Nasty place almost ALL games are OUT OF ORDER and it was a big waste of time. and I will not be back I highly don't recommend place there kiosk said it was 4 tokens for 1$ and I played $50.00 worth and ALL GAMES pretty much were 7.5 TOKENS a play except for little child games also they had broken games still taking tokens that my kid almost spent to play. The two young guys were just kicked back playing on there phones and I don't belive an adult 21+ was even working in the arcade.

We had a great time here. Brought our toddler along and she had a blast. We were going to buy a points card but staff recommended a free play card where you buy time and play whatever you want in that time - which is the most cost effective way. We had a great time.

Fun place to spend an hour - especially with their unlimited play option. We shared one card with 4 kids and that was easy enough but you have to run the same card around to start each game. There were a couple games that didn't have enough balls and one game that had all the balls stuck in the hoop. Wasn't crowded, plenty of games and some neat prizes.

Came back to the Arena and giving a 5 star because all games were functioning correctly and there were signs on the ones that were not. Hope they get fixed. My kids decided to play laser tag and had an amazing time. I watched them play from the tv screens on the outside. 2 games was plenty as they played the games in between. Highly recommend.

We had sooooo MUCH FUN!!! Celebrated a birthday with a group 20 somethings and over 50s. Laser Tag was an absolute BALL?? ?? ?? Thoroughly enjoyed the Arcade as well! Smaller than a Dave & Busters but it's definitely worth the visit!!

Standing here on a Monday night at 6pm and they are closed. We drove an hour and half to come play laser tag and they closed an hour early. At least adjust your hours so people don't plan to come and are just let down. There were employees inside but they would not even acknowledge us. The time right now is 6:06 PM November 18th. I don't recommend this place from my first impression.

My son had a great time. I actually enjoyed a few of the games myself. It wasn't crowded at all and the guy working the arcade was nice

Quite a few of the arcade games were out of order, and some were open, but would not work, only took your credits. Waited a while at the front desk, seemed a little understaffed

We've tried 3 times. We called and got an apology and a promise to be open. Which they are not. It was nice when it lasted.

This place is absolutely terrible, lack of games, many games not working, service is terrible. You would think The Wharf would spend a little more to draw some customers.

Angry birds coin drop for the save of this place . That was the best game for prizes. It was a bit small but for the room it had they utilized the space. Associate was pleasant and had his cute little pup with. We enjoyed the experience and recommend a visit with your kids if you are at the WHARF

Visited tonight and had a blast. You get a good amount of credits for what you pay. $20 for 100 credits and most games are at most 7 credits. The owner is a cool guy and he runs a good operation. Had a good time and a good convo. Highly recommend this place!

Was there at 10am with my daughters and waited around for 30 minutes still not open. walked around the wharf for an hour and came back still not open. very very disappointed In this establishment. hours say 10am open online and on the door.

I don't usually do reviews but we had a horrible experience. We arrived 04/06/24 around 8PM on Saturday and stood in line in front of the laser tag desk for 15 minutes until the employee working the counter finally acknowledged us and asked if we were in line for laser tag. This arcade is definitely the best one as far as price goes. I loved the option for timed play rather than just credits. It definitely helped us get our money?s worth and play as many games possible. Not crowded at all, and staff was very helpful in making sure my little one got everything she wanted from her tickets, even making recommendations as to what they had in the back room that they thought she would like and going to get it out of the shipment box for her. Very patient with my indecisive daughter!

The laser tag was totally worth the price! Our group of 7 (9 year old, 4 teens, and 2 40 year olds) had a blast, and it was a long enough play time that we were all worn out. The arcade is pricey with game play costing a ridiculous amount of credits for even the silly little games. I'd suggest getting an unlimited pass for a set amount of time to actually get your money's worth. The place was OK. The kids had a blast. But as an adult there's a few complaints. A lot of games are broken or out of order. And I think the cost of the games is really high. But again, the kids had a lot of fun.

Half the games didn't work

We had so much fun here playing air hockey!! It was basically a mini family tournament ?? Great place to spend some time and escape the heat for a little while.

We struggled for 20 mins to get a card utilizing the kiosk. The employees there said they don't really deal with the kiosk. We only had 15 dollars cash, which finally worked. This afforded us 15 mins. Out of the various machines there to play, we could only get 8 machines to function. The kiosk then wouldn't print a ticket to tell us our tokens earned. This arcade is like the old school arcades. Super clean, fun atmosphere. It has never been sticky lol. The games are NOT all $1.00+ to play like all of the other arcades in this area. One $20 bill gets you 100 tokens and the games range from 1-4 tokens per play. There are some games that pay out a lot of tickets if you're interested in tickets, and some that don't pay any. Went here with my friend from out of town with her 2 kids ages 8 and 14. At first it seemed nice. Kids were having fun. It was dirty and when they were ready to turn in their tickets - NO ONE - was at the counter to help us. We waited 15 minutes and never saw any employees. We decided to leave and come back later. Once again, no one was at the counter. When someone did come to the register, we had to ask several times before they helped us. (No ine else was at the register or at the redemption area.)

I wouldn't even waist my time going here. The machines don't even show how much each game actually cost per play and the tickets didn't all load onto our cards. The game selection is really small too. We spent $10 on 4 games. The games we played were not new. Ski ball ect. The employee looked like he could've wait for us to leave. Made us uncomfortable.

This place is super fun, not crowded at all, and good for older teens too! I went with my siblings and the staff was really nice and welcoming, and the NBA game is the best. Highly recommend for a chill/fun night with friends. And not too expensive!

Took my daughter there because she wanted to play laser tag. that worked pretty well and was fairly fun even though the room was pretty small. the main complaint we have is the actual arcade several of the games were out of order and several of the games took our tokens but did not allow us to play.

Not a ton of games compared to other arcades of similar size. A lot of them "ate" our swipe card credits (i.e. you swipe, credits are deducted, game won't play), but the employees understood and gave us free games when it happend. However it was still frustrating that it happened over and over (like I said a lot). They were even repairing other games. The place is pretty small. Laser tag seemed over-priced for how small it was. There are a few games inside, but there are other arcades in the area bigger and with a lot more games for all ages. Laser tag was right at $10 for one game, no discounts for multiple people, but the price does go down if you play multiple games.

Giving this a star is more than I would want to . Half of the games didn't work and was overpriced . Once you do get to the point of picking out stuff with your points the staff was extremely rude.. if you like 40 year old men that live in their moms basement talking to you and your kids very rude to make their self feel better this is the place for you! Horrible experience. We played the games and went to collect prizes from our tickets waited 30 minutes while looking all over for the worker while at least three family's gathered behind mine. I called the phone number for the arcade trying to lure someone to the front with no success. Finally walked outside and around the building and found the guy back there talking on his phone so I got his attention and pointed to the building and met him inside and he had a horrible attitude. Would not recommend going

Never will go again. Horrible staff. They were incredibly rude about face masks. We told them numerous times that we had them but also that's our children have severe asthma. But they did not care. Another couple there said the same. Definitely would NOT recommend and will never go back.

Door says it opens at 10. Website says 11. We waited around because my son was dying to play. No one ever came and open the doors.

Hours of operation listed as 10am to 9pm weekdays on the internet. We planned the last morning of our vacation to visit this place. It was closed! Erik had the BEST customer service Ive experience at ANY entertainment facility ever. Simply an amazing person and server. He even took care of a baby while taking care of us! GIVE ERIK A RAISE!!!

If I can leave zero stars I would this place is a scam half the games don't work when I bought the card they took credits from the card to ?pay for the card? according to the worker. To top it off each game is 7.4 credits or 3.7 so no way to use everything. RIP OFF check out the other arcades in Gulf Beach

Small but fun. We bought 100 tokens for $20. Each game is 2-4 tokens so normal for most arcade places.

Lots of fun. LaserTag is a classic. Bazooka ball is worth playing once. after that it gets a little repetitive. Mission Impossible is a hoot to play and watch. Plus a nice size arcade.

We went here for the escape room! It was amazing, hard and fun. You get teamed up with 8 people and try to escape! It's so much fun! The arcade itself is kinda small.

We love this place and go almost every time we come to town! Bazooka Ball is THE best. That's what we go for EVERY time. "We" are adults with no children age appropriate enough to play and we have a BLAST!

We spent some time here waiting on the Warf's nightly laser light show to begin . Kids had fun ...basically Chuck E Cheese without the pizza and singing animatronics .

Air hockey table is in need of a bit of repair, ski ball was fun as usual. A couple of the games were shut down and or off but all in all it was a fun place to visit.

Dozen games are out of order shooting games. None of the guns both work broken guns on the ground. Like they stop putting money into the arcade and for the area we're in this is sad.

Always great clean well run organized events been to 6 shows will always return. Thank you we love the Wharf We love Alabama too.

Their fb page says theyre open at 10am the door says 10am and here it is 10:25am and no one is here to open and I get to walk back to my vehicle with the kids in the rain.. Bad Business!! I see why they have the 3.8 rating now

Smaller than expected, but still had an awesome time! Pretty decent price and was a fun way to kill about an hour and a half and cool off.

Customer service was not good. The guy working the counter was rude. There were several games that were not working. It is the off season so maybe it'll get better in the summer.

I took my kids and nephew for a game of laser tag. It was alot of fun. Staff was very nice.

Overpriced as most of these are but this one especially is expensive with dates games (half are broken) and the ticket to prize ratio is extremely out of whack compared to other arcades in the area.

The timing is terrible. It closes an hour before it should and we were so excited to play bazooka ball to come to a closed door.

Would be helpful if the owners of the property figured out a better way for handicapped people to get to the second floor to play.

Did not like my first experience here. The cashier guy was so disrespectful he put my hubands money on the counter and told him he did not want to touch his hands .we will be going back
