We went here for a team-building event and tried the duckpin bowling, it was a great experience! The venue is spacious and well-suited for group events. They also have bars with a wide selection of drinks, which added to the fun atmosphere. We had buffet-style food, including a variety of desserts, appetizers, cold cuts, chips, pizza, and wings. The food was surprisingly delicious, especially for a gaming venue. The go-kart track looked awesome, though we didn't get to try it since we were busy with our du
Took my grand babies (11 & 8) and had a blast. The games non vip are soo reasonably priced. Most are just $1 a swipe and the coin machines are hott??! Won a grand prize!
Man ... what to say. Kids loved it . As they came back with full bags with goodies... we, the parents, enjoy the Coctails on the bar downstairs. Yes, they were good. But man ... first impression fancy and then broken machines and lines and lines and lines of people waiting.... that kill the entire vibe . Busy full of people and running kids. Pricey, of course . If I did not have a kid who enjoyed that type of activity, I wouldn't step in.
This was my first time visiting Andretti's. I came for the F1 event held today April 13, 2025. My son and I Arrived around 9am, we were the 1st people to sit in the sky bar area. We were seated at the 1st table top across from the elevator and slightly off center from TV # 24. We sat there for the entire time we were there. At no time did we receive service or have any interactions with any staff members excluding the check in staff. Everyone around us received service except us. I will never come back t
Honestly, a disappointing experience. Paid $75 for 3 people for just 8 minutes of karting, but could barely complete a proper lap because people kept crashing. There were around 10 yellow flags during those 8 minutes, and frustratingly, the yellow flag time still counts against your racing time, which made it feel like a total waste. I did end up winning the race, but it didn't feel rewarding at all. The electric karts were just okay ? nothing special ? and the indoor track felt small and cramped compared t
Very cool experience and concept. Indoor track is pretty neat. Nice banquet halls for functions and the food was pretty tasty. I recommend a different venue in regards to company meetings or birthday parties.
Went here for a company event and they treated us great. Had a great setup for the food upstairs. The food and service was good. The races were fun. We had 3 races and was a shame that because of timing of each race that most people couldn't watch anyone else's race. I get it overall for timing reasons but would have made the event better. Liked the actual kart and track. Wish they had a few helmets with gopro mounts or better explanation about what you would need to bring to use your own (maybe I am just n
This is such an awesome place to take your kids! i was treated really nicely by the staff. The vibe was great but i wanted to shout out one of the employees that really stood out! Obie really showed that he loves his job and took really good care of my kids on the mini mario track. I would 100% come back here.
Awesome establishment!! Me, my kids (12, 15 & 24), my DIL (24), & a couple of friends planned a family outing for NYE!! We had a blast!! We bought a small attraction/arcade package online to save some money and make it easier to get through the line. There was no wait, it was kept very clean & all the staff we came across were very nice!! It wasn't too crowded when we got there but it was starting to fill up as we were leaving. We didn't get to do everything we had planned because we were late getting there
I recently visited Andretti Indoor Karting & Games and had an amazing time! The facility is top-notch, with multiple tracks catering to different skill levels, making it perfect for everyone from beginners to experienced racers. The arcade is huge and offers a wide variety of games to enjoy. Plus, the food and drink area is spacious and perfect for grabbing a bite or hosting events. Overall, it's a fantastic place for a fun day out! Highly recommend!
Andretti Indoor Karting definitely delivers when it comes to entertainment for kids ? from the arcade games to the rides, there's no shortage of fun. The place is exciting and full of energy, which makes it a great destination for families. However, the experience is seriously affected by the wait times. It's not just the lines for attractions ? even something as simple as loading money onto arcade cards can take 30 minutes. And if you don't load enough the first time? Prepare to wait in that same long lin
This is an absolute experience. The Karting is to notch. Plenty of gaming and a great location with lots to do. We only did 1 race! Should have done more! Make a Rez! The bathrooms were clean staff was nice.
Horrible Horrible Horrible? Not all staff but at least 3 staff members failed to realize that they are in the people business? Very short and nasty. Talked crazy to children when they crashed or spun out. It's sad but those individuals ruined the highly anticipated first experience there! The young lady at the register was pleasantly accommodating with the questions we had. The gentleman that gave the safety briefing before the race was awesome. The tall young lady with locs ?nasty attitude! She should pro
It was our first family visit to Andretti & we had a blast! Our kids loved Mini Mario, laser tag and the arcade! They enjoyed watching their older cousins ride the junior go karts. We will definitely be back.
These karts r really fast and slide around. Will make you a great driver and it's alot of fun. Entire facility is great for all ages, including multiple bars and the food is also good and healthy too. Laser tag and arcade stuff works great too, plus vr
It's April 5th, Systems were down so nothing worked properly. 90% of Arcades work without cards and none of the games have connectivity. Many many of the Arcades broken. All ticket and prize games are down and it looks like it's been that way. The whole place is running on wrist bracelets. Complete chaos and this place is a nightmare!!! I recommend you don't come until they get it fixed
We have gone to Andretti on several occasions (mostly kids birthdays) and we came away thrilled. The latest visit was with family and we had a bunch of teenage kids how love sports cars. It was not a busy day and this allowed them to get into the go kart races without a wait time. We also had them try out the racing simulator at the front entrance. The staff were very helpful to get the kids setup especially for one of them who was shorter and needed a booster seat. The simulator is by far our favorite acti
I love this place! Great place to take the family and enjoy a family night out. Or put some fun in date night. Either way, it's a little expensive but so much fun. Very friendly and attentive staff. Clean bathrooms. Come and bring your family or date. We always have fun here. Near Grandscape
Andretti is an amazing place to race! The track is really fun with lots of twists and turns, and the go-karts are fast and smooth. The whole place is clean, the staff is friendly, and it's a great spot to hang out and have fun with friends or family. Highly recommend!
We had my daughter?s 10th birthday party here. It was fantastic! They were extremely responsive and gave great directions leading up to the party. We had some last minute changes they were able to accommodate as well. The person helping us kept all 16 kids together during all the different activities. Will definitely be back!
03/22 I visited Andretti Karting with group. Had a good time by eating at Thirsty Lion and me and group friends from church try to play games only (we chose the Arcade only $25 option) but practically every game we tried to play it had ?Sorry for inconvenience? paper and for the games that did work it caused people/patrons like us to wait in a line. Seeing this, me and friend/church group decide to get refund because the experience playing games and all would definitely not a good one if we even try to. Al
The staff at the Kart area could be more professional and respectful. We were treated dismissively at times, with some staff members even telling us to go to the back of the line without clear reasons. Additionally, the helmets didn't seem to be sanitized properly, which raises concerns about hygiene?especially in situations where multiple people may be using the same equipment. They yelled at us because we were 2 minutes before our schedules time. Long wait times.
Apparently they had some sort of cyber attack and their system was shut down. There is a letter on the website and one 9.5 x 11 piece of paper on one door explaining this. However, it didn't mention that half of the games were unavailable. A larger sign or someone explaining more prior to purchase would have been helpful. The two hour package was a good deal for $25, especially if you don't care that you can't play half the games. On the plus side, the drinks were delicious and most staff was more than plea
I loved the go-karts, but if you want to go faster than 25mph, you need to provide some sort of driving license/permit. The track itself is very ambient and aesthetically pleasing. There are lots of areas for parties and arcade games, and upstairs there is a really nice place to take pictures (white seating area upstairs) overall, its a great place to come at a Saturday/Sunday evening or night.
We only had a few hours to spend here. My 19 and 16 yr old grandsons did the race ?? which they had a fantastic time. They got 2nd, & 3rd place! It's pricey...$80 per person for 3 events that don't take long to complete. So be prepared to drop some money here.
First time going and I had a blast. Great customer service. Will bring family next time
Very good place for indoor fun especially for kids. Kids had much fun. I wish the bowling should?ve been full sized as supposed to be small kids size. Although everyone can bowl kids and adults but it's not the same as full sized bowling. Furthermore, I wish their vending machines had accepted card payments and not just ?Cash Only?. Other than that it was a great experience, I'll definitely comeback for more fun.
Bought tickets for $90 and mostly nothing is working. At least when we are buying tickets it needs to be informed.
Visited on Tuesday 3/18/25 and it was an absolutely horrible experience. The computer server was down so we were told upon entering that the arcade games wouldn't track points and the claw machines were not working. Went to the counter for tickets and was told to sign a paper waiver form first. Although I had a pdf on my phone of the waiver I had signed online for 2 kids, they required a paper form as well. Waited in line to buy tickets. Then I was told that I couldn't list both children on my paper waiver
Very fun place to go to. Can be quite pricey but they do have some online deals that combine attractions. The go kart race goes pretty fast as they could make it a little longer especially on weekdays when there are less crowds and you can just walk right up. The simulators are pretty neat but also goes pretty quick. Staff is very friendly.
Fun for mid age to older kids if you either let them run around or don't mind chasing after them to watch. Friendly staff and fair prices for being a new day arcade. We have hosted a few get togethers here and enjoyed them, lots of different activities to choose from if with multi age groups. Food was standard but not bad at all and they do have a bar upstairs if that's what you enjoy.
My recent visit to Andretti Indoor Karting & Games in The Colony was filled with excitement, especially when it came to the go-kart racing. The go-karts provided a thrilling experience, and I had a blast racing around the track. The facility itself was well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, I was taken aback by the pricing structure. The cost seemed relatively high considering the amount of time spent on the track. It felt like the fun was over just when we were getting into it,
EDIT: Phenomenal customer service after the fact. Called and explained the situation and they refunded the used arcade and kart races. The karting style still wasn't exactly my cup of tea, but they handled this really well, no fights at all. Leaving original review below, but taking everything into account if I was you I'd at least give them a try. Honestly pretty bad experience. Go karting on its own is fun, but I've been to tracks where it's more interactive. Like a leaderboard for example. It was just g
This place is magnificent. Went with a big group . We had dinner in a private room, they served us bbq it was delicious with vegetarian options. We played laser tag it was awesome it was my favorite. I tried indoor karting , i didn't like it . Does not mean that is not great for others , just not for me . bowling ?? was awesome. Employees are very nice and attentive, helping always with a smile. Did not have time for the games will have to come back . Plenty of parking at the garage . I give it a thumbs up
Strictly for arcade claw machine: id say one star. We are really good at claw machines, but every one of these ones failed. It wasn't just us, I saw so many people get the item just to lose it. We did have fun, but we've been to better
This place is a gamers paradise! Indoor go kart racing, arcade games, bowling, a high end Sky Bar! Such an amazing place to visit. We were so impressed by the cleanliness of this establishment, and all that it encompasses. I can't wait to visit again, soon!
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Andretti Indoor Karting & Games, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The facility is impressively designed, featuring multiple tracks that cater to a range of skill levels, making it an ideal destination for both beginners and seasoned racers alike. The expansive arcade is a highlight, boasting a diverse selection of games that kept us entertained for hours. Additionally, the spacious food and drink area provided a great spot to relax and refuel, perfect fo
Came here to celebrate my birthday and this place didn't disappoint! The go kart track was fun, all the staff were nice and the drinks were good. Be sure to book your races online or right when you get there or you may have to wait a while. Went on a Wednesday midday and we didn't have to wait for racing.
My family and I really enjoyed. The staff was very nice and professional! We went two days in a row! Fun, fun, fun!!!
This place is a lot of fun. We've had birthdays and outings here. It's a nice change from other options.
So there are parts of this place that are fine, like the arcade etc. However my review is for the adults go-karts. First, the track is very narrow making passing a problem. This wouldn't be such an issue except some drivers go extremely slowly, on top of that, the track is very slick so spinouts are constant. All of this combines to a very slow experience where more advanced drivers end up hitting the slower drivers. For $30 per race you are better off at the dedicated go kart facilities.
I won two 1000 point jackpots plus a lot of other small wins. The card said I only had 1001 tickets. Had to negotiate with a manager to get some sort of meaningful prize. Embarrassing that they can't get their card system to work properly. If they had physical tickets it wouldn't have been an issue. Game prices are good. Too many games had issues where they stopped working.
Worst experience ever. Never coming here ever again. Most of the games are out of order. We tried to get my daughter to do go karting and told us that she would be able to ride the mini go cart and we go and turns out she is to tall to even go on there. Not only did I waste My time, but also my daughter was disappointed. I proceeded to go to the front to ask why I was Told one thing and got a different outcome. They never apologized or nothing. They don't even offer a refund. Save your time and energy and g
The moment we walked in, it looked amazing. Everyone was really excited and wanted to play. It was $45 for each person, WAY too much. Once we got our cards, we saw that we had to wait an extremely long time for the karts, like 3-4 hours. Half of the games weren't working too. The only good part of it was the laser tag and the VR. The VR wasn't so good because they kicked us out for someone?s birthday party, even though we were there first. So I wouldn't recommend going there, go to Main event instead.
Fun place! We did go karts and bowling. The bowling is with smaller balls with no finger holes, it was different buy a lot of fun still.
Had a great time! We were greeted and provided directions/orientation to the facility at entry. Customer service was excellent. Facilities were clean. Staff were great and very patient as my little one required a lot of support on the go carts. they helped him around every corner. We didn't eat there, so I have no opinion on the food. The only recommendation is that their audio in the small holding room prior to racing is way too loud and should be turned down some. $100 arcade game card will get you a
First time visiting Andrettis. The arcade area was okay, not too many games but they were priced reasonably. We really came for the go karts but I ended up kind of disappointed. Mainly because the speed of the go karts were heavily controlled and monitored. I felt like my cart was slowed down remotely by staff due to an issue I had no idea about and 4 people passed me up. Seemed rigged. And with the lanes being so narrow and slick, paired with slow drivers, it made the experience boring. I just ended up cru
Andretti?s is simply great! The indoor go-kart racing is an absolute thrill?fast-paced, safe and so much fun for all ages. The tracks are well-designed, adding excitement with every turn. What makes it even better is the variety of food options available, so you can fuel up before or after the race. It's a perfect spot for a fun day out with friends or family!
Great place to have fun, clean facility, Good food and drinks, the VR rides are always working, the laser tag is well maintained and safe. I haven't done the duck bowling so I can't comment on that. Overall would always take my family here over save and busters or another family fun place.
I was invited here for the birthday party of a couple friends, and it was one of the best experiences I've had at an arcade. There are many VR games around, but it doesn't take from the classic feeling being at an arcade. There are still many regular arcade games around. This is hands-down the best Go-Karting experience I've had. The track is slick and allows the karts to drift around corners. It's easy to spin out, but luckily each kart has a reverse gear so the race doesn't have to stop every time someone
Had an absolute blast at Andretti Indoor Karting & Games in Dallas! The go-karts were fast and thrilling, offering an adrenaline-packed experience. The arcade, VR games, and bowling added to the fun, making it a great spot for both kids and adults. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and had a lively atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth experience. The only downside was that it got pretty busy, so there was a bit of a wait for some activities?but it was well worth it! Ove
The go karts were a lot more fun than I thought they were going to be. They are actually really quick. They even post your score afterwards. My 13 year old daughter loved it. The video games are very limited. We played Halo and beat all six missions! Worth the money!! Would comeback again.
Very cool place but it isn't cheap. Make sure you have plenty of money before taking kids, lol. My so is obsessed with Minecraft, so he spent the majority of the time playing that. We went 2 days in a row and were not able to do laser tag due to there not being enough people both times that we went. I'll definitely go back with some adults eventually.
Soo fun and even when it's crowded it's such a huge place that it never felt overly crowded. Me and my family did the go cart racing which was cool and they have great prices and fun arcade games... However the bartender obviously for got to put alcohol in my spiked lemonade, but since it was such a great place to visit and the chief/manager was nice I didn't complain.. but I will not recommend buying alcohol from them so settle for the coke and sprite..lol
My kids loved it here. They liked riding the karts racing. They cater to different ages. My kids loved the arcade and we spend most time playing here and did most of the games. They have laser tags, hologate, bowling, and so much more. They also have a restaurant and a bar lounge too ??
This was my first time ever going to Andretti Indoor Karting. It was super fun as me and my family did the kart race, VR, and Laser tag. This was really awesome experience. But I just have one small criticism about this place, specifically the indoor kart race. Don't get me wrong, it's super fun. I tried it and I was literally having best time of my life. But, I just wish that before the race begun, they should mention and explain that the tracks arent going to be wide enough for me to pass people. Because
Laser tag was cool, but the rounds are super short. Half the arcade games are down right now and there was a super long wait for bowling. Not really worth the $30 when so many machines are down. Spent more time waiting in lines than we did playing.
So disappointed. This place is a great concept but so exceptionally busy on the weekends. There's so much chaos everywhere. Their computer systems have been down for 2 weeks so everything is manual and it's highly inefficient. The guy running the mini Mario was taking so long to check each driver in and then explain rules. His demeanor was not an age appropriate fit for this ride. There is no designated ?line? so people had friends/family jump in line which is hard to explain to your own kid. And, 2 birthda
On average, $100 in games lasts about an hour and a half The go karts are nice if you get a good round of decent drivers. If not, good luck staying green. Paying a lot to get stuck with a bunch of kids that wreck into each other or don't know how to drive is awful and a waste of time and money. Unfortunately, it's not always kids Fun place if you don't mind whatever luck the stars have in store ??
Wow a cool place. It has a lot of cool games and virtual games, also has indoor go-karts, laser tag and little bowling up stairs. They also have private rooms for meetings or birthday parties. Perfect place for families. It has 2 bars and you can also order food. I went on a Thursday night and was able to get happy hour prices to play bowling. It can be pricey.
Andretti Indoor Karting & Games offers an exhilarating experience that combines high-speed karting with a variety of other entertainment options. The moment you walk in, the energy is palpable, with the roar of engines and the buzz of arcade games filling the air. The karting itself is the main attraction, and it doesn't disappoint. The tracks are well-designed, offering plenty of twists and turns to challenge even experienced drivers. The karts are fast and responsive, making for a thrilling ride. Safety
Highly recommend Andretti Indoor Karting & Games! We had so much fun! I will definitely be back! Great experience and great staff. We even met the Karting managers, Ed and Jacob, super helpful and supportive! Check em? out!
This was the worst experience I've had in over three years of coming here. We had to wait an hour for the race to even begin, and when it finally started, it was painfully slow. On top of that, both of my friends lost their phones, and when we tried calling them, the woman at the lost and found answered very rudely. We waited over an hour for help, and the staff was hesitant to issue a refund. Extremely disappointing bro??
From the moment we walked in, the energy was electric and the service was great . The facility itself is clean, modern, and packed with exciting activities from the high-speed go-karts to the immersive arcade and VR games, there's something for everyone. A huge shout-out to Supervisor Jeremiah, who went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. He was professional, attentive, and clearly cares about guests having a great time. Our server Jovon was equally amazing, friendly, fast, and super knowl
This was a great place! Mainly for older kids but my toddlers still had fun. Great place for adults as well. Go carting, video games, VR games, laser tag? It was very clean, I can imagine on the weekends it's very packed. I went on a Monday and there was still a good amount of people. Will definitely be coming back.
I must say that this place is so much fun and it is addictive too. We took our granddaughter but we had more fun than she did. The prices are very reasonable and they have affordable go kart rides for almost any age. We also played video games and won a few stuffed animals. This is a must visit place that I highly recommend that you visit. I must also mention that the staff was extremely friendly and polite especially Michael. We appreciate this fun place and we will return soon.
This is a fun place for all age groups, we started with Mini Mario track for my toddlers and they enjoyed the racing. It was around 8 mins of track time to race . For toddlers non members price is 13.99 for 8 mins . The adults karting was super fun and very easy, first we need to add our details including a scan of driving license at the kiosk and then we need to pay at another counter , for non members it's around 30$ per adult and the track time is 8 mins. For safety there's a presentation shown and we ar
Came here for racing on 4/25/25 and I have to say, it was a terrible racing experience. The track was undrivable for inexperienced people, so there was a caution every couple of corners. The track was so slippery so there were a bunch of people who couldn't handle the karts. In three races we got a total of maybe 3 uninterrupted laps. Maybe it would help to add some driving instruction in the intro video.... Something like, "don't brake when you're turning." Go-karts have rear brakes only and most people do
Me and my friend went here last week and we had an amazing experience with the staff! They were so kind! Shoutout to Eddie for being a homie
1st time here and I'm not feeling it at all. 1st we get here, and we are told the systems are down (like the ticket dispensers). Okay cool, discounted visit to play games for three hours...but hardly anything worked and what did work, well, people weren't kind enough to get up. Did the Mini Mario Kart and the Track Marshall, Phillip, was mean as all get out to those babies . I'm out of $150.00 and an unpleasant taste in my mouth.
Cool spot to spend some time racing karts and playing games. Games are a little over-priced, and the racing isn't cheap, but it's a fun experience. Karts are pretty fast, and it's a 2 story track with lots of dips and turns. Helmets were nice, as were the karts. Food was good not great, decent selection of beers and liquor. Overall set up is like a mini casino with lots to do. I probably enjoyed the laser tag the most. We will likely be back with our boys and hopefully we can get a better package dea
It's a fun place where you can experience the arcade games, laser tag and kart racing. Each attraction has different prices and they have different packages online if you book ahead. Arcade uses points card that you can buy at their machines. The games and rides were fun. But the place was really crowded since we went on weekend. Make sure you schedule your kart races when you arrive because it will be a long waiting time during weekend.
This place has a lot of multiple games. There are from classic like space invaders to virtual reality games. It is a great place to spend the afternoon with your kidos
This is an awesome place overall, and we were really excited to celebrate my daughter?s birthday here. Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience in the Mini Mario track. The staff member managing the bumper cars was yelling at the kids whenever they bumped into each other. My daughter got scared, ended up crying, and was upset the rest of the day, which really affected her birthday celebration. We understand that safety is important, but there's a kinder way to communicate with kids, especially dur
Went here to celebrate a friend's birthday. Has arcades, bar, bowling alley, Karting, laser tag. It is a great venue for all ages. Had a good time. Just a little tad pricey. Fun experience and will be going back. Very spacious, not crowded.
For the price everything should be working. We played laser tag? 1 of our 3 person group score never registered and their laser died half way in the game. We drove the race simulator? 1 of our 3 person group had only 2 screens working. And the pedals moved forward during the race making it difficult for them to continue racing. We drove the go karts? we hardly did any laps without stopping multiple times. The entire race felt slow and so awkwardly quiet. As for the games. About $1 a game and most of the
Been here a couple of times and it is a fun place but this last time was not! My son and I arrived wanting to do 2 laps each around the track, the cashier mentioned that for $50 each, we could have unlimited laps and games for 4 hours. It was a good deal so we did it, spending $100. Then once in line for the go karts we were told there was a software glitch and the lap timers weren't working. And because of this the lines were taking longer than usual, and we were only able to complete 3 laps. Bummer but ok
On the surface this looks like a place for families. We had family visiting from Olympia, Washington and decided it was a great place for 2 fifteen year olds, 1 eleven year old and a 9 year old. The kids loved the destination. The go carts could accommodate all age groups even the senior members of the family. Why 3 stars? Most of the games didn't work and had signs on them that said the venue was experiencing system issues. The employees looked like they were truly annoyed that we interrupted their day. Th
This place is overcrowded and lacking accommodations. It doesn't run efficiently or effectively at all. The bartenders are neglectful, rude and slow. I never once saw them ask for ID from the very young looking patrons they serve either! Which is alarming because my older teens come here. The bathrooms are unacceptable. Absolutely disgusting. I went to a nearby restaurant for a tea and to use the facilities. The "restaurant" is a joke... and it's IMPOSSIBLE to get a non-alcoholic drink without getting
Visited last night, and many of the games weren't working. The coupon redeem machine ate my cards and then tanked. Got help, and they weren't able to give me both my cards back, which means we lost half our tickets. The ticket redeem line is there, but the workers allow people to walk up from the exit ramp, which let's them skip the line. No staff stepped in to ask people to wait in line. Waste of money! Def won't be back for date night ever again! I'm a regular of Grandscape, but this place was not worth i
My grandson didn't have a good time. It's was a waste of money. We had never been there but their systems were done, many games were unavailable and no prizes/tickets could be won. We paid $25 for 2 hours of unlimited play with no games available.
We had been there today with Kids and CJ - The manager was extremely helpful. He was the nicest and most customer friendly person whom I have ever met and me and Kids we all had an amazing experience and will keep coming back and wherever CJ is please make sure you keep him and keep rewarding him
Came here for the first time it's overwhelming in a great way. Plenty of stuff to do not just here but within the area. But we enjoyed the go carts, games and bar areas. It's not cheap especially the go carts so be prepared to spend of you doing more than on race per child ??. But it's not an every weekend type of thing so enjoy yourself.
Had a great time, but the experience left a sore taste in my mouth. One of the team leads (sheena? I know that it started with an S) told my friend and me that we needed to "get to the back of the line" in a hostile tone. I politely explained to her that the QR code for waiver forms wasn't working, so we were unable to fill them out. When I pointed this out, she got angry and told us that we could use one of the computers to the right of the registration desk. While we were filling out a waiver form, 2 bla
0/10 recommend. 75% of the games were ?out of order?. Then the ones you could play didn't always work. Ticket redemption shop was closed so kids could do nothing. 3 hour wait for go karts. 3 hour wait for bowling. SUCH A WASTE OF $190. DO NOT GO
Me and my pops came here to have fun! They had a black out and had a little trouble getting things back up. But the staff is awesome taking care of us. Letting y'all know this place can get crowded with kids. Some acted like brats, it's funny when they trying not to laugh, when they try to act all hood. It's kinda hard when their voice cracks ????
We visited on a Saturday, and it was a pretty disappointing experience. Most of the games were either barely hanging on or out of service. We sat at the restaurant for about 25-30 minutes without anyone taking our order. It seemed like most of the other tables were also waiting for their food. There was only one staff member visible, and customers were expressing their concerns to them. It was hard to tell if there was any other staff, as everything felt chaotic. We decided to skip the food and head to the
