Customer Reviews

We went to a 5 year old birthday party. It was a bowling party. The kids had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. I felt everything was pretty pricy, but that is pretty par for today?s time.

?????????? I hosted a networking event at Andy B?s in Tulsa with our interns and leadership team?and it was absolutely fantastic! The manager, Ryland and his staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect for fun and connection. Everyone had a blast! 20 out of 10 ? we will be back. Highly recommend for team events, parties, or just a great time out!

We have a great time as a family! Even the baby has fun while we bowl, play in the arcade, and grub on some appetizers

The arcade here was pretty fun although a couple machines were down. Bowling was great and laser tag was super fun. Great place to bring the kids for a couple hours!

This is the perfect place for a night out with the kids or just for the adults. The two options of bowling on the open floor or the lighted room makes it fun for all ages. The food and drink options are vast and are delicious. The laser tag, go-carts and game room keep the fun going until you can go no further. We always have a blast at Andy B's and will always go there when we are looking for a great night out!

Loads of games were broken. Many took money off card but did not work. Bowling was fun and escape room was good. Go karts sucked. I was not able to participate due to shoes.

Me and a friend came here one night to do the unlimited bowling in the VIB area. To my surprise the entire VIB area was closed for ?maintenance? and online it said nothing about this. I decided that we may as well bowl in the normal area since we were already there, but after just the first two rolls, both balls got stuck and none of the pins would come back down. After all of these things I decided it was best we went elsewhere and so I decided to ask for a full refund to my card. The original lady I was s

Great place for kids and family. Friendly staff good food

Always have such a great time here. The mega deal getting $100 arcade play for $40 is insane and stacks with half priced game mondays. Always clean and workers are great. Ticket payouts on machines are generous if you know the right ones. Shout out to Chase for being incredible and helping us anytime my wife and I hit the max payout on machines and locked it. After 5 hours in the arcade and spending $120 we managed ti get this quest 3. The value, fun, and staff at Andy Bs cant be beat.

Had my 40th birthday party here everything was great! The food the service the attractions all made for an amazing event!

Drove all the way from Kansas City to throw a birthday party for our son. We were so excited to be in Tulsa as this was our first time. The staff at Andy B?s are EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! There was not one nice or helpful employee working there. The go-karts were not worth anything. No games that were worth playing. We spent $350 for a birthday party that wasn't worth $1. All around horrible experience. I would recommend doing your research and holding a birthday party somewhere else.

So fun, I would love to visit again

We have been throwing our son birthday parties at Andy B's since he was 6 years old. This year he turned 13, and I think this year's party was the very best!! Chuck is amazing and took care of everything helping the boys move seamlessly from attraction to attraction with no delays!! He made sure everyone had a GREAT time!! Andy B's is a great place for all ages and has definitely given our family some great memories!!

I have visited twice recently and has a really good/solid experience each time. The first time I went, i noticed how one of the employees was helpful in explaining which bowling balls to use and made himself available for any questions that we had. I was there with my family and we have a mix of experience between us. We also drove the go karts which was a lot of fun. The second time I went the standard bowling wasn't available due to maintenance. We had to do glow bowling instead. That was a fun experienc

Zane was the kindest worker. He was working so hard on Juneteenth! He made a difference in my family?s day together!! Even though he had a ton of orders, he was efficient with a constant smile on his face!

This event turned out really nice. Everyone was very grateful and repeatedly told me so. They definitely had plenty to eat and bounced back and forth from lane to lane building their relationships as friends and become more and more caring loving and the bonds between them gets stronger each and every time we spend time away from work with each other. A special thanks to the owner (Monte) of our company Titan ES for his generous love and desires to pull us all in together in special events like this. Thanks

Showed up on a Saturday (4/19) morning at 11 o'clock, which is when the go karts were supposed to open. They didn't open the go-karts doors until 11:30. We drove all the way across town just to ride go-karts so I was already frustrated that we had to wait 30 minutes (No, it was not from a long line. We were the first ones to ride that day). We proceeded to buy four go-kart passes for 2 people with the intent to ride twice. After the first round, my daughter was nauseous so I politely asked for a refund of t

We had the best day filled with bowling, go karts, arcade games and laser tag! We were impressed by the quality of food, games and even prizes. This place is fantastic for a family fun day or a party. Five stars for the experience and customer service!

Staff is great. No shortage of games and lanes. Could definitely use a facelift. Especially the parking lot and exterior. It does look a little run down until you get inside.

Super fun place for a date night! Went to the VIP Bowling and Austin L. gave good recommendations for food/drinks to help us out. The arcade had good variety as well, overall a super chill place!

Had my son?s 6th birthday party here on April 27th. Koda was our party attendant and was great! She was on top of everything and made sure the party went smoothly. Everyone had a great time. Thank you Andy B?s and Koda for a great birthday!

Our family had the best experience here. The staff was personable, attentive, and professional. Even with the small mishap being overlooked in the go-kart line, the manager quickly resolved the issue and gave us vouchers to return at a later date. The food is amazing. I highly recommend the BIP bowling room. It's worth the extra investment. We chose Andy B's over Main Event for our Christmas outing and goodness, and we are glad we did. We felt like we were at home, and the entire family had a blast. We will

Me and my sister went for the first time today and had SO much fun. We bowled and drove the go carts. Everyone was friendly and we'll definitely be back. Highly recommend. ??

The worst place in the world to bowl. If you or anyone you know want to do ANY kind of league or bowling in general there.... DONT!!! There is no lane buffer... they will put people that have no lane edicisy. Whoever is running this place needs to be fired... NOW!!!

I enjoyed bowling. It has been a long time but it sure has gotten pricy. $27.00 for 1 hour. This seems to be a nice place. Very busy but the lane I was on had a few breakdown issues. They were great about extending my time though. I will go back

12 games were malfunctioning, at an arcade with under 100 games that's crazy 1/10 games were failing. Food was close to the category of hospital food. Spent over $100 here and half the time was trying to explain to my kids why the games weren't working. Almost all the games would either fail to register the card or double charge.

Had a great time bowling with my son. Lanes were open and atmosphere was good. The guy at the counter was a tad rude or annoyed. Other than that it was great

It was clean. The kids had a great time. We thought we would only be there for an hour. But we all was having a great time that we didn't notice the time at all. We play games and then bowling and then more games. It was fun. The food was really good too

7 bucks for laser tag and go carts is a little steep, but they do have great specials like double tickets on prizes on certain days and kids eat free specials

Gigi was the best bartender I've ever had she's so sweet and personable and made me whatever I wanted! I couldn't even taste the alcohol and it was a double lol! Will be coming back just to see her ??

Genean was our bartender and she made our whole night so fun and memorable! She is so personable and sweet. We will for sure be coming back to hang with her ??

In short - just a gross disappointment with some shady practices. We went to Andy B?s this past Memorial Day weekend. The inside area was gross; leaks with buckets, ceiling tiles removed, attractions closed, dirty conditions. Their happy hour is between 4pm-6pm, and they did not have an ABO licensed staff member scheduled until 6pm. They were out of the majority of the beers that were happy-hour-priced. And this isn't their fault, but it was disappointing - the go carts are fairly slow. They're electric bec

They don't double the tickets on most of the machines on Tuesdays. Laser tag and go carts aren't available either.we still had a good time for our 13 years old boy birthday party.

Friends took us for the first time. They make a great margarita!! Loved the atmosphere. Kids had fun bowling. Friendly staff! Overall Good night out.

Went with friends on a Saturday! The VIP bowling lanes were mostly private and a lot of fun :) we had great food and service from Austin L. was fantastic!

The staff will bunch up on the floor and talk about whoever is bowling, while the worst bartender in any zip code starting with 7 tells you he's clocking in soon (it's 5:05 so maybe 5:10ish is when shifts start ?) anyways yeah, I really wanted to spend more money but I have been forced NOT to by the staff. Strange.

Food was pretty good, staff was nice and very helpful, a lot if the games did not work, so.e games Dubble charged and others charged the game card but did not start.

This establishment not only wasted almost $150 in hard earner dollars in a little over an hour, the response I received from employees while voicing complaints added major insult to injury. We were celebrating my daughter's birthday bringing along a couple of their friends and decided to try an escape room first. Costing $108 with tax, we ventured into an escape room with a low battery walkie talkie and walked in circles for nearly 30 minutes. A handle was busted off a cabinet door leaving us incapable of p

I've been several times. Best place to bowl in town. Nice lanes, the VIB area is a lot of fun and reasonably priced during the day. Good food, helpful staff.

We had my granddaughters birthday here and it was great! Our party host Chuck was outstanding! Request him. We got so much for the price of the party event. So worth it.

Manager used her arcade card on an arcade machine I was using, which blocked all tickets from being added to my card. Lost 20k tickets and about 200$ of game credit because of it. When I asked her about it, she denied it ever happened and refused to reimburse my tickets or money.

We loved our evening at Andy B?s. They have arcade games, bowling, go karts for kids as well as for the adults. The customer service was good and quick.

Great pass time for all ages. The go-karts are marketed more towards the younger crowd. The arcade has a decent selection of games but a handful of them were either obviously broken or we discovered they were broken, only after using some of our credits which was a bit disappointing. Bowling is great though!

I love this place for me traveling with family it's so much fun specially the go karts and arcades and bowling are the best 1000 percent to recommend.

We paid for unlimited bowling on a Friday night. Was on lane 2. The lane was broke down 70% of the time. We were told help was on the way but it sure took forever to get help. We ordered a quesadilla. We made it clear we only wanted the chicken and the cheese on it. When it came it had a bunch of pico on it. Tried to take it back after eating a couple of bites. Was told they couldn't do anything about it. So we were 14 dollars ripped off. We were just trying to get it made right or even just a trade for fre

Zane was the kindest worker. He was working so hard on Juneteenth! He made a difference in my family?s day together!! Even though he had a ton of orders, he was efficient with a constant smile on his face!

A lot of entertainment under one roof!!! Escape rooms, laser tag, arcade, ticket collecting, eating, drinking, and bowling!!! Reminds me of a few places back home from my youth. They can handle big reservations, like the TAA function Mardi Gras Bowl! Which turned out fun!!! Take your family and friend tonight!!!

We went bowling here. While the service was good, the pins kept having to be reset. The reason for the 4 stars is we went up to the desk 3 times before they showed us how to reset them ourselves.

We had amazing service, Josh went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Great food and has tons of fun

Not very professional rude staff my kids couldn't fit on the go karts and they wouldn't give me my money back for the tickets I was highly upset and furious and it was for my cousins 11th birthday party we drove all the way here from Kansas City Missouri and this is how we get treated that's sad and I def will not be referring anyone to you guys establishment

We had fun. The arcade was a bit lacking. We were very disappointed that we could not use the go karts because they charge them from 4-6 but have no signage saying so. They're reasonably priced. Staff was nice but there was some preferential treatment.

I went yesterday with two of my adult children. We did an escape room (our first), laser tag, and go-karts. The escape room was fun, even though we didn't complete it entirely. We struggled on some instructions and basic experience. The laser tag was our favorite. They have a good spin. And go-karts were a typical experience - which is to say, enjoyable. We'll be back.

Brandon Crawley I?s the best bar tender! And Andy Bs has really stepped their games up! Great family time! ? Ask for Brandon C!!!!!!

Lots of games (some broken), bowling, go carts, laser tag, escape rooms (when they are open)...cheap food expensive prices. It's a fun stop from time to time.

I came in the other day with family and the manager sierra was very helpful and kind, we will be coming back soon.

Bartender Gigi was great! Not often have I had a bartender come to the lane and check on us! Fast service!

Gigi has the best customer service at Andy B?s. She makes the best drinks and makes you feel like at home. Thank you! :)

I had a very great experience when I was there. The staff was very friendly. The Establishment was very nice and clean. One guy behind the desk even remembered my name when I first came in to when I left. The food was amazing I had the chicken bacon ranch french fries which was suggested to me. I would definitely recommend anybody going there and I would go back again.

Love Andy B's their shoes are comfy, the place is clean, food is good, Staff is nice. I got the children bowl free pass for my son this summer and also paid 25 dollars to go anytime we want till the end of August. Not a bad deal all we paid for was our shoe rental.

We love love LOVE this place!!! If you work the specials it is a very affordable place to bowl and play games! The "Kids Bowl Free" summer program is awesome, and I got the family pass so her father and I can bowl with her all summer long for just $20! On Mondays, the games in the arcade, go-karts, and laser tag are all half price... and on Wednesdays, you get a free kids meal with any food purchase of $9 or more! We go here ALL the time!! ????

Had a company event and it was great!!! So many activities to do and my family had so much fun. Am definitely going again soon!

Was overpriced. $20 for 1 hr of bowling. We went for Spring break and it was $27 for bowling, Lazer tag, games but they wouldn't do it on the weekends. So we only bowled for an hour

Good people working there and it was a blast for us and we're adults! Me and my wife had a great day there.

We had so much fun today celebrating our kiddo for graduation and birthday! Nice staff, clean rentals and the VIP room was pretty slick. We enjoyed a game while having pretty much the entire room to ourselves.we did get 2 beers and a lemonade which cost $17?a bit overpriced. Other than that everything else was great and we will return! Thank you Andy B!

We had gone to ask about escape room reservations and what would happen if people didn't show up. We were told that there would be a refund for people who didn't show up by a manager. We had 2 people who didn't show up. Asked for a refund and refused to give us a refund they had promised us. The escape room was fun and the employee at the desk was nice. Managers shouldn't promise things they can't deliver on when they need the gm managers approval.

I loved and my family enjoy. It was fun time. I went twice, it was a great experience.

It's a FUN & *VERY,* *VERY,*CLEAN* atmosphere. My Daughter & I where there this afternoon and was IMPRESSED with their operation of professionalism and hospitality! (WICH ALL OF THE ABOVE IS SUPER IMPORTANT TO ME AS A PARENT OF A BEAUTIFUL 6 YEAR OLD GIRL GOING THROUGH THIS COVID-19 PLAGUE) I will DEFINITELY recommend anyone to go ENJOY, RELAX & FEEL SAFE from what I/WE just experienced today. And for that I thank all of you @ #ANDY'B, BOWLING! *See y'all soon* *****Sincerely: Matt Garner***** (((((( M

Took the grandkids bowling during thunderstorms, they also did an escape room. Nachos and queso dip.

Paid extra for the vib room. There was no reason to pay extra the bar was not Open. The seating was cramped. Kids were running through all the lanes.

Brandon crawley is the best bartender ever! I always come here to have the best time

Kids love it, Birthday parties, Videos games , My 1st. Time there ,you name it they have alot of it. GO ANDY B's!!!

We had a great time on family vacation here!!!! The staff was amazing .Jakob Black was so very kind AND the laser tag staff was awesome. Also ?Outstandin Brandon? was great too!! The staff really makes this place great!! Good Job Guys!!!!

Waited 1 hour 45 min for go karts and didn't get to ride, was first in line for over 30 min and the birthday parties got priority, at no point were we told that they get priority and they also don't have it posted.

One of the gentleman that worked here actually had my son jumped in the parking lot by him and a couple of his friends was very unruly was taking shots behind the bar while he was on the clock we let the manager know they did nothing about it this place is as ghetto as the people that work there I would not recommend going here for family night

The bartender Gigi is awesome great customer service and the drinks were so gooodd!! 10/10

Gigi is awesome one of the best bartenders always remembers drinks and never empty....

Lots to do, bowling, laser tag, arcade games, and go karts. The pizza is actually pretty good and they have a decent selection of beer on tap. All in all a great way to spend a family friendly evening!

I gave this a low score because the arcade has changed from a place where kids can simply have fun into what feels like a legalized casino for children.

My grandchildren had a great time and want to go back again. Bowling and go carts. We didn't have enough time to do the Lazer tag. Next time we will go earlier. The staff was extremely helpful, in the bowling area and the go cart area. That is why they get as many stars as they received. The only complaint is the price of a fountain drink. That is some Silver Dollar City prices for a drink.

WAS NOT THRILLED ABOUT PURCHASING PASSES TO RIDE GO CARTS AND GETTING BUMPED FOR TWO BIRTHDAY PARTYS. WE TOO ARE CELEBRATING A BIRTHDAY TODAY. TO ADD INSULT THE GIRL IN THE GO CART AREA SUGGEST WE GET A REFUND. THE FRONT DESK OPERATOR AND MANAGER SAID NO REFUNDS FOR GETTING BUMPED AND THE ONLY CONCESSION WAS TO TRADE FOR LASER TAG. WE DIDNT COME TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT FOR LASER TAG AND WE DIDNT APPRECIATE GETTING BUMPED FROM BEING NEXT IN LINE TO OVER AN HOUR WAIT. THE "MANAGER" SAID HE COULDNT REFUND. THA

No deals on Saturday. No food due to maintenance; no update online. We left and took the family to Incredible Pizza; where my money was better spent.

Had so much fun! The bartender was supwr nice. Great food fun games!!!!

Fun place to bowl. Had the fried wanton chips w/ cream cheese dip and it was delicious!

Was fun kids had fun.. Won alot of tickets.. The food and drinks was on the pricey side..

I've been to Andy B's twice now and have walked away both times quite impressed, especially for what appears from the outside to be a simple bowling alley. The first time I went I was able to try the go karts. Let me tell you that these karts aren't the tack-on kind you find at some places. You may only go in a simple loop, but for such a little place the speed is fairly satisfying. Recently, we came here simply to bowl with family. Oftentimes when you think of bowling alleys you think of dirty, rundown pla

Revised Review: Andy B?s was our go to date night, the arcade on Mondays being half off was amazing until the game prices became almost the same price half off as they were full price when we first started coming. It will always hold a place in our hearts but the increasing prices and decreasing quality have made us look for another date night location.

A little pricy for what it is, but overall friendly staff and a fun experience!

Me an my son had a great time at Andy B's. We played games and we drove go-carts,we had a blast

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
