Instead, roughly 90% of the arcade?s machines (especially the claw and prize games) did not accept our cards, so we could only play four games total. ? Today I just did a little pop up visit and let me say it was night and day from my last visit on Oct 19th. My server was Robyn and she was very attentive to my table. Bringing all necessary items before the food came out, bringing the drinks in a timely many, asking was my pizza and wings good for my daughter and I showcased great service. Wasn't busy because it was a weekday. But it was not as good as we were expecting it to be. Go kart racing is expensive. Escape rooms weren't open when we got there around noon. Arcade game selections weren't anything we really wanted to play. Didn't see any workers who were available to place food or beverage orders. The rope course was 15 mins for 12$. Bowling lanes looked fancy with nice seating area and big screens at the end of the lanes. Dark ride piqued my interest but we didn't participate this time

Go cart is really fun until someone that you never seen in your life decides to crash and displace a bunch of traffic cones, and the staff is gonna take his time pick them up one by one nice and slow while the 9 other people?s wait and burning their time, gotta love those slow and steady staff who does not give a damn care on how long you've wait in line to stay in the car for 10 minutes. Fun for Everyone at Apex Entertainment! Apex Entertainment was such a great time! There were so many different activities to choose from?something for everyone, and each one was well organized with just the right amount of time to really enjoy it. Whether it was bowling, arcade games, or laser tag, everything ran smoothly and kept the energy high. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. You could tell they cared about making sure guests were having a good time.

First time going! Wonderful & fun atmosphere , excellent staff from the bartender to the cooks and waitstaff. Definitely want to come back to do more! Visited during Spring Break from MD. Had excellent customer service from Lori at the front desk. She provided so much information regarding the packages and options Apex offered. What we decided in was a great value and the kids enjoyed themselves. We even came back when Lori was working so we could be serviced by her. Lori is so personable and warm. She made the buying experience easy.

Our youth wrestling team had a great time playing video games, laser tag, bumper cars, mini golf and doing the ropes course. Parents had fun riding go-carts. Great atmosphere after a long day of wrestling.

Really nice, clean and a good assortment of things to do. Stopped by early on a weekday and pretty much had the place to ourselves. We didn't get food but the bar area was really nice. Unlike some other places I have been similar to this I felt like I got way more gameplay for my money. We actually did a mystery dinner show and we had so much fun! Lots of interaction with everybody there and the dinner was good as well!! The mystery show was wonderful and funny. Anybody would have a great time and if you do go, good luck in finding out who the mystery murderer is!

A great place to take the family. They offer many activities and experiences for all age groups. However it comes at a hefty price tag. They have multiple bars and a diverse food menu offering something for everybody.

It was very fun. If this place would have been around when I was younger, my parents would have had their wallets in a clutch. It had just about everything you can think of to do, and I spent 6 hours there no problem with getting bored.

We visited this location to do axe throwing for our anniversary. Our instructor(Mr. Darrell) was so very kind and helpful while teaching all of us how to properly throw. He was very knowledgeable and nice that made our time(and first time experience of axe throwing) very enjoyable.

Stopped here to kill a few hours for our virginia beach trip. Absolutely impressed. Great place to get out of the heat. Free parking in adjacent garage. We only got to do a couple of the attractions but I would highly recommend. Go karts, bowling, bumper cars, arcade, axe throwing, laser tag, minigolf, and much more. So much to do, you could literally spend an entire day here! Wish we had something like this closer to home.

Had the pleasure of having my sons 11th birthday party at the #VaBch location in #Virginia on a Sunday afternoon, and I must say I was elated with everything and everyone who had a hand in my sons big day! This was my first time here and although it looks fun ..I was disappointed in the lack of staff that was working that night ..you had more tables than waiters..we were unable to order food.. unorganized staff..there were a few tables that had not even been greated including ours ..that also means that new ppl have to wander to figure out how things work ..staff should be more intune to guests who look confused being it's so much for a first timer ..we wanted to ride the go karts and was not giving instructi

My family and I went on Friday evening. We weren't greeted by the front desk where the garage entrance is. We were told to purchase our tickets at another desk for go kart and axe throwing. Once we got to that desk, there was a trainee who didn't acknowledge us nor greet us. Oscar who was I guess the assistant for axe throwing was AWESOME as well as the guy for go karts. The attendant for the Dark Ride, I believe Pierce had no personality, very unpleasant and it was if he wasn't happy to be there.

Great place for kids of all ages adults too. They have bowling, bumper cars , mini golf, an arcade and so much more. They have a decent menu and colorful alcoholic beverages. M-F it's $25 includes a free kids meal and you can choose from 3 games.

Pretty good atmosphere. It's fun and an overall nice experience. If you have any plans on getting food, expect to wait. The fastest thing to come out when we ordered food was mozzarella sticks, and it still took nearly 15 minutes.

Place is super fun with lots of amenities to offer and things to do. I would recommend the mini golf and laser tag personally. Tried the bowling however if you are an experienced bowler who knows how to curve the bowl and you think you will be able to do that here? just forget it lol. The lanes are meant for inexperienced bowlers particularly to be able to make straight shot only bowls. Fun nonetheless, drinks were good and the food is pretty decent however for the price, i?d recommend just going somewhere

Big family event at the bowling lanes. We had three lanes side by side for a preset price and time limit. Our family had a great time. The kids had blockers in their lanes gutter so it was easier for them to bowl. The deal came with two pizzas and drinks. The pizzas left something to be desired but we didn't come for the food. Servers were friendly and the place was clean. Good for a family gathering, we would definitely go back.

This is a great place! I really enjoyed the go karts; be warned, they are expensive at $30 per race per person (if you buy more at one time they give you a discount). The glow golf was also good and so was the laser tag.

The games are fine. DO NOT DO THE CELL BLOCK ESCAPE ROOM. We did it and it's honestly really cool until you get to the end and the puzzles don't make sense or work. So much so that the GAME MAKER couldn't explain how the puzzle worked when we failed to make it out. She said, ?It's an escape room, it's not supposed to be easy.? I have never been in a cleaner arcade ever!! The bathrooms are immaculate. All the machines work and are dusted. There was plenty of staff around, and the ticket reimbursement staff were so kind. The bar food tasted great and the drinks were so good.

The go carting is fun, but getting a game card that doesn't work on claw machines and coin pushers( theres quite a few of them) is wild. Also you have to upgrade to actually earn tickets so you're playing games for no reason. I never heard of that before. Just stick to the other activities.

Family night is best spent here. I love how this place can transform you into a child again. The staff are always attentive and the food and beverages are spot on. This is perfect for laser tag, bowling, basketball, racket ball, go cart, and more. Once you walk in, you'll be surprised as how time flies by. I strongly recommend this for all family and kickbacks.

The patron bucket was share and for two. Nice ambiance. Lots to explore and play. Depending on the time of day you may have to wait to play with a game or sit at the bar.

Was anxious but decided to give axe throwing a go for the first time. I surprisingly had a great time and Darrel was an amazing instructor. He made sure we had a good handle of things and even offered to take photos!

We hosted our annual Holiday party here and had a wonderful time! The staff and amenities were wonderful! East and Ari were amazing hosts! We strongly recommend hosting company events here.

This was our first time here since we moved to the area a few months ago. We were here for my youngest son?s birthday and all the staff was so helpful and friendly but in particular, Tighreese is literally an angel walking among us. This place is insanely fun! We celebrated my sons birthday here and he had a ball. A week later and he's still talking about!! There's is something for everyone. We did bowling, arcade, laser tag and bumper cars. I chose to create own birthday package and spent about the same amount as their packages. It was 5 bowling and 4 doing the other things. Tati and Darrel were so fun to work with! We held a company team building at Apex and they were our server and axe throwing instructor. They made us feel like family and we had the best time; in fact, we plan to return and will be requesting them again.

My family and I went bowling here and I requested service for food from 3 different people and on the machine twice and no one helped us. They kept saying someone would come and no one came despite our screen saying ?service requested?. Then we had an issue with our lane and also requested service and no one came. We've come here before and usually have a great time. Today when we went, we were put on a waitlist for bowling (25-35 minutes estimated) so we went to grab food right next to the bowling area. After waiting 50 minutes for our food, I asked a manager for an update as we were finally going to our lane to bowl (which I also had to ask them about rather than being buzzed). My wife and I came here for our anniversary to try something fun. We decided to try the Darkride theatre. We tried Los Banditos scenario and we were hooked. It was so fun with the motion seats and the fan it was truly immersive. We decided to try all of the scenarios and had even more fun and the interactions with other patrons was amazing. I understand that gratuity may be included for a larger party, but a tip was accidentally paid not knowing that, and service was not great, and they couldn't refund or wouldn't. Cece was the best. She was our waitress when we were bowling. She was 110% on it. Refills, water to keep us hydrated because it was humid in there (didn't ask, she just brought it) and she made sure we were having a good time. I am a bus driver, had a trip yesterday and today. Yesterday we were asking about getting pizza that the school ordered. Both of us drivers were hungry. No one seemed to be able to answer us. We ended up walking to Mission BBQ. Today we were asked by 4 people if we needed anything. I came in today for the first time in a small group and we did VIP bowling and our server was John and all I can say is he is amazing!! He is great nice and is very attentive!! I definitely recommend the place and server John!

I lot of fun happens in this place. Especially, Bowling, Escape room and all other fun enters are very good. The only problem is it is a bit pricy. Like when we play for more hours there is discount or any packages, other wise every this good. Especially, the game platter with three appraisers is super good and is worth. Unlike snow skating or other fun zones the shoes for bowling even doesn't come in the price. If 3 people bowling we need to spend $55 an hour. It's little pricey. But best fun time and goo

We took 5th grade students here for a promotion celebration. They had an amazing experience. If I could give the staff Lee, Naz and Nasia more then 5 stars I would. Looking forward to coming back next year.

This was my first time I been to Apex. It was late in the evening. We ordered a salad with no tomatoes and nachos which was recommended from our server. This is a fun place to go if you have the money to do so. For reference, me and my husband did the go karts, ropes course, and laser tag. We also each got one drink, each having a rum and coke, and a tray of "extreme nachos" with no protein (adding protein would have made it between $18-$20 and we weren't interested in paying that much for nachos). Took my daughter and her friend. It was a great time. They did bumper cars and had a blast. Then we all took on a zombie game. That was very fun. Got a appetizers and margaritas. You have to put money on a reloadable card but you have to pay for it, but if you keep up with the card you can reload it for free. They go by a point system that was confusing and it is overpriced. They should have a all access fun card that includes all activities. I was disappointed at the customer service i received at the bar.

My fianc? and I came here for a day of fun, Tuesday at 1400 was a great time to come for us because it was not crowded and all the staff was amazing. The go karts and bowling were our favorites and Gabi was amazing making sure we had everything we could need and making us feel welcome.
