Clean and well maintained. Staff are nice and helpful. Expensive! Doesn't get 5 stars because there is no pinball ??

On Thursday, March 6, 2025, at approximately 9:30 PM, we visited Arcade City in Pigeon Forge. Upon arrival, we greeted the staff member at the front, who was occupied with cleaning and opening machines for arcade card payments. Unfortunately, our greeting went unacknowledged, and we were not informed that the arcade would be closing in 30 minutes. This lack of communication left us feeling unappreciated. We hope management addresses this to enhance future guest experiences.

Pretty good arcade gaming place. Fun entertainment for most ages that can play games. A variety of different types of games to play. We spent about 2 hrs here and more money than I'd like to say. Like most arcades, the prizes could be better for the amount of money you spend. Don't expect to win big. Just fun entertainment.

I'll start with the positives. It's a clean, polite staff with lots of different games. My biggest complaint is the strength level of the claw machines. I wish it was a game of skill but it's much like a casino slot machine where the "payout " is not in your favor. It was very frustrating to pick up an item in the claw machine and the claw literally just opens up to make the win impossible. My husband and I spent hours there!! We came to different days! So. Much. Fun. Josh helped us the first day and Andrew the second day. They both were both so helpful and so kind! They made the experience so much better!! Totally coming back!

Good place spend time while your family is busy with slow window shopping. Good selection of arcade games. Claw machines are definitely addictive and chances of winning is 0%. ?? Connecting entrance to timberwood grill. You can play games while waiting for your food.

If I could do 0 stars I would? literally the worst arcade ever, I had so many items in the claw machines that would randomly drop on the way to the hole, or the door for the prize to drop in wouldn't open up. Wasted $50 here, and the staff did nothing about it. If you want to go to a good arcade take the extra 2 minutes, and go to flavortown, good arcades that aren't rigged, and very helpful staff!!!

Arcade City ? Pigeon Forge We stopped in to enjoy some arcade fun with my son, and he absolutely loved it! We ended up spending over 3 hours there, and the time just flew by. The variety of games kept us both entertained, and the atmosphere was vibrant and family-friendly. Before our visit, we checked out their Facebook page and discovered a fantastic deal: buy a $5 arcade card and get a $5 arcade card free with a coupon. This arcade is pretty fun, there are a lot of games but not a lot of high ticket games, moderately priced and getting a prize with your tickets can sometimes take a long time due to the lines. Everyone is nice and if anything happens to the game I'm playing the staff are very knowledgeable and willing to help. It can be loud in here, and if you any sensory processing disorders it might be best to steer away.

We brought our kiddos (13 and 11) and we all had a great time! A wide variety of games at a range of prices. Several claw machines which my kids were excited about. Tons of prizes if you win tickets.

Definitely a fun place to visit. We go everything we come. Just gotta remember not to get butt hurt because you don't win. These machines does have a pay out. If you want to win something fast then play the stuffed animal games

I wanted to first state that this is a clean arcade with a lot of play-based games, skill games, chance games, and an overall decent place. The folks working there were courteous and pleasant. My children had a blast and I was so happy that the worker assisting us was willing to let me get the deal and split the credits between 5 cards for myself and 5 children. I'm just huge on customer service and this place was superb customer service.

The kids loved the arcade and that staff was SO friendly!! We took our little ones to the arcade to escape the heat for a little bit and they had a ball. The duck game was a hit and the manager even gave my son a friend game as she walked by and saw him having a good time. So sweet. Everything was clean and in working order and they have a good variety of games for all ages. Would be sure to stop in if you're at The Island.

The games are flat rigged. Only payout once a quota is meet. Waste of money and time. Even the claw games just drop your items. Horrible to do to kids.

Very nice evade connected to the timberwood gril. We ate and walked right over. The prices were actually good compared to Dave and busters. My kids played a lot of games and it didn't break my pocket. Decent size as well. Good time killer if you're waiting to be seated at the restaurant.

Very fun. Lots of different types of games to play, and restrooms very clean. Gentlemen at ticket counter rounded my daughters amount up when she was lacking 3 tickets. Everyone was very nice and helpful

It fun because all the games was let's than 2 dollars. So we definitely had a great time.

On 11/06/2024 at approximately 20:00 hrs., my family and I went to Arcade City at the Island, and Zane, the gentleman behind the counter, deserves a raise and a management position. My kids enjoyed hanging out there, and he made it feel family-oriented. Please take your kids there, especially if Zane?s working. You won't regret it. 10/10. #PayThatMan

Great arcade. Took my grandson here two times during our stay in Pigeon Forge. He loved it. We even won stuff on the claw machines. Nice!!!! The young man working there was so helpful and polite. We will be coming back here on our next trip to Pigeon Forge.

Chelsea was very helpful and extremely nice, she answered all our questions.

We kept the kids and grandkids busy for a few hours and the tickets were easy to rack up!! This allowed them to go home with lots of prizes!! This is a place we go every trip down. Lots of fun!!

Our family loves going to this arcade when we are in town. They have great prizes and pretty fair chances at winning. The staff here is great. Ivan goes above and beyond to help you out if any issues arise. Super nice guy!

We were able to play for a while on the $50 card purchase. The claw/crane machines were $1/1.50 and about medium difficulty to win. Prizes are also very expensive for toys that are cheap to say the least but my kid loved it.

We loved it. Went back two days later. Wizard of Oz is very addicting. So much fun. And the manager Michael L. Is a sweetheart and was very helpful.

All I have to say is all the claw machines are rigged even the small ones with 1 cent prizes

One of the funniest arcades here in pigeon Forge for family and kids to play at night went there tonight with my family and was really fun would recommend to anybody looking for something fun to do at night

We always have a great time here as a family. They have stickers bound to a card. You don't have to work about carrying around a mess of tickets with you and money is reliable on the card as well.

Great arcade and a TON of coin pushers, which is our favorite. Only complaint is I wish they had a better range of prizes geared to teens and older and that the attached restaurant would allow you to bring in drinks.

photos are very misleading, place isn't bigger than a small mom and pops restaurant, all games are games that you normally wouldn't touch in an actual arcade, that's the best way i can describe it?go somewhere else

My husband, 2 kids, and myself had so much fun here! Nice variety of games, not too crowded, and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. The staff at the redemption desk was exceptionally patient with my kids as they took their sweet time picking out their prizes. They had almost 5,000 tickets so it took a while ??.

Lots of game options for your family. From toddler friendly games to coin pushers for the adults, there's a little something for everyone. The games are very reasonably priced. You can get good deals on Face Amusement or at the arcade itself. Highly recommended!!

Our family had half an hour of downtime, so we decided to step inside Arcade City to experience the most fun on The Island! Best prizes offered at any arcade that we've been to and each of our four children left with something. I only wish we had more time to play here! Definitely will return, as well as the other locations in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Love the fact that you can use your card at all locations and points never expire. The staff was also very gracious.

Horrible experience! So many machines deduct money off you card twice, I had to double Check , had $15 extra deducted. Also my daughters spent $50 and got a candy necklace because the games don't work at all. Wizard of oz machine would drop card on the prize hole and tokens and they would go inside and not come to outside . Also claw machine my daughter won a Mario twice and at the last minute the claw would open up. There is way better ones down the road and the employees are way nicer and actually hel

This is the best arcade in pigeon forge! I've been to a lot of them in the area and I wasn't disappointed! The online specials are something I would definitely check out before visiting. I did that and saved at least $15. You get a decent amount of tickets back if you play your cards right.

Love this place, my wife and I come here every chance we get when we're in the smokies.

There was plenty of different games so there was really no waiting to play. My grandson, who's 8, has never been to an arcade and LOVED it!! He's ALREADY planning for next year's trip to return!! Cashing out the tickets was a little bit of a wait but the overall experience was fun for us all!

My kids really enjoyed the place and the location is perfect since it's in The Island. The reason I'm giving it 3 and not 5, is that the staff that redeemed the tickets for us tried to lie and say we had wayyyyyy less tickets than we did. Thankfully I had counted everything ahead of time, and knew what it should be. When I got up there with my first son, they were almost 1000 pts short. the blonde headed girl behind the ticket counter was very rude. she didn't give me full credit of all of my tickets and she didn't let me pick out the flavors or colors of the things i wanted. in the end she ripped me off 30 points. then proceeded to give me the bag and not put my stuff in it for me.

My family and I visited a few weeks back and there's nothing but good things to speak about this place. Traveling during a global pandemic is definitely not easy, specially with many things being close, and finding this place was truly refreshing. The staff greeted us as we walked in and made sure that we were as safe and as comfortable as possible. We have been to this arcade several times and it has always been a great experience but our experience this evening was superb and above all expected. We played the Wizard of Oz coin drop and my Toto card got stuck and the wonderful young lady opened the door and retrieved my stuck cards and coins. She was above and beyond great. Definitely better options close by. Stopped in after eating next door and wish we would've gone somewhere else. Disappointed in the selection and the pricing. One person working the ticket/prize counter with others just walking around doing nothing and not helping. Not one person working there was friendly.

Paid $100 for 2 suckers we get at the bank teller for free .. I wish arcades would step there prizes up .. and give us a chance on the claw machine . You can tell with one drop of the claw what kind of arcade you are in .

We played here for about an hour or so. Good game selection and it's really clean! My daughter ended up with around 3,000 tickets and Butterworth ( that was the name on her name tag) helped us at the prize counter. She was super helpful and so nice!!

While the arcade is a little pricey overall, our experience was made great by the ticket counter employee. She was super friendly and even gave us a free toy for the four year old that we had in tow. She really did show us some great Christmas spirit. They had some really good skeeball games by the way. So if you're into friendly competition, it's a good option. I mean, I lost, but I came back and got mine in the fake beer pong game.

Our family really loved this place. Friendly and patient staff, and prizes worth winning. The games first appear to be on the expensive side, but bonus cash on the card makes a big difference there. We had a great time at arcade city and spent almost 2hrs here. We had adults and kids ranging ages 77 - 5 and everyone had fun. We were able to win lots of tickets and the kids all got lucky with the claw machines!! Hannah, at the ticket counter, was especially sweet and helpful when my daughter was upset about not winning a prize. Thanks for a fun afternoon!

I want to save everyone money by telling you DO NOT play the claw machines. They are all rigged. I'm not exaggerating. I spent so much money to try to win a squish-mellow only to have someone else come along after me and win it. It would pick it up every time and drop it as soon as the claw got half way up. Just spend your money on another game.

We had a great time at the arcade. Things were clean and not too busy. There were alot of current, up to date games for the whole family to have fun. We had a blast on the wizard of oz. We were there until midnight and felt safe walking to the parking lot.

The girl who worked up front I believe was named ?Kat? did a really good job explaining all the deals with tokens and was really nice. However, after we spent over $50 on tokens and racked up a good amount of tickets, when we went to cash them out (a different girl) was just sitting at the register writing on a receipt, we waited about 5 mins and my toddler starting pitching a fit, the girl just looked up and continued writing some note. Absolutely terrible service, we never got to even cash out our tickets

Went twice while on vacation and the first time over of the employees say my daughter (2 year old) starting into a claw machine. She asked my daughter if she would like a stuffed animal to which my daughter replied with a yes. The employee have my daughter a TY beanie puppy. The person running the prize counter rounded the points up to the nearest 100. The second visit we were given $10 in credit at random. Both times we had fun

Kids loved it here! They were able to turn tickets in and chose really nice prizes for their age groups. Very large place with so many different games to play. Also very clean environment.

The best arcade in all of Pigeon Forge! Let the bells and flashing lights draw you back into childhood and enjoy your time here Update September 2023: the maintenance on the games and general cleanliness of the Arcade has gone down hill. I've updated from 5 stars to 3 stars to reflect this. Still a decent time but a lot of the games were out of order or missing crucial parts. The staff is still friendly and helpful, however we definitely enjoy the Gatlinburg location much more now

Great fun for little kids and adults alike. Money goes by fast though is the only reason for four stars. Employees or helpful. Except for maybe the two girls that I think were Russian. The prize is really need to be upgraded. We basically spent $65 for a plastic samurai sword

Went there with my son and his family (3 grandkids -ages 3 thru 9). Had a good time considering. Games a little pricey and using a card system that tracked balance left and tickets/points you could easily spend quicker the expected by just swiping your card. But, they had a good variety of games with a couple of each so they covered the full spectrum of ages up through early to mid teens in a small space.

The kids LOVED it! I bought the New Year's $200 card for $100 online and Joey kindly & efficiently loaded 3 cards evenly. Kiddos played for 2h and racked up 14k points which they cashed in for headphones, nerf guns and much more! They're already begging to go back!

A couple claw machines are rugged to not close at all but my family always has a blast and we usually win big each time. I will say there is 1 employee that's a little weird and will be a little rude to the kids when at the prize counter. He tried to cheat my kids out of their tickets 3 times

I had a small issue that was not related to the location itself but some rather rude guest. I didn't want to make a scene so I asked a manager to exchange my ticket for my daughter from the trampoline to the Farris wheel. The manager not only made this simple but went above and beyond. The young woman at the register and her manager who I truly wish I had gotten their names(credit where credit is due) were amazing. Helpful staff when it came down to cashing in my son's tickets. My kid is the most indecisive person ever when he is given to many options at once. I'm extremely thankful for the young man who used his patience and politeness with my son. Thanks guys

Wes absolutely ruined our experience and took all the joy out of our time in this arcade. He sealed the deal on us never returning again.
