This is a great spot for the kids on those days the weather isn't all that great. A huge variety of arcade games, from skee ball to bowling, racing games to older style pinball. And the Slice Pizza is really good. Like most things in town bring some extra money with you but overall a great experience and the kids loved it.
This is such a fun place to spend an afternoon, or evening with it being open late. So many games, bowling, and prizes! Only problem was some games would take the points off your card but would not operate.
Had a blast and had to return. Only thing was a few machines tried taking my tickets but staff was on it to give them back. Other then that so manygames to choose from
Decent selection of games. Price was fair but some games were not working, yet took money credits off the cards. Staff were able to address and fix it.
The staff is so kind and thoughtful! There are lots of great games for all levels, and it's nice to have pizza in the building. We had a great time! I wish I'd noticed the name tag of the man at the prize counter, he was so kind to my kids!
Great value, great selection of games and prizes. Customer service was top notch! Dont miss grabbing an ice cream cone when you first arrived. This is my family's choice every time for an arcade while in Gatlinburg.
This is one of the best arcades I've ever been to. You can actually win big prizes and it's 100% worth the money! All the staff are extremely sweet, polite, and very well mannered. I'd like to highlight Matthew and Claire they were both the sweetest and whatever they make they deserve more. Thank yall for making our experience special and I wish you all the happiness in the world!!!
Love this arcade! It's hard to find ones that actually give out lots of tickets in the games This one does! We got almost 2,000 tickets for $50. My 5 year old and I. They have a wide variety of games to choose from. Something that everyone will enjoy. It's definitely worth it!
We came to Arcadia as part of a bachelor party and had an awesome time. Tons of games, cool vibe, and just a fun spot overall. We loved the pinball downstairs and the variety of games. Big shoutout to Matthew at the ticket booth ? he was super helpful and honestly made the whole experience way better. You don't always get that kind of service, and it really stood out. Definitely recommend stopping by if you're in Gatlinburg and looking for something fun to do. We'll be back for sure!
My fianc? and I just went to this arcade last night and won our son a bunch of stuffed animals. This gentleman at the counter was amazing with his hospitality. Great personality, having fun with his job and a great spirit overall. The games were awesome and it was great to feel like a little kid again. Definitely will come back again when we travel back to TN.
Adam made our arcade trip unforgettable! He was incredibly patient when explaining the ticket system to us, and he even helped our son win a few extra tickets by giving him some tips on the Oz game. His kindness and willingness to help made a huge difference. He's a stellar employee!
My Husband and I enjoy the Arcadia in Gatlinburg! So many different game options to choose from, and the staff was very nice and helpful! We also loved the pizza by the slice in the Arcadia! Definitely recommend this place for a day of fun! We will definitely be back soon??
Not bad pizza slices but nothing to write home about. It's $9 for a very very very large pepperoni slice. The slice alone is like the size of a small pizza so if will fill you up. The arcade was simply and fun. A decent place to take the kids to enjoy.
I was wondering why the place was empty. From the water dripping down from the ceiling to the broken games. Then the guitar hero, one on my favorite games was off. They told us it was on a timer... funny went there last week and it was on all night until they closed.
What a blast! Hands down the best arcade in Gatlinburg! Games for all ages. Top tier prizes something for everyone! Late hours for all day and all night fun. They also have a pizza restaurant inside the arcade that is open later than most restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. I'd like to give a very big thanks to the two employees who made it possible for us to have an amazing time. Thank you, Cooper and Tiana they were so patient, kind, and understanding, especially when we kept having issues with the
We look forward to stopping here just as much as going to Gatlinburg. It stays open late and the pizza is huge and the best! If you purchase a drink you can get free refills all day. The people running the pizza bar they are always super friendly fast and helpful. We dream of the pizza when we go back home ??
Super fun!!! Me and my friends enjoyed a bunch of games and didn't run out of gold for a while (we bought the $100 600 gold deal)! Zack helped receive our prizes at the end and I got a giant ramen noodle! They had a lot of stuff animals to choose from and at reasonable ticket prices. If only the claw machines worked (I think 3 were actually worked) but alas it's an arcade? Some of the cards we won weren't working and we were struggling so Jared helped, he was super helpful and allowed us to get the points f
Turned a bummer rainy day in Gatlinburg into an amazing trip! Family visiting from Florida had a blast playing wizard of oz. Haley and Claire at the prize area were super helpful and super patient while we picked out some prizes. Thanks again!
My family and i go everytime we go to gatlinburg for vacation. We recently went for Christmas, we had over 41000 tickets! We have a great time everytime and they allow my pet
Games were incredible and worth the money. Had a major issue with the staff. We were treated like a burden for wanting to redeem our tickets despite being as kind as possible. The lady working by herself tonight (3-15-25 at 11:30pm) was very disrespectful, to the point of throwing the stick used to retrieve the plush prizes from the roof. Very offputting end to what would have otherwise been an amazing night, and really upset me overall.
We had a great time!! Lots of great games and bowling!
Mathew helped us have the best arcade experience in town, really appreciated his gratuity and workman?s ship! Thanks to him my kid went home with a smile ear to ear:) thanks again Mathew
We had a BLAST! We literally could've stayed here all day and night lol if only our bank account would allow it. There are so many fun games for kids and adults! They also serve pizza (HUGE SLICES), sodas, and offer a good adult beverage selection. There will never be a time that we visit Gatlinburg and don't go to Arcadia!
We originally came for the mentalist show, but it was cancelled for some reason without any warning. The games are fun, but half of them steal your coins and don't work. We got lucky because the attendant at the front was super sweet and gave us more coins back than we used. Best New York style pizza! Overall would recommend as it was a fun time.
I wouldn't give it 5 stars but it is a super fun arcade with lots of games. I always win big on the cyclone one where you hit the light in between the colors and I did it 10 times and didn't hit big, everywhere else I have. Anywho it was fun. The prizes are really good too. I wish I saw the stuffed M&M before I spent all my points.
The arcade was good. Won a couple things out of there. Do like that you can trade in stuffed animals for tickets.
As an adult, I was able to enjoy and play the vast variety of games and still didn't play half of them. Reasonable pricing and no tickets to keep up with was a bonus
Loved this arcade!!! Lots of game choices, good tickets rewarded, price was good! Pizza is amazing fresh and cooked perfect. Arcade was clean and employees where helpful. Can't wait to return
This place was a blast. Can't go to an arcade expecting to get the ps5 on the wall but my son age 5 got 12000 tickets off a 100 dollar play credit (best value for the length of play) we spent it over 2 days. Def a great place for fun. Some of the games were out of order which was a bummer but it is what it is. The Arcadia space needle was also available at the same location
A lot of fun! They have my faves Mario Cart Cruisin Blast Skeet ball 10/28/2023 Did they take Crusin Racing Game Away?!
Absolutely the lowest plays on the machines in Gatlinburg! 40 cents on a lot of games. $2 for the big machines, that were $5 across the street. My Daughter won many claw prizes on $20.
The greatest arcade of all time I had so much fun and Nate and Haley and Bianca were so helpful in my journey of winning tickets to get amazing prizes!!!!!
Super enjoyable experience for the family! Lots of options of games that were fun to play. The staff, especially Adam, was friendly and helpful!
This is our favorite arcade in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. Yes, we are grown adults that love arcades. They have a wide variety of games and claw machines to play. Our favorite is The Wizard of Oz coin pusher game. They have a huge prize selection and the biggest selection of high point prizes of any arcade around. Be sure to go there hungry so you can grab a massive slice of NY style pizza at Slice Pizza Bakery inside Arcadia. You won't be disappointed!
Went to this arcade today around noon and was severely disappointed. Half of the games took the points off our cards, but the games did not work so we lost points without even getting to play. Most of the claw machines were scams. They don't make them like they used to, it doesn't take skill anymore it takes a miracle to get something from them. The worst part was at the end, when the buzz haircut guy at the prize counter was very rude. We asked him how many points two stuffed animals that were right in fro
Fun place to unwind and have some fun! Along with selling some of the largest pizza I've ever seen!
Great atmosphere for kids and parents! Great chances for prizes of all values. $20 minimum on power cards.
We spent New Years in Gatlinburg and kids decided a nightly stop into the arcade was a must. Huge appreciation to Adam who went above and beyond to make conversation with the kids, help us with anything we needed and had the most awesome personality!!!
Very few game options. They only have two pinball machines. The gaming lights are decent. Each game is a $1 which is one credit on your pre-purchased card as their games do not take cash or credit. You can purchase the cards on entry for points.
If you're looking for a great time and endless family fun, check out the space needle arcade! We hit jackpots after jackpots ended up with 14,000+ tickets and ate giant Ninja Turtle sliced pizza!!!! We always visit this place every trip to Gatlinburg, it's our #1 favorite place to visit.
We were helping by an amazing man named Adam(from the back) and we will be back 100 times more!!! He was kind and very helpful. I wish there is a 100 more people like Adam in the world. You're service and professional attitude will have everyone wanting to come and play here! I will always recommend this place because of him!!!
It's a nice arcade just off the Parkway in Gatlinburg TN. The pizza place has the biggest slices of Pizza I've ever seen!!
My 9 year old loves this place as much as me. ?? Been enjoying this Gatlinburg fixture for years. Always a great time.
Alright, buckle up, kiddos! Let me tell you about the grand ol' time we had at Arcadia Arcade in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. It's like stepping into a neon-lit treasure chest where the loot is fun and the booty is a boatload of tickets! First off, this place is nestled right under the Gatlinburg Space Needle, which means you're already in the heart of the action. And beside it? Slice Pizza Bakery, because nothing works up an appetite like a fierce round of skee-ball. Now, let's talk games. They've got the class
$20 a person person hour to duckpin bowl is absolutely ridiculous. No wonder the lanes sitting empty.
the best service of all time, i mean heck i could be the meanest customer and they are just so nice, the prices are great. hailey and adam are amazing :)
Bought 1 card $50. Spent 90 min playing games with my family of 4. Had loads of fun.
My family and I always have a great time here when we visit Gatlinburg. Best place to take a teenager that stood around while the adults did tastings. The pizza is great.
Wide selection of games. Claw machines aren't worth playing as there is very little chance to win. Some games were broken and one game took credits off of game card twice and didn't allow the game to be played. Hit several jackpots on a few games. Prizes could be a lot better. Had almost 5,000 tickets, and could only get cheap kids toys and candy. Staff at the prize redemption were very friendly and helpful. Overall good for entertainment, but if looking to get any good prizes you'll have to spend a lot of
It's fun, reasonable price. & Don't forget to try the pizza restaurant inside it. The best sliced pizza ever, the slices are huge
Nice but over priced... Most games were broken. Ws only went in to go up the space needle but of course when u come down they put u out right in the middle of thid big arcade and the kids beg to play... I didnt too much appreciate that. If we wanted to gonto the arcade we would have gone to it. The attendants at the prize counter was rude and rushing my kids... It was a burden for Her to get anything for them.
Everything in Gatlinburg is pricey. This was no exception. However after checking out some of the other arcades, this one was the nicest & had the most to offer.
Waste of time. If a game breaks expect to wait till it's convenient for them to get to you. Waited 15 min for someone that wasn't even there till the managers called him. Edit: A manager did contact me and offer to have us back to give us a better experience witch was very appreciated but we were already headed out of state to return home. We plan to return to go to Dollywood in the future and will give it another shot.
Adams the most helpful young man. Managers were sick. Everybody here was nice love it!
We had such a great time. Very addicting. We played lots of games for $20. Our granddaughter was excited about the prizes. Nice employees.
We did duck pin bowling. It was super cheap and we got it for a whole hour. Super fun. They have 6 lanes.
This arcade was terrific. All the games worked and had a great variety of games for all ages. It was easy to buy tokens and had great prizes. It was just fun for the whole family.
Great arcade. Lots of different games for all ages. Was not crowded. Noise level is OK. The kids were having a blast. Lots of different prize's.
I have a serious issue with this company?s false advertisement. At the front from the street they advertise 280 play points when you spend $50...but when you go to the kiosk to buy this, they changed it to 260. I told the young man at the front and he blatantly told me he doesn't care and had no interest in honoring the advertised price. He said management was well aware of the error. This should be stopped.
Before playing games, you have to buy a card to put money on. That cost you $2 to buy their card to play their games and give them money. There is a good selection of pinball machines down the stairs, but it will cost you $2 a game, compared to $1.25 are in good condition.
My favorite arcade in Gatlinburg, hands down. My kids and I spend most of our time in and out of this place. It's like coming home each time we visit.
Huge arcade! You have to try the pizza at Slice! It was amazing and worth the $8
This arcade is awesome!!! My 5 year old has developed an obsession with arcades so every place we visit we find an arcade. This place was huge!!! So many neat, fun, unique games. I loved that I didn't have to carry around tickets. Everything was saved digitally on the kids cards.
Very fun, kid friendly arcade. Great prizes.
Have had moments where I didn't like the office personally when calling customer service for the company, but they have always worked things out and fixed the issues. My family and I enjoy all the different locations where we are able to make unforgettable memories. We are able to travel and see so many new and different places we would not have been able to had we not found Arcadia Resorts vacation Club.
Adam is so super awesome! He was the friendliest attendant I've ever met! Paul was helpful also!
Love this place it's one of our favorite places to play the prizes are awesome and has a very wide selection
My wife loves this place, and I secretely do too. It can be a little pricey, but that's what vacation is for. We always set aside a certain amount of money for this arcade before we even come. $100 is the best value and gets the two of us over an hour of playing time. We bring our card back each time we vacation, so we just keep accumulating points. It's nice we can do that since you could never win anything decent without spending a ton of money at once. Good selection of games. Definitely recommend!
Pizza was okay...huge pieces. Was not really thrilled with the service. Ordered our combos...pizza was already done (because we could see it past the counter under a heat lamp.) It was exactly what I would have expected...dry overcooked crust, rubbery cheese from sitting under the hot lamp. I actuality doubt think it had any sauce on it at all. We waited for probably close to 20 mins to gsr our food because, we were told, the garlic knots weren't done. When we finally got them they didn't have any garlic fl
It's my favorite arcade ever!! Great machines, my daughter had a blast and my wife and I loved it. Some machines can be buggy but the workers will fix it if you take a picture or ask. More prizes and things to buy with your tickets than any arcade I've ever seen. If you like arcades, go here!
Fun place for kids and family. We bowled and dud games. If your wanting some kiddy fun time, its a great stop.
I dont love arcades, but the kids did.
All the staff here are very kind and helpful. Jared at the prize desk was very patient with my girls while they made their decisions. Thank you for adding a great experience to our vaca!
This is a nice arcade and their pizza place is one of the few restaurants open past 10pm so that was great. There is a big selection of games but unfortunately a lot of them were out of order, and because of heavy rain the ceiling was leaking and puddles all over the floor so they had to close additional games that got wet too. Many games are rigged I guess because it's a tourist area. I am able to hit back to back jackpots on multiple games at Dave & Busters but playing the same games at Arcadia I had a mu
The biggest and the best NY pizza in town highly recomend.
This place seems to be getting rid of pinball. They only have two left. It's Al ticket games now.
This is by far the best arcade in the Smokies! It's not owned by face amusements which is a good thing. Lots of prizes to choose from. Game pricing is fair and ticket payout is good. Redemption prizes not over priced like other places.
We always stop into Arcadia while we're in Gatlinburg! Love the huge slice of pizza, and the kids love the arcade games!
Great pizza and a nice view from the space needle
We really like to stop here when we're in town. The pizza is huge and delicious! ?? My daughter fell asleep before getting to devour any, but we got pictures for reference.
We went there for the space needle and then decided to play the games. It was so easy to buy the game cards at a kiosk. Afterwards, you go up to any arcade game and tap to play. My boyfriend and I felt like kids, full of fun and excitement. We will definitely go back.
It's cute but it's mostly just ticket games
Great time few broken games but the money for them got refunded. Also there is an area downstairs full of pinball machines and guitar hero. So definately check it out
I enjoyed my birthday weekend here. I really enjoyed looking over the town.
Arcadia was a lot of fun. We had a blast playing games.
I've been spending my money here for the past 10 years. The customer service on my last visit was horrible. The girl at the prize redemption acted like she didn't like her job. I had over 700 points she had an attitude when I got a push pop, and asked her how many points I had left, and she said I had 52 points. There was no label on how many points it cost, and that piece of candy was not worth that much. Customer service is everything, and I won't be going back. I'll take my business elsewhere.
One of the better arcades in the strip area of Gatlinburg. Play games for fun though and not tickets. The prizes are wildly overpriced and mainly junk or candy. Just have fun and don't go broke trying to win a plush.
The arcade games were great..a huge variety. At one point, one of the games stopped working and a manager came over to fix it. No big deal. Then, when we were adding the cards we won to our account, the machine wouldn't take three of our cards so we had to find the same manager again. A little annoying, but again these things happen that can't always be helped. She fixed the machine promptly. After we scanned our card the machine showed that we had 2,739 tickets to spend. We took our card to the young bl
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pinball tables in arcades remain a blast. Their hands-on, skill-driven gameplay delivers a thrill digital games can’t match, blending nostalgia with modern flair. Newer tables from Stern and Jersey Jack feature LCD screens and themes like Avengers or Stranger Things, keeping things exciting. Arcades are seeing a pinball resurgence with vibrant scenes and tournaments like IFPA events drawing crowds. Though less common than video games, pinball’s tactile charm and community vibe make it a standout arcade experience in 2025.
Absolutely, retro games in arcades remain a thrilling draw in 2025! Classics like Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and Street Fighter II offer simple yet addictive gameplay, blending nostalgia with timeless challenge. Modern arcade cabinets often feature crisp displays and restored controls, enhancing the experience. These games thrive on quick reflexes and strategy, with vibrant pixel art and iconic soundtracks that spark joy. Arcades host tournaments and leaderboards, fostering a lively community. While modern games dominate, retro titles provide a unique, accessible thrill that keeps arcades buzzing.
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
