Wonderful place for kids and adults. Big arcade, mini golf, laser tag, bumper carts. All the employees were super friendly. Clean and inviting environment.
Huge complex with tons of activities. The Axe throwing and mini golf was fun. The go carts looks like a very cool two level race track and will have to try it when back in the area.
I can't rave enough about this amazing spot! It's not just a paradise for kids; it's a perfect playground for anyone looking to unleash their inner child and stay active?every single day! From thrilling trampoline parks to exciting arcades and the adrenaline rush of laser tag, there's never a dull moment. And if you're in the mood for a laid-back experience, the bowling alley is just the ticket! The food is delicious, too, and the staff are incredibly friendly, making you feel right at home. I'm super excit
Fun place for the kiddies. We had big kids (16-19) and little kids (4 - 11), and they were all entertained. So I can say good spot for all ages. Something for all the kiddies to do.
I hosted a big group event here. The facilities were really good and the waiter staff was really friendly. However, the sales and facility management staff were really unhelpful. They changed itinerary of activities at the end without letting me know and were not even apologetic about the error. They didn't care if the group was informed about the upcoming activities even though the whole place was almost empty on the weekday evening. Overall, I wouldn't recommend hosting big events here and expect good ser
It's a great place! We celebrated my daughter?s 10th birthday and Emily was excellent! my daughter and her friends had a great time! Emily was so detail oriented and ensured every kid in the party was tended to ! Great experience and I rate 5/5 for Emily. Thank you
First time there & was very impressed. Place was extremely clean & well managed. My kids had a blast & will definitely be back. Even struck a conversation with who I believe was the boss man Danny. He was a joy to talk to & helped out with some questions we had. Highly recommend this spot. Fun for all ages !!!!
Review story time?. Soo I spent over 800$ for a party here for my son. The kids had fun but I just didn't appreciate how the staff was very unorganized. And I definitely didn't like how one of the staff member treated my party guests. So I had paid for bumper cars included in my party package. And was told it would be unlimited thru out the event time. Ok cool. Why did the guy with the curly hair had the audacity to tell my kids they had to get off after just 1 round and was told they didn't pay or another
Food was okay, drinks were good. Towards the end of our time on the lane (bowling) the cashier came over with security and accused us of stealing and told us to leave. They said the points on the card didn't add up with previous receipts. Only left when we finally got into our APEX account and showed proof of purchase. Ridiculous.
Was very kid friendly and the staff were very helpful if we had any questions. Please be advised that this is not a cheap family day. Prices can start climbing quickly if you do everything in 1 day
Great place to take kids for having fun, especially on winter. My son likes trampoline and Bolling. We recommend Apex.
Went on Friday, February 23rd ,2024, with QCC as a field trip to Apex Entertainment. Me and my mom went on the trip. It was both of our first times going to Apex's ! Our packages include 1 hour and half of bowling ?? and 30 minutes of Arcade and Laser Tag sessions and food! The Bowling alley was really nice . The floors were really smooth. The food was pretty good, the chicken tenders were great and so were the chicken & cheese quesadilla's where really good ! Would definitely come back again in the near
The place is HUGE you can spend whole days in here (and thousands of $$). It's a lot of fun, it's clean and the staff is great. The food is soso. Average portions, salty fries, the steak and cheese was more onion and bread than steak. But the games are fun and there's something to do for everyone.
This review is for apex entertainment. We got there around 12 on a Saturday. It was not as busy as I thought it could be on a rainy day. Lots of bowling lanes with big and small balls. The cart racing looks cool but we didn't do it today. Arcade is cool with lots of machines and climbing courses right above it. 2 food/bar areas so plenty of space to spread out. Lots of staff around and the facility was clean. As the day went on it got busier and the trampoline park that is on the 3rd floor was packed by thi
It's really fun they have everything here. A gym which is really nice . A trampoline park that's one of the better ones I have been to. A mini golf place that is based of a dystopian world. Bowling that has cute animations. An arcade with so many fun games and awesome prizes. Bumper carts that you feel like your going to fly out of your seat. A rope coarse with challenge obstacles.
Crazy busy place on a weekend! Parking is a sport in and of itself. We bowled as a group of 10 on two lanes. It was a lot of fun, but the auto score system needed to be corrected a lot...and then we gave up.
Wasn't impressed with the staff,, everyone seemed kinda bitchy. Although there was tons to do from Axe throwing, go karts, bowling and the arcade.
Slow service for food and drinks. Be careful at the bar because they will over charge you and then insist it's correct and not fix it. Good options for kids activities. The axe throwing gets a 5 star but the bar and staff is awful! Completely made the wrong drink ordered too.
The entertainment options are fantastic and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. However, the food quality is disappointing. It would be amazing if the food were well-made and seasoned.
On the one hand, this place has everything? bowling, mini golf, arcade, go karts, escape rooms, X, throwing, trampoline, park, etc. On the other hand, everything is fairly pricey. A couple hours here could pretty much bankrupt your family.
It was a fun place to go. We did buy tickets for laser tag for a specific time slot and had to wait for the next one because there wasn't equipment available for us. Otherwise, it was a good time.
It's big and there are lots of things to do. There are party rooms if that's what you're looking for. The food is average American fare and it's fine for what it is.
I had my daughter?s 12th birthday party for a group of 10 at Apex. The host did an amazing job. Everything thing went smooth and the manager Caleb check in with us a couple of times to make sure my daughter?s day was good. Thank you to the team at Apex
Ally made my experience at Apex unforgettable. With a last minute plan to host my 13yr old birthday party here she made a chaotic moment very easy for myself and my family. She made sure we had everything and more and dealt with about 10 kids driving her crazy with grace
First, I want to say a big "THANK YOU" to Danny, Tye, & Eric for making my son's birthday a success and enjoyable. My son's reservation was missing on the event roaster due to changes made last month. Even though Apex was booked to capacity for the bowling and birthdays; Danny and Tye worked together making sure we had activities during the reserved time. They went above and beyond to make sure our son's day went well and was a success. We had Eric as our food server and he made sure food was brought on a t
Price is a little hefty but with a big group it pays off . And the indoors games are a blast
Mini golf was good. The go karts were decent but, if you arrive at the door for "3:48"like they tell you after waiting a half hour after paying and signing"the waver.". Don't expect to get right in at 3:48 but , rather 4pm as they will tell you "sorry we are running behind. This group is finishing up". It also doesn't help the guy at the door has a bunch of crumpled up slips making his job more disorganized and less timely I'm sure too. The girls at the desk seemed like they could care less to be there as w
Today was the second time I've ever been here, and it was pretty good once again. There really is so, so much to do here. For adults and children alike, you'll have a blast. Some of the help is pretty rude and act like you're bothering them, but they are teenagers that probably don't really want to be there. So dont expect them to be aiming for employee of the month. Me and my daughter both ordered chicken, cooked 2 different ways. The batch of chicken they had was really tough. Not edible, but this is out
Fun day with wife and granddaughter... A little adventure during school Spring vacation...always nice to go different places and e joy time with special people.
Nice clean entertainment complex with something for everyone. Arcades, jumpy section, go-karts, pool, bowling, axe throwing and other things for all ages. Should be noted that their wings are really good. We get the Buffalo and the Garlic Parm. Bartenders make good drinks!
Celebrated my daughters birthday party here and everyone had a blast. The food was actually good. Order food for about a group for 20+ people and the staff was very attentive. The bowling alley was great and clean. The atmosphere was fun and friendly great for families. The arcade was a bit crowded , but we went to Apex Kids and Apex bumper cars. Was a great birthday party!
This is a great indoor entertainment center, well designed, managed and maintained. Impressive amenities including go-karts, bowling, arcade and a bar/restaurant. On weekends it's quite crowded and loud, probably more pleasant on weekdays. Very good experience ??
The place is new and has lots of activities. It has bowling, go carting, arcade, laser tag and a really nice bar. The bowling alley is very good and new. We made a reservation and the whole experience was seemles. It was surprisingly crowded for a weekday afternoon. (in a good way)! I will definitely recommend for group activities or family day out.
Ally was absolutely amazing. We had so many different request, tabs, and many crazy kids running around and she handled it all like a professional and without any issues. She even helped with a cranky toddler and made her happy when no one else could. What a wonderful job Ally did.
This place offers lots of fun for every age from arcade games, mini golf, bounce room, trampoline park, pool tables, and more. Be prepared to shell out money in the arcade room. Each game is $2.00. Also, it was not fun dealing with overcrowding, parking was difficult to find, and the noise level was overwhelming and unbearable at times. Lastly, there was a security guard and group of patrons smoking ?? right in front of the doors where people enter the building. You could smell cigarette smoke inside fro
First and foremost this is actually my first time visiting a big amusement center. It has between 3 to 4 floors. Offers bowling, laser tag, go kart racing, bumper cars, mini golf, ropes course, sports stimulator, entire floor of arcade, and other services. It is crowded over the weekend, we were at Apex entertainment center around 8PM. Some of their services were fully booked due to early reservations! However the waiting for everything else was decent & not too long. Anywhere between 1-5 minutes. Also very
Our WHOLE family loves Apex!!! What an amazing place to blow off some steam and have next level fun?any day of the week! The size is HUGE - 100,000 square feet of fun for everyone. Plan our tour experience a bit in advance because there's just so many options once on-site - 30 lanes of bowling, a multi-level indoor go-kart track, laser tag, bumper cars, sport simulators, mini golf, and 70+ awesome arcade games. Seriously, what isn't there to do at APEX? All the fun & games of course means you work up an ap
I was expecting more from the advertisement. Go-karts are sub par , gaming area is not that great. Lazer tag is ok if you are into it . Bowling alley was pretty good. It was a lot of money to book times which I don't want to be on a schedule when I want to have fun .
A huge center with a variety of options for everyone. We came as a group of 15 on a Sunday afternoon around 2pm. It was busy but we were able to make a reservation for bowling and go karts without an issue. The lines for both ended up getting pretty long as the day progressed so I'd recommend going earlier rather than later. We made a reservation ahead of time for laser tag, which was fun. One member of our party had malfunctioned gear though, so he had to deal with that in the middle of the game. For bow
I really, REALLY enjoy Apex. There is something to do here for just about anyone and everyone. Do you like to bowl? Check . Arcade type games? Check. Laser Tag? Check. An inside Gokart track? Yup, CHECK. This is an all year round family destination. They have skill games such as shooting basketball, football accuracy, air hockey, and a bunch of claw machines (those might be more chance than skill). Good size function rooms are available to rent for events. They have "party" packages for birthdays. They ha
We hosted a birthday here and the party host from this place was an untrained kid that was pushy and annoying. Our party guests were making comments about it and made everyone feel uncomfortable. Called the manager to help us with this issue and had no response. I would not recommend this place to host a birthday party.
We had a horrible experience today in Arcade shop. Employees and managers are unprofessional, unqualified, rude and lying. We will take birthday celebrations to other places and won't recommend it to our friends as well.
This place has enough entertainment to make all ages happy. My kids had a blast. We did the trampoline park last so they both slept on the ride home. We did the VR and I highly recommend that.
It's not a bad place to go to enjoy their bowling, go-karts, arcade, and all the other businesses inside this place. Their "reverse ATMs are horrifying, but otherwise you can have a good time here.
Bowling was fun. A lot of good food and drink! Arcade was small and mini golf was limited but overall great place. Car racing looked cool.
Went to Apex for my nephew?s 21st and our server Josh was exceptional! We were a large group and it was a busy night. He still made sure we were well taken care of, took a few group pictures and was incredibly fun. Awesome job Josh!!
Craziest place i have ever seen. The coolest part there is the go carts but you have to sign basically your life away to ride them lol.
We went the 1st weekend they reopened after lockdown and had a blast. My kids had been with friends but it was my 1st time. We had way too much fun beating Centipede a few times and got so many tickets from the Arcade that they all left with large prizes. The go cart racing was a lot of fun too! Due to restrictions (at that specific time) that was all we were able to do but it was well worth the visit. When things can open up 100% again we will definitely be back! Also, the employees we encountered were all
I've been here on two separate occasions. First time was very fun, I did the kart racing and laser tag and I had so much fun, except my body was extremely sore after the kart racing. And the second time I Took my son and his friend to Apex for his birthday. Kids had a blast. Food is good and the drinks are on point ??
I booked two hour bowling vip lanes and six kids tickets to apex kids. At arrival to the location I soon realized it looked smaller than I thought it to be on website. After expressing my concern to a manager he exchanged my apex kids admission to use for the arcade machines. The bumper cars are tiny in a corner of the arcade game floor and the laser tag is not as big. Best part for a party of more than 10 people will be the bowling at the VIP lanes. They made a few mistakes with the $50 party orders by gi
Wow! What an attraction for kids and parents! Bowling, arcade, mini golf, go carts, axe throwing, kids play area, and much more. My family bowled for 1.5 hours in the VIP room. Usual bar food selection, but at a higher quality than other places. Full bar with beers on tap. Then we made our way to the kids play area ($7/kid per 30min). Then to the arcade - great mix of games for all ages. Overall, spent 3 hours there and kids are fast asleep in the car with their prizes.
We had 17 people in our group, Kaylee B. Was an amazing bartender, she was very polite, respectful and attentively to every detailed she was great, continued to do great you are amazing.
I went to apex on 11/29 last year and all the tickets on my 8 year old son's card that he had saved for a long time disappeared. I called them twice and left messages about this matter and no one ever called back. I sent an email and no one responded. I even went in person twice and each time they said they were still investigating and would get back to me. But now almost 3 months have passed and no one has contacted me. The service is really terrible!
We had an amazing experience! My kid and her friends had an absolute blast. The gaming, food, setup, and hosting were all exceptional. I highly recommend Apex Entertainment?it offers fantastic experiences for all age groups!
Arrived here for a work event on the lower level private room. Room was spacious. Staff was attentive. The private room offered a bar, bowling, pool. Appetizer and dinner was served buffet style. Food consisted of the basics, deli meats, cheese, fruits/veg, chicken. Dinner consisted of chicken, pasta, bread sticks, and salad. Food was ok. Bowling was a fun experience. The bowling pins/balls are lighter than other alleys. They did not stock Remy Martin at the bar. Hennesy was the alternative. All in all it w
A VERY busy place with alot happening. Several floors of different activities. A warning: for neurodivergent people it might be a bit too much. The noise, music, talking, tv, videos was ALOT. It was hard to concentrate on bowling. There are servers that will bring you a menu and bring food to your spot. That was fun and nice. If you love noise and confusion...this is your place. I would return and now I know what to expect.
The go carts are super fun, this complex is huge and so much to do. Was worried there would be a lot of children there but was a great mix.
My 8 yr old son and I recently visited the Apex center in Marlborough. We had an absolute blast! Highlights were the glow-in-the-dark mini-golf course and the arcade. My son was too short for the go-karts, but that was clear from checking the website in advance. We'll definitely be coming back soon for laser tag and bowling!
Apex Mini golf needs a facelift the course seems it could be nice however there were issues with not everything working and looking ragged
Bowling is a blast, the arcade full of choices, lots of activities to do, and a great atmosphere overall?a blast! 10/10; will go with friends again.
Went with a big party of 9 people and made a reservation to bowl for 2 hours ahead of time. Staff were friendly and manged to get everything for us we asked for. Our server, Patrick(?) Was also really great!! It was a lot of fun and the food was really good BUT the 2 lanes that we were on our broke down a couple times which chopped away at our time. Just there wear and tear of mechanical issues. The staff only added 5 extra minutes to our time... Which is better than nothing when we waited longer than that
We had a great time there?excellent customer service and decent food. I wouldn't recommend the strawberry lemonade, though??
Had a great time celebrating my niece's 5th birthday. It was crowded inside but we were able to play everything without much wait. The staff was very accommodating and check on us frequently. We would go back again
Best place .my first time in here omg.soo cool..the i drunk two. Margaritas. Play pool table. Ride the gold car. Whooo Amazing. The only thing is get ready to spend..couple hundred ????????
Great place to keep your family/kids busy for a while. They have good varieties of activities for children.
Such a great time at Apex! Go karts and bowling were lots of fun. Make sure to reserve your spots in advance.
Lots of great options for entertaining all ages. Brought my little girls here to play in the new apex kids and, while on the smaller side, it kept them entertained for a good hour. Rates were affordable and the place was pretty clean. We did go during a mild snow storm so it was pretty empty but that was a huge bonus. I do imagine it wouldn't be a pleasant experience if it was peak hours and crowds given the size. Having the big arcade downstairs was a big plus afterwards
Overall good place to go?but wish I had know how bad the arcade is before dropping money on it. :-o Good = go carts, rope course, mini golf and bowling Bad = 1) Arcade (found about 40% of the games just steal your money and do not work?this is NOT an exaggeration. It's like when you go to the arcades at the beach and the games just take your coins and don't do anything) 2) Food - I wasn't expecting great food or anything above bowling alley food?but the service is slow/sub par. Expect 1 hr+ before you s
Lots of fun activities for all ages! We had a fun experience there.
We did laser tag it's always fun ....wish they bring back is virtual game room
Totally overstimulating but they have some great activities all in one place. I went there for a birthday party and the woman who was the attendant was absolutely amazing! I just wish I had gotten her name to give her the credit.
Basically smells like old beer all of the time. It attracts a questionable crowd of corporate parties for the go carts and children for the other businesses. Planet fitness is why I'm There and sometimes the rest of the businesses are annoying. Whatever.
Super fun, so much to do. Escape room is not walk up service always make a reservation in advance, it's always booked.
Hah my daughters 5th birthday party here and service was excellent! Special thanks to Jay, Fiona and Sabrina for helping us throughout the whole event! They were very nice, patienced and helpful with anything we needed. Thank you for making Chloe's birthday special!
Great place to have family entertainment. Plenty of games to be played. It's located on different floors. It has a gym, bowling alley, mini golf, go carting, arcade games, break out room etc., Covid19 protocol strictly followed. Better to book in advance for certain games. Trampalin park for kids. Sanitisers kept every where. Masks compulsory. However many of the games were not open in the morning. Most of them open after 3 pm, perhaps during weekdays. One can have drinks and food while bowling. Plenty of
Looking for a fun time? This is definitely the place. Plenty of varieties of games to play. Bowling, food and drinks. A one stop place family night. Plenty of restrooms, clean diaper changing table.
It was kind of fun but their were problems with the things to do some of it didn't work
This is a great place for any age. They have a trampoline area with lots of places to jump and swing. There are arcades, pool tables, laser tag, bowling, bumper cars, rope climbing, and the go karts. They were a blast to drive! The food at the tavern inside was good also. I had the salmon BLT and it was very tasty. The parking is a bit tough, since so many people want to go and some construction is still going on next door. But make an effort to get here and spend a day. It is worth it!
Apex is surely the perfect name for this place. It is the epitome of an "all in one" place to go. You've got the arcade, bumper cars and sky walk which is perfect for the kids. In the same area you have an awesome lazer tag arena for all ages. Next to this whole area is the (in my opinion) highlight. The go kart track. They're fast, the roads are just challenging enough where any adult can have a blast as opposed to some courses where you feel you're just going in circles. On the other side of the course is
If you can't find something to do in this ?small? complex then you need to see if you have a pulse. Our problem was picking what we wanted to do in the time we had there
Went here on 12/4/24 for a company Christmas party. This place is amazing! Great staff, good food, and so much fun. Can't wait for next year's party.
Go kart staff reek of weed. The staff behind the counter for it look miserable and chatty with each other as they lean against the counter, their body language says it all.
The Arcade was a big hit for my children ages 11 and 9. HOWEVER, we were very disappointed that the age to drive the GoKarts was 16. That seems ridiculous. They are not automobiles. We didn't do the other activities as the Arcade Games were about $2.50 per try. We spent $100 in about 60 minutes. The prizes were fun for the kids. Unless you live really close to this business, it may be less expensive and more Enjoyable to hit up a less commercialized establishment.
Lots to do definitely recommend. Just make sure you allot enough time to make the most of the place. A little preparation goes a long way. The manager was very considerate and willing to accommodate my food allergies. She was going to clean out the microwave for me to use. If that manager is reading this, my aunt spoke to you for me, and I really appreciate what you were willing to do for me.
Probably been here 20 times over 3 years. Kids birthday parties, corporate events, family outings and just to play arcade games or bowling. The games are great. Bowling, ticket arcade (there are no old school arcade games anymore), laser tag are all really fun and pretty modern. Service is normally good. Food is often poor and after eating here several times, I would not recommend it. Come for the fun, maybe some drinks. Eat elsewhere.
Everything you'd wanna to do on a night out in one location?? They could skip the planet fitness n just add make that an IMAX theatre but hey still love it. One downfall is that feels like it closes so early for so much to do. 11pm on a Fri-Sat night? Parens night out seems to end too soon but def a good time.
Go Cart experience was very fun, it's very hard to pass someone with how tight the track is though
Certainly the place to be. Love the arcade there. Big fan of the connect 4 hoops, skeeball, and air hockey.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
