AMF Syosset Lanes

We celebrated my daughter's birthday here and had an amazing time! Wendy, the manager, and our server Allie were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was delightful, and the food was fantastic! My daughter and her friends particularly loved the fries and cookie cake. The venue was spotless, well-organized, and beautifully decorated! My daughter's name was displayed in front of our lanes, and she was thrilled with how lovely it looked. We are definitely looking forward to returning for more

One of the best places to go for practicing your bowling or just having a great time in the past time sport/activity. The appetizers are great as well and the staff is very pleasant. I'd much rather travel a few miles out of my way to go to this place, then some of the other places I have visited.

Jennifer and her staff were amazing!!! I had my 5 year old daughters birthday party there this past Saturday and all the kids had an amazing time. The staff was excellent and were on top of everything from making sure we had all the food and drinks we needed to any help required on the lanes. Jennifer and her staff should be proud at the way they take care of their customers especially the little ones to make their experience amazing!.

Don't sleep on this alley. They constantly strive to make it feel like home. Kailey is the bright shining welcoming face you never see in the bowling alley. Tina serving the drinks is always on point and just the best.

What a great location! Manager and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had an event for work and they went out of their way to make it extra special. Literally just had my daughter's 6th birthday here, it was fantastic. My daughter and her friends had so much fun! Kayla was an amazing server, and the food was very good.

Great place to bowl with the family... one of the staff members Kayla was super helpful and made the entire experience 5 stars. Will be making this our regular bowling alley.

I attended a Birthday party here on a Saturday from 2-5pm and I loved it. The party host was incredible, great personality, social, and very attentive. The score screens were so cute and kid friendly. It wasn't too crowded considering the day and time. The kids all had a wonderful time and I would definitely consider celebrating my son's birthday here as well. The food was also very good and a good temperature.

We went on a Saturday at ~noon. There was only 1 other group bowling, which made for a pleasant time. Rates to bowl varied depending on the time that you go. For example, during off-peak hours we paid $7.50 per person per game. But during busy hours it might have been $8.50 per person per game. The bowling alley is quite big, has food and drink options, and comfortable seating.

Loraine gives the best service. She is very generous to us, and she always we're having a magnificent time

My sons 7th birthday was incredible! Food was delicious, everything was so clean! Lorraine and Wendy went above and beyond to make sure every expectation was met. So kind and accommodating. Great place to bowl, however the lady that works the counter was a bit Rude. Scrolling on her phone, I stood at the counter for few mins before she asked can I help you! Smh

Got a groupon for 2 hours of free play for less than 40$. Good drinks, clean place, fun time.

I've been to this twice and this 2nd time was the worst. I feel like because we used a groupon, they gave us the worst lane possible. Don't do lane 38 here. I had to ask over 3 times for them to reset the pins. The only good thing is that they switched us to lane 37. So far so good, but I'm skeptical. Only time will tell.

We had my son?s 10th birthday party here and it was a blast. Both the event planner and staff at AMF were an absolute wonder to work with. Incredibly flexible, responsive, and nice. It was a big party with almost 30 kids and everyone had fun. Food (pizza, chicken tenders and tater tots) were delicious. Highly recommend hosting a party here!

Nice place for a night hang out. Kid friendly as well. The arcade is a great bonus to do something else or take a break from bowling. Full bar and catering available. Biggest downside is that the is NO shop/servicing at the facility.

Great place! But why do they close so early? Post dinner bowling is a tradition. Closing at 11PM on a Saturday is a bummer. Otherwise, a great alley with properly treated lanes.

We recently had a coporate event here for a holiday party and things couldn't have gone more smoothly. I was in contact with the event planner Victoria who was the best. She kept in touch thoroughly throughout the planning process and helped me plan the event from start to finish. It was a great experience. We came on a Tuesday night to celebrate my mothers birthday. The space was clean and well maintained. The person assigned to us was very nice and made sure we were taken care of. I will definitely return.

I've been bowling here once since the beginning of this year. The center is clean and well maintained. The front desk staff especially Jennifer and Wendy are very pleasant and helpful.

The bartender's service was subpar. We were served a pitcher of flat beer, which we returned after consuming less than a quarter of it. Despite this, we were still charged for the beer. On a positive note, our server provided excellent service. The bowling lanes were in good condition, but the bartender's condescending attitude negatively impacted our overall experience.

I love syosset lanes I've only bowled at syosset lanes. I'm in a bowling leagues at syosset lanes Tina and Lorraine are great servers at syosset lanes. What should you do? Go to syosset lanes!

I used to love going to Syosset. I think now with the management and staff it is the worst AMF bowling alley you can go to. The staff is very unaccommodating non-friendly and not a place where you really want to go to bowl as a professional trying to prove yourself. There are many other places you can go to get a better experience. Go to any other AMF, but I would not recommend Syosset as a place to bowl.

The food was great, and my family enjoyed the lanes there. It was very clean and overall we had a great time celebrating my brother's birthday there.

Very nice. Clean, staff always present and pleasant. Lanes in good working order and can almost always get a lane, even on league night, which isn't a given in many houses. Lanes seem to always have oil and rarely have I seen them bone dry, if ever.

I hosted a party here, great experience and great service. However, they kept my credit card on file and charged me more money after the party without my permission for no reason. I contact them multiple times, but they never get back to me. My advice is do not give them your credit card information for any reason.

Absolutely amazing. We had a birthday party for my 12 year old daughter. Robin was very detailed, fun and amazing. Food and presentation was far beyond my expectations. I can't believe you decorated too!! No stress, we had so much fun. Thank you!

Always a pleasure to bowl here. Front desk ladies are always very nice, helpful, and accommodating. When we have issues with the lane, there is someone there to fix it in a timely manner. Service for food is also very nice and quick. One of my favorite places to bowl at. I make the trip multiple times a week even though it is far from where I live.

Very clean and well run bowling alley. They have a small bar and lounge to order and eat some food, as well as waiter service right to the lanes. There were plenty of balls to choose from and the shoe rental were very clean and seemed new for all in our party. They offer group rates with unlimited bowling by the hour if you inquire with management. We had a nice time and would go back if in the area.

Used to come here 20 years ago! Went recently and it was fun. Typical bowling alley, seems up to date. There's a bar and food to order. There's also an arcade. Fun place to spend a rainy or snow day with the family

I recently had my child?s 11th birthday here and it was a blast. Most of the kids have never bowled and they were hooked ! Although seriously short staffed Wendy the manager made sure all our needs were met and checked up on us while multiple parties were going on. Very impressive managerial skills !!!!!!! Her whole staff was on the ball, down to the multiple spilled drinks and gutter balls getting stuck lol ! No one ever showed an attitude or made us feel like we were bothering them. They add an 18% gratuity to your check, I almost tipped on top, until I realized, they try to sneak it in there, for a party of 4. The woman would have gotten more, but after I realized, I just paid the bill. The service however was friendly and good.

Absolutely the rudest workers I have ever interacted with. They were not friendly at all. Both the long grey hair guy and the tall sunglasses guy. Rude from the start. They should not be working a job that requires customer service skill at all. Although it was a bit pricy. I would say it was a really great experience. They as glow in the dark theme throughout. And it wasn't very crowded when we went to bowl. The staff were attentive and friendly throughout. Also I believe they have weekday deals to incentive people to visit more frequently.
