arcade machines, pinball, pool, a projector, you name it. Super super cool environment, a dream come true.

Thank you Artcade for making Parkers birthday awesome! It was awesome with the party room and decorations! We had a blast and the birthday boy was over the moon with all the game varieties!

Talk about a walk down memory lane!! This is a delightful blast from the past and very affordable. From pin ball machines to Xbox video to Simeon, this is the go to place in Winter Haven for good, clean fun for the whole family!

The Artcade is the coolest place I've have seen in a long, long time. It also was the most fun I've had in a long, long time. Thank You Artcade for creating such a cool fun place. I can't wait to come back, I'll be back with many of my friends and neighbors.

Just what I was hoping for. An arcade with lots of pinball tables! Jett (the owner) could not be a nicer person. Made us feel welcome & I will be back here often. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Great place. Pinball machines in great working order. Lots to do. Recommended!

very cool arcade, lots of choices for pinball and other games. staff working was very nice as well and she let us pet her doggy

We had a birthday party there yesterday and we were all blown away. Everyone had a blast! I can't recommend Artcade enough! We will definitely be back!!

Had a great time! Don't go to bars anymore and my husband doesn't play video games. But he LOVED playing pinball!

The arcade was fun for me and my family, Jett was friendly and the arcade is family friendly and great for game night.

Conveniently located on 1st Street South, just North of Cypress Gardens Blvd. It's only open on Wednesday through Saturday, but $15 for all you can play is the best deal you'll find in about a 30-mile radius. A nice mix of older and newer pinball machines, kept in good condition. There are also a few 1990s video games, including OG Street Fighter 2 and Mortal Kombat, and an OG Super Nintendo console, if that's your thing. Food and drink is also available for "donations." Well worth an afternoon or evening.

Old school arcade. Pinball & video games, pool tables. A very Kool place for a night out. It wasn't crowded which is nice, but wasn't a fan of the house music. But, Hey! I'm old school!

Recently went to my nieces birthday party here & I had the best time. Owner was so sweet. Would definitely go back.

Pinball and retro gaming, nice little hidden gem. Clean and Owner/Operator is friendly

A cool little arcade with all retro games and a lot of pinball machines. They also have a Super Nintendo, Nintendo 64, and a pool table. You pay an entrance fee and it is unlimited play.

Last 2 times came was closed. Website says open at 2 on Tuesday get there sign says 7pm. Drove an hr to get here.

Favorite game place in Winter Haven. Simply great space to play games or sit back and relax. Simply the best atmosphere around.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
