This place is jam packed full of activities to do which I loved! We went with our three kids for the arcade, laser tag and the simulator room. It was nice having a bar/restaurant on site. The bartenders were fabulous and fun! Great vibes there! The arcade has a great variety of games! The laser tag was cool. You're in there about 20 minutes or so, the kids had fun. Last we booked the simulator room for an hour in which there is a cozy lounge area for each simulator bay, I loved that. You can pick from sever

We hosted our kid?s birthday party at Arena Sports. While the kids ? especially our kid ? had a great time in the inflatables and arcade zones, the overall experience didn't match the high cost we paid for the event. The party host was sluggish and barely helpful. There was almost no communication or support throughout the party ? we had to manage the group, coordinate activities, and handle transitions ourselves. As he didn't help to navigate activities on time, cake cutting was in rush and charged me ext

We just celebrated our daughter's 7th birthday there. Our package included a dedicated parking spot, food and drinks, tablecloths, plates, napkins, cups, etc. It was all pretty basic but useful. Also, a party entertainer, which was the cherry on top she not only cared for the group of energetic kids but helped us to carry the presents and leftovers to the car and cleaned everything by herself. We chose the package that included 30 min field play followed by 30 minutes in the inflatables and 30 min pizza and

Parents Beware - while their offerings of soccer for your little one may seem enticing, especially as they tout how easy it is to reschedule a "make up class" on their website. It is impossible to do so. I've ran into multiple issues in trying to reschedule and when I call in, I am told "We are not able to reschedule you over the phone" and was referred to their website again. When I explained that the website didn't work (even after following their directions to restart browser, restart computer). The repr

Arena Sports in Issaquah is one of our go-to spots when the kids need to burn off some energy. It's such a versatile place, and there's really something for everyone. The bouncy house area is a huge hit with my kids?they could spend hours there jumping, sliding, and running around. The gaming area is a lot of fun, too. It's clean, well-maintained, and has a great mix of games for different ages. Whether the kids are collecting tickets or just having a blast with the arcade games, it's always a highlight.

EDIT: They got in touch with us and refunded the cost, which we appreciate. A group of four of us went to the Singularity escape room. It was the WORST escape room we have been to. It was only a single room. There were barely any clues to help guide us, and the few clues were not at all obvious. We just pressed random buttons and happened to solve it! There was no use of logic or anything. It was only 30 minutes. The employee said barely anyone gets out, and we got out in 15. Also, one of the puzzles was b

Such a fun amazing place! My son and I enjoyed one of the escape rooms then ventured back down stairs for some arcade fun. It is a very large space with a restaurant & bar too! The bartender there (I forgot his name) was very friendly and helpful. It would be a great venue as well for a birthday party which we just might do.

This is a fantastic spot for group entertainment. The kids absolutely adore the laser tag, and I highly recommend trying out the VR games. The game design is top-notch, and features like the wind blower and shaking chair really immerse you further into the experience.

We came here to the kids fun zone with a 3/7/8 year old. The service here is super nice but I think it might be more for younger kids.

Keani is the best coach!!! Our 20month old has been in her Little Kickers class for 2 months now, and LOVES IT. So much fun when she comes home talking about FREEZE HANDS!!! Thank you Keani. We hope you come back in the FALL

We had a great time playing Pebble Beach on the golf simulator during a cold and rainy January day! Great food and beer, and the staff were so friendly and attentive. Can't wait to book the next round!

The laser tag is great! Arcade games are a bit overpriced. Food is very overpriced for what you get, and the quality is just okay for the ?upscale? atmosphere and the price.

We went for the ZRL escape room. It was super fun and Chandler was a great person to introduce us to our first escape room experience! He made it super fun. Downstairs is the arcade and full bar with food. Definitely a great place to hang out and have fun!

Perfect place for kids having activities with unflattable zones or arcade games. Escape rooms and laser tag area are amazing with incredible decore, sound, and light features. Designed areas for birthday parties with golf simulation. Highly recommend.

The venue was fantastic?clean, fun, and well-organized! Our Party Host, Carlo, was amazing?attentive, friendly, and made everything easy for us. The kids had a great time! Thank you, Carlo and the team!

My daughter loved going here for soccer and the bouncy houses before, now it's like her favorite place. Our bribe is if she scores 100% on any math/spelling tests she gets 2 hours here. She's gotten 2 so far.

Although, like most arcades, the claw machines are a scam; but it was fun, I got to play some fun shooting games. I got a jackpot in a spin to win game! I also got a cool Mario plushie from a claw game.

Great place to spend the day with your little ones. plenty of parking space , right off the highway. They also have party rooms for birthdays.

Finally a family fun center n the Issaquah. There hasn't been one since illusions in Gilman. Plenty to do here!!! Such a fun place for all ages!!!

Our birthday party included arcade games and Lazer tag. The kids really liked the Lazer tag, but unfortunately it lasted only 15 minutes. Out of the 30 minutes it was supposed to be, it took 10 minutes to dress up the kids with lazers and 5 minutes for the results. 15 minutes felt too short. After the games we had pizza and cake. The area had 2 parties at the same time, next to each other. It made the area both crowded and unbearably loud. It was borderline unpleasant.

This place is AMAZING!! ITS so huge there is an indoor soccer field, jumpy house room for all ages and different types, escape rooms, the coolest laser tag obstacle course that's glow in the dark, and to top it off a huge arcade with a prize center. And don't forget food and drinks. If your looking for a new kid or adult hang out for the weekend or parties this place has it all! We took my 8year old there for a party and 3year old with adults and we all had a blast!!! Go check it out!!! What are you waiting

Fun arcade with lots of neat games. Not many games that are a guarantee prize for kids but they are still really fun!

Hi Issaquah Manager!!! I really mad of your front desk employee in Issaquah location. I am right now here for registration for Swimming class for my little son (8yrs) , your employee guy told me, all registration lists are booked up and no more space. He said registration started last month and now is closed. My big concern is: I was here last month, other employees said, registration is closed and next month open. Who says true??????? What is going on here? Are they playing with us? From last month, my lit

Beautiful place for a day out for kids. Good wash rooms. Restaurant. Ideal place for kids Birthday parties.

Please don't do ?bring your friends? day and let people bring their friends but only find out later that the class is full. It is not a big problem to parents but kid is disappointed.

It was a fun time. The pizza was undercooked, and felt like we could have a little better direction on the escape room but overall cool place to go.

The new arcade area is very fun for the whole family. Many games for little ones, toddlers, big kids and adults. On the second floor there are 3 escape rooms. Great addition to the already fun soccer and fun area.

Thank you coach Owen for being so playful and fun:).We will surely continue our summer session playing with you!

Really great family friendly facility! We've been here on many occasions for bounce house, lil kickers, birthday parties, tried the arcade, laser tag and escape rooms -- all very fun and accessible for our 5 and 7yo. Highly recommended!

Soccer practice and fields are great for the kids, bounce house is nice, lots of people don't pay to use them and it's disappointing they don't prevent these people from taking advantage of that. Arcade is also fun. Golf Simulator is fun but it's defiantly more for zombie dodge ball than it is for golf(very inaccurate). Overall we keep going back and have a pretty good time.

Updated Review June 9th 2024: I had reserved my son?s 8th birthday party here, and it was very disappointing. Our party was scheduled from 5:30 to 7:15 PM, but the setup didn't begin until 5:30 and wasn't ready until almost 6:00. We weren't informed of delays until 6:00, causing confusion and frustration. The outdoor play field, supposedly reserved for us, already had 10 to 15 children playing on it. This was upsetting as my son?s group didn't want to share the space that was reserved for us. Drinks, wh

I recently attended my great-nephew's 8th birthday party at Arena Sports, and the entire experience was incredibly disappointing. We arrived promptly at 5:15 pm, as instructed, to set up for a 5:30 pm party start time. However, it took the staff until nearly 6 pm to arrange two tables in the public dining area, which were supposedly reserved for us. Although this wasn't a significant issue, it was an inconvenience we didn't expect. The major disappointment stemmed from the misleading email communication be

I know that some of their other locations are better equipped yet I think this is a wonderful place to keep kiddos busy. Coaches and staff are excellent! Parking is plenty although it's always busy with cars driving in and out.

Updating to 3 stars : The management team reached out promptly. The person who reached out to us was very polite and calm. He was very empathetic and assured us of the corrective measures they are going to take to address our concerns . So refreshing to know they care, we will definitely be going back once again. I look forward to a better experience this time for our family.Kudos to the management team - for going the extra mile to connect with us. It shows that they really care about their customers!!!

Excellent spot for our last minute Birthday Party! Alana, the Manager, along with Zak, Tara, and Jaylen were all awesome and made the whole experience (Kids Jump Zone, arcade, escape room, sports simulator) a memorable one and a great time. Well done!! Thank you!

Disappointed with additional charges- they are asking for tips for..kitchen (!). I can understand this for the person serving food, but for kitchen?!

I enjoy the specials they offer throughout the week. The arcades are well kept and rarely are out of service. We like the sports simulator, but the sound is turned off, and it tends to have issues with connection. The staff are always quick and helpful to get it working again, but it tends to need to be rebooted or whatever they do to get it to work, a minimum of 3 plus times. The food is quick service, and we enjoy it. If you go during their 50% arcade games or 50% off simulator sport, it is a good sav

I have been playing in the soccer in arena sport twice a week for over a 7 years, never saw terrible ref as a guy named Karim, he marks people personally, I can't believe how they still having him work there, just watch him arena sport.

I visited with some family members for the Escape Room. Turns out there were several parts of the room that weren't working correctly, meaning we had to have the host step in and override the system. He mentioned that they'd been having difficulty with that room. It didn't have a huge impact on our enjoyment, but would have been nice to know ahead of time. Also a slower, more enunciated introduction would have been very helpful. All in all, a good room (though pretty easy) for some first-timers, and all the

Very happy that we have this in the neighborhood. Lil kickers/ bounce house is great for the little kids and older kids love the camps/ arcade/ laser tag. We love it and are there for some reason or another all the time :).

Staff could be more informative about how the arcade system works, what other games are available. When trying to buy entrance for lasertag we were pointed to the wall for pricing But did not get the schedules until we asked. We're told it will be a 30 min game. Timed it out as 15 minutes.

This place is awesome. Took our 18 month old here for the Bunnies soccer program from Arena Sports. The coach was super helpful and the rest of the staff was really nice. The space was very clean and bright. And on a chilly saturday morning, the covered building was nice and warm. Excited to keep going here!

The two star is for their new system. My kids have been going there and they enjoy the classes. However, their new app is extremely buggy. In the past, before they switched to the new system now, I was able to schedule a makeup class at a location convenient to me on their website. However, that totally changed with their new system! Every time I try to schedule a makeup class on their app, I am shown a ?page not found? error message. I always end up needing to call the facility. I understand that staff sh

Super disappointed with the service today. Came out on a weekday to just get out of the house and have a bit of fun with the family. First thing we did is come up to the front desk and ask if they had any weekday specials for arcade and got a no. Got both my kids arcade cards and a pizza for the family. Only by going to the bathroom discovered that they do have a special when you order a pizza and get an arcade card. If I knew about it would have saved me $25 per kid. The special is only on a the rotating s

Fine place for all kid activities -- Just be careful of price transparency while booking birthday parties here. There's a mandatory service fee that isn't mentioned, yet there's a very clear Tip option set in front of you by the young staff.

We had a great escape room experience with 4 10-11 year olds. Teamwork warmed up a bit at the arcade (though I wish for more arcade games rather than ticket collection games) and then jumped into "Mayday." It was an appropriate amount of challenge for that age group and their first escape room. They're eager to try some more!

Singularity Escape Room was a waste of time. We solved the first few challenges then had to wait several minutes before the next set. With only 3 people, we were unable to press all the buttons at once. We were told we could ask for a the next clue from the attendant but he did not respond when we asked all 3 cameras. More than half of the time was spent waiting for the next step when it said life support was down.

They have an inflatable area, soccer fields, arcade, laser tag and game simulators.

Had a good experience with the Singularity Escape room. Staffs were friendly and helpful who provided answers we needed, arranged us to the earliest available slot, and unblocked us in puzzle while we were stuck. We managed to complete all the puzzle with a min left. It was a pleasant experience!

Clean venue, nice staff, fun escape room. Wish there was a tad more light in the room to see. We all had to take out our phones to read the clues and see around the room. (Maybe the dark is what made the room a medium level?) Overall fun experience with the family.

We went to celebrate my son?s birthday.. very low standards, most of the games don't work and few games don't know why they were. Very disappointing, However laser tag is only the one good.

Their bar is bad. They refused me a drink because of an expired ID which I love but their management defended the decision to not refund money. They should have just refunded the money and not hide behind policies. Their staff is not courteous. Go there for the kids, but they don't know how to interact . My first bad review. I feel bad . But it's right .

We attended a friend?s five year old birthday here and, and I was blown away by the service. Not o oh was it a great destination for high energy 4-5 yo but the staff was amazing! Especially Tanner who was so good with the kids. They also made us feel safe and comfortable by following Covid guidelines. I definitely would recommend this for a kids birthday party.

We go there every Saturday to attend soccer class for one of my kids, we like to buy the inflatables fun zone pass for other kids during the class time. They recently introduced different colors for wristband depending on the session time, which is badly misaligned with the class times, so I should either buy 2 passes for each kid or let them wait and then leave early. I tried to talk to the folks at the counter, but they kept repeating ?I'm sorry that's our policy? and bluntly send me my way. I'm sure they

Disappointing experience at School?s Out Camp - We've been long-time customers as we try out different soccer classes and play with inflatables. For this Spring Break, I enrolled both kids for the soccer camp two weeks ago. In the web portal, a $15 of multi-day discount was automatically applied for my first so I called to ask if they can look into whether the same can be applied to the second kid. Fast forward to today when I dropped them off with excitement, I was shocked to learn their registration was c

We absolutely love this place! Something for everyone. It has a green laser tag course and we love the sport simulators. There is a younger gentleman (darker curly hair) that helped us and was very welcoming. Please give him kudos as he definitely has fantastic service.

The arcade was a lot of fun for a group team building experience! Lots of fun games to try, but my favorite was the life-sized Hungry Hungry Hippos.

The young staff in front have no customer skills, and if it's your first time, don't even bother asking for anything because they will rip you off. The laser game is fun, but next to it, it's a boring game. I would instead go to the family fun center. Don't bother spending your money here.

My kids play youth soccer here and I played as an adult years ago. They've remodeled the whole place. Fun center, restaurant and bar, bounce area for bday parties, a smaller bar in front of the soccer center area with snacks and tables to watch kiddos. My only missing star is because the restaurant is too expensive and just okay food. They have a wonderful Maple Chicken Salad though, but the rest is just bar food.

Great facilities and programs. Low rating is only because they have implemented a new rule that limits kids? time in the bounce area, regardless of start time. If you sign in at 1:30 and the wristband time slots are 10-2 and 2-6, you get kicked out at 2. So you paid $10 for 30 min of play time. Your only option is to wait to sign in until the next time slot or over pay.

We had a birthday party at the family entertainment center, but they charged us more than the agreed-upon amount for gratuity a couple of days after the party! Unfortunately, we were unable to contact the coordinators by phone or email for two whole days. Please be sure to check your bank account after the party.

Fun, but gets boring quick. All arcades are under a minute of play, most 10-15 seconds. A game is about $2, you spin something or throw a ball and it is over. Lame. Some games do not have instructions and you can't hear what it is saying. It is just not worth it

Wow! I wish we'd heard of this place sooner. Took our son and a friend here for lazer tag and arcade games. Very friendly staff, great food, CLEAN atmosphere. Highly recommend! We'll definitely be back!

When I walked in I felt like a kid again. All the worries just seemed to drop as I jumped the boucy house with my daughter. Shouldn't every child feel safe in open spaces? If I could give the people who work here a big hug. I would. The games were brand new and the pizza was really good. I can imagine my 2 year olds birthday parties here. But in the end it is the kindness of the people who didn't laugh as I clumsily fell down the indoor slide or ran around in the arena pretending to be a bird with my child.

We just go for the fun zone inflatable playground. They charge around 15.00 per kid for it, but they get to run around and jump around til they are run ragged. The sports programs look very fun for kids and adults too.

management at arena sports hates their customers. at the very beginning of covid we paid $300 for a new season of soccer, it got cancelled, we didn't see that money back or credit or any acknowledgment. as a player i wish my experience was better but it wasn't. when a big guy was pummeling one of my team mates into the wall fighting and i intervened to simply pull the guy off so he doesn't kill my team mate arena decided to ban me. the ref no offense was a skinny small dude, and couldn't do much when punche

Bar staff is excellent. Lots of options for play!

Arcade was clean and fun. Food has made a sharp downhill turn. When they first expanded they had good flatbreads, burgers wings ect... pizza used to be pretty good but now is microwave pizza and not very good. Sad turn of events as we were really excited to have this option closer to home. Know back to dave and busters.

Pretty subpar. Not a great soccer experience for younger ones (4/5 year olds). Depending where your field is, there is a huge lack of seating and very messy/dirty building.

I might've given one more star if the place didn't smell so bad. I understand that it's an indoor sports arena, but it doesn't smell like they clean anything. A couple of the employees were nice and helpful, but the others weren't helpful when it came to customers waiting at the prize desk or the bar area. In the arcade, there were several arcade games that took points from our card but then didn't work (and of course when I tried to get an employees attention at the prize desk, I was ignored by 3 employees

Good play area for kids in Sammamish and Issaquah area. They have inflated slides and good arcade games. Just some older machines are broken, might eat away your credits.

Very rude front desk staff at soccer activity center. During mid winter break , they charge for classes and also have a rule that they have to makeup classes before season ends. But there is no availability anytime for next two weeks.. they have lots of availability for next season which we can't take .. Update : the manager of arena sports Marty helped me out with scheduling an appointment.. appreciate your help Marty

Very nice indoor soccer venue. Lots to see and do.

CALL BEFORE YOU GO. Because apparently the hours on their website are subject to change at a moment?s notice. Leaving a very disappointed 3-year-old birthday boy. Seems ridiculous they couldn't make an exception for four kids to jump in the inflatable fun zone because they had a camp going on. Even though their winter break hours clearly state on their website that there is drop in time from 4-7. We ended up going somewhere else where another dad told us this has happened to him at this location too!

A great place for people of all ages and interests. Delicious food, decent size menu, thoughtful establishment layout, clean facilities & excellent customer service. I recommend everyone check out arena sports new entertainment venue & golf simulator.

The young staff have no customer skills, they watch their phones more than working. The bar manager and staff seem more helpful with F&B. Very expensive for activities. Visit the Mill Creek location instead.

We had so much fun doing the escape room. Highly recommend this place. We then stayed and played the multi sport games. The prices were good! Definitely will go back!

The lil' kickers league doesnt really teach soccer, but the skills institute does. Nevertheless, your kids will have fun. The mood of each class varies by which coach you get that day and how many kids show up to class, but the coaches have earned my respect by how well they handle all types of kids, including those who don't speak English. My friend who lives elsewhere tried out one of their free classes and she was super jealous of the level of work the coaches do with the Kids. Its a great place to get

The soccer classes are well worth the money. Excellent instructors who give their enthusiastic all every class, to every child. The curriculum is well written, leveled, and it doesn't take the kids long start gaining skills and understanding the concept of "team." My grandson was 4 in March and did well in the 4-5 year old class, but it is really individual. Managers and staff worked with us to find the proper class for him and I appreciated their concern for his emotional and physical development. We a

It's a nice facility, I play in an Adult league and my daughter used to enroll in one of their children's programs. The recent change in management at this location has not done it any favors, the arbitration at the games is horrendous and has taken any enjoyment straight out of these games. Local management fails to listen to customer concerns and take appropriate action. The children's programs are too repetitive and down right boring, they lure you in with an "exciting" trial but after a few sessions you

Good place to get your kids off all age for fun time together. Lot of arcade games. For smaller kids there is jumping area. Lots of rooms for party and events. There is indoor soccer field and sports.

They do a great job with the kids here! You can tell the staff have passion for what they do. Plenty of options for soccer ?? training and a popular place for birthday parties. Very well run and operated!

We love coming here more than the other locations. Staff are super friendly and helpful! Games are different which is nice when you visit other locations.

Great way for my 11 yo to celebrate his birthday! Sports simulators were fun!

I come to this place for the bounce section. It's relatively clean and the kids enjoy themselves. The food and entry are cheap. The reason I'm only giving four stars is because of the inconsistent hours. If there are no soccer games going on, management will close the bouncy houses even though the facility is still open. They will also close the houses off to when there's a birthday party. Because if that, you should ALWAYS call before getting in the car to visit. It will save you a lot of headache and ener

This place works great for my 4 year old. Once a week on monday mornings, not twice a week like most toddler lessons. Quality swim lessons at affordable price. He's progressing so we'll!

Arena Sports has redone part of the facility to include laser tag, escape rooms and sports simulators. There is also a large arcade. It has a bar, food menu (including gluten free pizza) and ample seating. You need to check it out.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are virtual reality games in arcades worth playing?

Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
