The staff is very good. Branden and Marian are the food staff workers and they do a great job. I hope all the best for them. Mike is a great manager too. They all deserve a raise.

We took our kids bowling for the first time here at AMF Wantagh today. They had an absolute blast. Despite being super busy and booked they managed to fit us in. Debbie was great!! The place was clean and everyone was very attentive. My kids are already asking to go bowling again. Definitely will be back here soon.

Just had my son?s party here today. The entire staff was great (my server, the kitchen and the managers) and everyone had a blast. They even put the party near the arcade which was very convenient ! Thanks again!

Had my son?s 1st birthday party yesterday and everyone had a great time, kids and adults! Marion and Jodi were our party attendants and they were kind and efficient and did a great job to keep us moving along and made sure we always had what we needed. Definitely recommend having a party here!

Diane our bartender made our experience very nice. She went out of her way to make our time a lot of fun and helpful. She was very professional.

Recently went to Bowlero Wantagh and it was a refreshing experience. In comparison to other centers in the area, this center was clean and well run. Shoutout to General Manager Brianne and staff for maintaining a great environment for serious bowlers and families looking to have a casual experience alike, will definitely be back!

I had an amazing time at Bowlero Wantagh, and a huge shoutout goes to the General Manager, Brianne. She runs a tight ship, ensuring everything runs smoothly while maintaining a welcoming and fun atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, the lanes were well-maintained, and the overall experience was top-notch. You can tell Brianne truly cares about the customers and her team. If you're looking for a great place to bowl and have a great time, this is the spot! Highly recommend.

While I normally enjoy bowling here, the experience last Monday was most unpleasant. I bowl in a league. The machine used to oil the lanes down on lane 27. They spent an hour trying to fix it unsuccessfully. Since the league started late, two of my teammates since they have to get up very early. In addition, I had to bowl on lanes which were not oiled. Needless to say my remaining teammate and I bowled extremely poorly. The other ream was not as affected and we got clobbered.

This place is the best because of Andrea! She was so helpful and made my day at the bowling alley absolutely lovely. Will definitely be back soon!

The middle aged employee with the mustache was extremely rude to us over and over making us feel very unwelcome and overall giving us a poor experience. Our lane went out of service and he continued shouting at us rather than doing anything about it.

It is always fun to go bowling with family and friends and we did just that here! The place is spacious, it has drinks, fast food and music. There were other games available such as pool and the arcades, but everyone there was mostly bowling. We enjoyed it!

The staff is friendly, the lanes are nice and clean. They have a great arcade for kids, and those grown folks that are kids at heart ??. They also have a snack bar, NY lottery, and generous parking spaces. They have 42 lanes. It's a great place for serious bowlers. Recreational bowlers would have a great time also.

Dianne the bartender is one of the best around. Friendly, personable and makes you feel welcome. Love her.

I hadn't been bowling in years and had never been to this bowling alley before. Overall, the place was clean and the staff was generally helpful. We were looking to do late night bowling with the lowered lighting and music playing. We paid for the option of having unlimited games and planned to have some drinks and to stay for a while. There was some music but unfortunately, they never lowered the lights. They also closed at midnight... On a Friday night. Our fault for not checking ahead, but I don't think

Overall AMF Wantagh is an chill place with a good vibe. It's worth the price you pay. The customer service is superb. Would go back again.

In all my years of bowling this was my first time coming here and I like the place. It's your typical AMF/Bowlero establishment but that alone says a lot. The facility is clean, lane machines are well maintained, one can not really ask for more. The staff was very courteous as well. I definitely plan to visit this location again. Two thumbs up!!

Clean and has good service as should all bowlings alleys should be! They kept the lanes nice and greased with a self greasing machine of some sort. Will go back again.

2 days ago NEW I had ours hard the coupon from Groupon for Six Guests. My 1st impression about the location was that it definitely needs more parking space since it took me sometime to find the leaking spot. As soon I enter, I was greeted by the personnel at the front desk. I would like to take time to appreciate his head work, passion and dedication as I kept asking him to bring the guard reels up and down, changing the shoes sizes and so on. Great place and staff. They are super with the kids, my son joined their league and afternoon practice group and we absolutely love it. We're in the place usually 3 times a week. They really take good care of the lanes and the bowlers. Bright, clean and great beers on tap to boot.

I have been here twice, once for a kids birthday party and once on a rainy day when my daughter didn't have school and I had a great time on both occasions. The place is clean, the food is pretty much what you'd expect from a bowling alley, but I enjoyed the pizza at the birthday party. The staff are friendly and when I went with my daughter there were plenty of alleys with bumpers and ramps for us to use even though it was busy. Overall this is a great bowling alley and we will definitely be back!

Sons birthday party was here and was a $hi% show. Especially the game room attendant for the pool table. Horrible manners with no respect for customers. Party staff was ridiculous and had to find them every 5 minutes to get refills or something for the party. Plus it was not cheap

I got it on a good day, actually it was a Sunday, I think it goes without saying I am a man of color, hue if you will. And even I had it all right time and the staff was very accommodating, sorry I had to say my comment in this way but I'm trying to be as forward as possible to reach everybody and understanding my experience

Had my daughters birthday party at this bowling ally, not only was it expensive, it very unorganized, and the event organizer, Emily was very rude to the party guests, and overall had a bad attitude.The woman behind the desk of the food area was more helpful, and kinder then our event organizer. Without a doubt I'm never doing a party with them again!

Nice little alley. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The lanes are good although the forelane area by the ball return is like formica or something, not wood. One thing I noticed is that the mechanics are very loud! When all lanes are up and running, it clanks around pretty loud.

Good sized bowling alley. The bowling alley also has a bar, 2 separate arcades, and a pool table. There are lockers that you can use to store your bowling balls and other stuff. Also a party room for all birthday/other events. Everything is usually clean and the staff are very friendly. Leagues are a great way to meet new people or hang with your friends. I recommend getting the summer bowling pass (expires in September 2018) if you want to go bowling multiple times during the summer. There is a good sized

Really friendly staff based on the limited interaction I had with the lady at the front desk but fix the dam ball returns, ball returned chewed up my ball and left me with a lot of new markings (shown in the photos) Let the lady at the front desk know about the issue (lane 18)

Been coming here for years. This is my go to bowling alley and do league nights on Thursdays. Chris, Debbie and Gloria always take care of me even when they are short staffed. Always treated well and lane conditions are almost always top notch. Just wish you guys would go back to your regular hours and be open late again

5 Stars Isn't enough for the experience my family and I had for my sons 10th birthday party along with his best friends! We always go here for something to do with the kids on weekends. The prices are great and the staff is super friendly. We have done a few of the kids bday parties here and it's always well done and the staff looks after you really well

Super expensive. Bowling isn't like it used to be. Games are $10+ shoe rentals each per player. Much better places outside of wantagh for $10 per person with shoe rental for unlimited games. Used to be good but I don't know what happened.

Who cares about bowling -- we tried but there was a league game going on and a multi-hour wait. But don't worry they have an amazing and affordable arcade! Mario Kart, air hockey, and basketball. So fun... Also had apparently the world's largest Pacman, but I'm not sure I believe that. We had a blast in the arcade and this place is 5 stars just for that experience alone. Come check it out!

The staff is great and super friendly. They get you the lane that you want and l, believe it or not, the food is pretty good too! All things considered, it's an EXCELLENT bowling alley.

This was a horrible experience and if I could give it zero stars then I would. The bartender was EXTREMELY rude. 10/10 would not recommend. I was just trying to play pool and she literally came over and took the que ball away from us and told us we couldn't play. If anyone under 21 goes there I would definitely not recommend going to play pool because the bartender will be very very rude and obnoxious to you saying you can't play pool there. AMF participates with a PAL special needs chapter to allow young people with disabilities to bowl at a discounted price. The bowling alley was closed during the pandemic, but it has reopened with safety features. Bowlers wear masks to reduce the spread of Covid-19. Sometimes I have noticed people letting their masks down to eat something but not pushing them up again. My friends and my go to hang out spot!!! You have to be careful of league nights because we've made that mistake once or twice but otherwise it's always a good time, the shoes aren't gross and they usually have some sort of special happening that keeps the price nice and low.

From the outside it looks like a old school building or cheap warehouse. I go by looks of places well because outsides of books can sometimes be judged, just use your gut feelings like I do on appearance. After all appearances can sometimes be the difference between a top rated experience and a so called (WANTON) experience!!!!

It's clean enough. I still don't like that there are games for the kids to play although that's pretty much cordoned off in another area. Fungible. Still enjoy it.

Bowled at Wantagh for the first time yesterday afternoon and I had a great experience. The staff was nice and accommodating, the bowling alley was clean and the atmosphere was pleasant.

The staff and management are weird

Outrageously expensive! $45 for less than one hour of playtime (2 games with 2 people). So many better things to do in an hour of a day than get robbed by this dump!

Very nice bowling alley, well maintained and clean, prices are reasonable and they have good weekly bowling specials, typical bowling alley food, service is friendly. They have a nice bar that is at the center of the lanes.

Good place to spend some time with your kids or grandkids. Well maintained lanes and some lanes currently being renovated. Enjoy a few hours hours of fun with friends.

We were there for fundraiser on Sunday afternoon. The place was packed very well-organized the staff was very good.
