I go to claw machine venues and arcades pretty regularly and this location is a skip. Large play prices, low redemption and most claw machines are packed in a way that even if the machine was set to pay out, it won't because they are stacked too tightly. Skip this place.
At the arcade we put money on a card, what a waste. A lot of the machines do not work or they steal your money. We asked 3 people for help. Waited 20 minutes when a manager finally showed up. No real apology,no actual concern. I understand machines breakdown, but four in a hour. Maintaining the machines and actual customer service would go a long way in satisfying customers. Here are a few photos of the malfunctioning machines. Very disappointing and frustrating.
A lot of fun! So many things to see and do arcade, bowling, jumping, the car exhibits. Just Go and enjoy ??
The games are really expensive and many are simply broken. Some games only give you one ball when usually you get at least three??. Some are set up to not count points even when you make the targets?.. just awful
I enjoyed this place great for family and fun but it definitely has many things to work on. I spent about ALOT of money in games and most of the games kept going out of order while stealing my money in the process. I tried to get a refund but it happened so much it was tiring. I won a jackpot for the first time never got the tickets, I tried to play 1, 1$ duck game they charged me 7$, tries to play a car game, stole 3$, tried to play the clown toss game, out of order 4h, won a 1,000 ticket prize they gave m
A lot of games to choose from. Good location & loved the cars. Some games didn't work but they customer service was great & refunded what we lost.
The arcade was absolutely huge! There were so many games and that was awesome to see! Some were down for maintenance and some of the machines to reload your card were down too. Overall it was a great experience and the prize selection was mammoth!
Even though it can be busy we enjoyed it, it was very kid friendly and very fun for adults too. We were able to win prizes and win a bunch of tickets. Two of the games we played were broken. A ski ball didn't work and one of the spinning wheels gave us 50 and said it only gave us 4 tickets. The staff was pretty nice. The car show in there was cool too. The lady at the prize stand was patient with us.
I really like this place I had my birth day here a few years ago it's a really nice place and the money put in it is amazing a truly amazing job with the whole place!!
Do not ask people to buy tickets to get a certain hour on your go cart schedule, if you aren't going to allow us to play just because the white people playing before us decided to play longer. Respect people?s time And money, WE ALL give you business.!
Pinball machines are not in the best shape but, what can you expect from old ones. But, great variety of old pinball machines and at an affordable price.
Today I had decided to be a spiritual blessing to my neighbor two sons?? for me to go out with my neighbor two sons to DezerLand Park/Arcade??????
Huge arcade with lots of options of things to do.
CANT believe this place gives racist treatment to costumers.
Lots of arcade games and good place to kill time waiting for flight

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
