5 Stars! Andy B?s was a blast! Super fun atmosphere that's perfect for families. The lanes were clean, the games were exciting, and the food was way better than your typical bowling alley?everything we tried was delicious! A big shoutout to our server, Erica?she was awesome! Friendly, attentive, and made sure our family was taken care of. We'll definitely be coming back for more fun nights like this!

Stopped in for a bit with my family. We had so much fun. We had rented the private space, service was mid. We just had to go order ourselves from the bar, so maybe save your money & bowl on the other side.

The food was great but the service was even better. Erica was the best!!! She went above and beyond the entire time we were there. When I mentioned it was hot in there, she hunted down a fan and then found a stool to put it on to make us more comfortable. The sweetest! I'll definitely be back, just because of her ????

I bowled very often in the 90s but it had been nearly 20 years since we went. When this was Heritage Lanes it was my regular hangout so I was so happy to find that it had been renewed and refurbished by people who love and care about bowling, not an arcade with lanes as an afterthought. We came in at the last minute for my birthday and had a great time! Marty took the time to show us around and tell us about all of the different things to do. She was so nice! We bowled for an hour, played games in the arcade, and ordered some beers and apps. Our server was Sel and she was also great! Everything worked perfectly and the whole place was really clean and well maintained.

We came here on a weekday night for bowling to celebrate our twins birthday. It was so much fun, the food was actually really good, our waitress was the best I really wish I could remember her name to give her credit, I do know her name starts with. ?Sh?. Not a good place to order food. The bowling was fine, but I arrived on a Wednesday evening and No employees greeted me and my two children as we entered. We went and sat down by the small bowling area where my kids wanted to bowl. We were hoping to have dinner and "kids eat free" on Wednesdays. We saw several staff members hanging around and talking but no one came to ask us what we would like to eat or do. We had a good time bowling here for an hour, as well as having some drinks. My only issue would be the lighting on the lanes changed so much that it threw me off on my aim a few times.

We celebrated our daughter?s 6th birthday at Andy B?s. Christian was our attentive and super friendly party host. She helped us with ~ 40 people and we always had what we needed. Kaye and Siena are also extremely helpful.

This is tough. Heritage lanes was my go-to for bowling. We tried Andy B's today and I'm on the fence. The bowling area (what's left of it) is nice by all means, but I can see they went cheap (probably for easy maintenance) and the pins are just on ropes now. Sometimes they didn't fall when they should, other times the machine had a few minutes of trouble getting them all to stand up. Kinda cheapy feeling/looking. My family and I decided to visit Andy B's last night for a great family outing. We weren't disappointed. The atmosphere was very lively, exciting, and fun. The food was good and everywhere we looked, we saw someone having a great time. I especially love the new furniture, decor, art, and lighting. We'll definitely be back soon.

During my second visit, my workplace booked time for us to bond over duckpin bowling and axe throwing. We had such a fun time here! The small team I work with is mostly hybrid, so I appreciated Andy B's being a fun place to reconnect. We ordered some pizza and chips and queso to the table while we bowled. I was here for a company event. It was a lot of fun here. The pool table was so cool! Employees very nice. Games were very fun. They were very expensive, though. There were only 2 VR games, and kids playing them were not into sharing, lol, so maybe a couple more would be cool. At one point, by the pool table is a TV, it had professional pillow fighting playing on it. It was really funny, looked just like UFC.

Heritage Lanes isn't the best bowling alley in the city, and it's far from the worst.?Front desk needs a more attentive and perky person for front greeter to be the 1st point of contact. Nice bowling alley! We went on a weekday evening & spent $30 for one hour of bowling for 2 people, reasonable price for a fun evening. Location also has food & full bar, axe throwing & arcade. Will definitely visit again!

Overall ok experience, was going here since I was in middle school when it was called heritage lanes. Decided to try it out with a group of friends 8 of us. First we got charged for 14 pairs of rental shoes when we only had 8 and asked for a refund. I said jokingly if we can have a appitizer for the troubles for the over charge of shoe rentals, nothing was given. We tried out the VIB bowling lanes where it's a private room. Our ball machine got jammed 3 times within the hour and we had to wait for an employ

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Worst service i have ever experienced. Waitress came by once every 45 minutes. Ordered a neet bourbon, they served it in a 1.5 oz shot glass and shorted me a half ounce each pour. Glasses were dirty and had food particles on them. Bartender is not a real bartender, doesn't seem to know the basics. Had to send some food back because it was spoiled.

We had an incredible time at Heritage Lanes for my daughter?s 15th bday! The staff was super friendly and very helpful, everything was clean and tidy too. We have already planned to go back once a month for family night. Thanks Heritage Lanes for a memorable night!

We only went for bowling but it was great. Didn't buy any food because a pretzel alone was $12 which seems excessive to me but we left and got food elsewhere

0 stars. Our waiter forgot our drinks and appetizers. We received no napkins. He didn't refill any of the children?s drinks. Our checks were presented before we were ready. It just felt very inappropriate and unwelcoming. As we were finishing our game the waiting staff were very quick at cleaning but impolite and disregarding of the children who were present with their dish cart. I would advice a few other bowling alleys main even Round one bowling and arcade Dust bowl for adults. Or even your local alley

Marty and Erica were absolutely phenomenal and made our time here extremely enjoyable!! We were a group of 4 adults and we all had a great time and will be back!!!

We all had a fantastic time! Facility is easy to access, well maintained, and has plenty if space and variety for activity. Great bowling and arcades, food, and drinks were excellent. The staff were very kind and helpful and took care of everything we needed. Definitely coming back again. Highly recommended!

Had a couple of hiccups with our lanes other than that it was pretty great. Marty was helpful & knowledgeable, Mercedes and Selena were top tier as customer servers. Doug was first class, corrections were made. They will continue to receive my business.

Everytime we take a trip to the city we always end it with a few hours here it's usually right where they open so it's the perfect time to play some game and eat! The food was great very flavorful and fresh always a great experience when we come here!

Only nice thing about this place was the atmosphere. And even that was ruined. This Company had either poor/lack of planning and/or communication. We arrived for a party. Was told over the phone that our event was reserved from 2-6. We get there at 2 and are told we are an hour late and that the reservation was from 1-4. And to make up for the confusion we could keep the four reserved lanes until 6. Well 4pm came around and servers practically forced us out of our seating and lanes. Cleaning up everything

My family of 8 went to Andy Bs, and we all had the best time. Marty was amazing. She was able to accommodate our large group without any reservations and was an absolute joy. She single handedly made our experience great!!

I loved this place, it was really fun and our server Selena was great, she was one of the most polite servers I've had at a arcade, she kept coming back and we didn't even need to ask for help or just attention, she was plain out great and it was just a really good experience.

We took our kids today and had a wonderful time! Marty at the front desk was exceptional! She was so kind and helpful and really added a special touch to our visit. We will be back soon to try some of the other activities.

The teachers from my daughter's school booked the bowling alley for their students. It was very busy but the staff managed to help with all the chaos and the kids thankfully had alot of fun. They have a bar here for the adults, arcade area where the kids can win tickets for prizes. Plenty of lanes to handle large amounts of traffic.

This bowling alley far exceeded our expectation. It's big, clean, and modern. Their food was absolutely delicious, better than at most sports bars, not to mention the staff was so kind, expecially Marty. We plan on being faithful customers, thank you for giving us a wonderful experience.

We come to Heritage Lanes as a work group some Mondays, and we love it. They have a crazy special on Monday nights, so we can have fun on a budget. The staff is friendly and remembers their regular customers, and the food is pretty good! The drinks are a little on the expensive side since you don't get free refills, but everything else is great. There's also an arcade with a prize area and a bar with pool tables and shuffleboard.

My boyfriend's family and I just came here for the first time. Sequoyah was our server, and she was very friendly, welcoming, and gave us great service. Their lemon pepper boneless wings are the best I have ever had; they're better than Buffalo Wild Wings. Very juicy and flavorful. They're honestly the reason I'm writing this review. Their fries, ranch, and strawberry margaritas are also amazing. They have a really cool pool table that's in the shape of a '65/1st gen Mustang too. Highly recommend this place

For those who have not visited this place, all I would have to say is that you are missing out. We had our son's 6th birthday, our hostess was fabulous the kids loved the Duckpin bowling and so did the parents, an absolute blast! Everyone has so much fun did I mention our hostess was amazing!!!

It took over 30 minutes for the server to help us get drinks after having to request someone. Then the lady took our drink order and it took 20 minutes to get our drink. It was the worse service for the most expensive bowling in town.

I came here because I've heard great things. The bowling lanes, arcade, and cleanliness are all up to par. I'm very impressed. However, we played the arcade games and when we checked out tickets it was 395. When we went to get our nephew something we were told we didn't have enough even though we did and instead of the employee trying to listen to us and figure out what we could do and laughed in our face and said ?well I don't know what to tell you??I looked at potentially having our work holiday Christmas

This was my second time here and Marty was so so wonderful helping me with everything I needed. When ahe greeted me and it was so warm, I genuinely felt like i could just give her a hug. Erica is a super friendly & knowledgeable bar tender. She let us know about all the specials available throughout the week! But as someone who used to bowl in a league when it was previously "Heritage Lanes", we miss the properly oiled lanes necessary for real bowling... That said, this definitely seems like a great "family entertainment center" and maybe a good spot for company parties. We'll be back to try out the axe throwing.

This was an assistant manager that was rude to me because of what I don't know she thought but I talked to a manager this morning and he agreed with her putting her arms around one of the workers neck pulling her away from me. If I could leave a no star review I would. We went at 4pm on a Sunday and it wasn't busy. There were empty lanes and yet no balls of consistent size on the racks to pick from. The ball return on each lane was cluttered with abandoned balls and employees standing around on their phones talking to each other. Selena was our server and provided awful service. Haven't been bowling in years, went here for my wife's boss's birthday, surprising to me is that it was super clean. Most places I been too have been on they pretty dirty kinda nasty side, not this place. The atmosphere was a whole vibe on its own. The staff was super chill, shoe rentals and lane rentals were reasonable, the food was a bit pricey to me but not so much that you couldn't afford it just a little more on the higher side. Music was great, food was good aside from the prices.
