I reached out to Jay in July as I needed a timely repair to an arcade cabinet in my home. I had people visiting in a few days, and I needed to make sure the cabinet was functioning before they arrived. I had a few buttons sticking and few buttons that were intermittently unresponsive. Since I don't have any background in cabinet repair and maintenance, I really needed Jay's help. When I reached out to Jay he answered immediately. I explained my problem and that I needed a fix very quickly (48 hours).

Jay is an amazing tech and person.....he took time out to help me from out of state to fix an issue via phone.....I had on an old arcade machine that i had no idea on how to fix......super professional......super nice.....cant say anything better but a really cool guy.....thank you so much for your time and helping me fix my issue. Honest and very easy to talk to and work with......10 STARS.....If i ever have an issue with any of my arcade machines i will only use them.

I can't say enough about the level of support provided by the team over at Arcade Repairs of Mass. I had no previous experience with arcade games and needed assistance getting the monitor to work on my Golden Tee game. Jay was patient and super responsive in helping to get my issue resolved on the same day I contacted them. If you need help with your home arcade games, I would highly recommend giving them a call.

Had them to the house and was blown away at the attention to detail. It was a complete gutting session. My arcade cab was fresh, controls greatly improved and they re-fitted the monitor which was a great visual improvement. They stayed and showed me all the tips to change settings inside the cabinet, didn't just leave a manual like I've experienced in the past.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I originally brought my pac man machine to the shop for repair. After I brought it home the problem popped back up. Jay came to my house twice to fix the problem and now it works perfectly. They were tremendous to deal with and I wouldn't go to anyone else with an arcade game issue
