Everyone did a wonderful job making my son's 6th birthday party amazing!!! Alexis was a great server/hostess. The manager was professional and accommodated everything we asked for. The chicken tenders and fries were very good. We had a blast and would recommend for any birthday party, kid or adult! We look forward to coming to this location again for family fun when its just the 5 of us. Thanks so much.

I'm visiting from South Florida, but I always make a point to stop by this bowling alley whenever I'm in Maryland visiting family. The service today, led by the new GM Noah and his team, was outstanding. It's also great to see people of color in leadership roles definitely a positive reflection of the business.

Came in today around 1:00 to be standing at the desk for over 5 minutes. The young man in blonde hair apologized for the inconvenience, but it just seems like the staff is unaware of teamwork and time management. One employee with locs seemed as if she had an attitude because she had to work and the crew are always on the phone.

What a big parking lot with plenty of space. This place gives off pro league vibes and has something for everyone. Thursdays are for the bowling champs they have small, and big balls. Our server Jayden was amazing, and attentive checked on us many times throughout the night. I would come back here for sure. The drinks are good and the garlic fries hit a bit oily tho. Duck Pins!!! Yes!!! I have a very bad shoulder & long nails & love, love Duck Pins!! The balls are much smaller, and easier to handle & there are smaller pins in the lane. We decided to do a family bowling night. It was okay but the atmosphere was dry. They turned the lights off but no music. The person at the concession stand brought us our pizza without plates or napkins. We had fun just because we were together but we wouldn't go back there.

I am not sure what happened to the old general manager, Fero, but the young man replacing him is absolutely horrible. He has blonde hair, quite curvy, and is EXTREMELY rude. I witnessed him being disrespectful to his staff. His attitude absolutely sucks and the bowling alley is UNDERSTAFFED. In prior years, there was always nice and friendly staff who wanted to work, but now it is hard to get anyone?s attention since they are constantly working. Has that old-school American bowling alley feel.?? But, it lacks that old-school American bowling alley food taste. The food was too salty and / or too sweet. The pizza was like a salt lick.?? Went here with a group from work, and the place was spotless, fun and great value! The staff was friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. We booked our party online, and the rep was very pleasant to work with. It made the booking process fast and convenient. TIP: One thing to remember is that if you book for 10 and only 9 show up, you don't get a refund for that person who didn't show. However, if you book 8 and 10 show, adding on 2 people is very easy.

It seems that holding parties near bowling lanes with individuals or small groups can create challenges for both players and event attendees. For instance, we encountered situations where children were walking through our lane, while their parents did not intervene. This can lead to an uncomfortable experience for bowlers. I found the online and in person ads very misleading. I thought it was a special for 7.99/game in total and 5.99 extra/pair of shoes. Instead they charged 7.99/person plus the shoe fee, which made it much higher than expected. Ive bowled on a league here for .many years. It is not clean ,the floors are dirty sticky,dust balls laying around. The ladies room is gross, half the time no soap.

The staff was great, but the lanes were horrible. We spent 30 minutes of a 2 hour groupon on a broken lane. They pins would not recycle. Finally, we were moved to a different lane after wasting 30 minutes of our bowling time.

Me and a group of friends went there about a week ago. We get there and all we wanted to do was bowl 2 games but the manger talked us into getting a third game for half off so we did ended up paying close to $140.00. Cool bowling alley, great place for adults to hang out or have kids parties. The pizza is awful, but the chicken fingers are pretty good and they serve drinks, including hard cider, which I love (although it's pricey). They have duckpin with rails also; so, if your a kid or a tipsy adult, gutter balls are kept to a minimum!!

A lot of things are new and improved about this location. They took out all the games and it now has an open bar feel to it. There are also very specials that are run each day. On Tuesday night each person bowls for $2.22 plus a $2.22 shoe rental. That is a great rate for shoes and bowl, but it is also quite busy that night, so only duck in bowling maybe open.

Lots of lanes with both 10-pin and duckpin. Only downside is that they are often out of menu items.

Not sure of less busy days, but went before the 6p rush. It was fine. My daughter injured her self with duck pins ball, and wasn't able to get a refund, got gift cards instead. I wanted my money back and didn't like that part.

Can't say enough good stuff about this place! Had our sons 5th bday party here, and the staff makes this place superb!! ALL of the staff were helpful, inviting, friendly and professional. The food was hot and fresh, and exceeded expectations. The whole facility was very clean, including the ??. The arcade was not outdated. The entire experience was absolutely delightful. I hadn't been here in decades, but having moved back to Maryland last year, I wanted to visit AMF Towson Lanes for the nostalgia factor alone. The last time I bowled there, I was a kid and the Colts horseshoe was still out front. I was expecting a run down house with barely functioning equipment and would have accepted that gladly. It's the worst. The people who work behind the counter, were rude not only to me but also my family. We had to wait almost an hour and a 1/2 hour for our food. I have frequented this house for years always has been a good atmosphere. All the staff are helpful and friendly. My most recent visit had a little get together with friends and was aided by the manager with the pink hair. She was very attentive an knowledgeable on the systems. She made our visit smooth as possible there where a few lane brek downs but to be expected with such a old Facility all and all great time great people we will be back.

Cool place to bowl with the family and great customer service was the icing on the cake! My kids loved the duckpins and the arcade games. There was a host name Tobie who was great with my kids at the snack bar and helped them with some of the games! A great place for all ages! Definitely will be back with my family again! Went there on a Sunday afternoon. Used a Groupon as the regular rates are pretty high. Hadn't been bowling in sometime but was pleasantly surprised to see how crowded it was. There were no lanes open when we arrived but they took our phone number down and texted us when the lane was available. We went for a quick coffee and the lane was ready when we came back. Great experience on a Saturday night! Most places are packed they had good service and was ready to help. I enjoyed bowling and they had a special so always ask! It was affordable. Entertaining for a Saturday night! They did have drinks! The drinks were good for a bowling alley!

I am a league bowler at these lanes. Today I tried to go bowling for senior drop in and the lanes were closed until 4PM. This change occurred 6 days ago per the website. There were at least 20 people outside the building waiting to bowl. There was an employee inside the building at the front desk and had to know that we were there for 30 mins. Got to the alley about 5:30 no ten pins lane available. Was going to bowl duckpins until a lane became available, but staff refused to honor my Groupon. Was told no Groupon after 6pm ended up having to pay an additional 130.00 for 5 people. Never had this issue at the Dundalk location. First and last time utilizing this facility.

Despite being overpriced, this is one of the last truly family-friendly sensory-friendly bowling locations in the Baltimore area. I truly enjoyed my time and appreciate the lack of unpleasant music, large arcades, and non-family friendly atmosphere (as is found in most Bowlero branded locations)

I am a league bowler. We pay a lot of money for lanes that are old and brake down all the time. Our bowling balls get damaged. I have 2 in the shop right now getting fixed. For the money that we pay, the lanes could be updated.

Celebrated one of my sister's birthday and it was an enjoyable experience. Besides the bowling, The staff was very nice. They even gave us New Year's decor to bring in 2022! It was well-kept. Shelly?s professionalism goes above and beyond the task on hand. She established a good repore with her customers, and her manager skills are outstanding to the facility she serves. Chelly is always really cool with me. She's nice and definitely knows how to hold a good conversation. As good as the place is though, the cooling/ventilation needs some serious work, the place is a friggin sauna whenever I go to bowl. Fix the fans and AC and you'll get a better review out of me

I Started bowling at AMF Towson Lanes this past Monday evening 8/23/21 and I bowled my first 200 game on Yesterday evening 8/25/21. Never bowled at this house before but I had a great time and lots of practice!

Came into town from Ohio and my girlfriend wanted the Baltimore experience, I knew you guys had duck pin bowling. Was really happy with Chelly?s and team?s customer service. She was like a Visa card,?every where she needed to be?. I'm also a shift manager at a big bowling alley in Ohio, and knows what it takes to make all happpy. Just want to give a shout out to Ms. Chelitta Spencer. She and her team were on the ball today. Started bowling on time, kept the soda and punch coming and pizza was served on time (we said 3:00 and it came at 3:00). She was very polite and always checked to see if we needed anything. My grandkids had a great time and part of it was the service Ms. Spencer gave us. Will definitely return especially if all of your employees are as courteous and efficient as Ms. Spencer.

Had free coupons received at another location (Perry hall) but they were closed at 3pm so I checked out this location. It wasn't busy, greeted warmly and provided with shoes quickly. Lost the game but won on savings! Would return if I have another early afternoon to myself during the week. Cheers!

The operations manager was really great. All of the staff was super friendly and positive. I cant say it enough because it makes all the difference in service industry. My only complaint would be the food quality. You have to be drinking to like it. It's super greasy and unappealing. I couldn't eat the pizza either. It was just a big piece of cardboard.

I had my daughter 11th birthday party there 15 minutes before her birthday they called me and said there would not be no music played and we had to be quiet and we couldn't use the arcade cards that came with the birthday party packet I will never have a nother birthday there the lane kept breaking down management was terrible they didn't bring no refills that came with the birthday packet very very unprofessional

I love the atmosphere of this Bowling Alley and always have a fabulous time every time I go. I just celebrated my bday at this location and enjoyed myself ??. Great location to have fun!! My only issue is the slowness of the snack bar. I would recommend them getting more help to accommodate the flow of business.

We had a reservation for 7 at 8:30 Saturday night. Turns out you can only have 6 people per lane so we ended up having to double up. Would have been nice if we didn't have to do that. Their website shouldn't allow you to schedule more than 6 people per lane at once. Also the line for the drink/snack bar was really long, we waited about 30 minutes in line

We arranged a teen birthday party, it was awesome, they loved it. The staff were very responsive, food portions plentiful. I will definitely book in the future. The kids and I had a great time!!!

Clean and nice. Friendly but one thing I want to make them concerned about it. There was a huge difference about before 6pm and after 6pm. It cost me $58 for one game at quarter to 6pm. Second game I paid about $12. He should tell me me that after 15 minutes there was a huge discount. But he didn't. I am not fully satisfied.

We went with a group of 6 on a Saturday night without a reservation and didn't have a problem getting a lane, but they ran out of women's size 8 shoes and men's 10.5. Other than that, it was fun and the food was good!! At 10:00, they turned out the lights and it was cool, but pretty hard to see.

The person checking you in to bowl was pleasant! But the food staffer was late so we had been there more than an hour before we got any food. I had to walk back and forth to the food station because they either weren't there yet or really slow.

AMF Towson Lanes didn't honor my groupon. I was told ?I don't have any lanes for groupons?. I understand there may be busier days and you may expect parties but if 30-50% of the bowling alley is empty why cant 2 people bowl on one lane for an hour?

AMF Towson has continue to meet my expectation consistently with every visit. My family and I enjoy the atmosphere, service, and energy with each visit. Lane was not resetting when prompted and then would randomly reset halfway through players turns and move to the next player without them finishing their turn. When I brought this to the front desks attention they responded ?It's a 50 year old bowing alley, what do you expect??. I can tell you I absolutely would not expect that response when I'm paying for what should be a pleasant and fun experience. At the least show some compassion rather than alienating a customer that has bowled at your alley multiple

Amazing place and tons of fun! Good food and drinks! Service is always great! They always have tons of spare bowling balls so you never have to choose a different weight than your usual. A lot of lanes and they play great music!

My son and i go bowling almost every time we have "mommy son time". We live it! Staff are ALWAYS super friendly and efficient. Our lane did get stuck a few times, but that happens everywhere. The part that mattered the most was that they resolved the issue immediatly. It has always been super clean and well taken care of. MANY lanes and they have both 10 pin and duckpin. It is our favorite bowling alley to go to.

Went there Thursday at noon. Not crowded at all. Took 10 minutes to pay for our lanes and get shoes because nobody was at the counter. We started to play our games and I wanted a soda had to make three trips to the counter before anyone was there to wait on me. Used a Groupon voucher here for two. Didn't even know that they had a bar with all the decent brands. I went on Valentine's day night and it wasn't even all that crowded. Didn't try the food tho, but I do plan on going back. So when I do I will update but otherwise it's a fun date night or friend night out.

I recently hosted a corporate team building event at your AMF Towson Lanes in Towson, MD. I had a team in from out of town who had never rolled duck pins before and they all found it to be an enjoyable experience. However, there were a few real problems with my corporate event. We had a birthday party while a collegiate tournament was going on and I would've preferred to know that when I booked my party. I've had several parties for my children at places like this and I was looking to have a 'party hero' but there wasn't one. Overall the children enjoyed themselves but there were a few issues during the party. There was one staff member that was not very knowledgeable and I believe that had to do with her lack of training about the menu.
