What a mistake to book here!! No refund for people that couldn't make it?but then the kitchen!! Had to wait 1h for sodas. Then another half hour for nachos. Nachos as stated in the description attached do not come with seasoned beef. It came with chili sauce (no meat, no bean type) .

Manager Katie was awesome. I was on the waitlist until near closing. She allowed me to bowl 1 game while they were cleaning. I needed to break in a new ball I had drilled earlier in the day. Very happy with the pro shop and staff!!!!

My family and I needed 2 lanes last minute, Katie and Chris did an amazing job accommodating us. Katie, especially was so mellow and works extremely well under pressure. She said they had 4 call outs! She's amazing!

Great place and had lots of fun. After first game we did have to move over two lanes because guest on the side of us did not possess bowling edicate and kept interrupting us when it was our turn to bowl. They also enforced the wearing of mask which were great.

I visited this business over the weekend with my non profit organization while having the children on retreat in Charles County. The staff here was extremely pleasant and helpful. The customer service is awesome. Crystal made it possible for us to bowl. I was trying for 3 days called the alley and Crystal went out of her way to find a lane for us to bowl. We visited to have a colleagues night out and had a blast! I didn't know they offered a military discount until the associate that assisted us asked. That helped helped to make the night a bit more special.

They charge base on number of people and number of games. So if 3 people play 3 games it's 90.00 plus shoe rentals. They were not forth coming in their pricing.

Great staff in the concessions area! We had a wonderful time. It was crowded but the other customers were friendly and polite! Nice family environment.

The staff was helpful and friendly. But the wait for open bowling was over an hour long because this is a league alley. These people bowl in groups for hours until maybe 8pm before individuals can be expecting a lane. Otherwise it is fun with an arcade like place in the back for younger kids to pass time. The food at the bar was also delicious. We will be back.

Not the best bowling alley I've been to but it isn't the worst. There isn't much seating for larger groups. The arcade is small but kept us entertained for a little bit.

We haven't been to this bowling alley in years, but I'll definitely be returning. The customer service at this location really stood out and the facility was clean. We had a party of 12 with the majority of them being kids. Andrew was absolutely amazing!! He was extremely friendly and helped us multiple times without even having to ask.

Horrible service ?? alert I should have read the reviews before booking ?????? "This venue is absolutely terrible for hosting any event. The service is atrocious, there's no bartender on site, and to top it off, the cook attempted to both cook and make drinks. When your card is on file, they focus more on overcharges. The staff charged an additional $300.00 unauthorized on my card. Avoid at all costs." my event was an hour late or more late due to their negligence.

July 14, 2024 I came here on Lane #14 at 7pm. I ordered a burger at 8:20pm and as I waited I went to ask about my burger TWICE. FINALLY AT 9:25 I went to look for a manager. I finally got a manager, Andrew is the manager on duty. The lack of urgency is what's bothering me. Andrew had an attitude just kept repeating the fact that they have 6 tickets back there. I said okay I checked out at 8:20pm and had to inquire twice. I was never even provided an update prior. Andrew needs to work on his customer service

I went with my boyfriend and the actual Bowling aspect was fun and great, however the kitchen takes an extremely long time which I can try and understand due to the large amount of people that were there but I mainly disliked it because this is the first Bowling alley I've seen where it was just dirty and full of rude and gross people. February 17 I came to birthday party Miss Katie Richardson she is the operation manager and she was excellent customer service. She helped me out when I needed it and she was just there. I appreciate her service and I give her five star come and see her. She is great, and she is very into her job and believe Making each customer happy.

We had our wedding after party 11/11/2023. We had planned for over 90 people. We coordinated with the event planner months ahead. She was wonderful. The day before, I met with the onsite manager, who was very nice. We advancely ordered and paid for our meals and drink tickets, which kept coming. The food was good and hot. Everyone had such a good time, we're setting up monthly gatherings. While it was a little pricey, it was worth it.

I came for a kids birthday and had a pretty good time. The facility is easy to find with plenty of parking. It's clean and organized, and staff were friendly and helpful. The shoes were in okay condition, the lane gear was working properly, food came out on time, etc.. We had alike a fruit platter, pizza, kool-aid towers, and chicken. It was all okay, and some was good. There is an arcade and the kids loved that. You have to buy a card, but that's everywhere now. Bathrooms are clean. We would return!

When I went here a few weeks ago I asked if they got new management and the lady said yes. I can definitely tell because it was a tremendous positive change in the service. It's much more organized and more staff is working now.

I'm definitely been spoiled going to Bowling Allies on post. Didn't think I would walk away with a $70 tab for four people and two games. Overall, this is no issue with this location. It's just a little outdated.

This place stays busy. Wanted to use my Groupon Friday night, but there was a 2 hour delay. Ended up going back Saturday Afternoon, but was only able to bowl for an hour. The league was leaving but some party rented out the whole facility. I have never experienced an issue that this. We made the best of a bad situation and tried to have fun.

10 out of 10. Took my two sons to the AMF location in Waldorf on league night, and the had a blast. Andrew and his crew were exceptional, amazing and courteous, my kids want to go back and my oldest had a strike. His first one. I created some great memories here and hope to create more. Clean and welcoming. Went here with a group of friends, we had a wonderful time on a Sunday. Not too crowded, some wore masks some didn't. Good spacing between lanes though. My only problem was the young lady at the food counter who was on her phone and not very attentive. And the nachos were horrible. Whatever cheese they use was not real cheese so I would skip those if I were you.

Took my son and niece there this past Sunday and had a really good time for the most part. The only issue we had was that there were a few leagues there and some that were scheduled to show up before my Groupon was set to expire so they turned off our game early. It wasn't a big deal and they had a small arcade that both my son and niece enjoyed. Food was ok. We got a whole pepperoni pizza and some wings. Been here once and will never come again. EXTREMELY over priced for bowling and the arcade (we did not get food or drinks). Actual bowling lanes are okay but the pins kept getting stuck and one went into the bowling lane. For the arcade, the credits on the card or machines are wrong. We bought ten credits, then used four credits on one game but couldn't use our card again. The card had no credits when we checked the scanner. Scary Strokes has most of the games and for a much cheaper price.

Many lanes were being repaired so I wasn't able to bowl. Yet the party was nice so we stayed and had a good time. Oh the blue lagoon drink is nasty ??, choose the regular long island instead.

The reason I went was for a birthday party for my step son. It was a great occasion but we could not bowl. They said they were booked accommodating a bowling league and to wait but after almost 2 hours we left. The kids enjoyed playing the arcades while waiting but it was not the same. The bowling alley was easy to find and the facility was very clean. The staff was friendly but overbooked.

Was my first time there. Seemed to be clean but there were too many people. Way more than 50% capacity. More like 85%. I didn't stay long. Didn't feel like I could properly social distance myself.

The bowling ally is nice. Food is awesome, it's a family friendly environment. My biggest complaint, is the rest room, that area was dirty, with a powerful smell of urine. It is very important to have a clean rest room, after all you are serving food and beverages. This is was I gave this review 3 stars.

hosted my son's birthday party at this location. Service l, was horrible. They hadn't set up my area with the party theme I brought, which they had told me to bring personally. I, paid extra money for the adults to eat and drink. They, not once brought out the adult food nor drinks. Contacted the person who did my party contact. Came here to celebrate our daughter's 16th and son's 10th birthdays. Attendees were from 3 generations and we all had fun. Great family atmosphere, food was very good and the staff members were attentive and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this place.

Don't bowl here. Firstly we had a party and it was pretty large. And we had a two hour window to bowl. They took FOREVER to get the pins set up and then took forever to bring the food out. Now the food was suppose to UNLIMITED but because of how (in my opinion) purposefully slow they were bringing out we only got one round of food and one more tray of wings.
