Andretti Indoor Karting & Games Roswell- CLOSED

This is my first time here since I came from Denver. It's an arcade place with racing go-carts. (Probably because of the race car driver Mario Andretti.) The five-star rating was for the customer service my family received at the restaurant section of the building. She catered to every request we asked, and went beyond satisfactory service, especially on a Friday afternoon. I believe this place is packed on the weekends, but the arcade games and carnival games are FUN!!!

Went for go carting. It was my first time go carting. It's awesome. The place is full of entertainment arena's and perfect for a group of friends to have a great time. Totally worth it.

Great place to host birthday parties. My son and his friends had such an amazing time! The full throttle package was well worth the price for what you get. These kids are still bragging about their experience they just had on Sunday. Our party coordinator, Brad was on top of things and gave excellent service. Lucette was very helpful assisting me coordinate all the plans for the party. These kids cannot wait to come back.

Nice indoor track, although the exhaust fumes were pretty thick. Most of the video games were first person shooters and got old very fast. The restaurant was okay, nothing special.

This review is specifically for the karting. The inside is really cool and feels like another world (compared to the area around this establishment). The karting area itself is way too small for a party bigger than 3, especially since you can not bump to pass. This means you'll have a hard time passing anyone without getting pulled over. Thursday nights are great. Go karting is great. The track is smooth and cars are in good shape. Thursday nights are half price so this made the trip worth our while. The wait was only minimal. There is food but and a bar also, but I did not purchase food or drinks. The staff are friendly too.

Never again. Place is extremely expensive, game that lasts 10 seconds will cost you $1.5 this is insane! Zero respect to your privacy, they require all your personal data and a PROFILE PICTURE, you have to be careful who you give all your personal data, you never know where they store and how they use it. Air quality at the race track is very bad, not ventilated and I am sure it's a health hazard to visitors and employees!

Besides location, wish there was a closer location near downtown Atlanta, all i can say are good things,to each it's own and don't live through my experience, visit them and make your own!

We love this arcade. $12 unlimited games for 1 hr if you don't mind running back and forth to swipe between kids.

Oh boy...those Sky High nachos are so addictive!! Enough about the food which is so freaking good. Fun from start to finish! I absolutely love Andretti's. Family fun or date night, it's always a fun-filled experience.

Kids had a great time but don't waste your time on the zip line one ride across I felt cheated on that but otherwise great

Wonderful!! We did a birthday party here and our party planners, Jackson and Michael were incredible - you get a lot of bang for your buck!

Alot of attractions weren't available, that was a bummer but the kids really enjoyed themselves.

Nice place that has all the features of a Dave and Busters and Speed Raceway all wrapped into one place. They have arcade games, air hockey, skeeball, prizes to redeem for points earned. You don't need to carry around a ton of tickets. They just credit them to the same card you load up with money to play with. The go kart track looks nice and really looks like what I've seen at Speed Raceway. They have a bar and restaurant too and the food was good in there. The bartenders and servers were very friendly too

I had never been to Andretti's, and wanted to take my 10 year old to experience the Karting. I called them and they stated their Junior Track was closed. So we decided not to go. I waited until the next weekend and I called again, I specifically asked if the Junior track was opened, they told me Yes, come on down. So I took the 45 min drive to get there, signed up, did all the release forms, just for them to tell me there was a 3.5 hour wait for the track! Something they Failed to tell me on the phone. Li

Pretty fun to go on Monday when they have half off races and free game cards. Some games are broken but still enough working to kill time while waiting for your turn to race. Gets busy on half of Monday.

Unbelievable staff! Lost something on the track and they were not hesitant to go look for it. I suspect in part due to it not being busy but I was surprised and thankful! Great team!

I finally had a chance to check this place out for my nephew's thirteenth birthday party. Everyone had a great time. The location is clean and well managed. We enjoyed the food that was provided as well. The go carts were very fun although the track was a bit shorter than I thought it would be. We also thoroughly enjoyed the arcade games as well as the laser tag area as well. It's a fun place for kids and big kids alike.

Great staff, but a good number of games were broken and not working. If not for the staff it would've been 2 stars.

This place is awesome. So well designed and they make very good use of each square inch of the space. They even use the vertical space above the arcade for the harnessed balancing activities and above the kart track for zip lining. Kart track was fun and competitive. The 4d experience was cool because it was interactive with shooting components. The family and I had a blast. Will definitely be back.

We were planning on doing a party there but with only 5 kids and decided to just go on a Sunday afternoon. We received a lot of misinformation upfront and when we arrived at 3pm had a 2 1/2 wait for carts. Spent way too much on games but kids had fun. Service was okay and a bit dysfunctional. They had a blast on the carts so overall a 3 out 5 is fair.

My husband and I had so much fun going here for our anniversary. We came early in the morning so we had the place to ourselves! We got to do everything ?? it was a blast. We enjoyed going here very much. The go carts were a lot of fun. We enjoyed playing all of the games inside. We also ate at the location. The food is ok. A little high on the prices and kind of bland. Overall we had a great time.

Lots of stuff to do here. The races are awesome. One thing is that of you're short, speak up and get them to give you a seat that pushes up because they won't notice and it's extremely uncomfortable to ride otherwise. Also, the food and drinks are delicious and the menu is extensive, with some healthy options too. Service was a bit scattered but they corrected everything with no problem.

My daughter brought me here for my birthday and we had a lot of fun. This was my first time racing indoors, and it was great. When you enter you immediately realize there is plenty to do for all ages. They have some really cool stuff like the VR gaming and the quality of their equipment they have is pretty good. The go kart racing itself was super fun & exhilarating. The down side of the experience is the length of time that you have TO RACE. The arcade games were great fun, a throw back to childhood. The food at the restaurant inside the facility was okay. In my opinion, the food was over priced for the level of quality we received. I wouldn't recommend eating there. The service was okay. Our server was nice & relatively attentive considering the fact that there was hardly any one in the restaurant.

Had LOTS of fun at this game room! Went early on a Saturday night, around 6-8pm. It can get crowded quick so be prepared. But there are lots of games and of course the go-kart racing is lots of fun. I chose this location to celebrate my fianc??s birthday. Service was absolutely horrible!!!! We had one waitress with a party of 15 people. Our food was brought out one plate at a time. Drinks were diluted. Some of our party never received their food. We will not be returning.

Great fun for the family and the party rooms are pretty quiet, so you can here people sing happy birthday. The cars are fast and you can eat at the restaurant or go upstairs and have a drink at the bar. You can easily spend $100 or more quickly.

This place is so much fun! Would highly recommend trying the go-carts and then staying to play the other arcade games. You have so many options since the place is huge. The staff is super friendly and I guarantee you will have a great time. The other cool thing is that this spot can be a great place to host an event such as a birthday party or a team bonding experience. They have good food and spacious event rooms. I love love love Andretti's. We had the party package and they sat us in the eating area instead of the room which is what i was accustomed to from prior visits.... I mean i could have just brought my cake and put tables together. 5 stars doesn't do this place justice. The customer service was beyond my expectations. Went here Saturday for my sons birthday and our coordinator Michael was on point with everything. Fun but there should be more to do and friendlier staff. Noise levels prevented me from understanding several employees who were unable to project their voices. There's no way a normal person can get up the rope ladder to get to the actual course and don't think the staff will be helpful. It's alright, the carts are fun but at $25 for 8 minutes it gets super expensive. When we went they kept telling us the track was wet and to go slow which kind of made it less fun. Expect to spend $1-$2 per arcade game. $12 for 6 minutes in a simulator. The cost took all the fun out of it for me.

The go carts are fun and fast. Track is fun. The games are not the best because very few choices. Much smaller venue than the Marietta location. Go carts are geared towards adults. The track for kids is basically a small oval and everyone is so close it's hard to drive around.

Horrible experience at this location! Had to wait 30 minutes just for a single person to help us that the 3D game. Later had to watch a safety video with the volume extremely low. After the sizing of my groups helmets we had to enter the track and secure our stuff. Race got cut short because of the one rude manger who didn't give us some sort of refund and resulted in my girlfriends purse getting stolen. Never coming here ever again. Wouldn't recommend for a big group trying to have fun.

I live nearby and have been going there for years, but as they get more popular, I think the owners turned this place into a cash cow. Not enough employees, too old gear and many games are rip offs. If you are going to go, go early and on a weekday because it gets crazy during the weekend. The employees can be a bit snappy but they deal with some crazy customers. The karts are actually decent. Not as well maintained as other similar businesses in the southeast but they are good. Simulators are too expensive and arcade is usual D&B stuff so just come for the karts.

Go cart was very uncomfortable. Some equipment was inoperable. We had a package deal that included 1 hour of arcade time and the carts, however the carts were scheduled 30 minutes after we got the cards to use the arcade. Given how expensive this place is I expected better.

Arcade games are frequently broken and not fixed even months after reporting, and at times the exhaust gases from the indoor go-karts seeps into the rest of the building to the point where you feel like your sitting in a closed garage with a car running. It can be a fun place for the kids when it's not crowded and the games are actually working, but the overall experience is that it's poorly managed by people who don't care.

I don't know how this place runs efficiently on the weekends. They can't get it together on a weekday. The workers are nice and do their best but seem to be caught in the corporate garbage. Its unfortunate that my kids are getting too old for Chuck E Cheese and want to go to places like this when we refuse to drop this much money on a day out. Was there for a holiday party. Food was mediocre, nothing memorable. Racing was okay but the course start was confusing. 5+ people including myself went there wrong way that led to no where. Carts aren't really designed for short people, so I was uncomfortable most of the time. I don't think I'd go back here for food or racing on my own. I didn't get a chance to do any arcade games and that's honestly probably the only aspect I'd be interested in going forward.

Terrible ! After double booking they canceled our football banquet an hour before it was suppose to start. All they could tell us was ?sorry, there is nothing we can do ?. Waisted gas, money, time ,and more importantly 22 7and 8 year olds that were looking forward to celebrating their great season . I'll spread the lack of customer service with everyone I know !

The track is small but fun. The kids track doesn't record timings. One car kept stalling mid run. You have to register everyone at the kiosk first then each person is signed up again at the counter where you pay. A lot of time is spent just registering and waiting on the person at the counter redoing everything one person at a time instead of just being able to pay for the whole group. Staff are polite and friendly.

Great place. Took our customers for a team building outing. Evryone had a blast. Staff was welcoming and enjoyable. I had a mishap with my end bill. Just double check charges and suggested tip amounts.

Service here was terrible. The employees were scattered rushed , and on edge. Our experience was terrible when it came to having to wait in the stuffy car with the helmet on. The only thing good about this terrible place is the manager. Would not recommend. Go to main event instead. 0/0 stars.

The atmosphere is great and competitive. The carts ran very well for the whole crew and the staff was very attentive. We'll definitely make it a regular place to visit with my car friends.

It's an okay place. The karts are awesome. The kart require driving license to ride, but it is much faster than regular go-kart, and is much more fun. The kart ride only lasts about 10 minutes but it is super fun, and intense. However, all the arcade games in this place is broken down. We brought our kids here during the week and stood in a fairly short line for over 30 minutes. After finally getting through the line, we had to look for people to help us with both the obstacle course and the mini-mario karts. While the activities here are plentiful, the overall experience was generally disorganized and inefficient.

After a not such great experience with the mute ?? bartender. Jeff the Manager turned things around for my gf birthday. He was concerned and worked swiftly on the issue. Very compassionate guy. Over the years, we've been to the Andretti - Roswell location many, many times. All in all, the experiences has been "OK" to "Good". This is a fun place for people of all ages to kill a couple of hours. The reason I only give it 3 stars is because at a guess about 40- 50% of the machines don't work but still manage to take your money when you swipe your card. The big race track has been closed on a couple of occasions that we went go carting but we still got charged for the full course experience. I think they bank of the fact that they get so much consistent volume and customer churn and people are too buzzed to make sustained complaint

Good place for a birthday party. Friendly staff, and very helpful and nice. We had an 8th birthday there recently and all the kids had a fun time on the karts and video games. Scheduling the kids was a bit awkward though. They start you in the party room for food and cake, etc, but they don't start serving until everyone is there - then you have to make it over to the karts for your scheduled start time.
