I met my son and 4 of my grandchildren here to play laser tag. From the moment we walked in until we left, the staff was amazing! Incredibly nice, helpful, and just fantastic! The place is clean, and we had so much fun playing laser tag. Nick and Dashara were manning the laser tag area. They were great!!! Very impressed. We live near Rice University in Houston and it was worth the drive!!!

My 3 year old loves this place! I think it's reasonably priced but I wish they had separate pricing for babies. I bring my 1 year old with us and it feels like a waste paying for her when she can't walk and doesn't really use the amenities. I would also love if they added gates to the soft play area. With 2 kids under 3, it would be so much easier to keep track of them and make sure one doesn't run out of the play area without me.

We enjoy bringing our kids because there is something for everyone even the adults. The biggest thing that continues to bring me back is the staff. Trevor at the front was amazing. He helped me figure out the best package for our family. I didn't feel rushed even with the six kids adding their input. He was very patient and helped everything go smoothly.

We enjoy coming to ARs! This time we just went skating and played arcade games and it was a fun way to spend a couple hours. Trevor was especially helpful and helping us get set up with our new waivers and making sure our cards all worked properly.

My 9 year old triplets had a blast. They majority of all activities within 4 hours. The young people in the skating area Nick and Olivia were a great help to my daughter. She is on the spectrum. She was able to work through frustrating situation with these two. Thank you we will be going back.

Went for my husband and son?s birthday and it was a great experience! The virtual reality experience was amazing and funny. We played the games and I liked how they had the prizes set up so you didn't have wait on one person to get the stuff.. Definitely worth every penny and will be going again!

Great place for kids and parents. Lazer tag, cool/different mini golf set up, the skating rink is well thought out with seating available inside the skate area for parents or kids to take a break, parents without skates are able to go in the rink which is a big plus I've never seen anywhere else. We were celebrating my daughter's 21st birthday. We booked our private room 30 days in advance to accommodate 40 people. We were there from 5pm to about 11:45pm on a Saturday night. The facility was clean, the food was OK ( fast foodish ), and the staff were very polite, helpful, kind and professional to myself and all of my guests. Luke was awesome ! Very helpful explained everything to me so I wasn't confused. Wasn't a robot just trying to get a pay check. ARs didn't WOW me if I'm being honest... the activities are there but it wasn't... fulfilling? Kids feel same too. Skating Rink isn't big and the floor isn't the traditional gloss hard finish. Did a quick stop to check this place and was impressed with this entertainment center where can fit kids, families and adults Mini golf, roller skating, bowling, arcades, gifts center, sports bar, good selection of foods,places for parties and private parties, pool and darts, nice decorations and above all that!! Very clean and super friendly staff. It's new in this area and definitely recommend to visit this place!

Baytown's hidden gem!!!! We had my son's 7th birthday party here yesterday. The staff was extraordinary. The place was amazing there were arcade games, a skating rink, they have a bowling alley coming soon, laser tag area was super awesome, bumper cars and a playground that even had a toddler area. We had hot wings and pizza which were very delicious. Oh did I forget to mention the full bar and restaurant!!!

I love this establishment, everyone is so friendly! We were greeted at the door... Our 5hr passes were totally worth it! My son has requested his birthday here. there is something for everyone, I definitely recommend ARs if your looking for fun, food and a friendly environment.

So when I dropped off all the party supplies I was able to speak with the director of events. She assured me that everything would workout and I would like the turnout. Attended a birthday party; an 8 year old, with my grandson on March 27, 2021. I had NO IDEA Baytown had a place like this! The party was great and the kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves! We ended up staying 2 hours AFTER the party ended! Great place! Only concern was some workers were not aware the "party kids with wristbands" did not have to have their card scanned for Lazer Tag or Mini Golf...so some of the kids ran out of their card money pretty fast...Other than that...5 ?????

Had a blast! Get the gold it is worth it! Pizza was delicious and the lazer tag was our favorite. My only negative is that I wish the skating rink was a normal floor. The grooves catch a little under your wheels. Lazer tag and golf were awesome!

I tried to book a kids birthday party room 28 hours ahead of time, it wasn't the "48" hours required notice. I was told you guys couldn't do anything about it at all. Told a friend to go see what rooms were booked, all completely empty. I went ahead and took my 500$ to Urban air. I also asked to book the party with just the room and she told me no.

So this my first time being here at AR entertainment? I came in for a party and was able to play a few games. The staff was very welcoming and they were available when we had issues with the games. When it came to cash out our tickets, Aimee and Moriah were the sweetest and most helpful staff members. When it came to ?mathing? the tickets lol they were so patient with me and provided great suggestions with the awesome prizes that had here. I'm planning on coming back here some time soon!

What an amazing experience. My son was entertained for hours on end (not an easy feat with a preteen). 5 hrs of fun with the Big Deal pass. Great value for all the things you get to do! The staff and especially the management were all amazing. Such a great experience. We will definitely be back!

My family love coming here. When not wanting to drive to David & Buster's. The customer service is good. The food is ok. The games are good for the adults. There needs to be more playground & games for smaller kids as well. The point system & prizes are superb! Roller skates are hard not comfortable. The bathrooms are always clean. Now, the games should be wiped down for germs frequently. We just bought our own sanitizer. Overall I give a 4.0 score.

Soda tastes terrible every single time we've ever been for a party. Also we've been turned away because apparently you can rent out the entire place and close it off for customers. Ended up having to drive to league city for our son. But I've been here 3 times and it's meh.

I had came up here with my family and to say I were surprised by how much there was to do is an understatement. The little one had a blast in the playground and kid themed bounce houses while my parents had fun joining us for laser tag and skating. All the staff we had interacted with always greeted us with smiles and even interacted with the kids in fun ways. I suggest that if you have an afternoon available that you go here. For the price and the amount of entertainment, it's worth it.

Came here specifically for bowling and it was awful! They only have 6 lanes, and the Approach area was very very short! (Never witness that before). Everything else is fine, but if you're looking for bowling this is not the place.

Place is always packed but Cameron was the absolute best????
