I took my daughter here every week but I will stop from now. After the game, my daughter wanted to change the ticket into the candy, but the White thin lady took it and thrown it in the table very rude. I feel disrespected . Never come back because of unprofessional employee. I spent money for that but what I received was the rudeness!
On december 28 , I visited your arcade expecting to have an enjoyable experience with my family. Unfortunately, my time there was completely ruined by the unprofessional and outright disrespectful behavior of one of your employees. This individual not only displayed a rude attitude but also acted impatiently toward my 2-year-old child, which is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, while I was actively playin
Me and my family had a great time at the arcade the other day. The employees there were very nice but especially Raphaela. She was very sweet and patient with my 2 year old which I appreciated a lot. We will definitely be coming back again.
Every trip my daughter & I make to Arcade Time, we have so much fun. Rachel makes our experience even better with her friendly smile and great service. Definitely recommend making a stop with friends & family.
Me and my friend, went to Arcade Time on Tuesday. The Staff there greeted us with such care, Raphaela specifically made me and my friend who struggles with autism feel so welcome and explained everything to us so wonderfully. My friend has a hard time being comfortable with going out but she made his experience so much happier just by her true kindness
Came here earlier today with a group, had a ton of fun! I was kindly helped by Caleb! Very knowledgeable and considerate. I'll for sure be coming back, very chill place.
This place was clean & well staffed with nice looking colorful game machines. Very expensive. My 10yr old Granddaughter blew thru $53.50 in about 20-25 mins. In my opinion, the claw machines are set up so that it's entirely impossible to grasp/pickup/win one of the items/prizes (stuffed animal, squishy, ETC.) We did not see anyone win anything. Would have been nice to leave with at least one of the prizes in claw machine which are probably valued at $5. My granddaughter almost exclusively did the claw machi
Haven't been to the mall in a bit and saw the signs for the arcade. It used to be smaller and upstairs bur now in the new location downstairs is really big. There are so many games now. We talked with Johnathan and he explained all the new things going on with the arcade and the military discount which I appreciated. Showed us some of the games and around the arcade. Would recommend spending a little time here if you want to play a bit of old school retro games and coupled with the newest ones.
me and my boyfriend had just an absolute blast here! such fun games and everything is so clean. employees are super amazing as well and incredibly nice, and Rachel was super helpful as well!!
This place is a great place to enjoy the nostalgic memories of the good old days! If you have any questions, ask for Rachel! She's knowledgeable about their games and excited to help with anything you need. Great times to be had!
Arcade time was awesome. Didn't even know it was in the avenues and was going to take kids to main event next store, but this was cleaner and better. Jonathon was the associate and was great giving the kids tips on what to play. Will definitely be back

My daughter and I love this place! The claw machines are our favorites. Lots of good games and the staff is friendly. Jonathan in particular has always been helpful and patient while my daughter cashes out her many points lol. Our favorite arcade in Jax!
great selection of games! was a little confused at first but the lady at the front, rachel explained everything very kindly and overall just made me feel very welcomed. wish they had guitar hero though.

Went to the mall for lunch and stumbled on the arcade. We spent about an hour there. Fun duck machine. Raphaela was super nice to our little one. We will be back!

They have quarter machine to scam money! Their response is ?just sorry!? Even though they have an option to control not to scam !!!!

I love how they expanded. They are making steps in the right direction just need help word getting out there to keep arcades alive. Thanks to Jonathan for greeting us and being friendly as soon as we stepped in!
I didn't know the mall had an arcade but I was pleasantly surprised to see it here. I appreciated the retro games and Caleb was a great help in getting my game card set up
Super nice manager and staff. Games are always sanitized each morning, and the fact that all your credits and tickets go directly to your card is nice. Their deals where you can save more money by buying more credits is great ??
Love this place so much! Caleb is a great worker and super helpful with any problems I have had, even going out of his way to help when I lost my card.

Took my kids here and we will not be returning. Employees were preoccupied with their phones and the ball to the bowling game was not coming out and I did not get my tickets back. My kids love basketball but there was a group of people sitting in the game and they couldn't play. I purchased a 50 dollar card and all I got to show for it was a little red wind up car. I am not sure who manages this arcade but they need to get their acts together.

I think this place is a great place to hang out, an employee their named Raphaela is very polite and willing to help all the customers there, honestly a great experience
This is a great arcade hidden at the back of the mall. We had a blast and Johnathan was super helpful explaining the cards and discounts. Its another excuse to stop by the mall.

They newly renovated and added a claw room but its $2.50 an attempt for the claw games. But usually when it's so expensive they rig it less so you can actually win. No, the claw grip strength is worse than the local 50 cent machine. Total scam.
The service Mathew and Caleb gave was great the even took their time and gave us an extra lollipop

the absolute best arcade in jacksonville! a great selection of games, especially for the space given. affordable prices and modern tech that provides for all your credits and tickets to be placed on your card (suck that d&b). an awesome selection of prizes, not to mention the staff is AMAZING! everytime i've been they've been nothing but helpful and attentive to any issue. all in all a perfect pit stop for some fun, games and entertainment. make sure to stop by if you're in the area, you wont regret it!!

If i can just say.. this place has the atmosphere where MY inner child thrived!!! The staff/crew and manager on staff were super accommodating (even when i asked a million questions) and even played a few rounds with my family and I.. welcome to Jax, Arcade time! P.s. - my overall impression began the moment the manager walked over to me and returned my money to me that had fallen on the ground. Also, Squid?? Bada** name!!!
A girl gave me attitude, when I wanted to get the lowest priced card. Kept trying to push me to buy more. And some games kept taking my tokens and would let me play. What a waste of money.

This place really was awful , they're so expensive for no reason and all there games are 20 points or more . We spent $50 and literally played 6 or 7 games and most of them aren't even for tokens . Then the ticket prizes are so cheap , my son was so devastated because he played so hard to get something cool ? he got a Chinese handcuff toy . Very much not worth the money .

It's a cute, fun arcade. A lot of fun and unique games with a bunch of old retro style arcade games. Had a lot of fun, will be going back. And they have air hockey????
Took my little brother there for a ?guys? night and we both had a wonderful time, we might turn it into a monthly thing. It's fun for all ages!!! Don't believe me go and see for yourself

The employees working front of house are great but the management is really lacking. The management was generally rude & acted superior to the other employees and customers.
