We went in today for old times sake and were pleasantly surprised by all the updates and changes! The staff was so helpful! Marissa went out of her way to take care of us. She was super friendly and very kind! Terrell was also fantastic - very professional and had a heartwarming smile. Great fun at a great place!
Mariah was our server for the lanes. She was kind, attentive, and provided great service. We really appreciated her! The manager on duty was also very helpful during check-in and even came by our lanes to make sure everything was going smoothly. Great team all around!
During the weekdays, I primarily frequent the establishment on Mondays, as there are barely any leagues scheduled. I arrived around 9:00 PM and was able to secure a lane promptly. The customer service was exceptional. The individual at the front desk, who wore glasses, demonstrated great politeness and patience
This bowling alley is outstanding!! My family and I bowl here and we have fun all of the time!! The staff is attentive and very friendly! I have seen them wear multiple hats doing their jobs and always with a smile! I want to commend Marisa the Manager. She welcomes the customers and even greets them by their first name!! Kudos Bowlero!!!
I LOVE THIS BOWLING ALLEY !! I've been coming here for a few months now and I love the staff ( special mentions to Marissa, Terrell, Kat, Sam, and Chaura!!) they are always kind and helpful. They always have a great energy that keeps me coming back and having a great time. Most of the time if anyone has a hard time here, especially with those staff members, it's because they didn't get their way or couldn't break the rules (I see it happen all the time and customers can get quite rude and entitled) and tha
Fabulous place to have a party. Our dozen, 13 and 14-year olds had a great time. The staff were very attentive and made sure we had enough food and drinks and the decorations were a great touch.
We waited for the bowling lane over 30mins, but didn't even get any lane so we decided to cancel our food orders since there was no point of eating there and waiting for the line where there were no answer what time or when we will receive for the text. When we went to food section and wanted to cancel our order gave us hard time as well when my friend went to front to ask about another game the girl in the customer service asked us with attitude which one do you guys want where she knew we have been waitin
Went there last night after a long while for a friend's birthday, the bar lady last night was very very rude, I don't know what is wrong with her, she need some customer service training. I asked her what's a good mixed drink with taquila and she says what do you want there's a lot, if I knew what I wanted I would've told her. She then throws me the menu. She was rude to both my friends as well, during different timing. Will not recommend getting drinks at the bar while she is working. I think her name. Was
This place is pretty cool. The burger was way better than I expected and the cookies were bomb. Good music and lighting. Cool vibe.
Kids love it. And for the adults food and drinks. That's a fun time when we all have fun.
Outside dated, inside updated and a pleasant surprise. Great place for a family hangout, clean and affordable. We will definitely be coming back.
Better bowling place for pros, cleaner environment, smoother platform and lanes, balls not too much damaged , one thing can be improved is the lighting, always dark like a clubbing mode even at noon or afternoon
The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The manager Marissa helped us out so much.
Thank you Marissa for making my nieces birthday and our bowling party such a great one. We appreciate you and your hospitality. Also thank you for giving me pointers on how to win the claw games ??
Marisa & her Team were fantastic in getting everything ready for our event. They were kind and friendly and the food was just as good as your would expect from a bowling alley. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to throw a party or small gathering.
No strings bowling! Typical bowlero, understaffed, mix of league and fun bowlers leads to conditions that are not always great. My lane and the lane next to me called for help and waited for 15 minutes before their lane was reset and I went to the front desk (where there was no one) and finally asked around at the bar to figure out how to fix my lane.
The manager Marisa was amazing and super helpful. Love to bowl in such an amazing atmosphere.
Bought a great offer via Groupon 2.5 hours before 6 PM , everyone had a great time and service was great! Enjoyed a Blue moon pitcher from the bar but was disappointed with no top shelf liquor options at the bar. Great bowling is definitely recommended for a family fun night.
Had been to this place is over 30 years and I can say the changes made while may not be for the kind of bowling I grew up with it was very nice. If you're looking for a fun night out bowling then you can't go wrong here.
I love coming here the staff are always so welcoming especially the manager Marissa! We will be back!
Came here with some friends, and will definitely be back. The manager, Marisa, was so helpful and friendly. 5 stars for customer service! She rocks and so did the pretzels. ??
$10.99 per game, per person on Friday and Saturday nights? $1.10 per frame, and you can't even see the arrows due to the reflection of the giant screens on the lane. Tables in the playing area are annoying and take up way too much space. Also, I fell forward 3 times because the lanes were not properly waxed, and my bowling shoes failed to slide and stuck. Having to go lane by lane and find a ball is annoying. It's clear that the actual bowling is a second thought here. $75+ for 2 people to bowl 3 games with
We were excited to come & bowl, but place was packed. So we decided to play Pool, but it was out of service. Then my wife wanted me to win her a stuffed animal from the crane game, so I scooped up a stuffed dog with the pinchers perfectly underneath its arms then when it got to the top the machine opened its grip to drop her prize we were very upset because it was a complete scam. Two thumbs down ?? ?? I spent 40 bucks in a matter of minutes plus 3 dollars for the card to play. Rip off!!! Overall we left fe
We had a ball the food and the drinks were very Good and the Service was Great, will be back soon
Place is well managed. Able to place orders for food or drinks at front desk or the bar area. Got a good deal on Groupon. 2 hour bowl with shoes for 2 guest, $20( Value $50) Steak fries are good ($14 with tax) kinda salty, just ask for light salt just in case. Haha 1 more thing not enough steak ?? Let me tell you about the Adios Drinks.... If you get 2 of them "ADIOS"! It's strong but worth the buy for ($7-8) Edwin was our bartender ????
Great alley with an amazing and attentive staff. Love bowling here.
Excellent customer service, thank you Kathryn!
The staff here are always so friendly and I love coming here!
Really fun place to take friends and family but service needs work. I received my food cold and late. I placed an order for drinks and waited the whole game to not receive our drinks.
One of the best ???? ???? ?? Love it there it's a great time out
We had a great time with the grandsons! Papou reserved a lane, we had our own waitstaff. Cocktails, soda, food. Two games each and grandma hit a 160! Then a few arcade games. Left my phone behind. Went back and it was right where I left it. A great afternoon.
Very kid friendly. Spend a bunch on arcades so a multi-pass is best option I've gone weekdays & wknds always seem to have a few lane options. Family atmosphere.
Had a ball. My daughter's 15th b day. Lots to do. Pool . Arcade. Bowling with many platforms for background effects while you bowl. Not to expensive. Plenty of parking and I saw police patrol area often while there. Felt safe and we all enjoyed ourselves
Take me back to Bowlero. Came here on a Sunday night and immediately wished I did not. It's probably something to do if you live close but it will cost you in amenities, edible food and miserable staff. It giving Nah!
Workers were really nice at the counter, very helpful with entering names in the machine, came around several times asking if we needed anything. Service was great. Only thing I had problem with was that the bowling balls were chipped so badly that it would make a sound while traveling down the lane. So, bring your own ball. Place is very clean though.
I took my sister for her 66th Birthday and had a blast! The service was amazing and very kind professional staff!! We bought a summer pass, too. It's a great place for a little workout and fun at the same time. Check it out. :-)
We were there last week on a company event and the experience was very good for all of us. Staff was generous and food was also nice. Bowling was the best experience of all. Very clean place. Highly recommend to visit
Large parking lot some video games for children distraction pool table food service can be full or crowded when league bowling nights. Clean
I absolutely love this place I've been about 2-3 times. Great place for a date night weather with a group or just you and your boo. They have bowling, good food, an arcade, and a full service bar. The bartender name Chris is the man great personality!! He makes great drinks, will let you know what he recommends and is an all around good guy. Great entertainment for the family as well. Nice bowling lanes and great prizes. It can get pretty packed so try to reserve your party ahead of time.
Excellent, the service, the time, the price everything was perfect????????????thanks we have a great day ????????????
$7.69 a game, $5.99 for shoes. They don't post their prices on their website for a reason, because it's way overpriced. Posting a pic of the specials since that's the only time it's worth it to go. Lanes are nice though.
What a Gem. It's very clean and the staff was very nice. We went on a Tuesday afternoon and it was kinda busy, surprisingly. They had a good selection of Balls and the shoes were comfortable. My shoes were a bit worn out, but hey, they're rentals..
Bad customer service. Takes very long to serve food
A great place. Good vegetarian food options, Pool table and arcade.
2 hour wait time on Saturday as I sit here and write this I count 14 lanes that are open but not being used. So either they're intentionally closed, or their maintenance is so terrible that 14 lanes are down
Fun place, amazing staff! Would come back again.
It's real funny that this place will advertise that what you see is what you pay and no hidden fees. But you can't even see prices in their website. No regular rates for bowling shown. They show a food menu with no pricing. That seems hidden to me. Has this place always been an AMF? I didn't notice before.
I decided to stop by to see some family after a long day of work. I didn't think it'd be that memorable but Marissa fasho made it a good time out. She was very understanding with all of the issues we had and had a pleasant down to earth vibe. Definitely a dope spot to plan events.
This place is so much fun! I came last night and it was my first time coming and me and my friends had a great time. We bowled a couple games and got some drinks at the bar. The bartender was super nice and the drinks were really good. I think she said her name was Amiyah.
It's the best bowling alley in the bay all the works r friendly and attentive too your needs
Great service and even better management! Perfect place to bring family and friends for a night out! Food was fresh and made quickly! They have a nice little bar if you're looking for a beer on draft and cocktails are to die for! Would recommend!!
The front desk young lady is very rude, not pleasant at all!!!! She said we had to wait an hour for a lane which ended up being about 25 minutes of that. I felt like she was trying to discourage us from bowling. And the fountain drinks are $5 what a rip off. Just a rip off all together you have to pay for each bowler to play a game, instead of paying for the game itself and buy shoes for each person. We miss Albany bowl??
An Employee gave me a free alley sampler to give a good review, but I have to be real. I get why this place has some good reviews, I recognize some of the reviews are from employees like the girl Logan, below, who works there. Or they pay you or give free food to leave a review. Order a pizza, it takes 45 min and tastes awful. Bathrooms are always dirty and out of paper towels. I had a ball get damaged and the mechanic says ? I don't care?. Ask for a manager, I was told they only have one and she's never
Very friendly staff and fun family atmosphere
Great place nice staff. Good deals on food and games. The only thing I didn't like was the music play list, the music is all Caucasian artist and I have been coming here for years it's the wrong crowd to play this music.
We had a big group and came in on a league night. But the staff was accommodating and amazing! They got us a couple lanes and were so helpful! The food was quick and delicious!
We came in last week with a group of people. We bowled a few games, ordered some food and had some drinks. The girl that was serving us, was doing it all. She handled it very well. She was cooking, making us drinks at the bar and brang our food to the lanes. Very impressive. We told her what a great job she was doing .I believe her name was Pollar. Service was great, food was good and the bowling was fun.
This place is so much fun. The environment Is family friendly which I love for my kids.. And thank you to Marissa for her amazing customer service.. I will definitely be back!!
Looks like our corporate party will have to find another venue. Asked for our two favorite employees and I was told they were let go. The new manager says she is the GM and apparently can't smile and appears to not want to be here. The head mechanic was cursing up a storm in front of children and the bathrooms look like they haven't been cleaned in a month. This place has really fell off in the past month. Really sad
This is a nice small local bowling alley, but recently they started massively improving. It doesn't feel gross and shady anymore. It's actually slick and nice in there. They also have an arcade section, good-looking food options, and a place to play pool/billiards.
HUGE THANK YOU to Marissa! She was very helpful, kind, and patient with us all even though we had a big party. The arcade had a variety of fun games to play as well. If you're ever wanting to go bowling this is the best place to visit!!
Very clean and newly updated. I personally don't like the video screens above the pin-setting machines, but they can turn them off, if you ask. I am a new league bowler at this bowling center and so far, so good!
It is a nice place but restrooms are very dirty.
I totally enjoyed our time here! The bowling was fun and then there's an arcade! The food and drinks were tasty. Our server, Valentina, went above and beyond to be sure we were having a great experience. Thank you for a great evening!
Brought friends and really enjoyed the vibes!
First time here amd will definitely be back
This place isn't what it used to be from back in the day. Bowlero renovated the whole bowling alley which is okay I guess. But if you're going to do that, renovate the restrooms as well. It still looks how it did from 1998. Some of the stalls were even broken and can't close shut. When the restroom isn't clean, am I supposed to suspect this bowling alley to be clean? As a league bowler here, Bowlero does not take care of their league bowlers. I mean we come weekly, spend a lot of money for practice and for
Waste of 2 hours that I'll never get back. Waited only because we were told once league was done the lanes would open up. Then we were told 2 hours later that the 18+ lanes the league was using and done with would not be opened because they had to be prepared for league the next day. The rest of the lanes were playing unlimited games so we decided to leave rather than chance waiting another hour to maybe get a lane. It was shady, poor communication and setting expectations. Why can't the lanes be "cleaned"
great place better in person????
Had so much fun with the family. Great service and great experience. Will Be back!!
Had a great time with my girlfriend and my daughter ?? I love this place
Came here on New Year?s Eve and the customer service was excellent and the staff was extremely kind! Lexi helped my party and ensured we had everything we needed and treated us with the upmost respect and with amazing service. The whole staff was amazing, I appreciated them and will return! Thank you!
wouldn't allow us to have 2 lanes unless we had a party of 6, players next to us had too many balls on the rack and one of them took off his bowling shoes and wore his tennis shoes. first time to play there not a very good experience..delta bowl in antioch much more accommodating.
Marissa is very helpful , so professional! She helped us with our situation and all. I would recommend bringing your family to this location!
Haven't been here for quite some time, maybe over 5 years??? Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. They were very attentive also. Cons: - Not enough bowling ramps for the kiddos - Bathroom needs a lot remodeling - Bowling balls are warped - Food is mediocre at best (had the wings, fries and pizza) I would have to say that the staffing is the main reason why I'm leaving a positive review.
The best part about this was it was a fun night out. Yes, they need more staff. The food was good, but it took forever to get it because there was only one cook trying to fill lots of orders at the same time by his self.
Waited in line only to find out three things... 1. Gotta pay for shoes WHAT 2. Games are more expensive than other alleys COME ON 3. Alleys elsewhere are better priced, easier to get lanes and shoes are free with games (not gonna promote other alleys, specifically) you'll have to figure out which ones in referring or call ahead Aesthetically the business is nice looking, especially inside, although finding a ball shouldn't have to be so difficult especially when busy. Staff was friendly although counter p
TL;DR Slow service, but good people. Spotty lanes that shut off sometimes. Lanes only oily right before league, otherwise dry. Their website lists inaccurate times/rates/specials. Lanes: Randomly the lanes turn off, and we have to wait around for over 20 min before someone did anything about it ? even after we went to the front desk. This was on multiple occasions, too. The approaches have been consistently clean though! Website: They list deals on their website and don't even do half of them, so they rem
Saw a mouse run across the floor of the kitchen, notified staff and they told me they've had this problem for years. They said the ?district manager doesn't want to spend unnecessary money?. Health department is my next call.
Great service good food
The staffs was great. Very friendly and helpful. Everytime I come they are always doing something to the alley for the better. Highly recommend coming and have a good time.
Omg we had an amazing time here. Thanks to Marisa for the hospitality. She is amazing with customer service. We love u girl. #ourfirsttimevisiting!
This place isn't very organized. Signed up for summer league. Which never happened. The bar dosen't open till the bartender gets their...at 6pm. During the week. The staff isn't informative at all. They really don't know what's going on above their pay scale. The music here comes out of a few speakers on certain lanes. Lots of parking. Food is very basic. Clean bathrooms.
We visited on a Sunday afternoon and had a great experience. The staff paid great attention to our party and took care of all of our needs. Highly recommended family fun! A++
What a great way to spend the afternoon with family. Clean place. Very friendly staff. Look forward to coming again
All the staff were really friendly. Had trouble finding some balls as a group had a lot of balls to themselves even though it was just 4 of them bowling. Drinks were great, the bartender was awesome.
I used to bowl here with league and I recently came here with some friends for a party. I like the changes I'm starting to see. I can't wait to see what else they have in store for us. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Strongly recommend coming here.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
