Customer Reviews

Just had my son's 3rd birthday party here, and it was a wonderful experience. You get a ton of bang for your buck, food was excellent, staff was friendly and attentive and the facility is pristine. Booking the party was extremely easy and consumer friendly too! So much fun was had by children and adults alike!

I see I am not the only one to share the horrible experience we had at AMF tonight. Got out of the long line at 6:40pm was told we would have a 45 minute wait, listen for my name over the loud speaker. Ok, understandable, after the 45 mins we checked in and was told we were next on the list. 30 minutes go by, checked in again, and was told the lanes available are for reserved parties. It will be another 20 to 30 mins, so we got a pizza. By the time we finished the pizza our name was still not called so I we

I've taken my family bowling here multiple times now, and it's always a blast! They have both a dark room and a light room for bowling, and we usually prefer the dark room. It's much more fun and colorful. Last time we visited, the staff was absolutely amazing?friendly, smiling, and very helpful. Just a little recommendation: if you plan to visit on the weekends, call ahead of time because this place gets busy very quickly.

This place is great! No other lanes compare. Their customer service is second to none and their building and equipment is kept well and functions well. Their birthday\event party service was perfect for our 14 yr old. He and his friends had a blast. The food was great and again the service was awesome. 2nd time coming for a party and was very pleased. Kudos folks!

Every Bowling alley is unique. AMF does not have a nostalgic feel to it and it also doesn't have an over the top entertainment atmosphere. But a bowling alley experience should mainly be concerned with the sport and that is AMF. As a father to an amateur bowler (he's 4 and begs to go all the time) I have frequented most of the spots in the area. They are probably the best place to go if you are looking for league events. They also have an excellent selection of balls and shoes, never run out. Their arcade i

I had a great time it was a fun. I bowled on Lane 20 the lanes were a little ruff I thought it probably had some sport shot oil or dryness. It took me a little while to get use to there lanes and I knew I had to make some adjustments so I found the right adjustment and I adjusted pretty well. Also I am happy that I bowled a 246 and I got my hook shot going pretty good on I got it figured out. What else I wished they opened up earlier otherwise I would bring some of my friends here it's a shame they don't op

Myself and three others spent almost $150 for unlimited bowling. Twenty minutes into us being here I was refused when I attempted to order food, saying ? you have to wait 15 minutes to order food because we are a little backed up? Bro, we spent a good amount of money to bowl, and what is going to change between now and 15 minutes. I get you're busy, but nothing is changing between now and in 15 minutes. Overpriced to bowl, mid ass food, and refused to take my order for mad long

Don't go to this place they had Me waiting at the bar passed me up because my skin color

Brought my own balls had my own shoes cost way too much for 3 games for open bowling for 2 people they charged $60 plus additional twenty dollars. Such a rip off for open bowling. We'll never go back there.

Though we didn't bowl here tonight, I wanted to write a review regarding the service I experienced. Had the women behind the service counter not remedy the situation, I don't think I'd be writing the same review. I also felt the reviews for tonight seemed a bit harsh, considering other factors. Earlier in the week I called the bowling alley inquiring about their cosmic bowling beginning at 8pm on Fridays and Saturdays. The person I spoke to then was short and ended up providing me misinformation about reser

Loved it here. Bowling ?? and more ! All at a decent price pizza ?? was amazing ! Kids had a great time and so did all of the adults. Bar drinks are great to. Nice and they cheat you out if the liquor like alot of bars do. Had a great time will be back

Had a great time. They stopped taking food orders at the bar, so I had to place 2 separate orders and run my card twice, but it was, overall, a great experience.

Attempted to bowl here with 12 people. Waited two hours and staring at multiple open lanes, but told there's no open lanes. Asked multiple times, was told 10 minutes, 10 minutes. Then they claimed they called our name even though 12 of us sitting nearby check in desk and not one of us heard our name called? Never again. We will be going to apex or flamingo.

Never coming back. 1 lane, 2 shoe rentals, 3 people, 3 games. $107.35?. What the hell! Manager was useless. Flamingo? 2 lanes, 7 people, 4 shoe rentals, 3 games per lane. $80

Super fun place to bring the family!

I booked a reservation online for me and my daughter to bowl on 2/16/25 for today 2/23/25 at noon. When I get there I'm told they were overbooked. This is absolutely ridiculous. I am not happy about this. I don't understand how this can happen. It's unacceptable though.

This place was huge. The inside was much bigger than its outward appearance.

Fun. I suck at the game

Teens and kids had a great time. Staff was very nice and helpful and was easy to locate. Great place for a family night. We had a great time.

Great space to host a team bonding, troups end of year event, birthday, or just to go bowl. They have specials several nights of the week.

Nice and big place to have fun with family and friends. Many lanes to bowl and reasonable prices. The staff is great and friendly. Food is expensive, though, and average in quality. Otherwise, it would easily be 5 stars.

Had my son's birthday party here and was a great time! He enjoyed spending time with his friends bowling and the food was great. We have bowled here before many times and always love the atmosphere.

Great place to have a party or a good time with friends.

We had a great time at this location. The service was fantastic we were celebrating a graduation . They had everything ready for us .

This place is great. I enjoy that you can pick from the dark lanes or bright lanes. I personally enjoy the dark lanes with all the colored lights. And they offer a summer pass for kids so they can go all summer for 1 low price. Simply amazing.

Really big on the inside. Great price per value on kids birthday party. Cleanest bathrooms I've encountered in a bowling alley. Standard bowling alley food.

Came here on a whim on weeknight. They had plenty lanes available. The whole place has had a refresh/redesign. Looks super. Great rental shoes & plenty choice of bowling balls as well. The folks there were super friendly & courteous. Will definitely be coming back. ????

The lanes are well maintained but they seriously need to rethink their staffing for the bar. When all 72 lanes are filled with an event such as the Junior Achievement find raiser, you need more than 2 bar tenders.

Haven't been here in a while and always really enjoyed it. Walked in recently and there has definitely been some upgrades to the look and feel which was nice. However, it took us forever to get a lane, not because there weren't any available but because they were REALLY slow. They don't seem organized at all and they kept the lights on half of the lanes even though it was supposed to be glow bowl. It took nearly an hour to get a chicken sandwich and nachos and it was very subpar. There were also a bunch of

Place is lit.. It was my birthday and i enjoyed it

Went to the bowling alley last night with friends any family for the new years bowl so I thought. Everyone was having fun when I thought to check and make sure that I was getting charged for the right package only to find out that I had almost a 200 dollar bill. The clerk that checked me and my group in was nice a said they weren't taking resignations for the new years bowl anymore and made it sound to us that we were going to be billed for the package not the case. Not sure if it was a lack of clarificatio

I wish I could give no stars but since it does not give that option I had to choose something. We will NOT be returning to this establishment EVER again! No one told us that you get charged PER person PER GAME. ended up costing $500 for 6 adults and 3 kids to bowl 4 games. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Plus shoe rental is separate! Again, RIDICULOUS! The pizza was burnt and the cheese tasted sour. The wings were burnt. The pretzels.. you guessed it... BURNT! lady at the food counter was rude and refused to give a

I was going to do 3 stars, because of the pricing, but it's at least a 4 star place. They have plenty of lanes, a decent menu, a full bar, and they just added an arcade section. Granted, we're not talking Dig Dug, Galaga or whatnot. These games look like Vegas. The prices though - each game is 6 bucks, shoes are 6 bucks, and the food it's approaching Disney prices. So if a family of 4 eats to go bowl 3 games, it's over 100 bucks. They may have hourly pricing, but I'm not sure. It is a fun place to bowl

107.99 for 3 people to bowl 3 games. The lanes are trash, balls are trash, paid $30 for shitty food and I'm still hungry. $5 gatoradesm DO NOT COME HERE.

Old house. Smells like mildew when you walk in the door. Floors are sticky. Shot is horrible. Watching 220-230 bowlers shooting 160's-170's. 1st and last visit.

Great experience. The unlimited summer pass was $45+tac and you can play 3games bowling every day/per visit.

Everytime I go. I love the experience!! The drinks for the price need to be better and you need to have a mixologist.

Good bowling alley, it seems they always fill the lanes in order and a couple times it has felt a little cramped with a group on each side unlike a smaller place but their hours are good, they have the pro shop, and the prices aren't too bad.

I've been coming here for years and they used to have a deal on Saturday nights from 9-closing where we pay about $20 per person for unlimited bowling. I went with some friends tonight thinking that deal was still going on, but it wasn't. The person at the front didn't mention that it was no longer a thing (not totally her fault) but she also didn't tell us the total of anything so we just paid thinking it was $20 each. We got home and the bank says it was $212 for 4 people. Loved this place but disappointe

Many lines, the bowling shop is very helpful. Great retro on the modern side inside and feels very spacious. Who knew that bowling balls have a scent mine is cinnamon ?? who doesn't like the smell of resin?? Stop using the back door like you own the place.

Extremely unprofessional. They messed up our bill, charged us extra, and the staff called me an offensive name. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Now I'm gonna say this right off the bat, the reason why I didn't have an amazing experience with my visit is ONLY because they were short staffed. Either because of COVID or something else but that's why. I loved it here otherwise. The customer service at the shoe rental and lane service desk was amazing. When we first arrived we ordered some food from the little concession store they have but it took nearly an hour to get our food. When the food arrived finally it was good. But because of them being out o

Great place to bowl! The prices are really decent and affordable!! I love taking my kids here. Kid's shoes are velcro and all shoes are in good condition as if new. They have kid size balls behind the counter if you can't find one out in the area. The smallest is 7 pounds. You can have the gutter rails put up or down at any time, but if they go up for the kids, they stay up for everyone. In case you were wondering about their food, I know they have really good boneless wings!! They are phenomenal!! They pl

Great place to bowl. Did some renovations recently looks great. Only issue I had was the proce of the food. Really a basket of fries is $12? That's crazy

Me and my family of 5 went to this bowling alley today and had a great time. They were very accommodating for my grandchildren, and Nicole was amazing! She made our experience exceptional. I would recommend this AMF center to any one and wish for Nicole to be there to make your experience memorable. She is definitely a great asset to the bowlero Corp

The woman working was amazing even with how packed it was. Food and drinks were delicious and arrived quickly even being short staffed. Had a great time. Still an awesome experience the 2nd time in a row.

Wanna overpay for bowling when there are over 10 bowling alleys within a 20 mile radius??? That's my review lol

You have an absolute diamond ?? in the rough with Dan as your night manager on Thursday nights. Of which I have been patronizing on a regular basis this winter with friends & family. He truly knows how to the the show and do it so everyone in the establishment is having a good time. Please give Dan more money ?? because he is truly a priceless commodity when looking for the right person to run your business.???????

Large facility, clean, lots of bowling balls to choose from, great adult beverage prices, nice score screens and lighting. We got a lane under a non-working fan, whole family was melting. Also, employee at the counter was less than pleasant, and this was at the start of the day, the place had opened about 10 minutes earlier. Everyone is entitled to a bad day, but it was a turn-off for sure. Bowling was great, her attitude was not. Good help is hard to find.

Lanes were great. Service was wonderful. Games were a bit pricey. Bowling one game, two people plus shoe rental, $28.00.

Great atmosphere we had a great time. The server was very nice and quick. The food was great. They are practicing great safety practices. You must have a mask on and they have dividers by the registers. They also have dividers between the lanes to protect the customers. Great date night bowling place. Me and my live had a great night with family.

This place has gone down hill. Lack of staffing here is an understatement, long wait times. 45 minutes waiting in line just to pay and then another 30 just to get drinks. Save your time go to the bowling alley in Fulton or Oswego. Will not be coming back.

Came here for a birthday on Wednesday December 27 2023 the staff were told to put a ICECREAM CAKE in the fridge they agreed to do it but never did. My cake is melted and disgusting. I would like a immediate refund for my horrible bowling experience

Didn't have the best time. The lanes were fine, the shoes were pretty worn for a place this funded. Atmosphere was good, I'd probably come here if Bowling wasn't the main reason for my visit. I didn't feel the customer service was warm or friendly, but I did come on a Tuesday afternoon, so I guess it's expected. A lil pricey, but not terribly. I won't be coming back, but I couldn't give a 1 star because I felt safe the entire time.

AMF, had a great time. Dan the manager was a cool dude. Lanes are nice and well taken care of. Staff is very nice and chill. Like the new renovations they put it, fans are a nice addition. :)

I drove 3 hours to participate in the adult junior championship and was told my many people how amazing this facility was and when I got here it was even better then people had said. The place is absolutely huge. The staff was great but my favorite part was the guy who ran the pro shop. I spent 15 minutes with my wife and daughter talking to him about bowling ball history, his career, current best sellers, everything bowling. He showed us some vintage bowling equipment (a wooden ball with just 2 finger hole

Food service is extremely slow multiple times we have been here. Over an hour wait for chicken tenders and fries. Along with extremely rude staff with attitudes.

Friday night fun. Didn't have a wait even with league play going on.

Do not expect a good birthday party here. The service was very poor, we had to keep reminding the staff about what we paid for in the package. I paid 25 dollars per person to ensure everyone got food but unlike the party planner said the food was not continuous. We had to complain to get what we paid for. Not to mention the hair we saw in our food. Do not waist your money here for a party go somewhere else where you can get food and bowling that was promised in the description.

It's a great place!! Good staff and facilities. Obviously well taken care of. Lanes are in great condition, food was hot and decent quality. Only thing is the prices are sky high,, be ready to spend..

Always a good time. Food is fairly decent. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a full-service bar and will bring drinks or food to your table or you can walk up and get them. If you get on their email list they send you deals a lot. And also they have Dollar games almost all summer long for the kids. So on those really hot days when you don't want to be outside and just want to be in the AC it's not a bad place to go. Though I prefer the beach myself LOL it's not a bad second.

Booked a birthday party, with food and drinks. Everything was correct, however the timing was off. There were too many hands in the pot. Spoke to one person for time that food should come out, what drinks we wanted, etc, then another person brought the food out sooner than expected. Let it sit for a few minutes, then took it back. Also, upon booking the party, we held additional lanes. Once we got there, I had to put a credit card up for any adults possibly playing, which was not discussed prior. Overall we

I wont be back the woman who checked us in was so unfriendly, I would of turned around and walked out but I had paid for a groupon. Not sure what her problem was I mentioned her attitude to her didn't faze her. You would think in these times they would be trying to keep customers but the way we were treated I will go elsewhere. The bowling was fine.

Customer service was great! Everything was clean, bathrooms included. Boneless wings were tasty as well as the fries. Patricia W was super friendly and funny. We look forward to going back again.

Google and their website said open until 11? arrived at 9:45 and doors were locked but people were inside. Called and asked if they were open, man on the phone rudely said ?yeah for another thirteen minutes but even by yourself you'd need fifteen minutes to play a game?. No signage on the doors or information on the website says that they don't take new games after 10pm. that's perfectly acceptable, but should let people know ahead of time. we drove thirty minutes to bowl and were met with rude customer ser

A large and clean bowling alley, my only concern was that it was understaffed and they were asking a lot out of the employees, especially the nice woman working both the busy bar and the concession stand. Saturdays are busy and the most expensive, so next time we will pick a different day however we all enjoyed it and plan to go again.

Obviously, the manager Jen is not a bowler!! I went to the pro shop to get holes drilled. The pro shop owner was great! I give him and pro shop 5 stars. BUT the manager on duty, Jen deserves 0 stars!!! I asked if my son could try out his two bowling balls before we leave in case any adjustments need to be made. She refused this which is common practice at any other alley. She told us we had to buy a game. We did not have time for a game. We wanted one frame!! There were only 4 lanes being used out of 72. I

So the place is decent but the employees are SO rude. Went up to order fries and the girl at counter ignored me for a solid two minutes and then said ?i can take your order if that's what you're waiting for? which I obviously was waiting for. We waited 25 minutes for fries to be brought to us and they never came. My boyfriend went up and politely asked where they were, just to hear the employees in the kitchen complain about him. At the end of the night we returned our shoes and again one employee complaine

Went for a couple hours of bowling, had a deal through Groupon. Food was ok, drinks were good and the lanes played well. Definitely will return in the future.

Great lanes, good food for bowling alley food and friendly staff. I am however, really annoyed that they can't seem to utilize their outdoor sign or website to say when they have a tournament and therefore have no open bowling. We came in at about 12:30 on a Sunday and was told that there was no open bowling until after 5:00. I'll try to call ahead from now on on the weekends, but im still irritated

We had this joint cater a birthday party for teenage boys. They had a great time. There was more food than they could eat and the help was great. The person who is the contact at this location did a great job. The technician was a little odd but it's a bowling alley. The lanes were good and the place is clean considerating it's a bowling alley. I recommend this place.

The staff was friendly but the main problem was the wait. It took 30 min for the food to arrive for my family and I and we only ordered 2 burgers and 2 sandwiches as well as a taco salad. When the food arrived the order was not correct. My grandfather asked for no onions on his burger but got them, my sister didn't get cheese on her burger, and another sister got black olives in her taco salad despite asking for none. I got hair in my fries and I overheard the table next to us had over cooked chicken strips

We had such a great time here!! The staff was very helpful and friendly! Dan, Malakai, and Jordan were all amazing and we will definitely be visiting again when we're in the area! Loved it! ??

Came here with a group of people, staff was very friendly. As we were checking out it was casually mentioned among the group that it was someone's birthday. Without hesitation, the gentleman behind the counter grabbed a bowling pin for all of us to sign and give to our friend. It was very nice of him to do.

We come here 2 nights a week for a bowling league and every night we are here and that we order food, it sucks. 90% of the time your waiting over an hour for food and it comes cold and/or way over cooked to the point you could chip a tooth trying to bite it. I have complained several times and nothing ever changes. Also the employees always on their phones and counter help is scarce. You stand there for several minutes waiting for someone to take your order. If it wasn't for having to leagues here, we proba

I left my purse on the table behind our lane. My wallet was stolen while I was playing. Lost $300 all my ids and insurance cards. Not a safe establishment if they don't rob you with the prices the other patrons might.

I had no idea this place was here. A buddy from work suggested it and I'm glad! I'm sure we're all used to the bar masquerading as a bowling alley. Where if you don't get there early you can't get a lane. Not at AMF! The place is insanely large with tons of lanes I don't want to spit out a number but id guess at least 30 lanes. Full bar, and concessions stand and they do specials about every day of the week. 4 of us bowled for 3 hours for 40$ hard to beat that!

2 hours for food. Technicians that can't fix the pinsetters. Renovation makes it look like a hospital. Whoever revamped this establishment killed it. Been bowling here for decades. AMF is the worst bowling corporation on the planet.

not impressed. lanes never work like they are supposed to balls never would come back had to call the desk multiple times. Used to pay 15/person for rock n bowl now it's $21 all of a sudden. $28 for two pitchers of beer (about 4 glasses ea). Then was overcharged because they changed it to how many games you play now. Had to fight to get my money back and will most likely never come back. I do not recommend this place.

1 game for the wife and I with a 5 and 6 year old took 30 minutes and was nearly $50. They expect a tip to work the shoe counter. As far as the lanes are concerned, decent I guess. The avid bowlers nearby complained they were oily but I don't know the difference.

I wish I can give this place zero stars ?? This place is by far the worst place to possibly go to when you're taking your kids cosmic bowling. We had our name on the waiting list for over two hours waiting for our turn only to be told the lanes were full after our two hour wait. Which we had to wait inside the building or we didn't get called. This has happen me twice already. The workers there are rude, disrespectful, and do not know how customer service works at all. They are rude on the phone as well. It

Pricing is obnoxious. We were wondering how the parking lot was so empty on a Saturday night for Rock and Bowl and we didn't need a reservation. Our fault for assuming the pricing and times would be similar to the Flamingo Bowl 10 minutes away instead of checking. $20/person for 2 hours??? We were cut off mid way through our 2nd game because we were busy wasting money on high priced food and drinks that we then had to sit there and eat and drink with bowling already shut down. And they made 9 of us share 2

I bowl here all the time . Love the employees that work the counter, Pro shop, Wait staff, maintenance crew,Porter's and bartender s . Kitchen crew could use a little more respect bto the costumers. I am a cook for a living and my bother ordered a mushroom bacon cheeseburger with honey mustard no pickles. He gave him ketchup mustard burger pickles and mushrooms on bottom. My brother was expecting the mushrooms on top with bacon and the cheese melting on top to the burger. Cook said it can't be done. I do it

Came to bowl around 8:30 pm on a Thursday since they have a special and are supposed to be open until 10. The doors were locked and employees were just chillin inside bowling. I called and asked what was going on and the guy literally said they were slow so decided to close early. I have never heard of a business doing this??? If you decide to come here, make sure you call ahead to check if they feel like being open.

Was there to watch our son's state bowling game

Had fun here with family on a Wednesday afternoon. Place is kinda expensive to bowl and the food and drinks are expensive but nothing special. Otherwise it was clean there and customer service was good.

This AMF location, like most others, offers plenty of lanes for groups and individuals to all bowl together. One feature to note is how half of the lanes are lit with neon lights, making anything light-colored you're wearing become immediately highlighted. The other half operates with traditional, regular lighting, allowing those who want more of a "party" vibe to get their fun by sticking to one side of the facility. If this review was helpful, please consider a thumbs up. It would be greatly-appreciated!

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
