Bree our server was amazing, she went above and beyond. We received the wrong drinks (but good drinks, lol) however she went and re-made them for us herself, and brought them to us. She was fun and personable. Chris was our Axe throwing coach, he was funny and great. Kept us safe but keeping the fun. Thank you!

Our organization (YEOP INC)held our 13-15 age division event at Apex in 6/11/25. The event was extremely easy to book. The host Jack was phenomenal!! I did not have to look for him to ask a question or ask for more drinks. He made sure we had enough drinks and everything was going right. The food was very warm (right temperature) when he delivered it. The hamburgers/cheeseburgers sliders were good and juicy. The pizza, chicken tender and fries were delicious as well. My and my sons had a great time with the added attractions and video games! The best experience is when we ate. We had the family meal deal with a pepperoni pizza; a GIANT pretzel and a 4 piece chicken tenders with fries and a pitcher of soda (free refills)?all for $50! Our server Colleen was excellent! She was courteous, thorough and had an awesome personality! Overall; a 5 star experience for the fun and a separate 5 stars for Colleen!!!!

We had a huge party with a majority of children, apex was super amazing and accommodating. We did a bunch of the 3 for $25 deals that came with kids meals, our server Jack was absolutely amazing?!

Wow! What a great experience we had. We brought our girls lacrosse team, and were welcomed as soon as we walked in. The girls had a blast bowling, and ended up adding a game of laser tag. Cory was super accommodating, and the entire staff was very friendly. 10 out of 10!

We experienced the eat and play here and everyone was so polite! It was very clean and overall just a great experience for my family and I. My server was Bella and she was amazing! Will come again.

This place was great! Very friendly and helpful staff. We had our sons birthday party here and they made it an incredible experience for the kids. Arcade, laser tag and bumper cars were a big hit. The party room was perfect and they decorated it with his favorite colors. They took care of everything. They let us bring our own cake. Very fairly priced. Zero complaints. Extremely disappointed drove a whole hour to get here was super excited party of 7 when we got here we purchased the pick 3 deal with the free meal only to be told that one of the kids couldn't participate in most of the perks even tho we were assured she could. To bartenders ignoring costumers to carry a none work related conversation with the security guard to the food feeling like it was pre cooked the only good thing I can say is that our server was super understanding and sweet . I went here with a group of teens with intellectual disabilities. John S. was our server, he was so kind. Our food was great as was the service. It was my first time visiting Apex. Knowing that they are inclusive to all friends, I will be back!

Great little arcade with some cool extras! Kids loved the bumper cars. We've been twice, and the first time the mall was evacuated due to a an emergency (which turned out to be the trash can incident of 2023), and we actually were in a great place to be evacuated from. Staff calmly closed the doors and directed everyone out a back stairwell exit. We were able to quickly get to our vehicle without panicking the kids too much. Great job by the staff at Apex.

Attended a private party here for my best friend and we were all very disappointed. The service was just awful. We had to hunt down the server when our food still had not come out despite being halfway through. They forgot one of the entrees and gave me attitude when I asked about it for the third time. Well if you give people a time limit on the area, the food should really come out in a timely manner. They never asked if we needed more of anything, soda etc. One of the lanes broke down about 5x, we expres

My fiance and I took our children to a family night of bowling. We asked for a server to come to our lane for drinks and food orders. Paid for the lane for an hour and 30 minutes. No server ever showed and we got drinks from the bar on our own. Saw quite a few servers standing around talking to each other, but doing little eles. Not planning on returning if the service is this non existent.

First and only time at Apex. I'm not one to leave reviews, but the service was awful. We went on a Friday night, but it wasn't busy. Service took very long. Bar service especially. Waited 20 mins for a drink at the bar with no other customers waiting. Bartender took my card and returned it, 20 mins later said ?I didn't see you there???! Unfortunately wouldn't go back.

First, the bowling lane was broken and we had to wait 20 minutes to start our game. Second, we waited 45 minutes for our food. Third, the margarita had a ton of salt at the bottom to the point that we would get a straw full of salt every time we took a sip. The place is basically empty too. Maybe they were having a bad night but it wasn't a great experience.

We had the privilege of celebrating my son's 21st birthday party at apex Syracuse. John s absolutely rocked our service. Highly recommend

Jack was our bartender and server while we were axe throwing. He was friendly and attentive to our needs, both food and beverage. We ordered appetizers and pizzas. Everything was very good. Isaiah was manning the axe throwing area. It seemed like his job could be monotonous, but he was quite friendly and encouraging. We enjoyed our visit.

Cory was amazing for our lacrosse team party. He was so accommodating and attentive to our party of 22 girls! Thank you Apex and Cory!!

Arcade, High Ropes Course. Kids had a blast. The 12 year old said best day ever. Great family fun. It will cost a little, but not too bad. High ropes course $12 a person. Arcade is a little more than usual

Super loud. Lots of unhelpful employees walking around. Cool looking giant retro games though. This was our first time here. My wife and I stopped in to just check it out before going with others. I found one interesting 3d game you play against others, some sort of battle game (towards the front). It had a payment hardware kiosk saying it took so many credits. Ok, so how much is a credit? I then went to a kiosk where you buy cards for the games. Even there, nowhere does it tell you how many credits you get

The food took approximately 2 hours to come out. The floor manager stated there was 2 parties going on and he was sorry for the delay. The orders did not come out correctly. Some items completely missing. Sad part of the whole experience was that it was a surprise homecoming from my son to me as a gift for Christmas. Kind of ruined the night waiting on food to come out. Especially since my daughter initially chose Dave and Buster and heard great things about Apex.

Such a great place to take our 4 yr old granddaughter to bowl! Super clean, not too pricey and our server Ash was very pleasant and accommodating!!

Our experience was wonderful. A very helpful employee,Alex O, was incredibly helpful and we were able to enjoy our night there longer when she told us about a deal for more credits for the same price we were already planning on paying. Money grubbers! The price was advertised as $35 and they hiked it up for the school break! (To $45) So disappointing to walk in and pay more than I expected. I have always had a good experience at Apex! They really do value their customers and want people to have a great time. We did axe throwing for a bachelor party recently. It was a slow night. So they gave us a free game of laser tag. That was awesome! The employees are great and add to the experience. The place is clean and really well taken care of

While enjoying a wonderful day at Destiny USA, we met up with family, and friends for a couple of drinks. This was my very first experience going into APEX! Each, an every team member made us feel right at home as if we were in our living room playing the Nintendo Switch together

This place is hands down awesome and is a prime staple in Destiny Mall. We experienced our seven year old?s birthday party and everything was on POINT. Aside from the ridiculously great events at Apex like laser tag, bowling, arcade, and axe throwing - their staff made everything extremely fun and entertaining. Fun games. Kids love it. Bowling fun. Bar is always understaffed. It seems every employee is constantly rushed. Don't expect fast service. Food menu could be a lot better then microwave pizza.

Two pizza and 12 wings was charged $100 ? And they charged us for a party pack and we didn't have a party prices are high and the staff sucks. We didn't. We were a group of 10 colleagues who went to APEX Entertainment for a team building exercise. We had two bowling lanes which worked out well. I chose a package with four food servings and two hours of bowling, and it was good value. However, some staff members seemed tired and unfriendly, possibly because they are overworked and underpaid. We enjoyed bowling and then tried axe throwing. Again, the pricing was reasonable, but the staff seemed upset about working extra. Despite their attitude, we had fun and

My first and most likely last time here. Very expensive. We had reservations for lanes, but waited 20 mins for the previous party to leave. Lanes broke constantly. The food was wat over priced and pretty disgusting. Aside from one new server who was great, the overall service was terrible. $12 for a small pitcher of soda, mostly filled with ice. If you're looking for decent or affordable entertainment, I recommend looking elsewhere.

They Are Scared To Address Issues Face To Face With Guests Right Away. They Also Speak To You As If They Hate You Even Though You Are Not Responsible For What They Failed At In Life.
