Fantastic experience for our students to have an arcade at their semi-formal dance! Mike, Nicholas, and the entire team made this incredibly easy as they set up before the dance and then stayed in the area in case any troubleshooting was needed. They took care of tearing down right after the event. Overall, this company is very professional and accommodating--if you are looking for arcade games for your event, I would certainly recommend Arcade Services.

I contacted Mike via email about replacing my Area 51 Site 4 game with an original Area 51 game that my cabinet started with. I first purchased a kit from Arcade Services to upgrade my Golden Tee Fore 2005 to a Golden Tee Complete. I am a handy, technical person so i tried to do the repair myself. In the process of removing an old chip i damaged my circuit board with the soldering iron. These boards are becoming increasingly rare (& expensive). FYI: I have used Arcade Services several times now. Whether its for a compact flash kit, or a replacement video card, or a hard drive, they have been top notch. Everything works great the first time - until it DIDN'T. And that's why I'm writing a review today. I recently ordered a compact flash kit that came with a small DIY surface mount chip for the buyer to do themselves. We used them for our Christmas party this past year. It was a big hit! The service was fantastic, starting with Mike. He was very quick to respond to quote and service changes prior to the party. Then the 2 people he had working to set up and tear down were prompt and friendly. A pleasure to work with. We would certainly use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

We worked with Mike Yosha to rent equipment for a company party. He made it extremely easy, he needed little direction and his team did all the setup and teardown. Equipment was well maintained and clean. Overall a very good experience and will definitely be using Arcade Services again.

The key to a good service provider is communication. Mike was easy to get ahold of, talk with and facilitate what I wanted. I updated my golden tee and he made it so easy and quick. Made a mistake while trying to fix an issue with the CRT that damaged the board. Really wasn't sure it could be fixed. Sent it off and it came back good as new. Can't recommend higly enough. Great price too!
