Arcade City Branson

So walking down Branson landing area we decided not stop in here to play a few games , some claw machines with some good prizes but good luck trying to win them . They have a mirror maze next door but honestly I don't it's worth 9 bucks a person for only like 4 mins in total but this arcade is nice to go to

We stopped in after having dinner at The Landing to let the kiddos play and have some fun before heading home. Most everything is pretty self serve with the card machines allowing you to purchase a play card and add the money you want to it.

Nice arcade. Fun games for just about all ages. We went there after receiving a play card as part of a kids meal at Guy Fieri?s restaurant located down the street. We didn't stay too long but you could definitely spend an afternoon here. It would also be a good place to drop older kids off while the adults go shopping in the area. Everything was very clean and the area is safe.

Great arcade with excellent customer service. The 7D ride was fun but game was slightly off when it comes to aim. Overall pretty good, especially if you're a ticket person.

For a place that is called arcade city, it should have a lot of games. They didn't really have a lot. Some of their games are broke. If you run an arcade that should be first in the list of things to achieve over even the selection and service. You have to pay $3 for the card. Definitely struggling place that it's foot traffic is the only thing keeping it in business.

This place was huge! There are lots of games and ways to win tickets. Staff was all wonderful. We stayed til almost closed, and they were still attentive and helped us as if they had just opened. Honestly, we didn't think we would even be there that long (around close), but it was worth it and the experience. Sorry for staying so late!

Was fun, lots of coin drop machines which are something I recently discovered. I do feel like they give out a lot of tickets from the machines but I find the ticket prices of items are higher here than the other arcades we visited (the fun spot at the Grand country inn). Winning is fun though and they do give you lots of cards and chips to cash in (they even provide large cups to put said cards and chips in).

A fantastic place to spend the day or night especially if you like old school video game arcades. They have everything from Giant Pac man and Galaga to old school Skee-ball and other classics. The coin pusher games like Wizard of oz and the DC Superheroes are super fun and you can spend hours at them so pull up a barstool and grab a prize cup. Really fun place and a great value. However, a lot of the machines ripped me off. Because it's all tracked on your play card the staff there were really good at fixing the problems. Had a great time.

The place is great, you can buy a refillable card in a booth up front, almost every game is 1 dollar, so is easier to keep track, they have a lot of different games, we had a great time. The only bad experience was when we redeem our points the girl in the stand wasn't super helpful/friendly.

I love claw machines and I've played hundreds of different machines all over the United States. But these machines are a scam. After the first few successful grabs I figured it would hit its target value percentage and let me have one, but it didn't. So I did an experiment and put $100 on one of the cards (which gives you 145 plays on those games) and played 5 different machines. They all do the same thing. It's a great time and smells great. I come here when I am having a bad day. My biggest qualm is that all prize games are all rigged for an insanely high payout. They don't even try to hide it either. This arcade was smaller than anticipated with not a lot of games to choose from, due to many machines being down. I also had to call the place just to get someone to come up front to help up. A couple games took our money and didn't work. Had some fun, but they need to work on this place.

Purchased card online but didn't get notification till we arrived that we would only have it on 1 card and they didn't have the option to split on multiple cards. They offer the same deal in store but you are able to purchase extra cards and split that way.

This arcade was super fun. Completely paper free. All tickets are loaded to a card similar to Dave and Buster's. We were surprised at how fairly prices the games were. We (my husband and I) played for 2 hours or so. It's not the biggest arcade, but there are plenty of fun games to keep you busy! Would visit again.

We love coming in the arcade when we visit but I think our little guy loves it the most! I have photos of him and my husband playing space invaders last year and again this year. Our 3 year old has also taken a liking to the air hockey table. Needless to say he had some melt downs anytime we walked by and didn't go back in the arcade lol. We won lots of tickets and used them to get some more of his current favourite toy....cars! lol

It was a alright experience wish it didn't cost so many tickets for things and wish we had gotten there earlier but overall it was a lot of fun.

Good place to pop into for restroom break on the landing; even without playing in the arcade. Family restroom is large and easily accessed. My kids favorite stop to play on the landing. Bring small bills as the machines to load the player cards do not give change; however they do take debit or credit as well.

Terri personally pulled me out of the water while i was drowning in the insanely deep fountain outside while diving for pennys and dimes. If i could rate higher i would.

It hasn't changed a lot since we've been there. It's a little more run down- the carpets a bit dirtier and the bathrooms weren't the cleanest. But, it was still a really good arcade. It's got a lot of options for games, from the basketball toss to the virtual rollercoaster. It's got car racing games, ticket games, and tons of claw games. This is our favorite arcade in Branson by far! They have great deals on their game cards and their games were all in working order. And at the prize area, Dylan was amazing! He was fun and patient while our kids tried to decide what to pick.

We did Groupon for 7D dark ride & mirror maze, this was my favorite part of vacation, reasonably priced, staff was very nice, kids loved it. Unisex/family bathrooms w nifty sink. Would recommend and would go again

The best arcade I've ever visited. The arcade and restrooms were spotless. 99% of the games were in working order and the staff was incredibly friendly. They made the experience so fun for my kids!

It's a good little arcade, but not great. There are two really fun VR games, a bunch of claw machines, sports games like soccer, skee-ball knockoffs, basketball, bowling, and beer pong. There are also several no-ticket games for $1-2. The $65 card for $50 is a decent deal, but I wouldn't spend more than that for a small family.

This place was very cool. Good service the prizes weren't too overpriced and the games are new and fun to play service and prices are wonderful. The only reason I rated it 4 stars is that on the second day of being open almost 50% of the games were out of service and broken.

Not a good arcade. Don't understand all the great reviews. Played one claw machine 65x with a perfect grab every time and no win. That is borderline criminal. Yes, we are idiots for playing that many times, but we often play claw machines and have never had an experience that terrible. We also did not see anyone else win. Save your money and go elsewhere. This place should be ashamed with how disappointed all the kids were walking away from the machines winless.

This place is amazing and so much fun! My kids and I always visit this place when we are in Branson. It's nice going to an arcade where all the games actually work. The arcade is very clean. The employees were super nice. We met a Brieanns and she was so sweet. Thank you for always making sure we have a great time!

This experience was amazing! I can ramble on about how the games excelled above my expectation, or how accommodating everything was for a first time guest, but the main thing that stole the show for me was a staff named William. He made the whole visit amazing, and helped me every step of the way with a kind soul! If anyone ever thinks about visiting, visit for William!

The kids loved it. Lots of games to play which kept them entertained for a while. Of course like everything you don't seem to get what you paid for but the kids were happy with the trinket things they ended up getting for the tickets they earned. Just don't think about how much money you spent so they could earn the tickets to get toys that were maybe a few dollars each.

Great arcade! Best games, plus 7d rides and mirror maze. You even get free soda with purchase of game cards! And if it matters, best bathrooms I've seen.

If you pick one coin machine to camp at, Wizard of Oz has some pretty solid ticket returns. Let the kids do their thing while you get enough tickets to get some solid prizes when it's time to cash out.

We recently visited the arcade and have been plenty over the years. The kids and I always enjoy our time! The staff here is always kind and helpful. We visited the day after a rough storm and unfortunately the a/c was out in the entire venue, this made our experience less than ideal but we still had a great time! Pro Tip! Look up promo codes and discounts before going in to save $$$

The games were alright. I've always loved a nice arcade. Unfortunately, the owner has a bit of a reputation around town, and unfortunately for the company, he lived up to that reputation during my visit, and I will never give him another dime of my money.

Cool arcade with lots of fun games, it uses cards instead of tokens or money. It's located next to Guy Fieri restaurant and it gets crowded.

Arcade City was pretty decent. We did it for the kids, really. It seemed like they had a ton fun, so I can't complain. You don't have to pay for the game card and all tickets are loaded onto it. Super convenient and it wasn't very busy. Selection wise, I was pretty happy with it. I'd go there again if I was in the area and the kids wanted to have fun.

Great selection of games, including the classics that are missing in this new age of lame games. Price is about as good you're going to find in Branson, but not exactly super cheap. The biggest positive here is the ticket payout on most machines very solid and the prizes are priced incredibly fairly. My daughter usually goes to chuck e cheese, so getting like 10 prizes here with less tickets was a nice surprise for her.

The staff really are great. Fantastic games and all but one (Jurassic park shooter I think) was in perfect working condition. Great mixture of classic and new. Extremely clean. Lit up loud and kid family fun. They could probably make a killing charging half the prices on games in a different location but then again the expensive Landing location does bring the crowds.

We took our 3 year old son there. My son wanted to play the DC game (coin pusher). We had a blast at arcade city! My 11 and 13 year old were totally in love. I love the big variety of games and how easy it was with the reloadable game cards. Courtney at the prize redemption desk was the stand out employee! She was very patient with my kids as they decided their prizes giving suggestions and asking questions , she even gave my daughter additional tickets when she heard that a machine hadn't given her a prize that she earned!

The kiosk machine double charged me when it malfuctioned, i called and was told i would hear something back within 24 hrs and no one reached out. I called again the same thing happened. I was ripped off $45 and this company cant do the simply courtesy of a call. I will never visit this arcade or chain again.

We've been at least three times. Arcade City is a a much better and cheaper arcade than the Big Ceder arcade. There's a good mix of games that keep both my little kids and teens entertained. We've had really good experiences with the staff, and especially appreciate their patience with littles picking out prizes at the end.

The 7D ride was amazing! If you haven't tried it before, I definitely suggest it! The mirror maze was fun too! Tons of fun games to play, definitely entertaining! The staff was friendly and helpful. I surprisingly had more fun than I anticipated. It's not a huge arcade, but there's games for all ages!

My teenage boys and myself love this place. The Halo game is so much fun! They had an amazing deal over the weekend. $100 gets you a $145 game card. Don't waste your money on the claw machines. After spending more money than i care to admit my daughter finally managed to pick up the lulu mini bag just to have the claw bring it back and when it dropped the plexiglass was off center so it dropped the bag then hit the plexiglass and made it go into the next machine instead of going in the chute. Kids had a blast. Prices aren't bad. Make sure the kids know what the spending limit is before you go in, easy to get caught up in the fun. Typical cheap prizes for tickets but that's to be expected. Clean for the amount of traffic.

This place was so much fun. We took our 2 boys (3,5) and they had a blast. We bought the wacky Wednesday deal $30 for $20. We of course kept putting more money on the card because we all were having so much fun. Not just for kids, us adults loved it as well. The staff was very friendly. The ticket counter staff was nice and showing my son cool toys he could pick out. I like that the tickets you win go directly onto the card so you don't have to carry around a bag of tickets.
