This is my first time here since I came from Denver. It's an arcade place with racing go-carts. (Probably because of the race car driver Mario Andretti.) The five-star rating was for the customer service my family received at the restaurant section of the building. She catered to every request we asked, and went beyond satisfactory service, especially on a Friday afternoon. I believe this place is packed on the weekends, but the arcade games and carnival games are FUN!!!
Went for go carting. It was my first time go carting. It's awesome. The place is full of entertainment arena's and perfect for a group of friends to have a great time. Totally worth it.
Great place to host birthday parties. My son and his friends had such an amazing time! The full throttle package was well worth the price for what you get. These kids are still bragging about their experience they just had on Sunday. Our party coordinator, Brad was on top of things and gave excellent service. Lucette was very helpful assisting me coordinate all the plans for the party. These kids cannot wait to come back.
Nice indoor track, although the exhaust fumes were pretty thick. Most of the video games were first person shooters and got old very fast. The restaurant was okay, nothing special.
This review is specifically for the karting. The inside is really cool and feels like another world (compared to the area around this establishment). The karting area itself is way too small for a party bigger than 3, especially since you can not bump to pass. This means you'll have a hard time passing anyone without getting pulled over. The karts themselves are pretty good and go very fast, but the track is so small that you can never reach for speed. My kart also stopped working halfway through the race f
Thursday nights are great. Go karting is great. The track is smooth and cars are in good shape. Thursday nights are half price so this made the trip worth our while. The wait was only minimal. There is food but and a bar also, but I did not purchase food or drinks. The staff are friendly too.
Never again. Place is extremely expensive, game that lasts 10 seconds will cost you $1.5 this is insane! Zero respect to your privacy, they require all your personal data and a PROFILE PICTURE, you have to be careful who you give all your personal data, you never know where they store and how they use it. Air quality at the race track is very bad, not ventilated and I am sure it's a health hazard to visitors and employees!
Besides location, wish there was a closer location near downtown Atlanta, all i can say are good things,to each it's own and don't live through my experience, visit them and make your own!
We love this arcade. $12 unlimited games for 1 hr if you don't mind running back and forth to swipe between kids.
Oh boy...those Sky High nachos are so addictive!! Enough about the food which is so freaking good. Fun from start to finish! I absolutely love Andretti's. Family fun or date night, it's always a fun-filled experience.
Kids had a great time but don't waste your time on the zip line one ride across I felt cheated on that but otherwise great
Wonderful!! We did a birthday party here and our party planners, Jackson and Michael were incredible - you get a lot of bang for your buck!
Alot of attractions weren't available, that was a bummer but the kids really enjoyed themselves.
First time here and had a blast. Great place for kid and adult fun.
Nice place that has all the features of a Dave and Busters and Speed Raceway all wrapped into one place. They have arcade games, air hockey, skeeball, prizes to redeem for points earned. You don't need to carry around a ton of tickets. They just credit them to the same card you load up with money to play with. The go kart track looks nice and really looks like what I've seen at Speed Raceway. They have a bar and restaurant too and the food was good in there. The bartenders and servers were very friendly too
I had never been to Andretti's, and wanted to take my 10 year old to experience the Karting. I called them and they stated their Junior Track was closed. So we decided not to go. I waited until the next weekend and I called again, I specifically asked if the Junior track was opened, they told me Yes, come on down. So I took the 45 min drive to get there, signed up, did all the release forms, just for them to tell me there was a 3.5 hour wait for the track! Something they Failed to tell me on the phone. Li
Pretty fun to go on Monday when they have half off races and free game cards. Some games are broken but still enough working to kill time while waiting for your turn to race. Gets busy on half of Monday.
Unbelievable staff! Lost something on the track and they were not hesitant to go look for it. I suspect in part due to it not being busy but I was surprised and thankful! Great team!
Fun place. A little disorganized, but good for team building and events.
Our whole family loved it. Something to enjoy for everybody.
Food was great. Karts were fun. Don't wear heals or slides.
It's been an extremely long time since we have been here. We absolutely had a wonderful time. Indoor karting is such a joy. We will be returning to try the food.
Great to hang out on Monday's! Great for Date night. Family Friendly
Andretti is a great place for kids and adults. The have two go kart tracks ... one for the little folks and another for the adults. Food and drink options and an arcade.... good times for a family day or date night.
I had so much fun with the arcade games and the food was so good inside of the grill
Had fun celebrating my son's 16th Birthday
I finally had a chance to check this place out for my nephew's thirteenth birthday party. Everyone had a great time. The location is clean and well managed. We enjoyed the food that was provided as well. The go carts were very fun although the track was a bit shorter than I thought it would be. We also thoroughly enjoyed the arcade games as well as the laser tag area as well. It's a fun place for kids and big kids alike.
Great staff, but a good number of games were broken and not working. If not for the staff it would've been 2 stars.
This place is awesome. So well designed and they make very good use of each square inch of the space. They even use the vertical space above the arcade for the harnessed balancing activities and above the kart track for zip lining. Kart track was fun and competitive. The 4d experience was cool because it was interactive with shooting components. The family and I had a blast. Will definitely be back.
We were planning on doing a party there but with only 5 kids and decided to just go on a Sunday afternoon. We received a lot of misinformation upfront and when we arrived at 3pm had a 2 1/2 wait for carts. Spent way too much on games but kids had fun. Service was okay and a bit dysfunctional. They had a blast on the carts so overall a 3 out 5 is fair.
My husband and I had so much fun going here for our anniversary. We came early in the morning so we had the place to ourselves! We got to do everything ?? it was a blast. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes a little bit of an adventure or arcade games or go cart riding..things like that.
Last month I came in and had the first bad experience as the below review indicates. The ownership and management reached out to me to work together to reconcile. Jason was very accommodating upon our return and we are happy to have our traditional Friday night family outing back. Thank you all for doing right by us. In three years, we've had one bad experience and over 50 great ones. Food average. I have been bringing my kids to the Roswell location for a couple years. It's a tradition and we even
We enjoyed going here very much. The go carts were a lot of fun. We enjoyed playing all of the games inside. We also ate at the location. The food is ok. A little high on the prices and kind of bland. Overall we had a great time.
Lots of stuff to do here. The races are awesome. One thing is that of you're short, speak up and get them to give you a seat that pushes up because they won't notice and it's extremely uncomfortable to ride otherwise. Also, the food and drinks are delicious and the menu is extensive, with some healthy options too. Service was a bit scattered but they corrected everything with no problem.
LOVED IT! LOOKING FORWARD TO MYNEXT VISIT! It's great for family fun & it's perfect for just hanging out with your friends (no matter what age you are). I LOVE their restaurant too! They serve delicious drinks & food for a reasonable price.
My daughter brought me here for my birthday and we had a lot of fun. This was my first time racing indoors, and it was great. (Side note: the gas fumes were a bit noxious, making me feel ill halfway through the second race.) We also did the virtual reality shooter and the 3D shooter. The service was great and the employees were friendly and helpful. I took off half a point because it's really hard to see anything in the 3D shooter, making it feel like a waste of money. And minus half a point because the
When you enter you immediately realize there is plenty to do for all ages. They have some really cool stuff like the VR gaming and the quality of their equipment they have is pretty good. They may be very slightly pricey compared to some but I felt they offer a better value in terms of quality. I recommend checking out the membership benefits as they offer some discounts. We went with the family membership so we paid less for the arcade and the go karts. I feel you can easily get the returns in couple of vi
The go kart racing itself was super fun & exhilarating. The down side of the experience is the length of time that you have TO RACE. The arcade games were great fun, a throw back to childhood. The food at the restaurant inside the facility was okay. In my opinion, the food was over priced for the level of quality we received. I wouldn't recommend eating there. The service was okay. Our server was nice & relatively attentive considering the fact that there was hardly any one in the restaurant.
Had LOTS of fun at this game room! Went early on a Saturday night, around 6-8pm. It can get crowded quick so be prepared. But there are lots of games and of course the go-kart racing is lots of fun. Didn't eat but saw lots of people going to their restaurants. It can get pricey really quick so be prepared. All in all a good time for the family or adventurous friends!
If I could give a zero that would really describe the experience. We used to come here a couple of years ago and it was so much fun. My husband and I came back today 2/11/18 for the first time in about 2 years to have a good time. 1. The adult track was closed. The cashier could not give us a time or a reason as to why they were closed. Her exact words were "I'm just the cashier." 2. Went to play the the arcade and literally speaking more than half the games are out of order.... We did come for the e
We went and it was OK. The staff were looking like they didn't want to be there. One of the kids go kart sparks and half the games are broken. Four of the guns in the 4D theater don't even work! Definitely never again. But other than that it was good
I chose this location to celebrate my fianc??s birthday. Service was absolutely horrible!!!! We had one waitress with a party of 15 people. Our food was brought out one plate at a time. Drinks were diluted. Some of our party never received their food. We will not be returning.
Great fun for the family and the party rooms are pretty quiet, so you can here people sing happy birthday. The cars are fast and you can eat at the restaurant or go upstairs and have a drink at the bar. You can easily spend $100 or more quickly.
This place is so much fun! Would highly recommend trying the go-carts and then staying to play the other arcade games. You have so many options since the place is huge. The staff is super friendly and I guarantee you will have a great time. The other cool thing is that this spot can be a great place to host an event such as a birthday party or a team bonding experience. They have good food and spacious event rooms. Highly recommend that you check out Andretti Indoor Karting & Games.
I love love love Andretti's. We had the party package and they sat us in the eating area instead of the room which is what i was accustomed to from prior visits.... I mean i could have just brought my cake and put tables together. Besides that everything was awesome our associate that was the head of our party was fun and tried to keep up the pace so that we could enjoy all of our festivities the zip line is a favorite to watch the kids come across but the food was tasteless speaking on the grilled chicken
5 stars doesn't do this place justice. The customer service was beyond my expectations. Went here Saturday for my sons birthday and our coordinator Michael was on point with everything. Very helpful and catered to us the entire time at andrettis. The food was very good at the restaurant they have on site. Would come back here just to eat.
Was there tonight for a friends outing and I was unable to ride the go carts because they didn't have a belt extension. I was told by management in the go cart area that I would be able to get a refund just take my card to the front, the manager at the front was very reluctant & didn't want to give a refund and actually told me they don't give refunds he can give a game credit ( that is not listed or written on anything). I took 10mins of back & forth for me to finally get my money back. The food service i
Confusing pricing. We had visited the place before we brought our three grandsons to celebrate two of their birthdays, to see what was offered. Picked up brochures. Tried to plan ahead. The day we brought our grandsons we discovered a long list of go kart options, none of which were explained in the brochure or online. After nearly a full hour of trying to navigate what combination of races and games to purchase, we spent double what we had budgeted. Then the long wait to race. The whole time it was miserab
Horrible. Over priced everything. Inattentive staff. Slow and junk go karts. Save your money and go somewhere else.
Fun but there should be more to do and friendlier staff. Noise levels prevented me from understanding several employees who were unable to project their voices. They didnt even try to speak up as if they knew this was an ongoing problem. The restrooms and eating areas needed more attention! Paper was on the floor and stalls were filthy!
The staff was extremely nice and patient. The ticket attendant was very detailed while helping us figure out the best deal to accommodate our family in order to help us save money. However, the experience at the restaurant started off rocky. We were told that there was going to be a 20 minute wait. After returning 20 mintues later we were told that our wait time had been extended, but they weren't sure for how long. I was annoyed because I saw tables that were empty. After being told that no one was ahead
Do not waste your time or your money. It took over an hour to get a burger and fries and I had to send the order back twice and just accepted it the third time. Granted, I was with a large group - but we tried to warn them and they said they could accommodate us. Several of us had issues with our orders. They then charged us the tip and were not sincerely apologetic about the wait. I don't know if the games or other activities are worth it because we were told our food was coming, coming, coming and th
There were 4 people in the restaurant today, including myself and my son. Our server only had our table with me and my son. She took our order, several minutes later brought our food, and dropped off the bill. That was absolutely it. When bringing our food she dropped a small portion of my fries on the floor. She said she would bring more, but that never happened. I know that may sound petty, but since they only give you a portion of 20 french fries with your burger, losing 4 or 5 becomes a big deal. Later
The customer service was sub par. I was excited to try the ropes course, but that was a joke. There's no way a normal person can get up the rope ladder to get to the actual course and don't think the staff will be helpful. One was on his phone the whole time I attempted to climb up and the other wasn't paying any attention and looked annoyed that it was taking so long. I finally gave up because my legs were just not long enough to reach each step and I had already received rope burns and bruises from trying
It's alright, the carts are fun but at $25 for 8 minutes it gets super expensive. When we went they kept telling us the track was wet and to go slow which kind of made it less fun. Expect to spend $1-$2 per arcade game. $12 for 6 minutes in a simulator. The cost took all the fun out of it for me.
My kids LOVE it here, so many activities for the whole family and also since they have revamped the grille... I love the variety of foods now too..... great date night spot too to watch the big game....
Lots of broken games in the arcade. go kart track was 30 minutes behind schedule but the attendant did not seem to know at all what he was doing or talking about so we waited the 30 minutes with helmets on in the pre-race room wasting time - was probably high. The bar has the worst bartenders ever. They talk and give shots and drinks to friends over other patrons. I wrote in my receipt the time I walked up to the bar with my card in hand vs the time I finally got my order and it was about 18 minutes, even a
Great fun for a family night out!
The go carts are fun and fast. Track is fun. The games are not the best because very few choices. Much smaller venue than the Marietta location. Go carts are geared towards adults. The track for kids is basically a small oval and everyone is so close it's hard to drive around.
Went here with my fiance, we had never been. The cashier was not friendly when I was trying to purchase a family membership. I had a few questions in regards to the attractions. Their restrooms were filthy. I get that there are several children, but they should definitely maintain it. We waited over 30 mins for our scheduled race..after manager said they were running 10 mins behind. Then he didn't communicate it to the worker at the helmets section. The track and karts were pretty fun though once we did get
I went for the first time this past Saturday & it was amazing! Better than Main Event & Dave & Busters! The game were cheap too so you could play a decent amount w only $5 on your game card! The go karting was so fun ! Will definitely be coming back
Horrible experience at this location! Had to wait 30 minutes just for a single person to help us that the 3D game. Later had to watch a safety video with the volume extremely low. After the sizing of my groups helmets we had to enter the track and secure our stuff. Race got cut short because of the one rude manger who didn't give us some sort of refund and resulted in my girlfriends purse getting stolen. Never coming here ever again. Wouldn't recommend for a big group trying to have fun.
I live nearby and have been going there for years, but as they get more popular, I think the owners turned this place into a cash cow. Not enough employees, too old gear and many games are rip offs. The staff is not attentive, and that can be dangerous in a carting and climbing place. should be better trained, or they should hire better people. Wait times are horrible. Equipment is getting old. I was venting about these issues to a staffer last weekend and he agreed. I waited 40 minutes to climb and they ne
If you are going to go, go early and on a weekday because it gets crazy during the weekend. The employees can be a bit snappy but they deal with some crazy customers. The karts are actually decent. Not as well maintained as other similar businesses in the southeast but they are good. Simulators are too expensive and arcade is usual D&B stuff so just come for the karts.
Go cart was very uncomfortable. Some equipment was inoperable. We had a package deal that included 1 hour of arcade time and the carts, however the carts were scheduled 30 minutes after we got the cards to use the arcade. Given how expensive this place is I expected better.
Good luck coming here on a Saturday! Everything is booked with parties from damn near open to close! Def dont do the groupon, they basically waste your money because the attractions you pay for are all booked! And the employees: gross, attitudes, stressed out and look like they haven't bathed for days. And most certainly make sure you know they dont care about your wait or disappointing you and you're family during your visit. Im thinking Mondays at 9 am if you want to play. Throughly annoyed and disappoi
We celebrated a surprise birthday party here for oldest daughter and it was great! From Rachel, who helped me set up the entire party with all the food, drinks and amusement, to Brad who was assigned to host us for the evening, it was well thought out and superbly exacuted. Rachel actually saved me, assisting with the planning, rather than if I had done by myself, which is an option. Brad, our host for the evening, met us when we arrived. He made certain all the food came out when it was supposed to, everyo
Wonderful place, horrible employees. Went there with my eleven year old daughter for a Daddy/daughter date. The young lady at the entrance was outstanding, but the rest of the employees were horrific. The young man running the rope obstacle was rude, the young man running the rock wall called another employee a "deushe bag" in front of my daughter. The day was just ruined by so much negativity that was in every direction we went. We ended up leaving early and taking our fun else where. Shame, could be
I took my friend here for his birthday and we both had an amazing time. Rashard was awesome and made sure that we got everything we needed. He really went above and beyond with the service and was really friendly and easy to talk to. All of the activities there were really fun, time really flew by. There's almost too much to do in one afternoon. The only complaint I had was that when you sign up for your race when you first arrive, the screen will say that the next couple of races have spaces open, but we w
Arcade games are frequently broken and not fixed even months after reporting, and at times the exhaust gases from the indoor go-karts seeps into the rest of the building to the point where you feel like your sitting in a closed garage with a car running. It can be a fun place for the kids when it's not crowded and the games are actually working, but the overall experience is that it's poorly managed by people who don't care.
I don't know how this place runs efficiently on the weekends. They can't get it together on a weekday. The workers are nice and do their best but seem to be caught in the corporate garbage. The kids were given adult tickets but they couldn't be used due to the scheduling. The cards wouldn't scan when starting the race. Then when 3 consecutive races were purchased, the kids had to exit and re-enter and were unable to race in their assigned time slot because of cart malfunctions. We planned on racing with the
This place is way overpriced for what you get. For families with a modest income, this is not the place to go!! Its unfortunate that my kids are getting too old for Chuck E Cheese and want to go to places like this when we refuse to drop this much money on a day out. Thanks for ranking right up there with Disney!! A place my children can only "dream" of going to .. We won't be back.
Was there for a holiday party. Food was mediocre, nothing memorable. Racing was okay but the course start was confusing. 5+ people including myself went there wrong way that led to no where. Carts aren't really designed for short people, so I was uncomfortable most of the time. I don't think I'd go back here for food or racing on my own. I didn't get a chance to do any arcade games and that's honestly probably the only aspect I'd be interested in going forward.
Terrible ! After double booking they canceled our football banquet an hour before it was suppose to start. All they could tell us was ?sorry, there is nothing we can do ?. Waisted gas, money, time ,and more importantly 22 7and 8 year olds that were looking forward to celebrating their great season . I'll spread the lack of customer service with everyone I know !
The track is small but fun. The kids track doesn't record timings. One car kept stalling mid run. You have to register everyone at the kiosk first then each person is signed up again at the counter where you pay. A lot of time is spent just registering and waiting on the person at the counter redoing everything one person at a time instead of just being able to pay for the whole group. Staff are polite and friendly.
Great place. Took our customers for a team building outing. Evryone had a blast. Staff was welcoming and enjoyable. I had a mishap with my end bill. Just double check charges and suggested tip amounts.
1st time going there. The staff were friendly and detailed. Keep it up. We had fun on go-karts. The guy at the redeem desk went the extra mile to hunt for hello Kitty dolls and he got them for us. The 3d XD DARK RIDE (zombie) was really fun! Will be coming back soon
Awesome place for the ultimate enjoyment. Complete with everything needed to have fun with friends, the family or even a date. Hint: Half off Thursdays has half off go karts, and other select attractions. Also get 1 hr free for arcade games.
Service here was terrible. The employees were scattered rushed , and on edge. Our experience was terrible when it came to having to wait in the stuffy car with the helmet on. The only thing good about this terrible place is the manager. Would not recommend. Go to main event instead. 0/0 stars.
The atmosphere is great and competitive. The carts ran very well for the whole crew and the staff was very attentive. We'll definitely make it a regular place to visit with my car friends.
It's an okay place. The karts are awesome. The kart require driving license to ride, but it is much faster than regular go-kart, and is much more fun. The kart ride only lasts about 10 minutes but it is super fun, and intense. However, all the arcade games in this place is broken down. A lot of the games had issues, such as some game's screen turning off during mid game, and some game's button input not working at all. If you're visiting this place, I suggest only to visit for kart, not the arcade games. Th
I wasn't too pleased with this establishment. My boyfriend took me here as a surprise just to have fun for the day. It doesn't help that it was the middle of summer, and this location didn't have any air conditioning in the building. The poor employees looked like they were suffering! (I was too). The area to wait for the go-kart racing was disorderly. We were told to sit down and wait and watch an informational video before we were to get on the track, and we sat there for 45 minutes. Not only did we sit
We brought our kids here during the week and stood in a fairly short line for over 30 minutes. After finally getting through the line, we had to look for people to help us with both the obstacle course and the mini-mario karts. While the activities here are plentiful, the overall experience was generally disorganized and inefficient.
After a not such great experience with the mute ?? bartender. Jeff the Manager turned things around for my gf birthday. He was concerned and worked swiftly on the issue. Very compassionate guy. He then accommodated us with game time and a race. He even gave us s warm good bye as we were leaving out the door. Thanks Jeff and John! You guys were awesome and turned around a bad experience and made it a great memory! Thank you!
Over the years, we've been to the Andretti - Roswell location many, many times. All in all, the experiences has been "OK" to "Good". Yesterday, I had planned to meet with family (9 of us total, 5 of which between 7 and 12 years old) who were driving in from North Cumming. We specifically chose Andretti so that the kids could drive on the youth track. While one family drove 20 minutes from Marietta, the other family drove 40 minutes from Cumming - a "half-way" point, if you will. When we arrived, we wer
This is a fun place for people of all ages to kill a couple of hours. The reason I only give it 3 stars is because at a guess about 40- 50% of the machines don't work but still manage to take your money when you swipe your card. The big race track has been closed on a couple of occasions that we went go carting but we still got charged for the full course experience. I think they bank of the fact that they get so much consistent volume and customer churn and people are too buzzed to make sustained complaint
Good place for a birthday party. Friendly staff, and very helpful and nice. We had an 8th birthday there recently and all the kids had a fun time on the karts and video games. Scheduling the kids was a bit awkward though. They start you in the party room for food and cake, etc, but they don't start serving until everyone is there - then you have to make it over to the karts for your scheduled start time. Seemed to be a bit backwards for us because the kids run in and want to play. If someone's late they do
I did the adult cart racing and about halfway through it I got nauseous cause of the exhaust fumes. Please be careful. Other than that everyone had a great time. I myself won't be back. Mybe if they go electric. Food was really good and staff was accommodating.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.
