Customer Reviews

Love this place - it's our first time here and everyone is friendly and very helpful - we'll definitely be coming back!!

Clean fun environment. Plenty of parking and lanes. Nice snack bar with good food options and they serve alcohol as well as sodas. Rental shoes and bowling balls available for use. Pro Shop on site. Small arcade and pool tables for non bowlers.

I grew up hanging around this area. But never had interest in bowling. Finally got talked into it more then just a kids birthday party. And really learned to enjoy the game. Great atmosphere drinks are tasty and wet. I think everyone should have a hobby. There is no reason to ever say I'm bored.

Be sure and take a lot of money if you're eating there. Beautiful atmosphere and great place to bowl! Otherwise 5 stars if the snacks were reasonable!!!

You can't find any other place that has the lowest price. Pay a price to play as much game as you can till midnight. Great lanes, great selections of weights. It can get pack some days????

Didn't bowl. Came specifically for the huge arcade shown online. The arcade is a grand total of 8 games including the duplicate shooter game. One of the three claw machines is amazing with crap prizes. The other two, the claw wouldn't close until after it had risen up if at all.

We had a great time here! Friendly service, clean and affordable.

Windsor Lanes in OKC is a fantastic spot to bowl with friends, family, league play, or alongside 100 Special Olympics Athletes. They have been a fantastic supporter of Spacial Olympics and folks of all abilities.

Pros: WE GOT FREE REFILLS ON THE LARGE PEPSIs! Most of the time, they aren't busy in the afternoons. They sell nachos, bbq wings, non-alcohol and alcohol beverages and you can take your kids in there too. Cons: The bathroom with several stalls could use some remodeling so I minus 1 star for that. I thought the staff were friendly, too.

It's right by my house, the folks that work there are very nice and knowledgeable, it's a little pricey but if you're there to have a good time you will definitely achieve that goal

This place is ridiculous?bathrooms are never cleaned, floors and approaches are always dirty, food and drinks are overpriced and now you can even get a pitcher of water while you bowl on multiple leagues because apparently it costs too much. So let's spend more on styrofoam cups and people waiting forever In line to even get a refill

Great time here!! The staff was very helpful and friendly.. they definitely make you feel welcome. The food was good, the drinks were even better so our experience was a lot of fun. They had leagues playing but were still able to make room. They do accept reservations!

Ok, they were out of burgers .... so had to get chicken sandwiches which 5 of them and 3 small drinks is 72 dollars... kind of pricey but came with a handful of fries.... cool .... the actual bowling part was legit... the music was good.... the restrooms were out .. so had to use port a potties... I understand under construction.... we paid for all night bowling and got 1 and a half games in before they shut the lanes down .. while balls where still rolling... my family said no more .... but I think this p

Managers Maurice and Colin always ensure our experience is fun. Recently we planned an event with some family friends. Due to some miscommunication, we went on the wrong night for an advertised special. The woman working the front counter, Serenity, went out of her way to accommodate us; we actually got just as good a deal. She is always pleasant and helpful.

Great place to enjoy a game of bowling. Only reason for the 4 stars is the fact that the game room has only so many games and half the games have nwver been in working order. I havent seen some of the games on for months! Other than that I like it.

Plenty of parking. Busy, but still had available lanes at 2 PM. Good set up. Nice concessions. Good lanes.

They were wonderful for my son's 16 birthday. Did the teen party event staff was very helpful and attentive. Great experience!!!

Not sure when Bowling became so expensive, but geez. It's a decent alley with good lighting, AC and nice TV screens behind the lanes to keep up with Football. The food was surprisingly good for being snack bar food. The drinks are 5 bucks a piece but at least come with refills.

We absolutely love this bowling alley! Awesome management, great staff, yummy food, good prices, and just all around great place! Never once had an issue here and we come every week! They offer a summer card which we definitely love as well!

Fun place for the family at a reasonable price. They have a food and full bar.

2nd Teen birthday party we have had here. Great food and you get a ton of it!

Nobody showed up to work the concessions. So we left after a game. Going to Heyday next time for sure

Love the all you can play deal...the nachos sucked ass but other than that it was great

Very nice place, updated a great deal from the 1960s!!!! We had a good time!!

We had a great time. Food was great all around good place

We meet here a couple times a month. The food is great, the drinks are great and the staff is great we always have a blast. This is our spot!

Please do NOT come here, they do not deserve your money. Go to any other bowling alley. $50 for 4 people to play just ONE game. For that price you would think you're somewhere special, but that couldn't be further from the truth. We had to switch lane 3 times because the mechanisms kept on breaking. The whole thing was old and outdated. The third time the lady switched our lanes she gave us an attitude. My wife and I were respectful the entire time, even when she gave us an attitude in front my 2 children.

Had a blast at AMF Windsor! The facility was cleaned all through. Everything was organized making it easy to find the balls and the sized that was needed. The music choice?s were clean, definitely a nice place to bring family and friends!

Good place to bowl and hang out, decent food and good times!

Tuesday nights are filled by leagues with people over 18 and they played 6 Hannah Montana songs by the time we got to our 7th frame for the first game. My husband and I also had a terrible pepperoni pizza that had so much sauce the cheese fell off and gave us the runs. They need a better DJ and I do not recommend the regular pizza. The Flatbread pizzas are good though. Will update my review if they improve but I will probably never order the regular pizza again.

Had a goodnight out with the fellas.

Great place to have fun. Price is good. Pay by the hour or game. My friends and I meet there weekly.

For the guy you purchased the lanes from was constantly in space and busy starring at other customers I stood at the counter waiting to be helped for way to long

UPDATE: We signed up for a new fall Tuesday league and were confirmed. First day of the league, we weren't in the league. Whoever was responsible for signing up for the league definitely dropped the ball.We bowl in 2 other leagues here and have never encountered such sloppy league management. Doubtful I will return after this season. 2nd UPDATE: Things are better with the leagues. There is less miscommunication than before. I still bowl here regularly.

This is such a fun place to come. Relaxing and fun. Serenity was very friendly as well and me and bf had a great time. We'll be back. Thank you!

Very friendly people working there, and the lanes were nice. Bathrooms were a little yuck, but other than that it was a nice place to bowl.

My recent experience at the front desk was unsettling due to strange behavior regarding pricing. It felt like the price was made up on the spot, leading to concerns about transparency and trust. Clear and consistent communication, especially about costs, is crucial for a positive customer experience.

Great Masonic Family time!!! One of our Jurisdictional Fraternity had our Annual togetherness of Bowling!!! Thank you AMF Bowling Lanes for supporting our Engagement ????????????????

Came to okc to visit friends. They brought me here. I really enjoyed my time. Great prices to play, food and drinks. The staff was friendly and amazing. I will definitely be back.

It was ok. Nothing fancy but you can bowl!

We used a GroupOn, which was nice as it got the two of us two hours of bowling with shoe rentals. Selection of food was pretty standard and it's your classic bowling alley. Lots of lanes and staff were really nice.

Food is super garbage, staff is generally nice though. If you're thinking about working here, I'd advise against it also.

They close at 10:00 pm now Sunday thru Thursday, I use to be able to bowl but now I can't, use to be open till 11:00 pm, potholes in the parking lot, when I was younger they would stay open till midnight and weekends 2:00 am fun times, no thanks I'm not emailing you. Whom ever responds to these reviews why do you ask what center, it's Windsor Lanes

Our bartender is always Michelle, she is always kind and friendly. She makes the best shots and is always accommodating if we want to try new shots. She recommended the Pizza and Pitcher special and our kids were so happy with it. She's the best!

Nice place to bowl and the employees here are great.

Whoever was working 3/6/24, 3:47 pm and answered my phonecall failed to give correct information about when I can choose to go in and bowl. This person told me to get there before 5:20pm so I can get a better price allegedly 4.99 per game/person 5.99 per shoes. I drove 1hr and a half for the cashier/another worker who was laughing because I was upset / manager who then come to tell me the same thing about a lead that fills up their lanes. Waste of time and disrespectful customer service from the entire team

I love this alley. They done some recent upgrades since the last time I was here and it's great! My burger and fries from the grill were delicious!! All the staff that I spoke with were friendly and enthusiastic! We had a great time. I highly recommend this place!

I want to say the facility is excellent and after the bad experience the management made it right. They called me to apologized for the clerk who did not handle the situation very well. I appreciate the resolve. It was great and I recommend this alley to all. I will return. Thank you.

I loved the atmosphere ?? so laid back and very fun me and my kids enjoyed every moment ???? the manager and food court cook are both awesome ????

Was clean & staff was friendly. The provided balls were super pited. AND THIS PLACE WAS SO EXPENSIVE. Saturday night.....A LG soda & a bottle of water....over $8. 3 games (4 people) was $125. We had fun, but I will only take advantage of the specials they offer. Never full price again. Shhheeeeeessshhh!

We had a birthday party here for two adults. Everything was set up when we arrived, the food was served within an hour of arrival. The drinks were great. The lanes worked perfect, plenty of balls and lots of variety on sizes. Shoes were stocked and clean. My only issue was the ladies room is pretty far in a back corner down some hallways and seems a little unsafe.

Went to watch my husband co-workers bowl. I really enjoyed myself. It was loud, of course, everyone seemed to be having a wonderful time. But most of all, everyone was friendly. They make pretty good drinks.

Went for my friends b-day, were were going to stop by for one round and leave to continue to enjoy the night. We haven't been there since we were kids and were excited to get a game in. When we arrive there are plenty of lanes open and the front desk has a sign showing a price around $7-$8ish per person per game. We decide we just want one game. The man at the counter says they are running a bowl all you want special for almost $25 a person. I insist that we just want one game and he says no, we are only of

The manager here is great! Shes got great customer service and is always quick to help any time theres a problem!

Visited when in OK visiting family. Maurice was super awesome and helpful, made the night fun. Great memories!! Keep up the great work!

Place was well maintained. The young lady behind the counter was welcoming and helpful. Will be back

Haven't been bowling in so long, we had such a great time on Saturday. The bartender Michelle was very informative and helpful with menu choices despite being so busy she took her time to help my indecisiveness. Can't wait to come back, she was awesome, the music was great and glow bowl is very fun.

We did have fun. We had a Groupon and the guy working the desk gave me some BS about it not being valid. He was rude. I spent part of my bowling time chatting with Groupon. In the end, the manager honored the deal (that was 100% valid). Good atmosphere. Good drinks and food. Mostly clean. Terrible customer service - which is why it isn't a 3 or 4 star rating.

They dont offer free water for patrons... i just feel like that is a standard at most places

Mid-afternoon bowling and place was not busy on a Saturday mid-day. Staff super friendly and got on lanes. Lanes were a bit dry but adjusted and just had some practice time.

We wanted to order food and they were our of hamburgers. Ordered a chicken sandwich instead and was not good. We had 2 frames left in our game and they shut the lanes off right at closing time...rude. The bathrooms were under construction, had to use a porta potty. The music was good. The staff was friendly.

We had an amazing time. The service and the staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was great as well.

Awesome time every time I come here to bowl? The food is excellent!! In particular the quesadillas! Service is above and beyond! I recommend this to anyone!

Not happy with the service or atmosphere at this place. An old man literally cursed out me and my family out for supposedly not following lane etiquette, he said we're supposed to wait for him to go and then go, he called us a bunch of names and we were with our baby! There should be signs up about this if it's that important. When we asked the manager if we could move lanes he suggested the next lane over. Not nearly far enough. Everything else was booked apparently. we asked if we could come back another

Came with the family on a Sunday around 5pm. Alley was clean, food was great & all the staff at the desk & concession were amazing!! We will be back! Thanks for a fun time!!

Three stars only because the staff was a little snippy. We were there to have fun. They watched us like a hawk for some reason, they should've been watching the trashed dudes next to us about to go out and drive who couldn't even walk back to the correct seating area. The place itself was great!

Great place. Love the service and atmosphere. I'm able to bring my 14 month old daughter and not have to worry about what she is exposed to. Patrons have been awesome and good to interact with. Update: 3 yrs later and I am still enjoying this bowling alley. I have started league bowling and come here 2-3 times a week. There are different faces in employees and some will be truly missed but, the atmosphere is the same and they are always looking for ways to make your experience better.

This place is absolutely terrible. Terrible service, terrible staff.

Great time with family and friends. The manager helped us have a great night putting up the bumpers and getting a ramp for the kids. I will definitely be back with my family!

Good place. Service could be better with some training. They need to learn to explain or provide what you need. They weren't clear of how divide our tab, they charged it all in one card after we asked to divide it evenly within 6 people. It was a little bit frustrating. We haven't gonne back since.

Love this location off of 23rd. Staff is nice, love love love their garlic Parmesan fries, and the fact they are taking precautions. Price is a little high but I'm willing to pay it for the experience I get. Also have a summer pass which saves a lot of money.

Bowling was fun. But watch your money when purchasing items at the snack bar. We got $40 in counterfeit $20's after purchasing 4 drinks. Paid with a $100 bill. Be careful.

Hidden Gem, their daily specials are awesome...Monday night's special is great. For 13.00 you can rent a lane, including shoes. And you can bowl from 8 till 11...make sure you get there early enough to secure a lane or two...the facility and even the bathroom were clean.

Nice place to play! Very fun , food are expensive!

I went recently, and I had a lot of fun!! Very clean and not crowded! Highly recommended!

I had a ton of fun here and it seemed like the lanes where properly oiled so the balls rolled nicely and the price to bowl was not to bad to, the drinks where on the pricey side but I did like what I ordered, the only complaint I have is that we had to rest our lane multiple times because it would get stuck. But other than that I had a ton of fun with my husband and friends!

It was later in the evening around 6 or 7. We had family night. It was on a Saturday night. We got two lanes. there was no wait. I loved that they had their bowling balls at the doorway where you can pick one up while going to your lane. Prices are reasonable. Everyone was friendly. Will be back for more family nights.

Although the food is quiet expensive for the quality the overall experience was nice. They made sure everyone had their own section unless it was larger groups. Super fun . Definitely recommended

Had a great time! The concessions were pricey but FREE REFILLS on the soda!

Food was cold, went to get food remade the lady at the concession stand clearly told me no, due to the concessions stand closing. It was an 1 1/2 before the attendee came over the intercom letting everyone know they were about to close concessions the night. I was highly disappointed with the service, and most definitely will not be returning.

Was here for my a birthday party for my son's classmate. Pizza was good and staff was friendly. I felt the place was well taken care of. Actually our lane ran out of time during our 6th frame and the manager restarted the time so we could finish. It was a 5 star experience but I am reducing it only because a new game was going to cost a lot for 2 people. They do have specials but nothing I could used that day. I will sign up for the spring coupon.

I've been coming to this place since I was a kid in school and it's still a nice place. Young kids still running things up front, food is a bit pricey and they have alcohol drinks, but the games are a pretty good deal and bowling is still fun!

the place is a ripoff. $90 to play 2 games of bowling with 2 toddlers and 2 adults! Plus the food and drink are extremely overpriced. 2 medium drinks, a cocktail and 2 orders of nachos shouldn't ever be able to cost $50. I'll never come back, yall may be the closest one to us, but the prices are completely unacceptable

It was great! Monday night mayhem is a great date night deal.

Front desk service was superb? bowling experience was wonderful? purchased drinks with a credit card and was charged an ?automatic? gratuity ? when I went back to the snack area to inquire of the charge, the lady there advised she was required by management to charge the ?automatic? gratuity? I will be disputing these such charges as there was no signature approval? ironically they do not charge this ?automatic? gratuity when paying in cash as we made another purchase with cash and the ?automatic? gratuity

I had a really awesome time with my fam ?? Kinda pricey. Instead of paying per hour you pay 4.95 per person per game then pay for your use of shoes as well. But you can choose the regular bowl or bowl in blacklights for no extra charge! Staff was super friendly and even though I kept having to bug the guy about a million different things we needed he was still nice and had a smile on his face. He works at the front desk, i wish i would have got his name I went around 5 and was on lane 9 but this man needs a

Lots of fun. Friendly staff. Good food. .has a bar. Could use some upgrades old bathrooms rough parking lot .needs cleaned up a little bit but it still feels like a fun safe family friendly place to be

Typical well run old school house.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are pool tables in arcades still good in this modern age?

Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
