As much as I love bowling, its getting harder to go because of the prices, and the fact that the only lanes that seem to work every time I go are the ones in the dark light area. The music selection sucks, you have to pay to get a song added to the que, and the service is never really friendly, just "Can I help you?" with an ok attitude like they don't care about the customer. The only price really worth it now is the unlimited bowling after 8 pm on Fridays and Saturdays, which are still too high, but you b
I had not gone bowling here in my awhile but purchased a Groupon for 2 hours of bowling for 4 and decided to check it out. It looks like they had done some upgrades. It was nice and clean. We had fun.
The ball return wasn't working. They told me that the lane would be lit and then they turned the lights off. They charged me $9 for what would be considered a small fry at McDonald's with some ranch dressing on it. The screen doesn't display the score right. The floor was so sticky that I couldn't even bowl. Whenever I complained about anything they immediately blamed corporate. Oh yeah, and if you order the ranch bacon fries it comes in an ashtray instead of on a plate. Shareable my foot. You better go ahe
We went on 11/20/2024 We had 2 Groupons already paid for over one month ago. The girls name was K she didn't let us bowl because the league was there. No where in the Groupon does it say not Wednesday! The people before had to wait 2 hours and was not guaranteed to bowl. So I asked if I'd get my refund being that my Groupons expires the next day. She said no. I asked can we bowl there's all those empty lanes . She said no as of she didn't want to help anyone. Don't waste your time not buy Groupons bad cust
We had a company party here. I had a great time! Unlimited bowling, several arcade style games, an open bar and food Great place to kill a few hours in the middle of a day.
Cant reserve a lane, cant get one even thought there are open lanes available. Not sure why its so hard to get service here. Thanks for nothing. Update 35 minutes later there are 8 lanes open still waiting for nothing. Said they were broken but I watch people leave from them.
Yes I know it all, Because I love it soo much and I love it so much and I can't stop loving you forever my baby boy I hope you're doing great I miss seeing your beautiful smile on your beautiful smile is my best song ever and I'm sure that you're so proud to have a wonderful life with your love you have an awesome life with you too and I love and I'm sure you'll do the rest I will be proud and love and always
This place is huge! They have tons of lanes, food, drinks, and arcade center and a pro shop. We made a reservation and they went the extra mile and not only set up a reserved sign but also had our name printed out on it! Let me tell you, we felt like royalty! There was a lane manager assigned to us and she kept checking to make sure everything was going okay and that we had food and drinks. I would have expected all of this for a big party but it was just 4 people in our group!
Love this bowling alley. This is exactly the bowling experience I wanted. Staff is awesome knowledgeable and helpful. Tiffany was an absolute sweetheart and made my first bowling experience awesome. Thanks
The pricing is great it was only $15 for unlimited bowling which is much better than the other ones in town bowling alley. Has everything such as arcade and food but they do not have a pro shop. Lanes could use some work, but they seem to be oiled well overall this is the best one I've found around town.
Customer services was the slowest ? it took 15-20 minutes to get a drink. They do not have lanes that accommodate children bumpers! It's bumpers for all players or for no one. They only had 2 bowling ball dinosaurs which was also a huge inconvenience. This is suppose to be family friendly but they sucked all around.
Friday and Saturday night, after 8 p.m., is unlimited bowling for 18.99 per person. Bowled until we got tired. It was great!
I frequent this bowling alley, and sometimes the lanes get stuck, but it's no big deal. Staff is friendly and online booking is easy ??
Fairly clean, but pricey (shoes $6 + per game $6). Two people bowling 3 games each was over $50. I can't imagine paying over $100 for a family of 4. Additionally, the food has to be ordered at the bar and they automatically charge 18% gratuity without any notice or forewarning. I bought chicken tenders and loaded fries for $18 WITHOUT DRINKS (see pic below). The only thing the 18% gratuity got me was my food delivered to my table, but there was no option to pick it up at the window. They take the order at t
I will not be returning. The manager, Mike, had multiple complaints throughout the night for various reasons. He was unhelpful, unprofessional, and completely rude. He threatened to call the police multiple times instead of providing general customer service. He told me I did not pay what i paid for 5 people to bowl and refused to issue a refund for a game my family did not play. He was utterly despicable, and anyone with eyes could see he hated his job. I brought my four daughters with me, and he made all
It was a fun night for sure!! The reason I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 is because its a little on the pricey side. And they only had 3 kids rack to help kids bowl so my kids couldn't use one. With 30 plus lanes they do need more. Other then that great night out with my family!
We used a Groupon. Had no problems. There is an extra charge for food delivery to your lane. Lanes were very nice. They had a cleaning staff actively working between customers. Clean bathrooms, nice lil games.
Had a great time for a birthday party! Good bar and food options.
They need more workers. So if you need a job in Tulsa area, go apply! Lane went down and took forever to find even one worker. No drinks or food open. Go to one window for them to say to go to the other, that is closed. We love to go bowling, but the customer service here needs help!!!! (Workers are nice)
We decided to do something different for Easter Sunday! We had so much fun! Great place for a family day/night.
We had a blast at Sheridan Lanes! Bought a Groupon coupon for two hours of bowling and two pairs of shoes rental with AMF. Easy transaction and saved $$$. They sell pizza and beer if you'd like to have hot food and a cold brewsky while you bowl or, if you're feeling it, there's also a full service bar. They have lockers and a pro shop for the leaguers and serious bowlers and video games for the kids. Be sure to call ahead to make sure open lanes are available! Have fun!!
Nice family friendly atmosphere. They were very helpful.
AC on the Northside lanes hasnt been working for weeks and still probably 85? on league night
It was great the only thing is that the service was a little Bit Slow like at the front dest. But the arcade was great And theres plenty of lanes and shoes plus plenty of balls to choose from
Fun times! Would've left a 5 star but unfortunately certain lanes suck and your ball will get stuck every other bowl.
Great team building experience. The staff was very helpful and attentive during the event.
Not a bowling fan but at least if I am going to be playing, it's nice to know that there is a decent place to do so.
Knew the people who ran it 20 years ago. I think they would be proud of this place now.
Sheridan Lanes is my favorite bowling spot in Tulsa. Rates are good and lanes are great.
Very fun date idea! They had an area with no lights and an area with lights, we chose the darker side and it was definitely a fun vibe. We ordered some alcohol beverages as well, one was blue the other was like a tea? I can't remember what they are called but golly were they delicious! We played three games and with the drinks we paid around $65.00, a bit pricey but very fun. The only annoying thing I could find is that there were bowling balls loaded onto the ball return and we had to put a lot of them awa
Nice place with good safe practices of distancing, yet still family oriented. Good music and I especially the signs seen in photos.
It was good only had one a couple of issues with the lane, but it was fixed during the league.
Love this bowling alley! Staff is awesome!
Bowling was fun, the alley was clean and the employees were very helpful and friendly..... the food, on the other hand, overpriced and lackluster.....behold my 17 dollar cheesy bacon ranch fries meant for a party.......
Was packed but it was fun luckily didnt have to wait for a lane
Great and friendly staff and perfect place to just let loose and have fun after work with Friends. The Manager Mike is always easy to talk to and gets whatever you need done ASAP....
Enjoyed having the summer pass. Wish they had one during the winter. People on fixed incomes can't afford it any other way. The staff Is very helpful. Thank you Sheridan Lanes. It was 50 years since I last bowled. Now I want to bowl everyday.
Great time, comfortable place to hang out with friends and the drinks were pretty delicious.
A ton of fun with friends. We played 3 games on two lanes of glo-ball. Easily 3 and a half hours of cutting up, smiles and grooving to good music (seriously, whoever put that Playlist together, much respect). The only negative is that there was a bit too much salt on the food and in the margaritas but since this is a bowling alley and not a sports bar, it doesn't lose them a star. Oh, also Kayla was awesome! Thank you!
Was there during league play for the blind, UT was anazing
They have 60 Lanes here and they were all full lentil 10. Better call ahead. The arcade is small but the beer is good. If you need a place and to hang out with your family and still have a little grown up time this is your place!
Great bowling alley! We love to bring the family here. We always have a great time. Word of caution: in June they have gay flags and decor all over the place. Had I known that I would have waited till July to bring my family there. Hopefully they celebrate July with tons of patriotic decor!
Would never go here again. Was here for a birthday and we bought 2 games for 5 people (over 120 dollars) and when asking for a refund because the first game was longer than expected the manager MIKE was very rude, snatching reciepts and didn't give me a full refund . Just 40 dollars for 5 people when I witnessed a refund for 2 people come out to 47 dollars
The lane kept breaking down during our 2-hour limited bowling time & the food is a little overpriced.
Friendly and Kind staff! Welcoming and had our lane reserved as we requested with a cute little sign and decor ? Place was clean, comfy and our appetizers were great!! We had a wonderful time. Definitely recommend Sheridan Lanes ??
We had a Great Time, this was the boys first time. They want to go back ????.
Food and bowling were both fun. I'd suggest getting the Groupon, as it is much cheaper. The summer "all you can bowl" pass is pretty great too, nice wind down after work. I took some kids with me, they had bumper bowling available, and those ramp guides to help the kids. New computer system features selfies, which was kinda fun.
Excellent selections on food and drink. Extremely helpful staff. Light and dark bowling. Kid and adult friendly. This place really has it all. Oh, and they have $2 bowling on certain nights! Love love love this place.
I'd say in this day, they had 1/2 the lanes occupied, with only 1 person running the counter to check in and run the food and beverage bar. No concern for customer service as long as they are saving a few dollars. When in fact if they were adequately manned, they would make more money. No one wants to stand in line and wait forever to get a beverage.
Great place for birthdays, holidays, and a carefree weekend day or evening. Prices are comparable to an an average get together, at establishments such as Top Golf. Full drink and food bar, arcade, and plenty of lanes. Do not let the location/parking area deter you. The inside accommodations are top notch and incredibly worth it. One of the best fun time activities to do in Tulsa.
After work gathering with coworkers. Had an amazing time. We got an awesome group rate. The food was 5 star as well as the drinks. I love the layout and service the staff provided. We will be going back.
Lots of lanes. Customer service kinda MID. But decent enough.
Came for a work event we were quoted a certain price then they refused to honor it. The package we had was unlimited drinks / food and the drinks were never refilled and the food was only replaced one time. ????????????????
Always have a fun time here, has great staff that's helpful and courteous, the food and drinks are decent.
I hadn't been bowling in years. We decided to take our U9 girls soccer team there for an end of season party, but didn't know what to expect. The online/telephone reservation process with corporate was smooth. When we arrived, the manager was personable and did everything he could to make our experience as good as possible . They had cordoned off several lanes with welcome signs for the team. They were extremely patient with 23 young kids picking shoe sizes and then changing their minds. The package came
NOAH the man who works at the front desk is absolutely ridiculous and RUDE!! There is no way that I have to just hand over my card WITHOUT me knowing how much something is, UNHEARD OF!! If I ask you to tell me how much something is in total before handing over method of payment it is your job to tell me that and not have me adding anything up on my damn phone! No one asked you to apply here and for you to act like that in front of my kids is INSANE!!
My wife asks for crazy things. Lets just say they delivered. She ask for a home made cookie they just brought to her... Great place.
Good bowling alley, but the price of drinks is too high
Giving two stars because the bowling experience was clean and what you'd expect from bowling. Customer service on the other hand was terrible. I first bought a mozzarella stick app and fries for my kid, I didn't ask for a receipt and tipped $3 dollars cash on I think a 10 dollar check. The second time I went up I got boneless wings and a large fry, it was 29.80 which didn't add up but I again tipped $5 in cash. She asked if I wanted my receipt and this time I said yes, I noticed a 18% ?service charge? was a
If you're looking to just bowl and drink alcohol it's the place to go but if you go there thinking you're going to order yourself some food. Not happing. When it comes to the kitchen, Incredibly lazy Employee. I stood there with my cash in hand. Their Employees walked past me, And they walked past me some more. They all made sure to look me straight in the eye as they continue to walk past me. So I left went and got me and my friends some McDonald's and they told us we could eat that in there. And then I r
Love bringing the kids here and love the updated arcade area! Sadly last time I was there the lanes wouldn't let down all of the pins, the balls kept getting stuck, and sometimes the machine would just stop working all together. It kept only setting up 5 or so pins and counting it as hitting 5 pins. Made it impossible to keep score or play a fair game. We had to ask for help many times to get our balls back. Manager was great about it though.
It was decent. Good selection of bowling balls. Good specials on prices. Arcade definitely needs work. And they need more staffing for food service. Took 1 hour for a tiny order of chicken and fries. They tasted good but we slowed down our game because food hadn't come yet. We were nearly done bowling before the food came. Only 3 people working in the food area. They were run off their feet trying to get food out because it was busy!! Super nice. Just need more help to reduce wait time. We'll be back but
Amazing place amazing people front desk is amazing at their job they're always fast to react to lane issues or help customers with information, Tia especially is absolutely wonderful at what she does! Anyone who says different either had a bad day or is just unreasonable. No complaints here thanks Tia for being great ????
Atmosphere was great, but the fact that I had to order Uber eats to get food was a major downside for me. Staff were polite and place was clean for being packed, which was surprising.
I wish there were categories for service. We had a great time and the alley staff was great but it was a closed event for a very large group and the catering company had no clue how to handle a large crowd. It took 2 hours for the people to get through the food line so there were people that did not get a chance to enjoy their bowling experience because of the way the catering was handled. Smaller groups or individuals would be fine.
Lanes were great, service was good. Pricing a bit much but we had fun!
We went on a Wednesday night. $15 a person including shoes for unlimited. $6 a game with $6 shoe rental. I didn't try the food. I do think $6 for shoes is a bit high. That's why it didn't get a 5 star
They are always busy but it's worth the wait. They are clean cheap and have good food. They mix drinks good also! There a big ally and it's really fun. They got a light side and a dark side. I have never seen one like it. It's always been worth our time of driving a hour to go here. I really like it.
I love the look and feel for what they are doing inside the bowling alley but sadly will never come back. I went with a group of friends to bowl with our kids. The front desk lady asked us if we wanted to pay first or at the end, so sake of ease we went with pay at the end...first mistake of the evening. My party played 3 adult games and 2 children games and my bill was over $70. I didn't know this until leaving. The entire evening I consumed nothing but water and spend a ton on the arcade for the kids as t
Good time, kind of pricey but not many options in town
We had to wait 30 min in line to get shoes because they had to do food orders and shoe rental at the same time. The whole staff was extremely nice and courteous threw it all. Laura the food & drink young lady was the best part of our families birthday experience! She worked with class and confidence single staffed in that part of the facility, in what seemed to be a never-ending line. She even came over to our family once her line died down, and offered to take a group photo for us Highly recommend!
We absolutely Loved this bowling alley!!! It's WAY better than the one in BA. It's updated and very clean. I like how they have glow blowing set up at all times. My kids really loved the experience. We will definitely make the drive from BA to enjoy a nicer atmosphere.
Date night and decided on casual and fun. This was my first time here. Very spacious, with a game room and pool tables. The lanes were well maintained and clean. There were video screens showing today's music videos. Looking I to a birthday party there. It does offer days of discounted bowl. I didn't sample the food or drink but it looked delicious. The staff was very nice and courteous.
Great experience start to finish! The General Manager here, I cant recall her name as I am a week later posting this, but she was so professional and friendly! They're doing a superior job in following social distancing guidelines and everyone working there wore masks. Cleaner than clean, great job you guys!
Large facility and lanes seem in good condition.
This place is a ripoff we were there for a bowling tournament on 4/22/23 and a waitress came up to us and asked if we needed anything so we started a tab (like we always do) she brought us some drinks then I got the rest of our food and drinks. When we went to pay there's a 18% gratuity that we were not told about when we asked about it they said no one tips ( we always tip well but I'm not going to tip when someone excepts it) then the waitress came and cussed us out and said she hopes to never see us agai
Love it here! Have been in lousy leage over a year :). Would love some gf choices at the concession stand. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great place to bowl!
Visited with family and had a wonderful time! It was very busy when we came in but the staff was so kind and made sure to explain and answer all of our questions! The food is great and everyone seems like they work hard! Thanks for the great experience, definately coming back!!!!
Went here last night (Saturday night) to play bowl. Got there around 9pm so we got the $20 per person unlimited games for the rest of the night. We were charged twice by card and the lady had told us to come back at the end of the games to pay so we paid again in cash without knowing. The manager said they closed our tab because they ?thought? we were leaving but clearly we were still there just using the restroom after bowling then walked up to pay at the counter like we were instructed to in the beginning
Just because you put a ramp in to get us in the door, does NOT mean you are wanting us wheelchair users to come and bowl.
We were in Tulsa visiting our grandchildren and decided to go bowling. At first we had a few problems with the lane freezing but the manager went out of his way to make sure we were taken care. The manager and the staff were very friendly and really cared that we had a good visit.
The summer pass for kids is so awesome. My guy meets up with his buddies almost everyday. They're busy in a cool clean safe fun environment. That's hard to find for kids these days. It's a wholesome family environment
We bring our Spec.Olympics crew to bowl weekly: the staff is VERY friendly, fast, and patient, -esp. w'our special needs kids. The establishment is VERY CLEAN and provided an exciting, stimulating (and a bit nostalgic) atmosphere. I ordered the loaded nachos: VERY different, -generous serving w'a spicy chili/cheese topped w'sour cream and jalape?os and side containers of zesty salsa. >$7.99< Looking forward to our weekly visits!
We were there for our sons birthday and had an awesome time, love it there
Jessica K. was so obnoxious and rude. If you don't like working in customer service maybe you shouldn't be working it in the first place. Not to mention prices are through the roof! I could easily get better service and spend less at Andy B?s.
Courteous, polite and professional are just a few words that describe the staff at Sheridan Lanes. I recently celebrated a Birthday here and I'd do it again :) This place is awesome and provides a great atmosphere for those seeking to make memories that last. Thank you for the wonderful service y'all!!
Excellent trip to the lanes today. The guy at the front desk was helpful and very personable. One can always appreciate when the lanes are clean, family friendly and well maintained. The only thing I would take points away from the establishment for were those laggy and poorly calibrated touch screens for score keeping.
Super fun and more lowkey than some other alleys in tulsa. My only complaint is that I couldn't figure out what time the concessions closed, so ended up waiting too long to order and couldn't get anything. Good for my wallet, I'll just go earlier next time!
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
