AMF Riviera Lanes

Came here for the first time it was all kinda pricey $$. Even the drinks at the bar. $19.00 for two drinks plus the bowling, we played three games and there was 3 of us , we didn't do anything special and we were charged $84 he said he gave us half off of 5 games. Someone needs to check there machine?? Other than that we did have a really nice time.

I'd give zero stars if I could. I accompanied my husband here on 2/22 for the USBC Ohio state tournament. This place is absolutely disgusting. I've been in port a johns that were cleaner than the women's bathroom! As soon as I walked in I was smacked in the face by the most horrendous urine smell. The counter was not clean at all. The middle stall had urine splattered all over the seat. So disgusting! And from the chatter of others that were in attendance, the men's room wasn't any better. The bar area was

Bowled in the Ohio State Open Championships here. The lanes were in excellent shape and the house was spacious. Scoring system and pin setters worked flawlessly. The only two issues were there was only one person working the bar which all drinks alcoholic and soft drinks came from and the line went 15-20 lanes down past the bar and secondly the women?s room was apparently so bad that women were leaving the alley to use a bathroom at a gas station. Otherwise fantastic alley.

Well went for state tournaments a few weeks ago. They didn't have any lane monitors, they didn't announce the cities we were from and no national anthem? kind of taken aback by that. Had one poor girl in the bar area by herself so we had to wait forever for drinks. Later learned they were short staffed. I wish they could have gotten help even if just for the tournament. But the place its self was nice.

It was a very fun bowling experience. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. The facility was clean and tidy. The lanes looked very well kept. They have a very fun food menu, a lot more than I remember than back in the day, lol. Overall, very satisfied!

Was here for the state bowling tournament this weekend. What an awful experience. Been to many houses over the years, but this was far and away the worst. Restrooms were disgusting.....urine all over the floor with paper towels covering it.....had the throw away my shoe covers after going in there. Could not get service at the bar. Can't eat. Can't drink. Can't bowl. Not sure what is going on in this area, but Saturday nights are severely understaffed in this area. This establishment is no different. Waited 45 minutes to even get seen at the front counter. By that time, we decided to go over to BJ's for drinks and food. We also had a horrible experience over there as well. My first visit to this house and I was appalled at the appearance. I bowled in the State Tournament today and I will probably never go back. Nobody came to clean up behind the squad that was there before us. The bathrooms were filthy and reeked of urine. Shocking experience to say the least. How can you own a bowling alley and not have food or service monitors during a state bowling tournament? We expect better at a State tournament. Place was a dump! No lane monitors. TVs couldn't be on during the tournament, why? Nicely renovated but only chance of playing here is if you're in a bowling league or you actually come on a Friday or Saturday. I get you might not have the biggest staff but you're also telling me and one other person we can't come bowl a couple games because you have a league coming an hour after we show up? Every time I try to come bowling here I'm reminded why it's been so long since I last went?.and it's cause they simply just won't let me play on one of the forty lanes.

Worst state tournament house I've bowled at in 17 years. Pretty sure they oiled these lanes with a bucket and mop. Had one bartender. Hotter than hell on a 60 degree day. Will never be back.

Was there this weekend for the state tournament. The people that were working were nice, but it was hard to find someone. No one was ever at the desk, you had to order food at the bar. There's a TERRIBLE smell in the bathroom on the low end of the building. For a center that is hosting the state tournament for MONTHS and hosting the PBA Tour the only week that state isn't bowling, things would be better.

Here for state bowling tourney. Nice facilities, but $25 for a bucket of warm beer. I usually don't complain much but dang. Took an hour to get tenders and fries. One cook and one bartender.

I had a Great time watching the PBA Bowlers bowl there. Very nice Bowling Alley and the Staff was very Friendly as well. The PBA Bowlers are very Friendly as well. I did get Autographs from Sean Rash and AJ Johnson that day. Thanks PBA for the Experience!!

Worst tournament ive ever been to in 25 years....1 bartender! Absolutely ridiculous. We waited over an hour for a beer. You could not bowl and then think about grabbing a drink because you would not be able to bowl for over an hour. The bartenders could have cared less. Side note: the lanes were oiled differently than the prior weeks tournament. Seems very unfair.

Initially the front desk staff was very friendly. I asked for a pitcher of water for my team, he said we don't do pichhers of water he said its corporate policy. The bowling ally wasn't too bad. But I actually cleaned cobwebs off of the cash register that was sitting in the area where they prepared food. It upset my stomach so much that I refused to buy any food at that place. I was a bit worried about getting a glass of water.

I have been bowling my whole life. Going back to the 80?s. Would love to give Riviera a positive review. However, When they charge $10/person/game, it makes bowling completely unaffordable for a family. Going with my wife and daughter to bowl 2 games would cost $60. This is absurd.

Let me start off by saying that any time out bowling with friends and family is going to be a fun time. My bias might have played a part in the generosity of giving them a third star. With that being said it is way overpriced to bowl. And not only that but they're charging $6 for shoe rentals. Wouldn't recommend going back.

I booked my friend's 60th birthday party for 7 of us. It was a little pricey but it sounded fun so we did it. It WAS fun! The booking process was easy, the guys at the alley were super helpful and attentive. The food we picked was quite good and more than enough that we all took some home. Standard bowling alley. They gave us pitchers of water for our table and cups which was helpful vs the small dispenser set out which was emptied. Likely low on staff. The bar is sort of behind the main desk so it is away from the lanes completely and hidden behind a wall. Fantastic experience! Only downside was some snafus with the lane closing on us before a game ended but the staff was very helpful in that regard. Would be a 5* if you could order food through the QR code and put it on your lanes tab instead of paying through the app, but that's a minor issue.

Stood in line for 3-5 minutes waiting for young lady to wrap up what she was doing. Young couple comes after me and waits for a moment. If I could give 0 stars I would. First of all the girl working the counter obviously hated her job. She had a bad attitude and was just all around rude. I went up to purchase fries and I said could you put it on the card on file please and she responds with ?I was already gonna do that? with attitude. Also when we first got there it was supposed to be 3.33 for games at least that's what they advertised and then online it said 16.47 or something for unlimited bowling and then we were told it was 2.79 per gam

Wonderful bowling alley!! There were plenty of lanes, the place was super clean. I can't recommend the pretzel bites though, the cheese sauce was disgusting and the bites themselves weren't good at all. Normally, I would cut a star for the food not being good, but the service we received canceled that out! Just the friendliest and nicest service. Also, I didn't try any other food so maybe the rest is good. There is a full bar and beer on tap.

My bf and I came on a quite date night to bowl, eat and have drinks. As we were finishing up our night we noticed that one of the employees cleaning up was throwing bowling balls at the racks to be put away. Bowled in a tournament there. Absolutely no oil on the lanes whatsoever. It was a tournament! They were working on the men's bathroom with awful fumes by our lanes. They could have put us on the other end of the house or do that when they were not open. Our lanes had left over food on the floor by the tables. Bathrooms are horrible. Drinks are on avg $10 a drink. If they have another tournament there, I will hard pass.

They completed a badly needed renovation. The new flooring and technology gave this place a great lift. The staff is generally nice and helpful if you need them. I haven't had their food but it always looks good and is on trend.

Went with 5 people, we did just 2 games and spent like 125 dollars!! We bowled 7 games, the rack fell down twice on me and the ball hit it, very embarrassing! I've been bowling over 40+ years. It happened about 15 minutes apart. We got 1 pitcher of beer. I give it a 3 for the potential the place has. Girl behind the counter was pleasant and helpful. Main issue we had was... DIRTY. If you open at noon on Sunday, send in a crew or person at 8 or 9 to clean from the night before. Bowling area Was not just dirty but downright nasty. French fries on the floor, drink spills etc. And the machines, shakers, whatever had our balls looking black. Hope at least those cleaned up before the PBA gets in town.

Very nice place! My family went on a Sunday evening and felt like it was a private bowling party! Very clean. Love the upgraded monitors and the ease of inputting bowler info including left/right hand. The bowling shoes looked new. Staff very friendly. Tried to reserve a lane online, it was outrageously expensive for 2 lanes for 2 and a half hours, 10 people total... about $500 with taxes and fees. Then I noticed that's because it forces you to purchase $20 for food and beverage PER PERSON in order to reserve a lane, which we definitely won't need. So I called in to ask if it's typically busy during the time we want, so I could just pay at the counter and don't have to pay for food we won't use. Nice place... expensive in comparison to other bowling venues around. We usually spend 50 bucks or less for our family of 4 to bowl 4 games each. Here it was almost 80!! Definitely NOT worth nearly double the price. OH, and we don't rent shoes since we have our own.

The best experience of my life hands down, Dylan and Nancy both welcomed me to the alley with open arms, greeting me with a smile and a warm hello. As I approached the desk I was offered a pair of lanes and a cold, satisfying glass of chocolate milk. While I turned their offer down, that didn't dampen their spirits, and Dylan continued to carefully handle the balls while he cleaned and sanitized them. 11/10 would recommend coming here

Was run well, not so much now. Booked our 9th year in a row company Christmas party there, party room was not cleaned and was 54 degrees. Vacuumed the room after the party started. Do yourself a favor though and go on a discount day or get a Groupon. It gets expensive. The food is priced decent but they get you on the beverages. Buisness was dirty, the bar's staff sat around arguing amongst one another about the music volume and the extensive wait time. The lane had a total of 40 avaliable lanes but only had 10 open at a time which forced a wait time of over an hour. After the one hour mark I picked up my family and left. Terrible experience.

Had a graduation party there, very nice. Brand new computer scoring system (12.15.17). I use phone and email reservation process for large group, was national system, but went very well. I and the family was greatly satisfied. Will go again.
