I come to see to booking for my summer camp and i get impressed because they have Unlimited game for all ages and even for the whole family having a great time together. This was my second visit, and I absolutely loved it. The place is nice, doesn't have any bad smells, and feels new while still incorporating some nostalgic decor. I especially loved the ?retro? arcade section in the back. The games are great, and the drink options are amazing. I had a Coke float, and it was surprisingly good! I also appreciated that there's a restaurant inside. There is also great service. This is a great spot for families, and the best part is that it's not overly crowded and feels cleaner

Overall, it was a great experience. We celebrated my sons 7th birthday here, and all of the games were operational and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. A special shout out to Jasmin, our waitress. She was EXTREMELY nice, patient, and always willing to help and offer her recommendations. She definitely made our experience better! I gave them 4 stars for two reasons. 1. I believe it's a bit overpriced. 2. The location is a bit small.

It was a great time, I highly recommend it. The games are fun, they've got a great selection of retro arcade games in the back as well, and the food is good! But the highlight of our visit was Kyla, she was a delight. I don't think I've had better service in any restaurant, ever. From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left, she was A+. If any manager is reading this, GIVE HER A RAISE. And a promotion too, while you're at it! I'll definitely be back, and I'll be making sure to request Kyla when I do. P

A Fun Time At The Falls! A much better place than what was previously at this location; American Girl. While American Girl ONLY appealed to girls, Arcade Time's fun interests adults and children of all ages alike. Not to mention the extensive menu (delicious Margherita Pizza by the way), and games of all generations since pong. Even the bathrooms are so nice, I felt inclined to take pictures!

Had the best time at the arcade, I will say Saturdays are the busiest and it's more packed but you'll still have an amazing time and great service ! The food was amazing and service is great Gaby O was our server. If you want a fun time for the kids this is the place to be !!! My wife approves (the bar has wine)

A great arcade in Pinecrest inside The Falls mall. Very large, clean and bright space. The music isn't too loud and plays a little bit of something for everyone. A lot of games to choose from. Classic arcade games, newer games and ticket games. Staff is very nice and approachable. The restaurant was actually very good. Had the sliders, Mac and cheese and loaded nachos, all very good. The back area where the classic games are has large TVs for watching sports. Will be coming back here.

We loved the arcade and how the games cater to different generations of players and eras. The front of the arcade is your traditional- neon- family style arcade- but the back is my favorite- it's retro style with tons of classic style games and a huge row of ping pong games. It has the biggest collection of ping pong machines I have seen! There is a bar and separate restaurant. The Arcade Time Spicy Pizza was very delicious and a hit with our whole family. The service was great too! Highly recommend!

I recently visited Arcade Time at The Falls for the first time, and I had an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcome. I have always been passionate about arcades and they tend to bring me joy, but this has been one the worst experiences I've ever had. The quality of the claw machines was poor and they were all fixed. The staff refused to acknowledge our issue and overall we had a very dissatisfactory experience.

We had a great time, the games are really fun and they have a nice selection. We also ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent as well. But the best part was our waitress Kyla, she was exceptional. I've had great service before, but she was out of this world. We kept two tabs open with her for several hours and she was wonderful for every second. If you visit this place and decide to get food, request Kyla, you won't regret it. This arcade is very helpful and fun. They were interactive when my friends and I were trying to split our money into credits for the games. They even helped us pick out teams for our little completion of who can win more tickets. I enjoyed my time here.

Fun place to take the kids or even just yourself with a group of friends. The Retro arcade was insane literally a loooooong wall of memorable arcades. Also a big selection of pinball machines. They also have a bar and a small restaurant where you can order some delicious food.

Love this arcade! The energy and ambience here is just unbeatable. The food and drinks here are delicious and the servers are super sweet. The service was outstanding. Definitely a variety of games featuring the pinball and retro games which is something that not a lot of arcades have to offer. This place definitely has potential and will be returning soon.

I had my son's birthday last weekend here at Arcade Time. I was impressed with how smoothly everything went. The food and the games were loved by both parents and kids. This place was perfect for a night out and some fun time. Went with 5 boys, ages range from 13 to 41 and everyone had a great time, the games range from new to retro. Favorite part was the service from ordering at the bar and specially when ordering for food and drinks with Viarry , she was all around amazing, very accommodating and kind. Will definitely be returning.

Very fun arcade! You get your moneys worth. We didn't have any food, but the drinks were very affordable. The two staff members Jocelyn and Isaac really helpful and nice, they were the best!!! The only improvement I would suggest for the arcade would be to expand their winning prizes that you redeem with tickets, which didn't have a lot a lot of variety. Otherwise, really fun spot!

Today was my first time coming for a birthday party and I absolutely loved my experience here. This place is much nicer than other arcades near me and the customer service was great too! I thought this place would be overpriced but there was this helpful young woman named Joselyn in the front who gave me the best deals and made my time even more worth it. The various elements located across the arcade make it a well-rounded experience, with a modern arcade, retro arcade, bar AND restaurant it is packed!! Came here on 02/06/2024 and I can honestly say I had an amazing time , aside from the delicious food and the variety of games the service was Great Joseline was my waitress and she had the best attitude and always had a smile on her face , on top of that the service was quick. Went to this location for the first time and was blown away. The games, the food, the vibes all 10/10. I spoke with someone named Corinne who helped me and made sure my family and I got the best deal. We now save 15% on our future visits. We will be returning in the near future.

Decided to check out the restaurant at Arcade Time and was immediately greeted by Karla who was friendly and seated us. Upon sitting down Viarry came over to get our drink orders and was able to make suggestions for lunch. Would recommend the onion rings and BBQ chicken wings. Both of them were professionally and welcoming while we were there.

We came for our first time on Tuesday and we had nothing short of an amazing time. Paris was great and made sure we were enjoying ourselves the entire night, with both drink and game recommendations. I recently went to Arcade Time for the first time, here is my take on it: staff are very friendly and I like that they have 1 or 2 walking around the arcade assisting people. The prices are about the same as Dave and Busters but the cards system kinda sucks. Need to give more points for games played and more points for cards. Also recharge card station only takes cash... Came here for dinner and it was delicious! Staff are super friendly, very attentive, and are quick to respond. Food came out pretty quickly, was hot, and was tasty. Portions are generous.
