During my visit I encountered numerous issues place was dirty staff was rude and unwelcoming, I saw a reply from the owner saying they rotate their games but ever since July of last year that I went inside the same games are seen. I saw termites, the place was a sauna with arcade games basically? also the claw machines are a scam and and pretty much just generic plushies
Fun arcade with a good mixture of classic style games and ticket-centric games. They have six pinball machines, which are always a treat to find! They're solid pinball machines including a ninja turtles machine, a Jurassic park one, and some other pop-culture machines. There are also some classic-style arcade cabinets. They're new manufactured machines with LED screens instead of old school CRTs but they're still really fun. You buy a reloadable card to use for paying for plays on of the machines. Prices
I went to the Coral Square Mall to shop at Victoria's Secret and was surprised to find that it had been replaced by Arcade Time Entertainment in February. Owned by Jonathan Demare, Arcade Time Entertainment has been open for three years and operates a small chain of arcades in Jacksonville, Wellington, and The Falls Miami. They hope to expand to 39 locations by 2027. My generation grew up in arcades. As home entertainment systems evolved more people stayed home to play games but nostalgia has brought the a
Cool arcade spot they just revamped it bigger and newer arcade games wow !!! My kids loved it so did I gave me flashbacks of how arcades used to be but with a modern twist amazing!! Happy to see how it got bigger and better will be coming back for more entertainment with the family !!
Decent arcade with a lot of games it could be alot cleaner and I Hope the owner does maintenance on some of the pinball machines every few months because some of them need some love and care? are you guys ever gonna rotate the pinballs for new ones or get any more? Thanks very much
The arcade is a lot fun! They have many cool games, some retro games too! The staff is very friendly, especially Julie, who is always happy to help! I highly recommend that everyone head to the Coral Square Mall, and hit Arcade Time!
I would give 3.5 but I can't. It got a three because this seems like a great place for kids but it is more tailored for adults. It is for entertainment for adults with the lights and the types of games they have. Kids want to win prizes and this place is to difficult for them. The claw machines are loose. My daughter literally picked it up perfect and it was held perfect but once it went back up, it shook back and forth and knocked out the prize. FYI fellow Americans - they can tighten and loosen the claws
I encountered numerous problems during my visit to this site. There were termites and leaks, and the heat was unbearable. My kids and I were drenched in sweat, and other customers were experiencing the same issues. Despite these challenges, the staff was extremely helpful. However, I wouldn't recommend this site due to the aforementioned issues.
I came here with my family and the atmosphere was amazing.Everyone was very welcoming. The game choices was awesome!! I will definitely be back with my kids!??
What a great place to take the family!! Something for everyone, and the Retro arcade takes me back to my youth. Well done Arcade Time, well done indeed.
This place is amazing must see it for yourself, the retro arcade is a blast. Plus they have Pinball and this awesome Godzilla VR ride!!
There are no Japanese rhythm games I believe we should get games such as wacca, dance dance revolution, sound voltex and pop?n music
Such a fun place! I loved the retro games, they have pinball machines as well.
Great all around arcade. Excellent little date spot. The claw machines are top tier.
Always a phenomenal time! Great place for family fun!
Great place to visit
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Absolutely, retro games in arcades remain a thrilling draw in 2025! Classics like Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and Street Fighter II offer simple yet addictive gameplay, blending nostalgia with timeless challenge. Modern arcade cabinets often feature crisp displays and restored controls, enhancing the experience. These games thrive on quick reflexes and strategy, with vibrant pixel art and iconic soundtracks that spark joy. Arcades host tournaments and leaderboards, fostering a lively community. While modern games dominate, retro titles provide a unique, accessible thrill that keeps arcades buzzing.
