2 stars because I can see the potential and how some people may love this place. This was my first time at Andretti, for my son?s birthday. We came for their 2 hour arcade only package. When we arrived we quickly noticed that most of their games were not working. They either had a sign that stated the game was not working at its full capacity (not distributing tickets), or that the game didn't work all together and you were unable to play. As I'm sure most people know when you bring a toddler to an arcade t
This was my first time going here with my teenagers and my 10 year old. My son was interested in doing the intermediate track and based on what I read online, you have to be 12 years old so I was hesitant to going in. I didn't make any reservations and we went in around noon on a Sunday, it was not crowded at all. We did the platinum package deal that included racetrack for the four of us and also one attraction for all of us. my son met the 54? height limit and was actually allowed to do the intermediate r
So our party host was fantastic. We had a full schedule beforehand, and there was a reasonable amount of buffer time in for teenagers showing up late to the party. Anytime there was a lull in the schedule, she got us in on extra activity with cost direction on time and meeting place for the next activity. We had an extra kid not show up at all, and I would have liked to turn that body count into something else like extra races or something, but this isn't something they allow. We did have a great time, eve
Went for the first time on Father's Day. We were there for about 3 hours and we were all able to race once and do some of the other activities. Not sure how it compares price wise to other karting experiences, but we had fun and I found it reasonable. We bought a platinum package which was 4 races and 4 attractions and a $50 game card for $156. We ended up buying a 2nd platinum package ($100) to use for an attraction and saved the races for a future visit. It's nice having that option! There were 4 of us
This was very last minute find for our family and we had SO much fun! It was definitely pricy and the instructions were not explained to us very well which made it pretty confusing ?? however now that I know a little more about how things work I would definitely go again! It was a ton of fun! Also I want to shout out the waiter, I believe his name is Ferry. He was phenomenal! He was so great with my kids and my grandma, who said he was one of the best waiters she has ever had. He even went out of his way to
A lot of fun stuff to do here. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Our bartender was great. Food was pretty good. Recommend the mozzarella balls.. Nachos were good too. Only reason I went 4 stars was the grilled ham and cheese. It was dismal. Avoid if possible. Everything else was great though.
I had the opportunity to experience Andretti's for my spouse's work party. It's such a great venue with a lot of fun! The race track was so fun! It's not just a circular track, it's got many curves, ups, and downs! One employee who was beyond exceptional and genuinely cares about his job and others was Craig. Seeing his ambition, hard work, and authentic joy for what he's doing definitely shines bright! Great food too with an amazing selection and fun dessert bar! Random unexpected cool feature - bathroom s
Great place, challenging course on 2 levels, can get busy at time. They also have arcade games and younger go carting course. Had fun there for Father's Day.
I wanted to throw a 25 year anniversary party for all the people within my company. We called the Mario Andy team a few weeks ago and asked them if we could throw our party at their location. From the beginning, their staff was super friendly and extremely helpful! Upon arrival this morning, they even ceded off a whole bunch of the parking spaces for our company to accommodate the ease of our large company coming to their They were super friendly from beginning to end super helpful from beginning to end.
What a fun experience! This place is massive and full of wall to wall happy!! Took my kids here today with my sister and brother in law.. and we all had a blast! Racing was fast and exciting. Lazer tag was better than expected! (OH how the '90's nostalgia was vibing big time ????) The VR experiences were exactly what my kids were hoping they'd be! The games and prizes are better than Dave and busters by a lot!!! The bartender and cocktails were absolutely perfect! Their lead bartender knows what he's doing.
This place is run very well from my perspective. Roz at the bar tonight was so sweet, took great care of us, and the chicken tenders and fries were delicious and came out HOT. We've been here twice, come into contact with several employees, and they are all kind and seem to have bosses that care about the customer experience. We saw who looks like the manager walking around, surveying, picking up garbage he saw, and the place is kept very clean. It was a fun night out for the family!
We came on a sunday afternoon. It wasn't as packed as we expected. The arcade was clean and no machines were down. Go Karting was fun for all ages. However, it's definitely on the pricer side as we spent $200 for 2 people just to go kart. We ended up eating there as well. The host seemed to be in a not great mood but our server made up for it. She was sweet and attentive. The food came out quickly and was delicious. The drinks were also made very well.
I brought my daughter here for the go-cart experience. They have categories based on skill level and age groups so everyone can have a good experience within a group that makes sense for them. My family did the intermediate level, which was ideally suited for my teen daughter. We also enjoyed the arcade before and after our group went go-carting. The arcade had a huge variety of games, all functional and in good shape. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will return.
I recently visited Andretti Indoor Karting & Games Chandler and it was an incredible experience! This place is a perfect blend of fun, excitement and top-notch service, making it an ideal destination for families, friends and thrill-seekers. The bowling lanes are stunning visuals and interactive displays that add a unique twist to the traditional game. The ambiance is modern and vibrant, making it a great spot to enjoy some competitive fun. From the moment you step in the energy and excitement. The facili
It's a very fun place. I wish they would have told us about how the seats move back. Loved the bowling. That ball you can toss like a shot put. The 3D game was fun too. I was scared it was going to be more dramatic and I would get sick. No problem at all and the people were really attentive. We will definitely be back
Too expensive but good fun. Those electric go karts are fast but it's very short (maybe 5 minutes). Same with the VR experience (similar amount of time) and the space was too small to play competitively. We did it for a bachelor party. The facility was clean and there was a new feeling.
I went for a company event. The staff was very friendly. The food was well made and not the typical fried stuff normally served. The tracks are fun with a lot of turns. There are a lot of video games and a small track for younger kids. Good family atmosphere.
Overall had an excellent experience, but mileage may vary. Not perfect by any means but didn't have anything that was anywhere close to a deal breaker. The go karting - similar system to most places, buy races, then use them, but Andretti runs on a scheduled system - you report to the briefing area within 5 minutes of your time. This works fine on paper, however it makes it difficult to do races when the facility is not decently busy given the separate race classes (intermediate versus adult), as wait time
Great place for your child?s YES Day! We came at a perfect time on a Thursday. No crowds, plenty of time slots for races, and no wait in the restaurant. Service in the restaurant was friendly and prompt. Food was delicious and fresh. Arcade was clean and didn't see any machines that were down. Won lots of jackpots, stuffed animals and prizes at redemption were different and definitely not junk prizes. Yes, it's a bit in the pricey side but with research and planning, you can take advantage of the Groupon an
Go karting was really fun! Unfortunately it cost $30 per person for 7 minutes of racing, and the membership only gets you $2 off, unless you want to ball out and spend close to $100 per person to do multiple races. There was also an hour wait for our race, despite the place being almost empty on a Tuesday night. During the wait we played some arcade games which were mostly good, except one we saw that was down, and one that we played that had a malfunction. $10 lasted us about 20 minutes, which isn't bad, i
Has a variety of arcade games to play while waiting for your race time. The games and kart racing is great for all ages
We went to Andretti Indoor Karting and Games in Chandler and had a great time racing ? the karts were fast and a lot of fun! Definitely the highlight of the visit. However, I wouldn't recommend eating there. My son and I both ordered hamburgers, and they were dry and disappointing. Overall, go for the karts, skip the food.
This offers a mini bowling alley, a high-tech arcade with a vast collection of video games, a go kart area (didn't try it so I can't review it), the VR section offers 4 different activities which are all cutting edge technology and very fun at okay prices.
Our family had an enjoyable experience at the entertainment center. We engaged in various activities such as go-karting, virtual reality, laser tag, games, and duckpin bowling. The food was of high quality, and the service was excellent. Unfortunately, our daughter had a minor accident where her finger was pinched by the bowling ball, requiring some ice for relief. The manager promptly attended to her, expressing concern and providing complimentary game tokens as an apology. While this gesture was not oblig
A Fun Experience, but Cleanliness Needs Improvement Our family of four had our first visit here, and I have to say, it was an absolute blast! The go-karts were incredibly fun, and we had a fantastic time racing around the track. The bar had a great atmosphere, and while the food was fairly standard, it was enjoyable. We opted for the VIP package, which cost over $350 and included almost everything except laser tag. Unfortunately, we only realized this after heading to the laser tag area, which was a bit di
We went towards the end of the night on a Monday. We were escorted to the top of the go kart track so we could watch them and get a feel for the place. The karts are all electric which makes them quiet and exhaust free. If a driver gets stuck or needs help the employees can cut the power to all of the karts so everyone remains safe including the employees. Everyone wears helmets and is required to sign a waiver prior to riding. There are three different track levels/speeds which is good for the little ones
My friend and I went here last night 8/10/2024 and what an awesome experience it was. After filling out the waiver there was a little wait in the line then about a 35 minute wait for the go kart race. Two $25 game cards gave us well over an hour and a half of time at the arcade. The staff was friendly, drinks were affordable ($9.75 for a knob Creek Manhattan!). There's enough things in the building to bring us back again and again:laser tag, VR, bowling alley, a restaurant.
Our family recently had a blast at Andretti Karting! With kids ranging from 6 to 18, we were all able to enjoy the electric karts and the thrilling track. The setup was perfect for racers of all levels, and it was exciting to watch everyone challenge themselves and push their limits. The electric karts were a lot of fun to drive, and the track was full of twists and turns that kept us engaged. We especially enjoyed the competitive spirit that developed among us as we tried to beat each other's lap times. Wh
Our family had a blast! It was a bit tough with having to go with other families which was totally understandable. When we went out on the track they're able to control the speed and braking I assume because the kids on the track. They also stop your kart if needed. During our few minutes on the track we had quite a bit of that happening so I felt we didn't quite get the full experience I hoped for.
My son had a really good time here. There were so many different things to do here. We focused on the go cart racing and the video games. Ask lots of questions, though. We had to ask a manager to upgrade my son to race in the intermediate races. They were very helpful and friendly. Great place to visit! We will be back.
First time here, the customer service is horrible. One customer service guy actually walked away from us in the middle of us asking questions about how things work . No video games are available for us to play because we don't have a card and their systems are all down. We had a pass for $20 and playtime that they did not honor due to the systems. The only thing we were able to do is go kart and bowling really total waste and we had family from out of state really embarrassing.
Great fun, the kids love it! The staff is always very helpful and accommodating. However the food is reminiscent of my 1983 Jr High cafeteria lunch; everything we've tried in the three times we've been from the pizza and sandwhices to the nachos amd fries. If they took it up a whole bunch of notches I'd give the place 4, maybe even a 5.
Like the place. It's new and have lots of space. Things I liked about this: Ample space overall. Lots of gaming options for kids to young ppl. Go karts for big kids/adults have big track to run thru. Karte go very fast and feel amazing. Lots of food options and nice restaurant with seating area. Good for day out and Birthday parties. Things I don't like: Small kids Go karting track is very small and can accommodate 5 kids at a time, waste of money. This should be toddlers ones. Person escorting for B'day
This place is awesome, and staff is very friendly and eager to help and make sure you have a great experience. It's not inexpensive but if you've planned on that and aren't pinching pennies you can have a blast! We raced twice, did Lazer tag (throw back to the good old days) and checked out the latest in arcade games. Everyone had a blast. I'm looking forward to returning another time.
My son who is 8 and I went for the first time a couple weeks ago and then went back again recently. The racing is really cool for all ages it seems. We have just done the junior racing which is perfect for him. Fun to watch and they do a good job making sure the kids don't get stuck. They crash but don't we all. We are going to plan his birthday here for a party of 8.
What an awesome place to take your family! The staff was just so helpful and attentive. Douglas was probably the kindest human you could meet and helped my kids in the arcade with such patience and kindness. The world needs more Douglas! The tracks were great and the place was super clean and we spent a good few hours there and can't wait to go back.
Andretti racing inspired indoor Karting and games. Amazing racing games, arcades, various VR experiences, prize room, multiple crane games, bowling, and of course the track ?? ??. This location has a bar and dinning area to eat and watch the games on a big screen. Food was moderately priced with a variety of options for American food. The have different packages and levels for non-members and member discounts when signing up. The only two concerns and frustrating part was the new employees acclimating to
Went there for the first time, here are my thoughts: We paid for 2 intermediate races and 4 experiences. One thing I noticed was that they seemed to be understaffed. From paying for everything at the front desk, to wanting to play the 4 experiences that we paid for. We stood there for at least 5-10 minutes waiting for someone to assist us. During one of those waiting periods (5-10 min for each experience), we had to ask one of the bartenders to get someone to assist us which added another 5 minutes of wai
Another really fun entertaining place that overcharges every chance they get. It's mentally and financially frustrating going out with the family just trying to enjoy life a little. If a family of 4 walk away from this place with spending less than $250, you either found some really deep discounts or you skipped half of the activities. We visited on a Sunday and I was really surprised that it wasn't crowded at all. It's a beautiful facility with a lot of fun activities, but I wholeheartedly believe that it
This place is fun with good food and friendly staff and tons of fun stuff to do but I would like to give a special shout out to Josh who was our Karting Marshal for the Junior cars today. We have 8 year old twins and with one of them being autistic, we were very unsure of how well he would do. We explained this to Josh who repeatedly told us he would be with our little one 100% of the way and would insure his safety. Well, the end result was that our special little guy did unbelievably well with Josh helpi
We visited for my son's birthday this week and were really disappointed. Overnight, their system and pricing changed without warning-they raised their prices and didn't seem to care at all. Since our visit, I've been getting nonstop scam calls, which makes me believe their system is compromised and leaking customer information. The go-kart experience was chaotic. I got hit six times on the track, even though we were told there were rules in place. My helmet also smelled like someone else's sweat, definitel
We came here for a social work event. Craig, our event team lead, was amazing! Our group loved the go-karts & 7D experience. I'd highly recommend this place for a family night out, a work event and/or a date night.
This place was amazing. It was a fun-filled day. We enjoyed carting, laser tag, and games. The food was exceptional, and the staff was terrific. We cannot wait to go again.
Loved the go karts! We've had bad experiences with electric karts before that didn't go very fast, or the staff had the karts slowed down the whole time. These karts definitely let you go fast enough for the course. You are able to drift around corners and use a little turbo boost on straightaways. Staff does slow the karts for bumping and accidents, which can get frustrating depending on your group. After the race, you are emailed your lap times which we appreciated.
This was a really great experience! We went for my father-in-law's birthday and had an awesome time. We have a very competitive family so the racing really fit in well. The games, especially the four person air hockey made the time in-between the racing a blast. All in all we had a lot of fun.
My grandsons had a great time with the go carts and many games. We were actually surprised that the loaded nachos were so good (we ordered another plate).
I absolutely love this place. There are tons of fun things to do for all ages, and the staff is super nice and helpful. The food?s also really good, so I'm definitely coming back.
Disappointing Experience at Andretti Racing ? Rude Staff & Over-Restricted Karts I was really looking forward to racing at Andretti, but the experience was a major letdown. While the track itself is well-designed and could make for a great time, everything else about the visit was frustrating. First and foremost, the customer service was terrible. The staff was extremely rude, uninterested, and made no effort to create a fun or welcoming atmosphere. It felt like they were annoyed by guests rather than the
Well u can't say I've ever been more disappointed in spending money somewhere!!!!! We spent $500 to race and play in the arcade. Then put our name in at the restaurant and let me tell you, RUDE!!!! They couldn't sit us because they were on a wait, with a lot of tables open. Because the ?servers? were too busy. Here are the servers being ?busy?. We finally got sat and we waited over 40 minutes to even be offered a drink. So many people walked out while we stayed to see what happened. As a business owner I'm
This place was incredible! Staff was lovely, place is clean and lots to do with the whole family!
Had such an amazing experience for my kiddos 13th birthday. This place is amazing for all aged kids and adults. The staff is absolutely amazing and very attentive to the guests! The games are far better than any other arcade place we have visited! The food was decently priced and was absolutely delicious, so good my 6 year old thanked the waiter Kay who was also amazing! Best part was the kind and outgoing farewell we received from Ricky the door greater! Wonderful place, will be returning!
We signed our waivers online and we're told we could just go in when we got there so we were never told All the stuff was down. We were ripped off. I'm angry and my brother and sister in law..whom I had told andrettis was a great place...felt ripped off too. Anything we wanted to do was down and even the stuff that was working was only partially working. We raced but we couldn't see our scores, we did the holodeck but only 3 of us could go and the guy said we could do 2 and 2 but we would have to get bac
GoKart racing was fun, however the staff constantly kept slowing us down to "yellow" speeds all the time ruining the fun of going at high speeds, not to mention the helmets are a confusing mess of selecting them, they are color coded without any signs saying what size it is, so the employees gotta remind people which color is the size. The 7DX Experience room is just a boring interactive like movie room sitting a moving chair shooting at a screen. The food is extremely expensive as well. Nothing here is for
First timer here, and we had a birthday party for my son with a large party of 16 kids' parents' family there was a mix up at first with our room not being avaliable right away when we thought it would be so waited around 20 mins for our room to be available. Also a mix up with putting adults on a junior track that made no sense because we would not be able to fit in the cars. After the confusion they where able to get everything handled and put the adults at a time that worked best for the inconvenience t
100% recommendations taking your kids or even yourself here for a birthday. I took my 15th year old here for his birthday just the 4 of us. And for the price it was worth time 4hrs + with so many added attractions, including go karting was honestly really fun. The kids loved it. 100% 100% would go again
This is a much needed entertainment center in the East Valley. Something for everyone and all ages. I go up there to just play games or for a race, and I can't wait to have my next bday party there! It's been a great addition and if you are on the east side of Phoenix you can stop in and do something on the way through. This little guy raced for the first time all by himself and the staff was so amazing and helpful. He had such a blast. The food there was also amazing.
The atmosphere is grest, however games are constantly broken and being worked on. Not to me tion it's basically impossible to get in for the go carts. Showed up at noon and there was already a 4 hour wait. You can't reserve digitally ahead for go carts so there is basically no way for the 4 hour wait to be true. Service at the bar was awful, didn't even get napkins with anything I ordered. Don't come here, not worth the hassle
Recently we celebrated my son?s birthday at Andretti. We took the Apex package for kids and it was a wonderful experience.. I told other kids parents they can just drop off thinking it might be boring for them but they came n they stayed back. We were supposed to be done by 9 pm and we n all other parents ended up staying till 11:30pm.. it has everything for everybody.. Oh my god the room they gave for the party was huge and awesome.. they had huge screen with my sons happy birthday wishes.. loved the 7D th
Total bait and switch. We came to Andretti Karting excited about the massive track advertised all over their website and marketing materials. But when we got there, we found out that juniors are only allowed on a completely different, much smaller, hidden track tucked away in the corner. It's barely mentioned anywhere ahead of time. The main track is huge and impressive, but it's off-limits to anyone under a certain age or height?even if they meet the junior racing requirements. Instead, they stick the kid
This place was a great place to game and, of course, race some go karts! My wife and I had an amazing time doing everything here. The staff was really friendly and helpful and answered all of our questions, helped us get fitted for helmets, VR experiences, and 7D experiences. I bought a membership because I know we'll be going back. It's one of the few karting places in Arizona that is indoors so you know this place will get a lot of attention in the summer time. Can't wait to go back and improve my lap tim
Half their system was down so couldn't track any races and half the games didn't work. They should have offered some type of special or discount to make up for it. Not fair to charge full price when half the things don't work. If they took care of people, it would have been 4 stars easy. Races are super fun.
Honestly, I love this place but with the temporary server issue, it's a mess. Old cards are not usable. New cards are only good for the day of. This would have been good to know upfront, especially with littles who were hungry. We bought 3 cards for 2 hours at $20 each after eating the girls didn't want to play any games, but the claw games which were not available. Went to see if I could just exchange for another day so we could enjoy it. They would not issue a refund or offer any credit for a future visit
Nice place. Just expensive. Need to have a guy just waking around sterylizing game controls full time. Got sick the next day. The kart racing cost should be half the price. We'd go back much more. I can't justify $30 for 8 minutes!
My family and I went to Andretti last night 1/21/25! We had so much fun. The girl at the front (Jennifer or Jessica, I can't remember her name) was super helpful and knowledgeable. But the highlight of our night was Trever in the racing area! He was so nice and literally went above and beyond for my family and my younger two kids! He was very friendly and attributed to my babies having a good time. Thank you so much Trever. My nine year old said ?he deserves a raise? we definitely agree. We had a great nigh
We visited for the first time yesterday and I thought the overall experience was good! Lots of activities for the whole family. But what I was impressed with was how kind the staff was. There was one women in particular who was actively going out of her way to help and help guests. Didn't get her name but props to her.
Everything was either down or required staff assistance, and there was no one around to help. No VR, no bowling, no laser tag, and barely any games. The only ones working were a few throwing games and some racing games (cars). You were limited to just two rounds of go-karts, which were fun, but there were so many carts on the track that it felt cramped and hard to fully enjoy. Honestly, with almost everything not working, they should be charging half price. It felt super limited and disappointing for what w
This place was an amazing experience for my 10 year old. We didn't get to ride the go karts because the wait was about 5 hours long , I wish I would have known that beforehand. Which is sad because it was my son's birthday and that's why we chose this place. The workers could have had a little more energy seeing they work with kids and young adults, maybe put a fake smile on their faces. Other than that great food, great games, the 80$ package is a bargain for what you get. Will return to use the rest of my
WHAT A BLAST...First the gameroom is really updated and the place is super clean. The staff was great. Our boys 7 and 18 had a blast. The 7 year old finally got he hang of driving and I put a beat down on my 18 year old by being first int he heat..HAHAHHAA...Seriously this is a fantastic place. Not the cheapest place but worth the memories you will get.
I had a work event here recently and it was a great time, the staff took care of us really well were very attentive. The go kart racing track is super fun very enjoyable time! We'll love to come back
We are from out of state and came here to give our kiddos a cool experience. Overall this place was a lot of fun but my goodness that price tag is heavy! It cover over $100 for two children for karting (7 min only), and two VR experiences and they were both short too. We also got an arcade card. Anyways we blew through these articles in an hour so having an activity that cost $100 an hour was steeeeeppppp. But the cool things is this place is super clean, games are all in good solid order and the experience
Despite their server being down, they kept the facility running. I paid regular prices to race, and the Andretti staff decided to take advantage of the downed server by running 1 track at time, and running karts at half speed so they didn't have to run the kiddie track. After a group of adults demanded an adult only race, I finally was able to race! So glad I spent $50+ to race once!
I came down from Payson to take my kids to this place. We arrived as soon as they opened, but the package options weren't very clear. I asked the cashier for an explanation, and while he tried, he didn't seem to know much?I think he was new. In the end, I decided to go with the VIP package for $79 per person. The cashier explained that our race would start at noon, so my kids and I went to check out other activities. We headed straight to the VR section and ended up waiting for about 20 minutes before the
Overall, a great facility with huge potential. The arcade offering inside is incredible and the indoor karting track is fantastic however here are some issues. The check in at the beginning is way too slow. Luckily I came in the right moment. I was maybe number four in line and had to wait about 15 minutes in order to check in and pay for my Karting experience. The line behind me got very, very long very fast and people got very frustrated with the long wait, the line barely moved. The next issue was that
My husband and daughter went here today and were very disappointed with the experience. They both wanted to race together but they split them up since she was a junior driver. No explanation they just got sent to different tracks. Then they paid for 2 hours of arcade but their systems were down so they couldn't win any tickets. No discount for the inconvenience. Very disappointing customer experience.
Loved the carts! Bowling should be added as an attraction or at least lower the price for it. Food was good and well prepared. Nachos are huge!
Had a birthday party there yesterday. The place is a blast and staff is very accommodating and friendly. Loved the go carts. We will be back.
This place lied to me. I called last week and asked if the $50 deal was available for just walking in because i wanted to come for. my birthday today they told me it was available and would have available today .the package deal they showed the 50 dollar 2 race unlimited games for 50 bucks .they never said over the phone they were going to change the prices and I get there today and they said that the package ended Monday and the new ones is way different in price . I didn't get to do it on my birth
What a fun place! My boyfriend and I brought my nephew here a couple of weeks ago for his 10th birthday and all three of us has a blast! Carre was the associate that assisted us with the check in process and she was more than willing to assist us! She was very kind and helpful, thank you! We will definitely be back soon!
They gave out a trophy for last place on racing which was embarrassing and upsetting. With it being my first time ever racing and being a bit nervous before hand, I was very uncomfortable and didn't appreciate my last place being highlighted so much. It took out all the fun of the racing experience.
Adult level go carts are great. Child karts are slow more like bumper cars Laser tag and arcade games were a blast. Really loved 4 way air hockey Food and drinks were much better than expected. Pricey but great ??
Could have a better class on driver etiquette and what to do when other than the flags are being shown i.e. the let pass sign... Also there should be stricter penalties for people raming into other carts. They should be warned and then if they continue to do it be taken off the track. Food and drink were good.
I recently visited Andretti and had a really disappointing experience. I specifically want to mention a worker named Alexis, who was incredibly rude and unprofessional during my visit. Instead of being helpful or welcoming, she had a terrible attitude and made the experience even worse. On top of that, most of the other employees were just standing around doing nothing, looking completely uninterested in helping guests. For a place that's supposed to be fun and exciting, the staff made it feel the complete
Waste of time and money. Age limits are not a recommendation even though you sign liability waiver. Junior track is great for 8 and under. Not 11 under. If the kid is 55 inches and the parent signs the waiver, they should be able to do the intermediate track.
Horrible customer service supposly Manager "Reggie" I order food in the bar and had my 2 kids with me and was told by staff I could sit there with no problem with my kids, then Reggie comes over and tells me I can't have my kids bar area even though we already had food and had started to eat. I asked him if he can get us a table and told me you have to wait 45 minute for a table. I had to take my kids outside and eat in my trunk. He removed us. He definitely has no experience been a manager. Bad experience
Awesome place with plenty of things to do! The adult go kart tracks are a lot of fun, the arcade is huge, and there are a few more activities I have not done yet. It is definitely pricey, but you can join their email club for some coupons.
The guys who were working the karts today 4/1 at around 12pm WERE AMAZING!!!! I was with the Shield Company, and I ended up eating s*** and crashing into the wall at full speed (user error LOL), and the men did not waste one second to stop the race and come and grab me to ensure I was okay! They were extremely kind, and even went as far as to tell me I did great while racing, I mean seriously they got me out of there as quick as they could and diverted my attention to how well I was doing instead of how bad
Be aware that you may not get to race for several hours depending on when you go, and how management has decided to operate the track. First, events can shut down a track preventing anyone from gaining access. Second, management may decide to schedule intermediate or adult racing in succession which then causes some to wait around a very long time to race, or wait long periods between races. If the company was smart enough to post times when the tracks were not available, and when adult or intermediate race
Thoroughly enjoyed our visit ...Yes the Internet was spotty so some Arcade games were offline, but they put together some smoking packages ...we didn't even use all the go cart race rides...Loved the experience. Food was Good and Fast. The only grumble would be the line for go cart was too long and slow, otherwise I highly recommend & they're opening a New Andretti's in Glendale, AZ at the end of April ??
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
