Nice place to enjoy with friends and family! The drinks are good but we did not like the food. Plan to spend over $100 or more easily. The races are fun! The upstairs bar was closed.
The boys had fun, great time out. Lots of fun arcade games to play, although a few were out of service. Ample parking space. There should be clearer instructions about the bowling, 3d, laser tag, vr and go kart activities not being covered by a general card. FYI - For the above mentioned activities, you have to buy exclusive points or credits.
We had a great time here! There are so many arcade games, laser tag, bowling, virtual reality, and go kart riding!! Our son rode the go karts twice! We played games for 3 hours!! So much to do and definitely kept us entertained! There is also a full bar near the bowling lanes and a sky bar that overlooks the go karts racing! Into sports?! They have tvs at each bar so you won't miss a beat! Worth the drive from Columbus, GA and the price!
The family and I attended an F1 Watch Party at the SkyBar inside Andertti's. We played a bunch of great arcade games, ticket games, and VR. My sons also loved the go karts. They are getting better every time. Awesome!!
Please read the reviews. I should have. Can't believe we wasted $100 on this when most of the games are broken. We went on a weekday, and there were no tickets, and no prizes. Karts were? fine. Certainly not worth the money, i?d just go to Round 1 or Dave and Busters to instead.
Overpriced and overrated. They should have a package deal that includes the main attractions (karting, bowling and laser tag). Instead you are paying for each individual thing so that can add you quickly. My kart kept dragging like it wasn't fully charged. We had to ask for truffle fries 3 times before they came. Imagine standing in line for the karting just to get sent out of line to the kiosk to sign a waiver before you have to get back in line to pay for it. Needless to say a lot of standing. I will say
Just wanted to share a little about our night out at Andretti. After a long day at work, my friend and I were super excited to kick back with a nice dinner and some fun games. But sadly, it turned into the worst experience ever! ?? Our food took an unbelievable hour and a half to arrive, and when it finally did, it was cold and burnt! We tried to reorder something new, only to be told that the kitchen was closed an hour later. No food, no games?just disappointment all around! The sad part is that it was no
Great atmosphere and vibe. My 2 young adults children enjoyed lasers tag, go-cart racing, and video games.
When we arrived we were ?told no wait and no refund?. Then went to the counter to pay and employees were very short and not kind. It took less than 5 minutes to get to the back to check in and get helmets just to be told it would be a 40-50 minute wait. I spoke to them at the counter about what happened as we have plans later and were told no wait. The employees were extremely rude, Malaka rolled her eyes and raised her voice telling me she wouldn't help. She said we don't talk to the people at the front. T
Bartender was super nice ! That's the only reason they get two stars. It was very busy, but it's also a Saturday so expected . But what's not expected is paying $75 for each person with arcade unlimited and most of the arcade games were broken. It was actually crazy, everywhere we turned we couldn't play the game because a note was on it ?due to the systems being down, this game cannot be played. We apologize for the inconvenience? ummm okay so let's just wait in a 25 minutes line for race track & 15 minute
Not a fan of this location. If you're having technical issues there should be more effort to fix it quicker and get back up to full capacity. Whole bank of machines down and rest weren't giving tickets. Racing was ok, but rest of the experience was not great.
Went midday on a Saturday and it was very busy as expected. I was impressed overall with everything. Go-karts were fun and they have races basically all ages. Lots of arcade games to play and everything was working while we were there. We did not get any food or do any bowling so I cannot comment on any of that. Staff all seemed friendly and knowledgeable. I'd stop in again.
First time coming. Not really impressed. Don't see what the big deal is. But my daughter wanted to come for part of her birthday. My daughter and get friend ride the cars and we got a drink and some nachos. Service was great. Good was on point. I don't like that my daughter and my friend didn't have no where to sit to get something to drink. I didn't know you have to pay to go into the room and then pay to buy drink. And they couldn't even get anything to drink out of the pop machine. The atm was
We had a wonderful time at Andretti celebrating my grandson's birthday. This place was clean and a well-kept establishment for family outings. There was so much to do, arcades, virtual games, bowling, and go cart racing for the kiddos and adults. The prices were compatible or a little more affordable than similar places. The staff were polite and professional. The food was delightful. I especially enjoyed the lemon pepper wing, which was very tasty.
I have to remember that service is just declining in general ? there's a new generation of customer service professionals that just do not offer proactive service. We had friends visiting for the first time and they stood around for about five minutes before the employees finish their conversation and approach them. They were not sure how to order dinner and no one assisted them. Everything was working in terms of the arcade, and the kids had a great experience so it's not a bust overall, but service still
First time visit was an enjoyable time with family. We ordered Buffalo, Lemon Pepper flavored chicken wings (which were on the huge side)and Brisket Nachos to drink they offer Pepsi products amongst the house made drinks such as Mocktails and Strawberry Lemonade. The Gocart Attraction was the most memorable thing about this place according to my family. The only thing I would change about the experience would be the size of the chicken wings go smaller then make them 10pcs including fries.
Normally I don't go out of my way to leave reviews for franchise companies, but our experience today at your location was nothing less than stellar. We arrived unannounced with a party of 12 to celebrate my son's birthday. The sweet lady at the front door took time to explain the process of filing out waivers on the kiosks and then directed us to the front counter, where we met Ema. This is where the impressive part really began to unfold. In a time when customer service seems to go by the wayside, this you
Me and my family visited yesterday for some fun! We purchased a $150 package to access everything, only to be disappointed at every turn. Laser Tag was closed. A lot of the games didn't work and the games that give you tickets weren't dispensing them. It really took the fun out of the arcade. The best thing was go karting. It was fun but be aware that it is dangerous and not very comfortable for bigger people. Plus they didn't have the score for go karting on display. It was a lot going on. Honestly we left
Honestly I was pretty disappointed. I'd say 40% if the arcades were down, no tickets being given out, no prizes could be won, no claw machines working. Food was good but $14 per plate for small portions was a bit weak. The service was great, people were as nice as could be. The karts were a lil slow but the carts for lil kids was perfect. Being someone that pays over $200 for one trip and wants to play arcades while his kids race and do laser tag and not being able to do so was a disappointment.
Nicole checked us in and she was amazing, super helpful and kind. We started playing games and we had a glitch and Ethan was quick to respond and help my daughter. If I could give these 2 employees 10 stars I would, you made Our Father?s Day weekend unforgettable.
Slowest service you could ever imagine. One lady working the register and average time for each customer to check in is pushing 10-15 minutes each. Like wow these people must think we have unlimited time. Lots of other employees around yet only one person at the counter with 5 empty registers. Yup, definitely NOT coming back. Shame, this was super avoidable.
Great place for a birthday celebration! Bowling and a race for the kids are awesome! We had a lot of fun.
This entertainment spot has always been a favorite, however, it's only a favorite when it's a corporate event. We drove 32 minutes to this attraction only to be told that our go kart ride (which only lasts 7 mins) was an hour later with very few people in the building. We paid for the $99 package and split it between three people. There are other entertainment spots like Main Event and Your 3rd spot, that gives a better experience for your money. The $99 package (which we bought in advance), which is a 7
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We loved coming here and getting a free game of laser tag after purchasing one on TUESDAYS ONLY. Love the gaming area. So many variety of games. Would come back just to play the games!! Bathrooms were clean. We did not race or try the food. I've been to the Buford location however I think this location is more inviting. So happy to visit.
My granddaughter celebrated her 2025 Graduation there and we had a great time the food and drinks was wonderful ??!!! Thanks Andretti.
We had a birthday celebration (without doing the birthday package) and it was so fun for all the kids. The staff were helpful and very accommodating to our group as we wanted to pull tables together so we could sit in the dining area and have some cake. All the staff we encountered were friendly. The kids enjoyed the games. It was a fun day.
We love the Games and Track but the place was super packed. It is barely anywhere to move. The games are pricey but what can you expect. We were there for a Kids party which turned out great. The line was very long to cash in points so we will have to come back
My family and I went to Andretti in Marietta today 3/23/25, we were a group of 9. We are EXTREMELY disappointed in our experience! In total we paid a little over $1,000 on unlimited wrist bands + Karts and foods/drinks. The beginning of our time there was fine, we were enjoying ourselves bowling and playing arcade games. Once in was time to do the go karts our experience changed tremendously. When we went upstairs to track #2 there were two young ladies and a young man assisting us. They did not greet us an
I was having Father Daughter date night and the Andrettis employees Ethan and Nicole made my daughter?s night ten times more amazing. Thank you Andrettis for hiring and having amazing employees that care about your customers. -it shows and makes allll the difference!
Came here for vacation, got here at 11 when they open, maybe 5 cars in the parking lot. Was informed we could not do any go karts till late afternoon due to rented races. All bowling lanes were booked for the day, besides a 1 hour window. Played the 1 hour of bowling and place was still close to empty, not sure why we couldn't do go karts when it wasn't being utilized. Would not recommend unless planned far in advanced
Came in for some snacks bowling and a quick lap around the racetrack. Had an excellent time bowling was fun but the go karts were amazing service was good however took a long time to get drinks and food because there was a pretty large crowd. Recommend this for families work teams or individuals
Great place to play and hangout! Lots of fun arcade games. The bowling pins are attached to strings and will some times give you an extra pin! You can have the staff correct your score or just accept the extra pin. All up to you. Go carts are fun as well! If you drift or bump into things they slow down. So if you want yo go fast you need to brake. I did not realize this a head of time. Might be a life lesson here. There is a changing table in the bathroom.
Took my daughter and niece to Andretti in Marietta, GA for summer break. They had an amazing time. The Assistant GM Camran is amazing. Whoever hired him? he need a raise lol. He definitely helped us in a time of distress. Customer Service was also great. I would definitely recommend and we will be returning.
Visiting from Texas for my nephew?s bday party here and had the best time! A few of the adults came to the bar where we were served by May. Drinks and food were good and she was the BEST!! When you go, ask for her!
I recently booked a birthday party for my son at Andretti's Go-Karting in Marietta and had a mixed experience. The go-karting and other attractions were fantastic! The tracks were well-maintained, and the karts were in great condition, providing an exhilarating experience for both kids and adults. The arcade games and other activities added to the fun, making it a great spot for a family outing or a day with friends. They were very accommodating in allowing us to have unlimited play, being that there was a
Restaurant is not allergy friendly if you have an egg allergy, but they did give us the permission to have food delivered since they could not provide a safe food option for my child if we were going to be there long enough for that to be a viable option. Work staff was also a little scarce when we went...plenty of people present, but everyone seemed like they were on break and uninterested in providing any service.
I give Nneena 5 stars across the board!! Managers and establishment 1 star. Nneena served us so well being the bartender AND server. I felt for her doing multiple positions before, but there were two managers I saw and was told there were actually three who did not help. They could have least wrote down orders for her to put in and also the server POS system for orders shut down at a time and she had to write orders in but They did not help with orders or serve; they were present majority of the time! She
The attractions were fun and the staff was unbelievably nice and helpful. The food and drinks that we got were very good. But a LOT of things were broken. Many of the laser tag vests didn't work right, and we couldn't score points on each other for an entire round. Then in the arcade, I would say about half the games we tried didn't work but would still charge the card. If the game cards were unlimited per a time slot instead of charging per game, it wouldn't be nearly as big a deal. We had fun where we cou
Fun place to go whether it's family fun, date night or to celebrate a birthday or just hang with friends. We certainly found something to do in every corner of the place. Go karts, lazer tag, VR, bowling, arcade, FOOD?.the FUN is endless. Also, check Groupon for discounts!! Go ahead!! Have some fun!!
First and foremost "DEVONTE" (Trainer) is exceptional, his customer service is A rated. He was very helpful and patient with several revisions throughout our visit and he knows his stuff, which is very helpful in streamlining our requests. "Mikhi" (Manager) is also an asset to this location, on several occasions he inquired as to how things were going, which allowed us to get things in order. Now that the customer service part is out of the way, we had a blast. It was my nephew's first time at a karting loc
We had a great time here! Who knew go karts could be so much fun?! My husband was so excited to see he came in 1st place around the track. We were part of a company group and the burgers we were served were really good! The chicken wasn't too bad either. We played some arcade games and next time we need to check out the bowling and laser tag. Our guides and bartender were super nice! The bathrooms could use a cleaning but I'm sure it's hard to keep up in such a busy establishment. Especially when people are
They were going through a system update when I showed up with 6 teenagers to do a race and bowl. The staff were handling the hiccups like rockstars. All of them were kind, attentive, and professional?even when I asked questions. I ordered drinks and food at the bar and it was all brought straight to our bowling lane, hot and well-prepared. I like the bowling here because you can wear your street shoes and you basically buy the whole lane for an hour, rather than paying per person so it was a great deal for
Andretti is great other than the karts. I did 3 sessions. The 1st session I got first place overall. The 2nd session my kart kept dropping power like it was being turned off, and then after about 4 seconds it would turn back on to full power. I pulled off to the side and requested another kart since that one was clearly faulty. They gave me another kart which acted fine for the rest of the session. Then on the 3rd session, a similar thing started happening, but more often. It also had a massive delay from w
Attended a party and it was a top teir memory. They bowled, they drove(surprisingly well considering their age) they ate, they played, they talked about it at daycare the following week. The staff was awesome all the games worked, great birthday experience and the food was over the top in a good way. Who know kids knew how to drive so young lol
I came with a large group and management did not assist my group in making sure we got all of our food and drinks before they closed. The bartender Nnenna was excellent and tried her best. Shout out to her
First I want to say it's my birthday?? and my amazing girl decided to take me here for go-cart racing?(maybe it was my idea) lol. I gotta say I had an amazing experience. The manager JT and Nick displayed extraordinary customer service. This was our first time coming. They made sure everyone was safe. My girlfriend spun her cart on the track lol and they made sure to slow down all of the carts. JT and Nick were really kind to me and my girlfriend and made sure I had a great birthday experience on the rides.
It's such a blast coming here with our photo booth rental! The staff are always super accommodating and helpful. Between the high-speed go-karts, arcade games, bowling, and VR experiences, there's never a dull moment. Whether you're here for a birthday party, a work event, or just a night out with friends, the energy is always high, and there's something for everyone to enjoy. Plus, the food and drinks are great!
I had fun but the place kinda sucks! I had in my mind I was going to spend upwards of 1,500 here they made it extremely hard to take my money. The kiosk for the card didn't work had to wait 20 minutes for a manager I bought 8 cards max value but they weren't able to add bonus point because it's only available at the kiosk ??. Then I sad down to eat and there was no server for upwards of 15 minutes. Cool place but the management need major work
I booked my daughter's birthday party here. She turned eleven years old and it was the perfect place for her and her guests. There was so much for them to do! They got to do go-cart racing, laser tag, 7D Xperience, Hologate, bowling, plus the arcade games. Our party host, DeeJay, was absolutely awesome! He did an excellent job of making sure we had a great time. The food was delicious, specifically the pepperoni pizza, wings, shrimp po boy, and fries! We would recommend this place for all ages.
Apparently go-kart racing is on a schedule and you can't even check the said ?schedule? arrived around 7 and was told I couldn't buy the 3 pack race and had to buy 3 individual races. So basically $70 turned to $100. When I was about to pay, I was told I couldn't do my first race until 7:50. To be honest, I just left. This was Thursday and non busy
The price is just out out of hand. expect to pay 100-500 for a simple time. the price is just to much. you can spend a day at 6 flags go campling for the weekend rafting heck fly a plane cheaper. the price is just to high
Plan and reserve ahead if you're planning on visiting. Half of the arcade games did not work. The place was absolutely overcrowded. The line to go kart racing was absurdly long and slow. So me and my date settled on bowling and waiting at the sky bar. We waited 20 minutes for somebody to take our drink order, then waited another 30 and never received our drinks so we left. They finally texted me over 3 hours after we arrived to let us know our bowling lane was ready. By then we had already left and went els
Good for kids' birthday and group events, the pizza was very good, one of the best I ???? ever had, it is very fluffy. For grown folks, the Go-cart is probably the only age appropriate option, but it can be quite uncomfortable if you are on the tall side 6' + or have a long leg.
I had a disappointing experience at this location, particularly for families with younger children. I purchased two unlimited game and laser tag packages for my kids, totaling $90, while my sister bought the same package at a lower price. However, no explanation was provided for the price difference, and there was no resolution when I inquired, just smiles and giggles from the employees. Compared to the Buford location, this location is significantly smaller, leading to overcrowding. Many games were out o
Really cool place to take the family. There were literally tons and tons of games to play. Racing the go carts was so much fun. The track was a good track. Upstairs, we're the bar is, is really nice to hang out. The bartenders made drinks perfectly. I definitely recommend taking your friends and family here as it was a lot of fun.
Family night was great! We played games, bowled and had a great evening. We love this place! The only downfall was a lot of the machines were down and the menu was limited so we went somewhere else to eat.
Awesome place! My son loved racing around the Mini Mario track. He's four and that track is for 4-7 year olds, over 36? in height. He's still too small for every other attraction, but I'm looking forward to the laser tag and different virtual reality simulators offered. If you buy a membership, it's just a one time charge, only $22 if you get it for your family. This makes various offerings less throughout the space. So many arcade games! Mostly just to win tickets to buy a cheap toy. The arcade games are s
Very nice, fun spot for the kids. However, it's super EXPENSIVE! We took our three teen grandchildren and spent over $200 for each of them bowl for an hour, get a $25 game card each, and each to ride the bumper cars for 8 minutes at $30 each. I think the prices are ridiculous. It's a nice place, but we won't be going back. The cars and bowling could both be a little less expensive and be a win-win for the business and the customers.
I went out for my sister's birthday and was charged full price for the arcade, which didn't have all its games fully functioning. We also visited the bar, where we struggled to get service until we were practically in their face, and even then, we couldn't get the items we paid for. This was my first and last visit.
It was a decent experience. With the systems down it was cool to have the unlimited option but alot of the games were unavailable unfortunately. We wanted to do the go karts later in the evening and were told that there was a 3 hr wait. We were not informed when we "checked in" that we had to schedule a time for the go karts. The menu online is not the menu in the little "restaurant" which was a little upsetting to be soo limited all the way around. Might go back after they get everything back up and runnin
Solid place, the lines were not mad long at all. The prizes are a tad pricey but overall the games were cool. We did the go karts, I feel there should be different groups. Putting teenagers with adults is not it. The track had to keep stopping bcuz they were either spinning out or just too slow of a driver. I think I got a cool two solid laps in with no interruptions. For the price of us to race on the track, that was not worth it at all.
My husband and I came here for date night and it was great! The games were fun and we had a great time. The food and drinks were also very good! And the server, Alexander, was awesome.
Cool place. Had my son's birthday party there. The VIP room is very nice. Just wish the flow could have been better. There was ALOT of waiting in between. They have you eat first/do the cake, then do your activities (wish it would have been the other way around). My kids were getting antsy waiting (younger). Once they did get to do laser tag and carting they all had a blast. They also enjoyed their time at the arcade. This place was of course packed on a Saturday and long lines for attractions. I will retur
Nice place to take the kids to run around and play. Plan on spending a small fortune depending on how many people are in your party. It's 15.95 just to do a viral game. The games run you are any where from 30-50 credits on your game card.
We went here for a work outing and did a race and an hour of game play. It was tons of fun and everyone had a great time! They were super helpful during the reservation and while we were there. Ricardo was so helpful during check in and while we were there. We also ate at the restaurant. Great sharing plates and the food was great! Quesadillas, wings, dips, nachos were all awesome. I would love to try bowling and laser tag! We didn't have time. The racing was so much fun!! They have a great game selection
This place coups be great. But they opened up with at least half of the games not working. The downstairs bar not open. 90% of the food on the menu was no longer available. Claimed they were offering specials to accommodate for the inconvenience but they just should?ve remained closed until everything was in working order. I am highly disappointed!
This place is so unorganized, that it was not prepared for a large party. The manager did not help or assist a waitress(Nnenna). The waitress had the best customer service out of the whole entire staff. The manager did not show his face until the very end. To let us know that he would not be able to serve any more food. Everybody in the party did not get their food and told us that they won't receive their food because the kitchen was closed. Also the game system was down.
My daughter, her friends & I enjoyed go cart racing, Lazer tag & the arcade. The staff was nice & knowledgeable. We went during vday weekend so we got deals for the upcoming president's day. I have no complaints about this place.
It looks like their ticket system has been down for some time and now they give you 4 hours of play but you don't need points and you don't win tickets. About 25% of the arcade games are closed but you can play everything else unlimited. 12:00 on a Saturday and there are just a few people here. The racing track and laser tag are all open.
Me and my family had a great fun we will surely be back
There was not a manager hear to help his staff, they had a bartender take care of the bar an serving a group of 30. Then the kitchen closest before everyone was served. The manager did nothing. The server we will give her a 5 star managera 0 if I could.
This was the most depressing Andrettis ever. Half of the games didn't work or didn't not have the appropriate equipment to play them adequately. They had a bunch of games that didn't work bunched up back by the gift shop. The ticket machine didn't work on ANY GAME so what am I playing for ?? The only thing that we did do was the indoor karts. That's all they have good for themselves right now. And even with that, they were not a lot of workers working it. It was confusion amongst the crew. One lady told us
Maria employees are either not passing messages everyday for the last 3 days or Maria does a VERY BAD TIME responding to Charty/church groups donation request. Not sure if this department is too much for her but the communities have been waiting for quit some time. We know 2025 budget is up and running. Please help the person. Get some help in that department cause we should be chasing this Maria person for what belongs to Andretti.
Horrible service through and through!! From the guest services in the front to the terrible staff in the back with the go karts. Never will I ever spend a penny in this establishment. The Hispanic employees are extremely racist and bias. The staff?s energy is so low it's draining! They treat their job and customers like they don't want to be there! The young Hispanic lady who was at the top operating the adult track was a nightmare. Almost made me turn back to my old ways! Her body language and interaction
Loved the Marietta location. Surprised my husband for his bday. He enjoyed himself. Food was great. Service was a bit slow but we had a party of 11 so time went by fast. Ran into a few famous folks. Groupon has the best price for Andretti tickets. Definitely returning in the near future.
I am so beyond disappointed in our experience here yesterday. We chose to bring our daughter and a few friends for her birthday outing. I called ahead of time to understand pricing and attractions regulations as well as food options in the dining area. I reconfirmed all these details on March 21st. We made the 1 and 15 minute drive here only to to be terribly disappointed. We were told at the front desk that the system was down but that it worked in our favor and it would be cheaper. Not once did Hazen ex
I could taste the asphalt in the air, thick with the scent of burning rubber and gasoline. My fingers clenched around the steering wheel of my go-kart, knuckles white with determination. This was supposed to be my race. I had visualized it a hundred times?taking the sharp turns, weaving past opponents, crossing the finish line with a victorious roar. But reality had other plans. The lights flashed green, and I slammed my foot onto the pedal. The kart lurched forward, the engine growling beneath me. I dodge
Laser tag, bowling, arcades, food, rope races, and yes, go karts! We had a blast! Even though some jerk t-boned us twice and kinda ruined the fun for us. It was a fun atmosphere, and the staff was really accommodating. Be sure to sign up for the email list and get a $5 game card for free! It was a little pricy, but not too bad considering the speeds we were driving and the number of laps. Bowling was cheaper after 4 pm, and it was by the hour. So 3 of us bowled 2 rounds of 10 frames. The pin setter was weir
Had a blast here! Easy, friendly check in. Staff was helpful & patient. Karts were amazing & the games are state of the art.??? Very clean facility. Restrooms were attended to regularly. Will definitely return for spring break ??
I recently visited Andretti Indoor Karting & Games and had a mixed experience. To start with the positives?the facility was very clean, and the wait times for attractions weren't bad at all. However, it was noticeably hot inside, which made the environment a bit uncomfortable. When it came to purchasing wristbands, the staff seemed unsure about what each one included. This led to me being overcharged initially. Thankfully, a supervisor?her name might have been Azaria?stepped in, quickly resolved the issue,
My family and I had a blast at Andretti celebrating my son's birthday. We liked the games and the kids loved the go karting experience. Cool spot with fun for all ages.
We had a wonderful time, but our food experience was not so good, waited a hour and half to get our meals; when it final came out the food was cold and salty and our order came in pieces some of us finished eating while other just getting their meal even thou we ordered the same time. Next time we will skip the meal and stick with activities. Took two star for the food experience, even thou the food is a one star. Suggestion: you all might wanna invest in some tablets and have associated on the floor, the l
If I could give zero stars I would!!! You can no longer play the arcade by the hour so now you pay for a card and the games are now 1-3$ to which I didn't know and couldn't get a refund and half if not more of the games were broken and even one of the go karting games I played said it worked but was broken I found out after I couldn't steer. And Ofcoarse no manager to be found which is probably why I couldn't get a refund . Don't go to andrettis especially not now I'm appalled to say the least just don't go
Very unhappy with the overall experience. We called in to reserve track time for 8 people and were told they're not busy on Mondays, just come in, no problem. Definitely not the case.....to an extent. Definitely not busy, however no one at work. Took for ever to get food....waited at the little restaurant for 5 minutes while workers were talking in front of us.....decided to just sit at the bar.....just as bad service....no refills, and the bartender didnt come back to get orders but once over the hou
First ones in the building - never been before. We go to the racing section because that's what we were there for. The girl in the back was rude and honestly it made me not want to race. We purchased passes anyways and went. We were the only ones to race and had to sit and wait to race anyways (this makes no sense). Girl at the racing counter was short and rude and needs training. Unsure if we will return.
Didn't get 114.00 bucks worth of entertainment. The tickets redemption system was down so we were basically playing for free?. Got no prizes, food was mid best part of the day was bowling and the go karts
Had a really fun experience here for a family member's birthday. The go-karts are a lot faster than I imagined. Laser tag, vr gaming, the whole enchilada. Going back is a must.
10-2-21 - decided to go here for some fun, food, and some place new. Customer service was great from the staff answering questions, restaurant wait staff giving of themselves, etc. We arrived with the door being opened, etc. Signed up and completed waiver to ride the indoor go carts, and then purchased credits for the ride and more. It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
