So much fun for 8 and under! My 1 year old had his birthday here and had so much fun! Only thing is the pizza takes an hour to come, the pitchers are $15 and not refillable and the prizes are boring. My kids really didnt have much to work with besides stale candy and small tiny toys.

I have found a new place to take my great nephews when I visit them in Ft. Lauderdale. We had been going to sky zone but I really don't like the time limit and cost. I googled and found this gem. There was a Groupon for $9 each and when I arrived a bought a $30 arcade card that had unlimited play. But you did not get tickets. There is also an area for toddlers which is great! Ben was incredibly patient and went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. His friendly demeanor and willingness to ensure a great experience made my visit memorable. Went here for a birthday party for the children of our friends, and had a great time. Found a deal on Groupon about a month later to go back and was excited to take my son again. He had a blast and we will definitely be going back for more indoor fun whenever we get the chance. I brought my 4 kids in using a Groupon, I didn't realize until I arrived that older kids (15+) can't get in the jump area/playground area, only the basketball area and play games. We practically had the place to ourselves, it's smaller than we thought it would be so my kids were ready to go sooner than I thought they would be. The prices for the tickets are decent but they go so fast, you really have to buy many for them to last or get prizes that are worth it. You do have to buy grip socks for $3.75ish. O

I had my party there today at 1pm! Let me tell you how amazing the service was all of the employees were amazing with the party setup, to checking in the guests , during the party. This was such a good time ! All my guest raved about how nice everyone was and how clean the place is !

We had my son?s 7th birthday this weekend and it was amazing! The staff is very professional and so helpful. Place had everything for kids! Arcade came, indoor jumping area, basketball in door play ground. The best! This is our second time booking a party for our son here. Place is amazing and I will definitely recommend to have you party or day for your kids. Place is also very clean and staff looking over all the area to make sure kids are safe.

This place is super clean, bathrooms smell good and staff super attentive. I'm most impressed with the technology incorporated into the game cards and checking in process. As an adult I had a blast and my kiddo even more!

Great spot for our kids to enjoy safe clean fun! We had our daughter birthday party here last year and host was amazing employees are young focused on task at hand which is child safety cleanliness and making sure environment is safe and enjoyable. We went last night for a playdate and girls pretty much had the entire place for themselves which made the experience that much better. Pizza was a little stale but overall would definitely spend time and money here it's top tier of indoor playgrounds .

This is by far the best place for kids. Super clean, safe and the staff is amazing. They're always sanitizing the games and everything is in great condition. It was a nice place - the side for smaller kids smelled like pee though. I think it needs to be cleaned more often. We enjoyed the place as a whole but for smaller kids it needs to be a bit more sanitary. The foam pit was fun and the dodgeball/basketball area is nice once we got enough kids to get a game going.

The name of the park is not just a name it's a real fun park. Me and my family had the time of our life. Come and you will not be disappointed. We got lot of tickets and prices.

Not bad, but I dont know what's wrong with management. There are way too many arcades broken, we even tried using a bowling one that didn't work but actually charged credits. The company didn't refund them to us. They charge 20bucks only for the jump zone, which isn't that big of a deal. Used to come here with my son very regularly, but I guess this is my last time.

We came here by chance because an event we were headed to got canceled. I don't know why everyone is stating that the prices are good because my children are six years old, three years old, and eight-month-old, and for the older two I had to spend $15 just to get to get in and $10 for the baby. It's really nice that when you call you speak to an actual person who is helpful and polite. It is well staffed with an attendant in each zone and the staff members are friendly. That was a first for me at an indoor play place! Had a really nice week day afternoon here with my kids. The all day play pass is a great deal since they can go from the trampoline zone to the play-set to the basketball court. My kids were running around nonstop for over 2 hours. It was worth the 25 minute drive. We'll be back!

Love this place? so much better for little ones under eight then places like Flying Squirrel. Pricing is so reasonable and you can stay as long as you want instead of being booted out after an hour. My children absolutely love this place. Highly recommend.

Yesterday I was looking for an arcade near my house and I found this one but I saw so many bad comments that I said I better not take my children to this but I said I better go and see for myself what is the truth that it is a super site nice big and with good games for all the children my children left happy and with gifts and good food delicious pizza thank you very much to the two girls attentive to everything and the children excellent place I recommend it

We had my son?s 3rd birthday party here and it was great! Our party assistant was really kind, attentive, and even helped us decorate. We love that it's not overcrowded and there are no older kids running the little ones over. The facility is really clean and I love that I always see staff sanitizing games and cleaning. Whenever I come back I always see the owners walking around and making sure everything is running the way it should. You could tell they take pride in their business and customer experience.

Brought my son with his soccer team mates here and my son was physically assaulted by another kid bigger than him in the basketball area. I honestly felt sorry for the young girl that was manager that night. My issue is with the man who was supposed to be watching the basketball area. He changed his story multiple times as to what happened and kept trying to blame my son. This is a amazing place for your child/toddler. Great atmosphere they went above and beyond for a last minute birthday party for our princess. Just had my son's 5th birthday this past weekend, and it was such an success! They provided 2 party helpers, and these two young ladies were on top of it! Even though I had some family help, it's never bad for another pair of hands. My son loves this arcade, and never wants to leave. Staff had always been friendly and incredibly helpful. Highly considering another birthday bash for my youngest.

We had a great experience at the Arcade Zone Fun Park today! We went right after 11am and It was very busy with summer camps and because of that we almost left, but I'm glad we stayed. My kids had a blast! Also, I was very impressed by all the staff! They had great customer service and they were friendly and kind to the kids! We will definitely be back.

Great place for babies. They have a park for 5 and under where there is a ball pit. My 1 year old had fun there was bigger kids jumping in the ball pit that you can tell were older then 5 so be careful with your small ones. They only let parents in the basketball court they have arcade games but not worth it if you expect a big prize most games are 20-30 credits so if you brought a $10 card that means you can only play 6-10 games and some games barley gives tickets. This place really depends on when you go. Weekdays are much better as employees will be much more watchful of your kids and take more time cleaning. Going on the weekend is like walking into a pig sty. Employees seem overwhelmed and tend to rush you into paying, tables are a mess, lines are formed at the front while no employees attend to it, and food is brought out cold only to be warmed in a microwave.

Bought a Groupon and that was definitely worth it. But I think it's time for a DEEP clean in the building and maybe some equipment upgrades for the toddler area.

I guess if you live close by, this place is OK for kids to jump a little in air-condition. If you live more than 20 minutes away, it's not worth the drive. The place is tiny. 4 little trampolines 5 x 8 feet, Little basketball area and arcade games. Good maybe for 30 min entertainment max. *The annoying fact, they make you buy their logo socks to use the facility. Doesn't matter if you already have secure no slippery socks.. * also way to hot. Air-condition doesn't work well.

The Arcade Fun Zone is easy to find, has a lot of parking and the staff is reasonably friendly. It is fairly small though and has limited activities for the price they charge. There is a small trampoline pad area with foam cubes to jump into. There is a small padded basketball area, and a small climbing wall. My son loves coming here. Great pass time on a Saturday afternoon. He plays games, and play with other cool kids there. The owners and management are amazing. They cater to the patrons and our children. The party rooms are good size as well. Formerly Jump Zone! ????

My grandchildren range in ages 1-3 yrs old and they all enjoyed it. It's vibrant, pleasant smelling, cleaner than most comparable open play kid spots. I'm an extreme skeptic and we will definitely be back!

My 9 yo enjoyed the trampoline basketball as well as the foam pit and rock wall the most. The staff are attentive and helpful. Playing the arcade games was fun also. The families there were nice and all just wanted their children to have a good time. We will be back!

Honestly it's ok. Unless you pay for the game card there's only one spot to jump and then a playground inside and toddler center which shouldn't be up to age 5. Especially with the ball pit there ? idk seems super expensive for the little space they have.

Took my toddler here today. While the prices are great and the staff are very friendly, I did not like the fact that I could not go into the indoor playground or the trampoline with my child (they did have a lovely attendant on the trampoline) . It was dead inside and the toddler area only entertained my daughter for 5 min. Probably great for older kids, not so much for 1 ?/? year olds.

This place used to be fun for our son to go - now it's so overcrowded that there's usually a line to simply jump on the trampoline. The place isn't that big to begin with. We just left and there was 3 different camps with at LEAST 70 kids. They stuff this place so past capacity that it's no longer accessable to the public. I am THAT mom out every single day looking for new places and adventures. We have literally done it all. I found this place by chance while in the area and I am so happy we tried it. It's my almost 3 year olds favorite place now. There's a little bit of everything from the toddler area to the big kids area to the netted jumping area to plenty of new arcade games. We took our two small children (3 and 5) here today for the first time and they loved it! They had such a great time playing on the inflatable slides, the great video games, and on the three-level play structure! We also did one of the virtual reality games together and had a blast! Thought this place was going to be a lot of fun only to find out it's being ran by kids. Being ran by kids trying to tell other kids what to do. If the arcade is not a daycare then why on earth are there kids/employees watching the kids as if they are in a daycare. My kids are 2,3, and 4 so they don't understand certain being that age. You actually see staff walking around wiping everything down and sanitizing... making sure everyone is wearing a mask... that being said we decided to do my 6yr old birthday party here and I must say I was even more impressed!!! I initially got a groupon for this place for an all day play. It has trampoline areas, rock climbing, indoor play area, party area, arcade, virtual games, etc.! My son didn't want to leave! Just another arcade/jump place. It's good for younger kids 10 and under. Would not necessarily recommend having parties here. They do not have a kitchen at this time so they order pizza from a nearby pizzeria. You can bring food in for an additional $50 AND there is an additional $50 charge for bringing in an outside cake. I called and specified that I had a 18month old and asked about the toddler zone. They mentioned having one but when I came in there were lots of older kids (10 years plus) hogging the ball pit, throwing balls at eachother and there was no attendant watching the area so anyone can come in and out. Not truly toddler friendly and not safe for our little ones. Also the pizza was disgusting?

Workers are rude, do not order food. I specifically ordered pizza and she immediately went to the back to get it. I asked her to remake because it was cold and she takes it away and brings us back the same pizza still cold. My 2yo could hold it in her hands and eat it immediately!

I really like the fact that there a lot of workers, one in every attraction, they help the kids, play with them, help the kids to be safe. Clean and well maintained place. Fair prices for the food. We have to come back!

First time coming to here and we will be back again. First arrived and received a friendly greeting. The kids loved the form pit and the rock climbing. The best part was the virtual reality. We played zombies and you could hear my daughter screaming throughout the whole place. Very clean and has sanitizer everyone.

2nd time here my 5 year old LOVES that it's not just arcade but basketball, trampoline, inside gym etc. The 2 girls up front w cat ears on were so helpful and friendly!!! And Johnathan I believe was the manger of owner was super friendly and extremely amazing w my son?patient while he took forever to pick out his ticket prizes. I took my 6 year-old grandson yesterday to Arcade Zone on Oakland Park Blvd. My daughter joined us with her 3 1/2 year-old and her 16 month-old. It was WONDERFUL! The new owners are changing everything! It's clean, it has new games, the customer service was great! I highly recommend this Arcade. I'm looking forward to its completion.

Use time going it's definitely good for ages 1 to 5 but they also have a few things for the older kids nice atmosphere

Very cool place. Staff here watches the kids very well and helped my young one stay safe on several of the attractions. I find this place well run compared to other play places.

Adults are not allowed to jump on the trampolines or go in jungle gym which is the only thing that kept me from giving 5-stars lol. Only chips and ice-cream available to eat probably because of CDC regulation during the pandemic. The price was fair; my 5 yr old had a really good time and customer care was perfection!

Worst service ever. The children they have behinde the desk must be pocketing the money charged for socks cause My kids where hounded by a worker who insisted that they needed socks with the bottom grip when they already came with socks just to jump in the trampoline area which they only have 2 very small areas for amateur jumping. Got there. Online it says 15$, but they charged 17. I brought socks I had purchased there a while ago for my kid - they said it dosent match the colors (I thought it's only for safety purposes) and I have to buy another pair. Not coming again.

Went today with my kids , most of the staff are helpful but t when it comes to redeem points or get toys for kids , you wait too long and is not easy when you are with kids ? basketball game should have more balls so not only few kids hold the ball and play and other kids are just waiting. Maybe you should provide more balls so other kids can play or set a time for play at the basketball ball game .
