We were rushed getting a lane and our shoes and the packages weren't explained or communicated; we said timed bowling. When we finished, because we didn't do the unlimited, we were told it's per person per game. NOT the timed rates we asked for that is advertised on the website. We played just under 90 minutes and paid over three times the amount per person in the end ($100.63 for 3 people) Quick set up and ball return for bowling, and the fries are tasty. They offer a summer pass, however, they do not open until 2 pm. Day is 3/4 over for babysitting time. Need to open much earlier to actually be effective for summer hours and use of a summer pass.

$20 unlimited bowling was great. It did take 20 minutes for a drink and a little over an hour for a pizza. Customer service was great though. We had a ball stuck in the gutter at one point and only took a couple of minutes for staff to fix our problem!!

Had my son?s birthday party Sunday evening and the three guys working absolutely rocked it! There were about five kids parties and only 3 guys working and they did the dang thing. They were polite and as quick as they could be even though they were swamped. Would definitely have another party there for sure.

When I got my shoes and Lane rental the cashier took it upon himself who was also the manager to give himself a $10 tip. I am in the tipping industry and I do tip well, but I do not tip anyone for renting me bowling shoes!! He took it upon himself to check the receipt that I did not put an x through. So make sure you're putting your ex through the tipping section or they will take it upon yourself to tip theirselves off your card! My Husband and I went for a midday date and this was the BEST experience we have had here. Booked online so check in was a breeze and Anthony was just a delight. The customer service was absolutely fantastic, the alleys were clean and well lit. Accidentally slipped a drink and Anthony was on top of it with a smile and a refill. Thank you for a great time! I was very unsatisfied by tonight. It was a disaster. Where is latecia at?? Unless she's there I don't want to return. Place isn't right without her! The cook was the only nice interaction I have. She always made it great when me and the kiddos went, very disappointed won't be back !

Had a joint birthday for 5 people and had it planned for weeks. 2 hours into our 4 hours of bowling, the manager decides to close the bar even tho the place was packed. We asked for a refund of 1/2 what we paid ($300 between 5 couples). Manager said no and then refused to speak to anyone in our group. Had to make a complaint with corporate and are awaiting a response. Left after only 2 games so we could continue to enjoy our birthdays

i love coming here. it's clean and comfortable, but the best part is the customer service. specifically rod, he continually goes above and me and my friends. we came in and had great conversation and games with him. at the end of the night he gave us a free game on him just because. it doesn't get much better than rod. he is the example of great customer service??

Enjoyed another night at Strike & Spare! I was happy to see it busy but even so, there were no lines, the service was great, and the kids had a wonderful time! Its apparent that customer service is a top priority and we look forward to more bowling soon.

It a little bit too expensive if you ask me. It cost us $11 per person to bowl one game. Family fun night just got $$$$ We where trying to find a cheap way to spend a couple hours with a group of friends and all our kids Place was dead assuming the high cost is why.

It wasn't that busy at all, but we had to wait so long to exchange shoes. Only one guy on the register. There were other workers, including one leaning on the counter by the shoes, but it seems only the guy on the register can help with shoes? Otherwise, pricing was very fair.

Our family has had a great time here on a few occasions. Management and staff are friendly and really want you to enjoy yourselves. Love that you can just bowl for 2 or 2.5 hours and pay a flat rate for that and shoes.

I was a guest of a party recently and was very satisfied with everything. Latecia was great. She helped us with everything... All while being in a wheelchair. The manager was from out of town and he was very accommodating as well.

Overpriced shoe rental but the lanes are nice

They are definitely ripping people off with their prices. Separately charge per person for each game bowled. We bowled 3 games & rented shoes & it was well over a $100 for me, my boyfriend & the kiddo. The food wasn't anything special, our adult beverages weren't very strong & our games kept on getting interrupted due to the ball return malfunctioning. No discount for any inconveniences. The house is pretty good. I didn't interact with staff. If you're low vision, it's dimly lit. My one complaint is the price of the refreshments. It's too high and they add a service charge on top of it! Never heard of such a thing! Won't be doing that again!

Clean environment, friendly staff, and fairly priced. My little guy had a blast for his first time bowling.

The staff was very nice. The cook and bartender were really outgoing and fun. The guy at the front desk was nice about explaining prices to our large group. I will definitely be back.

This is a nice bowling alley but it's extremely overpriced. The atmosphere can change along with the lighting and music. Establishment seemed clean and the employee at the desk was helpful. Overall it's a nice place to visit every once in a while. If you're looking to bowl frequently, try another alley unless you're made of money.

This has been the second birthday party we have booked at strike 'n spare. Booking parties is a smooth stress free process and the people I speak with when booking the party are wonderful. Place is an absolute joke. Lanes routinely don't record rolls. Bartender refuses to honor drink tickets. I paid for drink tickets only to be told they're not good after a certain time. I invited a group of friends who came to the United states to visit... the managers told me that they were not allowed to sell alcohol to them even tho they provided plenty of valid documentation (passports and IDs) from their respective countries... In a diverse global community like ours, this type of treatment is disgraceful and VERY short sighted. Seeing as the place was practically empty, one would expect management to treat customers with decency and respect to encourage them to come back more often

Always love going here since I was a kid now I take my son. It's been years and it's still very nicely maintained. Staff is accommodating and friendly!

We were there for a fundraiser, but we have been there for other, casual evenings. Staff were helpful and things ran smoothly. We weren't serious bowlers, but we had fun. The facility seemed to be in good condition. I can't give an opinion for competitive bowlers, but for the casual bowler, this was a good option.

We loved the black lights and how the pins glowed, but their prices are outrageous!! A medium soda is $4.68. A beer is $4.05. I have never seen a soda cost more than a beer. We had 4 people, 2 of which are small children, played 2 games and it was $63!! Plus the $17 for 4 sodas!!

First time in this place and it was amazing, the manger Rod and his staff took great care of us.

They used to have good deals. For my last visit, they lured me in with $1 bowling, but charged a $5 cover and very high beer prices!!!! Also, I should add that they shut off our lane after the first game and wouldn't turn it back on until we showed the receipt that we already paid for another two games... I haven't been back since that experience. Maybe things have improved. I suggest calling for details before planning your night at the bowling alley.

Part of a group of 12 who went bowling last night. Bowling with shoe rental was $21 per person for 2hrs (9-11). It took 30 minutes to get beer from the bar.
