Andretti Indoor Karting & Games Glendale

Andretti Indoor Karting & Games Glendale

Reviews Summary

Andretti Indoor Karting & Games offers a mixed experience. Many praise the fun atmosphere, exciting karting, and excellent staff (especially KC and Dakota), with some calling it a must-visit. However, frequent complaints include poor organization, slow service, inconsistent food quality, and excessive caution flags ruining races. High prices and undercooked operations frustrate some, while others find the packages worthwhile. The arcade and bars are highlights, but bowling disappoints. Overall, it’s great for groups when running smoothly but suffers from growing pains.

First Place Finish My son and I decided to preview Andretti Indoor Karting & Games in Glendale ahead of his upcoming birthday -- and from the moment we arrived, we felt like we were stepping onto a professional race circuit with VIP treatment. From the start, we were welcomed warmly by Johnathan and his team, who set the tone with outstanding hospitality and energy. Checking in for our races was a breeze thanks to Rosxy and Michael, who were beyond kind and incredibly accommodating. They made sure we were

Fun for all...children and adults... Racing, games and more. Is a bit pricey if you offered better rates, then I would rate you 5 stars. Race cars are great, video games are costly, they have attractions which include vr games, race car simulator, laser tag. Laser tag uses fog and is 2 stories. Event rooms are roomy and clean. Bowling area is smaller and intimate. Bars are roomy. Eatery looks nice but did not eat here this time. Fun for date night and or family day/ night.

So glad we got this place in the westside. I had a better experience in this one than the other one. Anyways the food was flavorful from appetizers to dessert, everything was amazing. The Angry orchard beer was crisp and refreshing. Our bartender Brently I believe was so attentive and efficient, had our drinks and food brought out timely. We got a game card and the kids loved the games here and they stayed playing for awhile too! Definitely be back !

Place is supper fun and staff is so kind and genuine. Go cart racing was supper fun and got pretty fast. I won a few times. I will say there is a lot of stopping when racing if people hit the wall or spin out maybe adult racing should have an id check because there were children that could not drive and was causing us to stop frequently. Besides that place was supper fun games were cool and reasonably priced. And attractions were great. Don't come if you're broke tho.

Took our 13 year old son/stepson here 5/31/25 and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Purchased the silver package (very reasonably priced) for the 6 main activities and then added on a game card for the kiddo as well. Hubby and his son loved the laser tag, we ALL enjoyed the hyperdeck VR, son did the ultimate racing and loved it! The only "complaint" was at the restaurant. Food was great but service was lacking. I don't mind going to the bar to get our own ketchup, nor going back for napkins...but they kinda

Excellent place for the family . Everything here is 5 stars. The karting is extremely fun. The tracks are very well designed and the karts have a nice speed and are gray to drive. The arcade games are very modern, new and fun to play and the be experiences are a great plus. The staff is amazing and even though this facility just opened, everything ran real smoothly and accordingly. Would definitely recommend this place

Really fun place. 9 laps is $29.00 which isn't for everyone but worth it. Lots of inexperienced drivers which can slow down the carts. My boy is 11 y.o and can drive better than many adults but due to being a non-licensed driver we could only do the intermediate speeds. The adult carts are a blast. 8/10 IMO

When you enter, the Kiosks are to your left to get started. You can pay for single race $29 to packages starting at $69 for racing. Add any attractions for $15 and the arcade you buy a reloadable card for up to $100. There's lockers for your items when you race and there's a stage area to take photos for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place which is cool. Then your name and stats on the monitor too. Most of the arcade games are $1 and there's a variety from shooting, racing, to earning tickets. There's some prizes to r

I've been here 3 times so far. It is pretty pricey if you have multiple people but there are packages available. They have free lockers available for your items during races and laser tag. They also have free shoes available for races in case you wore opened toed shoes. my only complaint is the service at the Skybar upstairs isn't that great. The first time I went the bartender ignored me and kept serving everyone else, even walking to a table to get drink orders even though I was already sitting at the bar

Had an awesome time at Andrettis Go Kart Racing with my buddies. The cars are legit, and there's nothing like the rush of racing against your friends. We pushed each other to the limit, laughing and competing all the way. Perfect spot for some adrenaline and good times with the crew. Definitely doing it again soon.

The staff were very helpful and awesome at assisting everyone with helmets, and getting everyone ready to race. I brought 9 people for 2 races and the front desk helped get the best packages to accommodate the two age groups adults and intermediate each getting two races. We definitely will have another Wes-Side International Race event

It's fun but kind of a bummer when you have to wait around for your race time. I went on the race with my son on the Jr. course and there was a men who was on the same track. He kept passing the kids by bumping and squeezing himself in between so aggressively and during race and really aggravated me. wish he would have just went to the adult race because I was terrified for my kid to be in the race with an aggressive driver on the track. Worker didn't care, they looked at me like I'm stupid for addressing i

Phenomenal customer service all the way around! We held a graduation party here. The graduation ceremony ended early and our room wasn't scheduled until later. Andrettis accepted the challenge and made it happen. They accommodated a large family gathering of all ages. Jenner, Ceyna, Hope and Ryan not to mention all the other staff delivered the best customer service to my entire group. We did all the things, ate all the food and it was top notch. We had an unforgettable day! Highly recommend trusting them

I recently visited Andretti's Indoor Karting & Games with my family after hearing a lot of hype about the place. We arrived around 5 PM on a Saturday night, and I was a bit disappointed to learn that karting wouldn't be available until 9 PM. Although this was a bummer, we decided to make the most of our time by exploring other parts of the venue. We started with the food and drinks, which turned out to be quite enjoyable. The menu had a good variety, and everything we tried was tasty and satisfying. The dr

Really?!! Just when you thought you were going to walk into a race fan dream zone. You got zero F1 events on their gigantic tv!!! O yes, they show baseball, some local news, and ESPN!!! Andretti, a driver for F1 this is a truly waste of money and time. It's expensive and yet not for true race fans. Come over if Dave & Busyer is too busy. Otherwise, service and prices are better elsewhere. Going home to enjoy F1 qualifying!!!!!

Super fun place, did both go kart tracks and definitely felt amped up after and wanting to go back!! Had everything, didn't even realize they even had bowling there. Great atmosphere and will be back! ??

Pro: it was a decent experience racing. I used to race outdoor. So gas karts are a lot more fun in my experience. But the electric ones were not bad! The track is decent. Not bad. Got right in and on the track pretty decently. Cons- The slow down yellow every 1 minute was annoying. Seemed like right when you got into the groove. Someone would spin out and we all have to slow down.. I understand safety. But give the guys who know how to race their own area or something. Seems cheap when you bring someone wh

We went for the employee thing yesterday it was so nice so much stuff to do, the staff was great a man named Dakota was literally the best very observant and took care of things, asked if we need anything to let him know absolutely loved the way he worked. Loved that he kept checking to see if we needed anything but overall I had such a great time I seen him asking everyone if they needed idk if he was a server or bartender but whatever he does he was great at it bowling was a great time and so many games

I go so much ever since it opened! Such an amazing place to race and play games :) The staff is super friendly. Will keep on coming back!

Awesome facility. They have pretty much everything to entertain all age groups. The facility smells great everywhere you go in the building. They have a good variety of arcade games, VR games & driving simulators. Two different bars and food dining area. My overall opinion of this place is a 9.9 out of a 10. My only downfall to it would be the bowling because it's like miniature bowling miniature Lanes miniature bowling balls miniature pins that hang from strings. Other than that I loved it.

The go kart racing was a blast. The virtual reality was fun. My family had a great time. We did have an issue with them processing our ticket that we prepaid for. I'm sure they will work out the bugs for that.

The Karting was very fun. The track is different than other karting tracks I've been to in the fact that this track is not just a flat track. It has multiple levels and banked turns and fun downhill sections. Also the racing simulator and other attractions we did were also a lot of fun. We did the gold package which includes 2 kart races and 4 other attractions and it was $80 per person. We also added $25 of arcade and then they give you a bonus $5 in arcade play. We ended up spending about 3 and a half hou

I love indoor karting and was so excited to try this place once it opened. My husband and I spent $30 per person for one adult race each. We were told the race would be 7 minutes in length and we spent about 6.5 of those minutes stopped or with a mandatory slow down. By the time I actually got up to full speed we were ushered into the pit for the conclusion of the session We really wanted to love this experience but were left feeling really bummed out. This place definitely has potential, but we hope they c

Race was fun except when you go last you don't get equal time on track as the ones that go out first. Doesn't make sense that last ones out are first ones back. Both times went got one less lap.Team leader couldn't care less about equal time on track . For the amount we payed would have expected better experience.

Pros: The race itself was a lot of fun. The arcade games and attractions helped in making the time go by to an extent. Cons: It was a Wednesday night and we arrived at 7:15pm with a group of 6 and the first race available was at 10:40pm ??. The race itself was less than 10 minutes? I would hope this place will implement online reservations in the future so parties can plan accordingly and not have to wait 3 hours. Understanding that it was a Wednesday night (I'm assuming it was low volume), and perhaps l

It was sadly a little lame. We didn't try everything, but we did do the bowling and arcade. The bowling was fine to do for an hour. But constantly had to wait for the pins to quit swinging around between frames. Easily wasted 10 minutes out of 60 minutes of bowling time. The arcade was the disappointing part. Not many games, and over half the machines are just quarter drop / push machines, gambling for small ticket payouts. Do it once kinda place.

Came in for the first time today this morning with my family and got drinks from the sweetest bartender Tyler. She was quick with my order and was a joy to talk to. As well as gave some of the best drink recommendations and made me enjoy my visit 10x more than I already did. Give this girl a raise she is an absolute star

I had my son's birthday party here and spent well over 1000 bucks. The food was a mess (all came out at different times) pizza here is terrible. The carts are fun when you actually get to go (constantly under caution) they left the pit lane gate open and I came around a corner and almost slammed into it. This place is a mess. I was so excited for it to be great but it didn't deliver. Food 0 stars total mismanagement Carts 2 stars no full laps at speed Arcade 3 stars pretty typical

Fun place the games were awesome and the prizes weren't outrageously priced which makes it more enjoyable for the kiddos. The bowling was fun looking fwd to going again and trying out the rest. Even though there was a lot of people it didn't feel overwhelming or overcrowded. Great time and very reasonably priced.

Had a blast! Will be sore the next day as not as young as I once was. Dinner wasn't bad either!

Extremely terrible experience the front desk staff seems to be very poorly trained with little to no idea of what they're talking about regarding race packages and attractions. Our entire group spent over 600$ to be constantly confused around every corner while trying to schedule our race times. On top of package confusion the restaurant was beyond slow we sat down an hour and a half before our race started and didn't receive our food until 10 minutes before our race. The whole venue seems to be under some

Good concept ruined by corporate greed. You can't book online, you have to arrive in person. So you arrived and want to race karts... Well expect a 2hr+ wait for the next race. This is intentional as they want you to buy a package of some sort and spend more my money on site at arcade, food, ect. Imagine this as a small amusement park or sorts. It's pretty much a big scam to suck as much money as possible. In short I'd you live close you can easily go in, book some races and come back later. Visitors can to

I called right at opening and asked if we needed reservations and wanted to know what we needed to do because we were traveling a couple hours with a group to race go carts. All I was told was it's first come first serve! We get there and we were told we couldn't race until 2:40 for one and 3 something until the other which would have put us waiting 2-3 hours. They weren't busy and there was nothing going on! To me it's about as equivalent to going to a restaurant after calling to see if I need reservatio

Horrible experience! No sense of time they get you in 30-45 minutes from when the race starts. No sense of organization with this company. They act like the customer suppose to know how it works. They need to do better, they don't care about your time. One race even if your on time takes 30 min minimum from the actual race start time. Trash experience! The track is not a worth the wait.

Spent a nice evening with my boyfriend at Andretti, drinks were great. KC was a great bartender!

Really expensive for no premium?s. Everything is pretty basic, ordering food you receive a ?bar & restaurant? fee that about 10-12% additional. Will not be returning. Nice/flashy building but nothing much extra to it. UPDATE AFTER RACING, WILL BE SURPRISED IF THIS PLACE IS IN BUSINESS WITHIN 18-24 MONTHS. Racing is a MESS! SOOO MUCH WASTED TIME, CONSTANTLY STOPPING? you'll be lucky to get one full lap without being stopped. Felt scammed wasting $150 here.

Fun place, Touch expensive. Karts are good. Race simulator is not even close to professional. One screen in front, no belt, minimal simulator sensation. Nice food/bar.

Overall, horrible racing experience. Wish I could claim a mediocre racing experience but no, not even close to mediocre. I paid $31.00 for a race filled with constant caution slow-downs, ruining my whole racing experience. Not even close to being an actual kart race. A full refund or a second race free of charge was definitely warranted since their 7-minute race experience did not support the funds that I paid. Ultimately, felt scammed out of my hard-earned money, but never again. This will be the firs

First, we did the waiver online only for it to redirect us to Ft Worth's website. I thought maybe I made a mistake but the same thing happened to my buddy. So, of course I get there and get told my wavier was no good. Luckily the girl checking us out let me do a QR code instead of making me get out of line and go to a kiosk. Of course, its a known issue...seems like it should be an easy fix then but here we are. Secondly, the pre race was super unorganized and we even had a worker peek in and and asked what

Absolutely phenomenal service and an AMAZING experience! A must check out spot for adults and children!

Went with my buddies and we had a good time racing; my issues comes with how they don't have the prices for their alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks ANYWHERE, not even online. I ordered a STRAWBERRY LEMONDAE and it was $11 goddamn dollars!!! These greedy bastards also had the nerve to charge me for a refill that was also $11 goddamn dollars. These people will not see heaven, Inshallah.

First thing where you pay for the package is so unorganized. Not worth the really high prices. Paid 80$ for each kid and the bowling is not included. It would be nice if they had benches around for people to sit on because you basically have to stand around.

We attended for my granddaughter Jaela's 8th birthday. We had a great time from start to finish. 3 generations and 4 hours of fun. From our host to the manager they were very accommodating and made the experience one we will remember for years to come. I would recommend holding your event here and I definitely will be booking an event here again. Thank you for making Jaela's 8th birthday and event to remember.

Union Alliance Companies always enjoys entertaining clients at Andretti Karting

The wait for racing was almost 3 hours so we did other activities. Had so much fun doing everything else we were almost late to our drive time. A lot of good stuff here

We loved this place for our company event! Ryan, Natalie, and Mariam were so nice and accommodating. Very fun and smooth

This place is brutal. Understaffed and not eve close to prepared for busy days, unfriendly staff, food was cold and overpriced, long waits for food & drinks, not a real bowling alley, racing wasn't available for 2 & a half hours.

We visited Andrettis for the first time yesterday and the kids had fun. My boys are 14,11, and 6 and there's something to do for all of them. I wanted to give a huge thank you to Jarel, he was operating the mini go carts and he made my sons night by letting him take extra spins around the track since he was the only one on the track. That made my sons night especially because he couldn't get on the bigger carts with his older brothers. Thank you Jarel!

Very disappointing. Took three attempts at coming here to finally get a race time. At every customer interaction point they are inefficient. Seemed that most games only half worked while some just took your money. Only open for a month, I would wait until they have their issues worked out. The racing is the best part.

Fries and the chicken strips are the best! But they need more types of dipping sauce. Burgers are a tad on the small side but not too shabby.

This is a must go for all ages. Brently is the bartender of the year and a MUST GO visit to see for yourself to find out. The man can make some killer cocktails. Tested and proven. Jon Taffer approved. Well done guys.

This place is super awesome for adults and kids! Get there early for cart racing, and yes they are fast for adults. Arcades and attractions like laser tag, race simulator and VR.

Stay away if you care for your family. Worst go karting experience ever. They don't control bumping drivers. They don't believe in safety first. Its not a race to win, its a crash others to win track. They give free reign for rash bumping drivers and enforce no control what so ever with go-karting.

KC at the bar is AMAZING. great service and a delicious drink!

Took my 14 year old granddaughter to Andretti in Glendale. It was both our first go kart experience at Andretti's. We both had a great time, enjoyed the races, food, attractions, and games. Very well organized! Great place to spend a few hours with your teenagers, while they will let you. Mahalo Nui Loa Andretti's!

Great and chill place to spend an evening. Loved the drinks. KC attended us at the bar and he was a great guy!

We came on a ?soft opening? which google indicated was open. We were told by Ryan, the GM, to take a hike even though everything online showed them as open. I will drive to Chandler to avoid dealing with people who can't take accountability for what they put out in online.

It's like a Dave & Buster?s with a racetrack. The races are a little expensive one for $30 or $70 for three and you have to have reservation reservations. I guess it's a once in a while type thing unless you're there just to play games.

Great place for Arizona family or Friends to hangout.

Loved the experience , customer service was phenomenal manager jack was very helpful and nice to everyone in my family group that came from New Mexico to check out the new location , definitely our once a week destination best indoor kart experience in Az

Honestly just a great environment and with so much to do. It's more than a go kart place it's a day of fun that doesn't completely cost an arm and a leg.

Very nice set up. Lots of motor sports games and kart track is cool. It will not disappoint you.

My son and I had a great time. He loved the mini Mario and can't wait to go back and ride them.

Staff needs to do a better job ensuring safe racing. Too many man children think they're max verstappen

Great place, friendly staff , lots of games. They games move too and so real

You can't book online. You have to show up and hope there is not a long wait. Would not recommend going unless it's at the beginning of the day. We talked to 4 different staff members and received 4 different answer.

Fun place to play go cart, if short but fun. Not much arcade inside but the other stuff was good

Worst experience ever. Your better off going to Pecan lake. It's structured correctly. The wait times are not long at all.

My husband and I did a race and we had the best time! Will definitely be returning!

If you love K1 cart racing. This is the place to be. It's the best one in Maricopa county.

My son and I went there and had a blast. Be prepared to have some sort of wait to go in the track.

We had the mangoe margaritas they were so good! Thanks to KC

Had a blast! So fun! Staff is very nice and welcoming (:

I'm new to Arizona and this was amazing, got to go on opening day what's worth every penny!

Really expected the place to be stupid busy, we were surprised to find it laid back and not a ton of people. Friday night starting at about 530pm

Just another copy and paste of an overpriced, underwhelming place for ?entertainment? the prices are just too high it's ridiculous. Entertainment places like these aren't worth the $

Nice place but it was a little smaller than I expected

My brother went with his friends and had a very fun time.

Everyone had a great time and the employees were amazing.

Fun place! A few to many on the track though.

Just took a little.tourbut it looks amazingly fun!

?????????? ???????? ?????? ???????????? ???????? ????.

Shout out KC for this amazing drink!

KC was great with our drinks !

This place has everything for a great family outing!

KC provided excellent drinks!

Raspberry lemon drop (boy version) it's BOMB! Thank you KC!!

Fun but bring your money.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are virtual reality games in arcades worth playing?

Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.
